Everything they make is fresh and excellent. The soy cappuccino and coffee are fantastic, not to mention the pastries and their artisanal panettone and pandoro, including the gelato. The service is always excellent. I've noticed great attention to hygiene, something that has been lacking in many places in recent years. I was really impressed by the steamed tongs to disinfect them between each item, as well as the frequent hand washing. A welcoming place, with qualified, helpful, and friendly staff. A smile is always present.

This ice cream parlor/pastry shop is located in the center of Budrio. The portico in the entrance has 10 tables and shade during the hottest months. Inside, it looks like a bar from the past; it could use a bit of modernization, but it's fine as it is, a testament to times gone by. The coffee is excellent, and the pastry department is freshly made daily, with a wide selection. The staff is generally good, but they're missing some background music that would liven things up even during low-traffic times. I'd also add Wi-Fi, to retain or attract customers and perhaps avoid having to go outside to make phone calls or get internet reception. That said, if you're in the area, stop by for breakfast; it's worth it. P.S. FAIR PRICES.

Prezzi decisamente troppo alti. Le paste sono buone ma in bocca rimangono troppo grasse. Lo stesso vale per i pabibi e tramezzini ( troppa maiobese). I mignon invece sono molto gustosi, solamente che invece che venderli al pezzo...lì pesano...pagare euro 1.25 per due micro pasticcini mi sembra un tantino esagerato

The breakfast pastries seem a bit crude in my opinion. The place is a bit dated. The bathroom is a bit disgraceful and utterly inferior. The pastries and cakes are very good.

At breakfast, in the middle of August, while we were enjoying a delicious breakfast, we watched for a long time one of the two ladies moving the small pastries and croissants, all with her bare hands. We were sitting at the tables, perhaps she didn't think she was being watched. It's absurd to touch and move every pastry and croissant with her hands, without any of the staff saying anything to her.

Volevo dare zero!!! Il cane non è accettato neanche fuori(alla buonissima pasticceria Filopanti a due passi sono i benvenuti!!!) Pasticceria molto nella norma,caffè amaro, cappuccio smunto!! Meglio 50mt in più e avere un posto migliore come la pasticceria Filopanti dove oltre l'ottima colazione e pulizia tutti sono i benvenuti!!!!

Truly disappointed... my experience this morning was quite sad and stressful. The red-haired, glasses-wearing lady who brings coffees to the tables is truly rude. We went in for breakfast with our 1kg dog. After ordering and paying, this "lady" in front of 10 other customers yelled, "But with the dog inside, no." I understand that some places don't allow that, but there are a thousand ways to talk to someone, and sure. As if that weren't enough, as we were leaving the place, the lady came with the coffees and told us to go somewhere else. When we asked to speak to the owner, she pretended to be the owner, saying that I'm the owner and that we should leave, screaming... In all of this, the star I've given over and over again is only because there's no option to give it 0. A truly terrible experience, and we have no intention of ever returning.

Shocked by the aggressiveness of the red-haired, glasses-wearing lady who claims to be the owner, she attacked us simply because we came in with a 1kg dog, having not seen the sign. She rudely yelled at us in front of everyone, and when I said, "There's no need to yell, ma'am," she responded rudely, telling us to go somewhere else and taking our breakfast back. (We had already paid.) I've never seen anything like it. If the lady can't stand customers anymore, maybe it's time to consider retirement. Never again.

I bought the artisanal panettone... the same as the commercial panettone you find at the Co-op. The breakfast pastries are very buttery and crumbly; you bite into them and they crumble... the filling will be a teaspoon of cream.
