Muy recomendables. 10,60€ 🐟 Boquerones fritos: Buen punto y sabor, ración generosa para el precio. 9,40€ 🥔 Patatas bravas: Estaban buenas, aunque no fue el plato más destacado, pero muy buen precio. 5,40€ 🍤 Croqueta de gamba roja: Lo mejor de la comida. Cremosa, potente de sabor... ¡una fantasía!. 2,10€/ud 💣 Bomba de la Barceloneta: No fue nuestro plato favorito, pero es contundente y merece la pena probarla si no la conoces. 3,10€/ud 🤔 Recomendamos mucho este local, ya que tiene lo esencial para comer bien: buen producto, buen precio y ambiente auténtico en uno de los barrios más míticos de la ciudad. Llevaba tiempo queriendo probar este clásico de la Barceloneta y la verdad es que ha superado mis expectativas. La decoración mantiene esa esencia auténtica de bar de toda la vida que cada vez cuesta más encontrar. Las tapas son generosas y están preparadas con mucho mimo, destacando especialmente los chipirones y las bombas. El personal atiende con eficiencia a pesar del bullício constante que suele haber. Sin duda, uno de esos sitios que hay que conocer para disfrutar del auténtico sabor mediterráneo.

Uno de los bares más tradicionales y auténticos en el corazón de la Barceloneta. Buen servicio y tapas de las de toda la vida en platillos que pueden ser para compartir. Aunque es un sitio bastante ruidoso y cuesta encontrar sitio sin esperar (siempre está lleno y es difícil entender a los camareros a la hora de pedir las cosas), es de agradecer que aún queden sitios que sobreviven a la carta y los precios para turistas.

This meal will forever be one of the most memorable of my life. I’ve visited other locations of Brunch & Cake in other countries, but I always felt the food never quite matched the vibe or the presentation,until now. For the first time I tried the Barcelona location, Brunch & Cake by the Sea (which, if I’m not mistaken, may be the original one). I was so delighted to see that the food finally matched that beautiful presentation I had expected. We were seated outside on a rainy day, which turned out to be absolutely magical, the atmosphere, the freshness of the air, the gentle sound of rain,everything combined to create an unforgettable moment. I thoroughly enjoyed this meal; it stands out as one of my very best memories in Barcelona.

Very nice waiter The drinks and food were delicious. I got the strawberry matcha which was magical and looked and tasted excellent. I also got the eggs carbonara. I'd love to come back and try more of their drinks and some cakes cause they looked so yummy.

This café is an absolute gem for breakfast or brunch. The dishes are not only tasty but also beautifully presented—truly gorgeous! We tried the Classic Bennis, Avocado Bennis, and the Croque Madame, and everything was excellent. A word of caution: the Croque Madame is massive and very filling! Even our hungriest eater couldn't finish it. Atmosphere & Seating: The vibe is great, with a few charming tables inside, but the terrace is the place to be for watching the world go by. A Note on Booking: Be aware that this spot is extremely popular and often fully booked. I highly recommend booking in advance or to be there early if you want to snag one of those fantastic terrace tables. We'll definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu!

Lovely experience. I have traveled to 6 countries this summer and I had the best French toast and hot chocolate here. Hopefully I can replicate the food at home. All the servers are super nice and attentive. Orlando and Joan did a wonderful job being attentive without hovering over me.

The food and presentation at this cute little restaurant are fantastic! Everything on the menu looks delicious. I loved my meal. Plenty of food and drink options. It is near a busy road, but there's great people watching on the sidewalk next to their patio space. I would love it if there was no smoking allowed on the patio, but this is Europe.

Brunch & Cake by the Sea is one of my favorite places for breakfast or brunch in Barcelona. The food is always really good. I tried a bunch of things on each visit, everything was tasty. The cupcakes were fresh, the carrot cake is full of flavor, and the eggs are cooked perfectly. The French toast is my favorite. It’s fluffy inside, a bit crispy outside with had walnuts, banana, and fruit on top. It felt like having dessert for breakfast. This was my first time at this branch, but I’ve been to other Brunch & Cake places in Barcelona and they’re always good. I just wish they had filter coffee, but that’s not a big deal because the Americano coffee is good.

The staff is very kind. Place is clean. Wait was perfect for me. Food has an amazing presentation and my favorite was the acai bowl. Atmosphere is calm. Tourists could be a bit more respectful and read the sign to wait outside as someone will be with you shortly. If you wait your turn the staff notices and is even kinder! Hope this helps!

El local es bonito y el personal muy agradable. La comida es buena y el pescado de calidad, especialmente el pulpo: tierno, se deshace en la boca. Lo recomiendo. Lo único negativo es el nivel de ruido; hay muchas mesas y es fácil coincidir con grupos grandes, lo que puede dificultar mantener una conversación.

We came to this café because we had it saved from one of our previous trips. When we arrived, we had to wait quite a while since all the outdoor tables — where we wanted to sit — were taken, and it was pretty stuffy inside. We ordered desserts — red velvet, chocolate cake, and cheesecake — along with different drinks: wine, tea, hot chocolate, and fresh orange juice. All the desserts were delicious, especially the red velvet — it was our favorite! The juice didn’t seem freshly squeezed, but oh well, we were still happy overall. The only thing that surprised us was that they added a 10% service charge for sitting outside. It was mentioned in the menu, but still a bit unexpected. Overall, we had a great impression. The only real downside was that it took them quite a while to clear the tables after guests left — during that time, flocks of pigeons would swoop in and walk all over the plates. Then those same dishes go into the dishwasher… and who knows if the staff washes their hands after handling them. Other than that, it’s a great, lively spot not far from the port. If they take these small details into account, it’ll be absolutely perfect.

I ordered an Avocado Toast with scrambled eggs. The eggs were kinda hard but the Avocado with feta in it was delicious. Also ordered an Iced Caramel Latte, which was also very tasty but a tiny bit too sweet. I would recommend trying to put less of the caramel and more coffee. But overall a good restaurant. Came here based on the high rating on here but was pretty disappointed tbh. The whole place felt pretty grubby….stains on the seat cushions, walls in desperate need of a re-painting and generally pretty shabby. Ordered the shakshuka…main item itself was pretty tasty if a bit overpriced but the salad was absolutely terrible….a handful of limp leaves…would’ve been better to not bother putting it on my plate!
