Comida super rica! Tuvimos que esperar un poco para sentarnos pero están muy bien organizados! Ha valido mucho la pena!

Buen sitio para tomar un brunch. Puntos a favor, la abundancia de sus platos. Cuenta con terraza y traen la comida súper rápido. Es un lugar al que volvería sin dudas. Puntos en contra, que no son tan graves pero podrían mejorar, a mi parecer le falta personalidad, no tiene ningún distintivo como lugar de brunch. Si bien las porciones son generosas el sabor no es deslumbrante. De todas formas lo positivo es mucho más que lo negativo así que 5 estrellas para ellos ♥️

There is a line to get in but it’s well worth the wait. The food was really delicious with a rich blend of ingredients. I recommend the Rancheros de Caravelle. Good place to grab a coffee as well.

The story of this magnificent breakfast restaurant begins almost 9 years ago… I was 13 and in Europe with my family for the first time. I had fallen in love with the city of Barcelona, and on our last morning we were conflicted with where to go for breakfast. We stumbled across Caravelle and I believe that moment truly changed my life. Since those scrumptious eggs Benedict touched my mouth 9 years ago I have saved the name of this restaurant in my phone. Now that I am a study abroad student I made it evident that I would come to Barcelona solely to come back to Caravelle. I have been in Barcelona the last three days and have came to Caravelle the last three days. Every morning I am met with a scrumptious meal and great coffee. The staff is beyond kind and they will help you with your order or with any issues you may have. Now I know the line is long but trust me. It’s worth the wait.

I absolutely loved my brunch experience at Caravelle! The menu may be small, but every dish is thoughtfully chosen, flavorful, and genuinely satisfying. The vibe is cool and welcoming, making it the kind of place you want to linger in. A special shout-out to Juan, who served us—super chill, friendly, and attentive with a great personality. He really added to the experience. I highly recommend the Turkish Eggs and the pomegranate lemonade soda—both were unforgettable. This is definitely a spot I’d come back to again to enjoy all over again. If you’re in Barcelona and love a good brunch, Caravelle is a must-visit!

We loved this place so much we went twice in our trip. It’s hard to find good restaurants in Barcelona but this place is a gem. We tried the Turkish eggs which was probably the best I ever ate. My girlfriend took the croissant waffle which she liked so much she took it twice while I took the cured bacon and eggs which I would also totally recommend. Whatever you’ll order I’m sure you’ll like it. Coffees are very good, staff is very nice. Basically a cool place I would recommend to anyone! Expect to wait in a line to get a table

A great spot for breakfast – we had the rancheros and the Turkish eggs made their own way. The portions are big enough to really fill you up. The place is cozy, cool, and nicely decorated. The only downside is that the waiters watch you closely and come over to charge you the moment you finish your last bite. All in all, a great place if you want to try something different.

Caravelle completely lived up to its reputation, and the experience started off on the right foot when Pippi kindly got us in quickly despite the long line. Luckily, people were leaving at a good pace, so we didn’t wait more than 15 minutes. To top it all off, I happened to run into Cormac—one of my favorite baristas in all of Barcelona—who had given me some amazing specialty coffee recs on a previous visit. It was such a treat to see him again behind the bar. The food hit every mark. We ordered the Turkish eggs, croffle, granola yogurt, a side of bacon, and a flat white. The Turkish eggs were bold and perfectly balanced, the croffle had that golden crisp exterior with a buttery soft center, and the granola yogurt felt clean and refreshing with just the right texture. The bacon added a savory crunch, and the flat white was beautifully dialed in—smooth, velvety, and light roast-forward. Everything from the warm energy of the team to the quality of the ingredients shows how well-run this spot is. The vibe is relaxed but intentional, and it’s easy to see why locals and visitors alike return again and again. Cormac and Pippi made my morning, and the whole team brought so much heart to the experience.

A Must-Visit Brunch Spot in Barcelona! I had an incredible brunch experience at Caravelle! I tried two dishes, and both were packed with flavor and beautifully balanced. First, the Caravelle Rancheros— absolutely delicious! Every element on the plate worked perfectly together. The pickled onions were a standout — they’re house-made, and you can really taste the freshness and balance. I loved them so much I ordered extra. Combined with the beans, guacamole, and other toppings, it was just perfect. We also shared the smoked chicken burger, and wow — the flavors were amazing. Smoky, juicy, and full of depth. One of the best chicken burgers I’ve had in a long time. The service was just as impressive as the food — the waiters were so nice and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes. Highly recommended✨✨✨

La comida estaba rica, aunque hay pocas opciones de comida al medio dia. Casi todo lo que se ofrece en la carta (aunque creo que todo en realidad) es con pan de hamburguesa, aunque le ponene diferentes nombres, y viene acompañado de patatas fritas. Es verdad que está muy rico, pero me esperaba algo mejor con un acompañamiento un poco más saludable en general. El servicio rápido y muy amable. El local es pequeñito y hay varios asientos que son taburetes, algo incómodo a mi parecer, aunque es bonito y agradable en general.

Una grata sorpresa!! Buena cantidad, opción vegana. Mesas amplias, buen trato. Muy bueno. No tienen menú sólo carta!!

Ambiente moderno, lleno de guiris solos o en grupo, tienen sus propias cervezas artesanales y sodas. Comida rápida con un toque sofisticado y bastantes opciones vegetas. Personal amable y precio ajustado.

Bonita propuesta de carta en medio de un barrio pluricultural social y gastronomicamente. Destaca el buen café, la amabilidad y el servicio de sus camareros, todos muy atentos y dispuestos. Precios razonables en platos clásicos de "brunch" con calidad fresca en sus ingredientes. Falla un poco el tamaño de las raciones.

Lugar súper chulo para hacer un brunch! Nosotros esperamos 30 minutos para poder tener una mesa libre, valió la pena. La comida riquísima y el personas atento. Lo único malo es que el menú no se entiende muy bien.

Si estás paseando por Barcelona, te recomiendo totalmente que te acerques a este restaurante. Está cerca del Raval, pero en una calle tranquila, así que es fácil llegar sin el agobio del bullicio. Su carta es muy completa, especialmente si eres de los que disfruta con las tapas. La relación calidad-precio me parece muy acertada, y con un precio medio de unos 20€, es un sitio ideal para comer a diario sin que suponga un gasto excesivo, además de que aceptan diferentes formas de pago. La comida tiene tan buena fama que, sinceramente, es mejor que reserves para asegurarte mesa. El ambiente es muy agradable, nada recargado, y es un lugar perfecto para ir con niños. Te aseguro que nada más salir por la puerta, ya estarás pensando en cuándo volver. En conjunto, el servicio, el precio y la experiencia en general hacen que sea un sitio al que merece mucho la pena dar una oportunidad.

Turkish Eggs were divine! Friends had the Schnitty Bun (v nice) and the House-Cured Bacon & Eggs (good, not great). Little bit of a queue to get in on a Sunday afternoon but didn’t take too long. Lovely staff!

We came right when the restaurant opened because it’s a very popular spot, and it filled up almost immediately. The two dishes we ordered were both delicious, and the overall quality really impressed us. The service was also excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for brunch.

Very tasteful interior, love the half open space, feels very inviting. People are very friendly, and the selection of beverages (their own beer and lemonades) is very unique. I enjoyed the food I had, even if it felt a bit more on the simple side taste-wise. Do recommend!

Precios bien, la comida se veía bien pero mi comida la verdad estaba muy salada por eso las 3 estrellas, pero creo que volvería a darle otra oportunidad esta vez probando algo dulce como el French toast que no lo probé pero se veía muy rico. Los meseros si muy majos y el servicio bastante rápido.

Got seated straight away (yay), nice single seat corner booth type vibe (win), laptop out get working, WiFi on the table with the QR code, (smooth) scan, checkout the menu (decent) tap in the wi-fi - get online, (patterned)... No one has come over yet... All good... Well, I worked for the next 10 minutes waiting for someone to come over, it even got so bad I was staring at every member of staff trying to get someone to make eye contact (which they didn't), so I literally just gave up and figured I'd just work until someone had had enough of me being there... Meanwhile the music is wayyy too loud and the music is 80's club, but the really pop side of it like 'Radio Gaga'. Fine if you like that sort of thing blaring out while you try to have a chat with your friends - even the waiter kept asking the women next to me to repeat their order cause he couldn't really hear them. All that said, once I ordered, the food was with me in about 5 minutes (not too bad). I ordered the Smokey Chicken Shawarma - Lord this thing was oily! Look at them pics, it made a pool in the basket and they only gave me one napkin 🫠 I couldn't see any napkins out anywhere and as I said before, you can't get any eye contact in here, so I couldn't even signal to anyone I needed napkins cause my hands and face were covered in oil and sauce (lol). So I just had to soldier it with one napkin - Apart from the oil and the bit of mess it takes making to eat it, it really hit the spot, I liked the flavours, the textures, pretty filling but you will need to combine it with the fries (which are also nice - seasoned) to really hit that munch spot. One annoying thing about the menu is they do that thing where there is no £ or € symbol just the numbers... If you know the psychology of this, then you know, if you don't... I had the house ice tea which was an iced tea with strawberry, which looked nice with a straw, an orange, two... Blueberries?? and ice ... But man ... It's the blandest and most watery iced tea I've had here and I have it every lunchtime. Really disappointed - maybe it needs to brew longer becaue it was very weak. The price in total came to a little over €18, which for a major city centre isn't unusual but, you know what, it's too much and maybe that's to be said of the prices everywhere. We aren't getting much at all for our money anywhere we go. Small note - The toilet is all genders, so if you are someone that does find that uncomfortable, it is something to know ahead of going - Nice bit of reed diffusers, antibacterial and hand cream action going on in there though as well as a funky poster. 3/5

Lunes 8 de diciembre del 2025 a las 14 pm sucedió lo siguiente en el local... No intento ser malicioso con este comentario, sino constructivo. Llegué al local con una amiga que está de visita en la ciudad, porque tenemos buenas referencias sobre la comida. Al entrar notamos que no había mesas desocupadas, por lo tanto nos acercamos a la barra y nos sentamos. Al pasar menos de diez minutos noté que 3 mesas habían sido desocupadas. Mi amiga en este momento estaba en el baño y el lugar estaba bastante lleno, por lo tanto los camareros estaban muy atareados, así que me tomé el atrevimiento de acercarme a una mesa que todavía tenía platos de los comensales anteriores. Cuando me senté en la mesa de las 3 que había vacías, un señor, un camarero, el único que tenía gafas, se acercó solo para decirme que lo que había hecho estaba mal, que debería haberme quedado en la barra y preguntar si podía cambiarme de mesa, porque a veces hay gente haciendo fila. Hoy no era el caso porque fuera del local no había nadie y, repito, había 3 mesas libres. Lo que me molestó fue el tono en el que me lo dijo, básicamente aleccionándome sobre cómo comportarme y recalcando que mi comportamiento estaba mal y que debía considerarlo la próxima vez (no habrá próxima vez, lamentablemente). Yo no voy a un sitio a consumir para ser aleccionado por un camarero antes de comer; la verdad lo vi muy desatinado, todo el comentario estuvo totalmente de más. Lo que noté después es que él fue afuera y invitó a pasar amablemente a unas chicas que acercó a una mesa (claramente estaba preocupado de que esas chicas se quedaran sin mesa), sin priorizarme a mí que había llegado mucho antes que ellas. Creo que deberían fijarse en cómo el personal se dirige a los clientes; no creo que sea la primera vez que este camarero alecciona innecesariamente a clientes... El resto del personal fue por demás amable, y la comida fue excelente. Lástima que tuve que comer muy incómodo gracias al mal trato de esta única persona. Les deseo muy feliz año...
