Comida exquisita, de muy buena calidad. Sabores exóticos con un toque especiado que logran un perfecto equilibrio en el paladar. En primer lugar escogimos una crema de queso feta con brotes, sabor potente con un punto agrio. En segundo lugar, ensalada de burrata con un delicioso aliño. A continuación, presa ibérica con salsa de hierbas verdes, muy sabrosa y la carne muy tierna y jugosa. Por último, un plato de pulpo sobre parmentier de patata que es un absoluto deleite para las papilas gustativas.

Estuve la semana pasada con unos amigos de fuera de España y la verdad que bastante bien. En el grupo había 1 vegano y 1 vegetariana y la mayoría de platos que ofrecen en su carta son vegetarianos/veganos por lo que contábamos con variedad de opciones. Adjunto fotos. Evidentemente con el calor, te apetece beber algo fresquito y mientras esperábamos pedimos una jarra de sangría. Durante la comida otra. Cada jarra esta por 20€, me parece un poco excesivo para la calidad de la bebida pero entiendo que también pagas la ubicación ya que estás en pleno barrio gótico. Salimos a 25€ por comensal (de 25€ fueron 10€ por cabeza por alcohol lo que me hace pensar que si no bebes el alcohol sale más que razonable el precio por persona). Lo único cuidado en la revisión de la cuenta: nos pusieron 5 platos extra 🤣 inicialmente nos llegó la cuenta por 177€ que acabaron siendo 103€ sin todo lo que habían añadido. Cobraron 3 platos que ni habíamos visto en el menú y uno lo cobraron doble que sí que pedimos pero nunca nos llegó a la mesa. Nosotros estábamos hablando en inglés todo el tiempo lo que te puede hacer dudar si fue un error inocente ya que nos atendió todo el tiempo el mismo camarero, pero queremos pensar que fue así porque fuimos sin reservas y fueron amables. Tuvimos suerte ya que fuimos a las 13:30h sin reserva y nos dijeron que si esperábamos 20 minutos en barra nos podían sentar (el local es muy chiquitin por lo que no cuentan con mucho aforo). Acabamos comiendo en terraza que era nuestra intención inicial ya que con las sombrillas se estaba genial. La calidad de la comida estaba genial y sí que repetiríamos.

Buenísimo lugar para tomar copas y degustar unas tapas con los amigos el servicio es bueno y amable y la pequeña carta de productos que ofrecen es de muy buena calidad. A resaltar la Tosta de “pizza”que estaba exquisita. Mención a parte también el suave paté y el detallazo que se marcó la cocinera al darnos de probar el bull blanco,hoy día esos detalles marcado se agradecen cantidad porque miman con profesionalidad y cariño su clientela. Repetiremos sin lugar a dudas.

Un 10/10 para este lugar! Nos atendieron súper bien, con mucha buena onda. El espacio es único y te transporta al pasado con su diseño. La comida es espectacular, muy sabrosa! Se encuentra en el corazón del Barrio Gótico. Definitivamente un lugar para volver!

Great food. Lots of options to include vegetarian. Everything is freshly made. We had the 1/2 meat board, toast with blue cheese walnuts and honey, along with the hummus and lamb. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

La Alcoba Azul is now on my list of favorite restaurants in the world. Wowwwww. Wind your way through the labyrinth of Barcelona's ancient streets and enter another world with floors and stone walls that date back to the 12th century. Then come the mind-blowing tapas with subtle flavor layers that make each bite better than the last. The waiter recommended the pulpo, which was was so insanely good, i am returning today. From tapas to jazz music, service, ambience and understated style, this spot surely rates as one of the best in the world. La Alcoba Azul is a great tapas spot in the Gothic Quarter / Old City area. The tapas (we tried the hummus with black olives and pine nuts, and the Mel I Mato toast) are well prepared, flavorful, and not touristy, with generous portions for sharing. The Alhambra Reserva is an excellent choice here and pairs perfectly with the food. Cozy atmosphere and a solid place for a relaxed evening in central Barcelona.

Awesome place in old ruin type building with stone and brick walls. We had a potato dish, octopus dish and pizza toast that all were amazing. The owner brought us some Spanish olives and some free tuna little dish that was also excellent. If I could give more stars I would. Probably one of two of the best restaurants we ate at during our 2 week vacation around Portugal and Spain. Definitely worth a stop and relax and enjoy everything.

We stopped in for a few drinks and ended up staying because the vibe was incredible—moody, artsy, and cozy. Then I saw the cod carpaccio on the menu and had to try it. Absolutely to die for. We’d been hoping to eat at La Alcoba Azul but found it temporarily closed due to roadworks – however, they’d moved just 20 metres along the same street and were running their kitchen inside La Alcobita – Tapas. I’m so glad we followed the signs, because this turned out to be the best tapas I’ve ever had. The octopus with mashed potato was absolutely fantastic – perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The Banh Mi roll (yes, more Vietnamese than traditional Spanish, but who cares when it tastes that good!) was another standout, as were the simple but delicious tomato bread and a very good portion of hummus. There were just two people working – the head chef and one front-of-house – and they both worked their socks off. Service was friendly, attentive and impressively multilingual, despite how busy they were. I would highly recommend seeking them out – even with the temporary move, it’s well worth finding.

Came to this beautiful restaurant on 06 August 2025, for my birthday meal, with 3 friends. The food was absolutely amazing, with each dish tasting unique and delicious! We were especially impressed by the very helpful and kind chef - who recommended items on the menu and really made our experience special. Even though we came during siesta time, he made sure to accommodate us. We didn't get his name, but he speaks French (if I remember correctly, Guinea) Thank you for such a great time, and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Barcelona :-) Tres bien!

A modern, fancier take of tapas (€20-30pp), but food is absolutely delicious! We were impressed by basically every dish we had - the ceviche and sardines are a must-order. They are meant to be famous for their tostadas but we actually think that is not as impressive as the other dishes - the topping was good but the bread itself was a bit disappointing. It’s also hidden in a quieter area in the gothic quarter away from the crowd. We sat outdoors in the terrace and it was super relaxing. Only thing is service is quite slow outside. Overall highly recommend!

Amazing tapas place and great sangria! The Eggplant toast is SO GOOD. I didn't know what to expect and took a bite and immediately paused to savor how good it was. It's one of the top foods I feel like I've had in a very long time - it is perfect. The sangria is really good and the lemon pie/dessert was great! Very small spot but we were able to walk in and be seated - agreed it is easy to pass so keep your eye out! Highly recommend - excellent meal and service.

Pedimos tapas y nos encantó la comida. Pedimos tabla de 4 quesos, patata con una salsa aioli que estaba espectacular, un sándwich ibérico,humus, olivas, y sangría. Gastamos 66 euros en total.

Hemos comido hoy aquí y todo lo que hemos probado nos ha gustado. Variedad de tapas y tostadas muy ricas! (La limonada casera muy rica también). Disponen de varias opciones vegetarianas, eso se agradece y mucho. La chica que nos ha atendido ha sido muy maja y atenta. Tienen una terraza pequeña muy agradable y tranquila que invita a pasar un buen rato al sol. El local por dentro parece una cueva, es bastante original. Eso sí, nos ha parecido un poco caro, no os voy a mentir. Dos tostadas, tres tapas y dos bebidas 70€.

Fuimos esta tarde para celebrar nuestro aterrizaje aquí. Nos encontramos con un ambiente que procura un clima muy íntimo, la atención es muy buena. Pedimos un humus con olivas negras, perejil y piñones :€9.50 venía con pan pita. Luego probamos la ensalada Burratina € 14.5. ambos platos fueron abundantes. Usan productos frescos y con un trato muy delicado. Gastamos en 3 cervezas tiradas y lo me cionado más un plus de pan €41. Quedamos extasiados! Una bella experiencia y por demás deliciosa. La alcoba azul, un local pequeño con mucho encanto. El interior es muy bonito y está decorado con mucha pasión. Tienen una pequeña terraza , genial para tomarse algo y comer alguna tapa. El precio quizás un pcoo excesivo, 9,75€ dos patatas con salsa.. pero la comida estaba buena. Te sirve con la bebida unos pinchos de la casa ricos, servicio rápido y eficaz. The food is excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only problem is that the waitress was not so gentle: she was very busy, but I think that's not a reason. Also, the service was a little bit slow. Anyway, the main issue here is the price for the quantity: the dish is very poor. I took a tapas and honestly I just tasted it, I did not enjoy so much... it was not enough at all.

It has a lovely terrace in the hidden streets near the cathedral. However, for what they serve prices are a bit too high. To pay 50€ per person for lunch in Barcelona, in my opinion, is not worth it. The anchovies were good but the tomatoes overruled the anchoives, beside of that the tartar of codfish was missing a bit of spices. Sangria was bad: sugar at the bottom, very strong and expensive, I am curious why people love it there.

Fuimos de vacaciones y tenemos ganas de tapas. Al principio al ver la carta me decepcionó porque no eran las típicas tapas son diferentes como una fusión con comida árabe. Pero nos sorprendió muy rico. Lo que nos dejó mal sabor de boca fue la chica que nos atendió, muy mal servicio parecía enfadada olvidó traernos uno de los platillos y se tardaba en traernos las cosas.
