Muy buena comida la verdad. Es cierto que por ahí hay gente que grita demasiado y se hace un poco incómodo . Pero tampoco es algo que perjudicó la experiencia. Es un sitio recomendable para comer pizza a la romana.

El sitio da la sensación de estar en el comedor de alguna casa, es acogedor. La comida es auténtica comida casera italiana, todo buenísimo y el chef es simpatiquísimo! El servicio es muy bueno también, nos atendieron muy bien. Estábamos tan agusto que nos quedamos haciendo allí la sobremesa hasta bien tarde y en ningún momento nos dijeron nada, al contrario, seguían sirviendo de manera muy amable. De agradece poder quedarte en un restaurante hasta la tarde sin que te vengan a echar...

Fuimos porque teníamos antojo de comida italiana y creo que hemos encontrado el mejor italiano del barrio en relación calidad-precio. El ragú y la carbonara, unas verdaderas obras maestras. La atención fue muy buena y todo se sentía muy auténticamente italiano.

La comida es espectacular. Vinimos de casualidad hace tiempo y hoy hemos vuelto a venir porque estamos encantados con el servicio y la calidad de la comida. El cocinero es un genio.

this is an unusual spot, quirky with an eclectic menu, the staff were offbeat enough to keep it interesting. Period features around the space, stayed a couple of hours and just soaked up the comings and goings while testing both the menu and the bar to sheer delight, prices were sensible which had they not been would make this a really bad choice, but the combination won me over. A strangely weird but good mushroom dish that seemed to get everyones interest. amongst all the tat out there in the neighbourhood this was a definite YES

Lunched here. The space is beautiful, elevated and traditional, reminded me of the lovely restaurants and cafes in Saint-Germain in Paris in the 7th. The staff was actually helpful and nice! Many Points there as that’s not the usual Catalan way. Came our starters, which were very nice. Especially the artichoke. The cod bomba was good, but did not blow my mind. However , when the main arrrived, it was something else. The slow cooked over roasted lamb was exquisite, it was amazing, the meat melt off your fork; the skin was just the right amount of crispy. The potato’s with shallots and garlic were scrumptious. The portion was SO generous, the flavor eruptions in every bite. Glad to experience this and will certainly repeat.

Went on a Friday afternoon. Our severs, Quim and Ariel, couldn't have been more attentive. Food was delicious (try the devilled eggs). Wine 10/10. Dog friendly. Also situated on a pedestrianised street meaning it's lovely on the terrace. Recommend.

Exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a vegan-friendly gem! Cafè del Centre in Barcelona was such a memorable experience for our group of nearly 20. The historic space feels warm and charming (don’t miss the vintage Catalán comics on the walls!) and the cozy bar adds to the vibe. The standout was the service. Manager Quim was incredible. He was welcoming, organized, and genuinely attentive. He personally ensured every guest with dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, no fish) had delicious, thoughtful dishes at every course (make sure you let him know what you need). My vegan options were creative, flavorful, and just as satisfying as the traditional dishes. Kudos to the kitchen and the quality of ingredients. For traditional Spanish cuisine with exceptional service (and real options for plant-based diners), this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Amazing service and food🤩 the beef special with potatoes was insane and our table also ordered a leg of veal which was just falling off the bone and the potatoes soaking up in the stock. Quim, Fede, Nivolka and Ainoa were brilliant in their service, made us feel welcome and recommend us the right things. Definitely a place to visit for an unreal dinner.

Entrantes buenos. El carpaccio estaba un poco grueso. Los principales, la pasta fría, buena la salsa. El secreto buen punto de cocción, tal vez queda un poco mal que te lo den fileteado, da la impresión que son cortes que fueron sobrando. Los postres muy ricos. La atención por parte de un chico de lentes que se encontraba detrás de la barra muy buena. El que nos atendió como camarero daba prioridades a otras mesas porque eran clientes.

El restaurante tiene una fotos fantásticas, pero luego cuando vas a comer, los platos se alejan un poco. Si bien es verdad que son estéticos, en cuanto a sabores, algunos dejan que desear. La sugerencia fue Secreto con Chimichurri. Poca carne, y trozos semi crudos. Las patatas, fritas con aceite super usado, se notaba a simple vista. Las pasta vienen con queso, sin preguntar, aunque hay gente que no le guste. Más allá de eso, la pasamos bien, el mozo perdido, pero con buena voluntad. Se notaba que estaban con personal reducido, y a media máquina. Volveremos a ver el progreso. Saludos

Tengo un dilema con este restaurante por qué no, no son las mejores pizzas que he comido, dueño y camarera discutiendo y hablando fuerte delante de la gente aunque la atención si es agradable. El lugar es un poco cutre como bien algunos mencionan en comentarios creo que el local y la presencia delante de los clientes necesita un lavado de cara. Sinceramente después de haber probado una vez, no es un lugar al que yo volvería.

Es una pena no poder poner -5 estrellas en servicio. El dueño del local es la persona más poco amable y respetuosa que me he topado en un restaurante. Le reclamé una cosa de una bebida que me sirvió MAL y en vez de explicar las cosas con tranquilidad y amabilidad, (lo que haría cualquier persona que trabaja de cara al público) se puso a la defensiva, bufando porque tenía que hacer las cosas bien. Después, en vez de decirnos a todas las personas que estábamos en el local que iban a cerrar de manera amable , lo hizo de MUY MALAS MANERAS y RIÉNDOSE de todos, apagaba y encendía las luces, mientras hacía gestos de que nos fuéramos, gestos que haría una persona MUY maleducada. Vamos, que si no queréis enfadaros con nadie, NO VENGÁIS
