This was the best meal and experience my sister and I have had in our vacation in Rome and Barcelona. The staff was amazing, our server Alina was so attentive and nice, as was every single staff member. We are visiting from the states and they spoke English and explained anything we had a question on. They took our coats, gave us towelettes to clean our hands between each course, paid attention to every detail and need we had. We went to a Michelin star restaurant and Jacquline’s blew it out of the water. The food was amazing, we had appetizers, steak and desserts with cocktails and not one complaint. Seriously so impressed with this experience and highly recommend . My sister and I could barely talk, we were so wrapped up in the food in the best way. You can tell the managers are doing an excellent Job from the quality and level of service. Also, the price we paid for what we got was so worth it, we were expecting to pay more!

Amazing experience. We had a short stay in Barcelona coming all the way from Canada, and this was an experience that made our stay unforgettable. I recommend booking ahead of time for the flamenco show. Food was impeccable. Must try the croquettes and the flamed scallops! Beef tartare and ceviche were tasty. The tiramisu is a must try. Friendly staff who accommodated our requests. Yousef was above and beyond with his great customer service! The vibe and food and service created a lovely memory of Barcelona. The atmosphere was unique, especially if you are into dark places. Food was also nice, few selections but all interesting. Got the regional beef filet, which was properly cooked and soft. However the others were a bit concerned about the size, especially of the salads. Desert was also good. Price above average.

What a stellar experience! The food was outstanding. The flavors blew our minds, coming from Hawaii it’s hard to impress us with fish but the charcoaled sea bass was a flavor bomb. The Spanish olive oil Alex (our excellent server) drizzled over the fish was unreal. Alex also de-boned the fish for us! The truffle mash potatoes were also so satisfying in flavor and texture. Lovely, romantic atmosphere. Great service! I highly recommend this place!

This is one of those places in Barcelona that truly stands out for its atmosphere and energy. My wife first discovered it on Instagram, and we decided to make a reservation. From the very start, the experience was wonderful – the young Brazilian hostesses greeted us with genuine warmth and a big smile, and they even allowed us to change our table without any problem. The venue itself is fantastic, with several different spaces that each have their own unique vibe. There’s a lively upstairs restaurant full of energy, music, and a young, joyful crowd, and then a jazz lounge where we were lucky enough to enjoy an excellent live performance. Later in the night, the jazz lounge transforms into a private electronic music club, adding an unexpected and exciting twist to the evening. What makes Jaqueline truly special is that it’s not trying to be a Michelin-starred restaurant – and it shouldn’t be judged that way. Some reviews here are negative because they compare it to a fine-dining Michelin experience, but Jaqueline is something completely different. It’s chic, trendy, and vibrant, offering great food and drinks in a setting where music and atmosphere are just as important as what’s on the plate. Yes, it is expensive – expect to spend around €100–€150 per person – but in my opinion, the overall experience is well worth it. If you’re looking for a formal, classic fine-dining evening, this may not be the right place. But if you want a stylish, upbeat night in Barcelona, with great music, a fun crowd, and a touch of glamour, Jaqueline is absolutely worth a visit.

We went there for my birthday dinner and Im glad that we did. It was the best experience. we ordered croquettes and the Rib Eye Steak and it was the best steak i had in my life. The drinks were also really good. Dessert was delicious too, the waiter even sung a happy birthday song for me, that’s really nice. We book a reservation which includes the Flamenco Show and it was the highlight of our night. It was an amazing experience. If ever I can go back to Barcelona I will eat here again. It is on a pricey side but it’s totally worth it.

Estuve en el jazz club y la experiencia de la música en directo estuvo espectacular. Aunque la comida fue correcta pero calidad-precio tal vez pueda parecer un poco cara. La atención del servicio, concretamente Yusef y Brian fue de 10, muy atentos en todo momento.

Comida muy rica, con jazz en directo. Brahiam nos atendió muy amablemente y se preocupó de que la velada fuera estupenda. El ambiente y la música de fondo hace que la experiencia sea inolvidable.

La comida ha tardado en llegar bastante, pero el pescado parecía fresco y muy bien cocinado. También Los camareros majos, pero recomiendo formarlos en excelencia en el servicio ya que eso puede sumar mucho en la experiencia y no sentir que estás en un bar chino. Mi puntuación es por relación precio-servicio.

Fuimos a cenar 4 personas, buena atención por parte del personal, nos atendió Alex, el local es bonito pero para nuestra opinión muy poco iluminado, cenas con la luz de una vela y una luz demasiado tenue. La cena no estuvo mal, pero teníamos expectativas más altas referentes al precio de la carta. Compartimos 3 entrantes y un pescado. El acompañamiento para el pescado muy caro para lo que era, adjunto foto. Los postres estaban muy buenos, tarta de queso y tiramisú , es lo mas ajustado calidad/precio. En general la comida correcta pero no espectacular como podríamos esperar.

I had heard a lot about this restaurant, so I was really happy to finally try it out! As for the service, Alex was incredibly kind and attentive, taking great care of us throughout the evening. The only small downside was the communication between the other waiters, who brought us dishes meant for other tables and seemed a bit confused at times. Another less pleasant surprise was that about half an hour after ordering, we were told there had been a technical issue with the system, so our order hadn’t actually gone through. Luckily, once we reordered, the food arrived fairly quickly. The atmosphere, however, was lovely. I really liked the setting stylish and elegant, but not flashy, with a true Parisian touch. As for the food, it was good, but honestly not exceptional or memorable. Given the prices and the restaurant’s reputation, my expectations were quite high. So, I’d definitely come back for the ambiance, but maybe not necessarily for the food.

Servicio correcto. La comida deja un poco que desear. Menú mariscada escaso. La mariscada mucho mejillón, el arroz muy bueno y el pescado de lonja muy escaso Menú ejecutivo: las croquetas de cecina mut buenas, biox simple y el entrecot con suplemento, escaso de tamaño y muy fino. Los postres, la crema catalana muy buena y dulce. Los mil hojas muy buena y con sabor, la tarta de queso muy buena

Estuve hace cosa de un mes y realmente tenia una expectativa muy alta por las reseñas y la web tan bonita que tienen. La chica de recepción un amor, llegamos antes de la hora y aun asi nos dejó pasar y sentarnos aunque no nos atendieron hasta que fue la hora de nuestra reserva (lo cual 0 quejas, estuvimos super comodas). De la comida me esperaba algo mas, lo sentía todo muy insípido y no se si seré solo yo. Además, el servicio en si lo vi un poco torpe, de confundieron con nuestros platos llevándolos a otra mesa y en una ocasión pude ver como se cayó una botella de vino al suelo (que menos mal esta todo cubierto por moqueta). De la comida me gustaria destacar dos cosas; la primera que las croquetas de cecina estaban para pasar a mejor vida de lo ricas que estaban y la segunda es que el postre de hojaldre con crema de vainilla ni tenia hojaldre ni sabia a vainilla (el hojaldre era una galleta dura y dificil de romper incluso con cuchillo y la nata que tenia por encima tenia mas sabor que la crema de dentro que no sabia a nada). Pero vaya, al final me quede con un sabor agriodulce; agrio porque esperaba mas de la comida para el precio que tienen y dulce porque nadie puede negar que el sitio tiene un encanto maravilloso.

Es un restaurante que teníamos ganas de probar desde hace tiempo. Lamentablemente para nosotros no ha sido una buena experiencia. El servicio en el jazz club deja de desear. El personal poco atento y poco amable. La mariscada muy pobre, no de buena calidad y el precio demasiado elevado comparado con cantidad y calidad ofrecido. Quizás en la parte de arriba en el restaurante y con otra comida la experiencia podía haber sido mejor pero para nosotros no ha sido una experiencia buena y para nada es de los mejores restaurantes de Barcelona

«Jacqueline ya no es el establecimiento que sigue intentando aparentar ser. Hace mucho tiempo que no comemos allí porque hace tiempo que dejó de ser sabroso. Decidimos tomar algo en la barra, pero los cócteles ni siquiera alcanzan un nivel aceptable. Parecía que los preparaba un estudiante que los hacía por primera vez después de ver un video en YouTube. Además, beber en una atmósfera donde ponen la vajilla sucia justo a tu lado provoca náuseas. La sensación era como estar en una cafetería china barata después del cierre, y no en un lugar decente. La barra está justo en la entrada del local, que es la cara del establecimiento, y lo primero que ves al entrar es esa suciedad. Terminas sentado entre platos sucios y desorden. Quiénes se creen que son para pensar que pueden comportarse de esta manera?

Honestamente, una experiencia decepcionante, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta la fecha (24/12) y el precio. El espectáculo fue maravilloso y los cócteles, realmente deliciosos. Sin embargo, todo lo demás resultó bastante mediocre. La comida estuvo muy por debajo de la media de lo que uno espera en un restaurante con estos precios. Los entrantes fueron bastante insípidos. Pedí una ostra y me sorprendió que la trajeran junto con el resto de los entrantes, sin ninguna recomendación ni aviso previo por parte del camarero, que al final es quien debería cuidar el servicio. El aguacate con bogavante estaba correcto, sin más. El pan, a 5,50 €, sinceramente incomprensible por lo que ofrecía que era el culo del pan partido a la mitad. Los baos parecían congelados; la panceta estaba seca, dura y claramente recalentada. El tataki, eso sí, bastante bueno. El chuletón estaba bien de sabor, pero con demasiada grasa y hueso para el precio. El puré de patatas muy rico, pero las verduras… simplemente al vapor. ¿7 € por unas verduras al vapor? A este punto, la experiencia ya resultaba bastante decadente. Se lo comenté al camarero y me retiró las verduras de la cuenta, pero únicamente porque yo lo mencioné: en más de dos horas no pasó ni una sola vez a preguntar si todo estaba bien. Esperamos a que terminara el show y pedimos la cuenta sin pedir postre, para no arriesgarnos a otra decepción. La gota que colmó el vaso fue que, nada más pagar, el camarero vino a retirarnos el mantel mientras aún estábamos sentados, sin que estuviéramos preparándonos para irnos. En ese momento le dije a mi pareja que nos fuéramos antes de que nos quitaran los vasos de la boca. Es una pena, porque la bienvenida fue increíble, el lugar es precioso y el espectáculo me encantó. Pero la comida y el servicio de los camareros de la parte de abajo fueron muy decepcionantes, aunque el trato fuese aparentemente amable. Ya les he enviado un mail al respecto antes de que me lo pidan.

Fui a cenar a Jacqueline con mucha ilusión, pero la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. Antes de ir, pregunté si podía comer sin problema siendo celíaca, y me aseguraron que no me preocupara, que podría elegir con tranquilidad. Sin embargo, al llegar me encontré con una carta prácticamente inaccesible: solo tres platos sin gluten, y los tres eran de carne, sin ninguna opción de pescado o vegetariana. Además, los precios son excesivamente altos para lo que ofrecen, tanto en cantidad como en calidad. El lugar es bonito y el servicio correcto, pero la sensación final fue de falta de empatía y desinterés hacia las personas con intolerancias o alergias alimentarias. Por el nivel de precios y el tipo de restaurante que pretende ser, esperaba mucho más. No repetiria
