Love the experience here. Relatively cheap foods compared with other restaurants. I recommend the chicken among all other foods. Well, the name of the restaurant is pollito so, I think it is their specialty. Follow my IG for more experiences @kharismatheexplorer

The chicken was OK, but it is self service, so only 2* for the service. When we asked something to one of the waiters, we seemed to be bothering the person with our question. We have had better and nice

There wasnt the opportunity to eat anything. When we arrive we tried to comunicate in english, but we barely could say one sentence, the waiter said "no english" and turned back to us... it was really rude. Even though we waited 2 minutes but he didnt return. Me and my friend, we are working here and we are from portugal, in our journey here in Bilbao, there were other people that didnt speak english, however they tried, we also spoke portuguese and we managed to overcome all the situations. In this case, there werent any space to do it. The waiter attitude was really bad, after waiting those minutes, we left with a very bad taste in our mouth, it was the first time that we receive this kind of threatment here in spain.
I ate here at 3.30pm. Roast chicken and chips. It was all we ate that day and by night time, my wife was violently ill. A few hours later it kicked in with me and I spent 5 days with food poisoning. Of course I can't prove where I got the bug but that chicken was the only thing we BOTH ate and it fits the time frame for these things so I have to suspect it.
