Nunca había probado las cachapas y esta primera vez me ha encantado. Lo pedí para llevar y cuando llegué a casa la comida se había enfriado un poco, pero aún así pude apreciar y disfrutar del contraste de sabores entre la carne, el queso y el dulce del plátano. Ojo porque las cachapas son de un tamaño considerable y van bien rellenas, yo soy de buen comer y me costó acabármela, hay que tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de pedir. Los celíacos estamos de suerte porque la mayor parte de la carta es sin gluten, incluyendo las cachapas y las arepas.

Restaurante venezolano muy bien ubicado con una carta perfecta tanto para comer como para cenar. Hemos ido varias veces y siempre disfrutamos. Las cachapas son excelentes y combinan unos sabores muy interesantes y sabrosos.

Nos llevo una compañera que ya había comido ahí. Nos atendió Diana, yo no sabía que arepa elegir y le pedí su recomendación, un acierto sin duda. El servicio fue rápido y bueno. Muchas gracias, si vuelvo a Barcelona repetiré.

Restaurante de comida venezolana con las mejores cachapas de Barcelona. Fui con un grupo de amigos y probamos varios entrantes y cachapas para compartir, desde las cantidades hasta el sabor estaba todo excelente. Es un favorito para repetir.

I visited this restaurant while on a work trip to Barcelona. It was my last evening in the city and I decided to go out for a meal with a friend before heading to an Irish pub to watch some Champions League. Since I need to eat a gluten free diet this place was heaven. I think 99% of the menu was gluten free. And everything was fantastic. Highly recommend with a few pints of beer to wash it down.

One of my favourite meals in Barcelona. The portion sizes are excellent, 10/10 value for money and the food itself is delicious. Ordered one of their signature cachapas (sweet maize flour pancakes) – the Mixed Cachapa half and half – with one half filled with succulent shredded beef and the other with reina pepiada (Venezuelan filling of chicken + avocado + mayo which is heavenly), lined with their queso de mano (hand cheese.) I also ordered the Arepa Apureña, which comes with picaña or Venezuelan style steak, guasaca (a creamy, delicious Venezuelan salsa with guacamole and herbs) and the hand cheese. The meal was a 10/10. The ambience is lively and has a vibe of a cozy bistro. You can tell people love the place from the handwritten testimonials that customers scribble on their walls. Javier, our server, was lovely and helped me feel at home even with my intermediate Spanish. Would 100% recommend this place if you're looking for a fulfilling meal where the taste and portions far surpass the price. Would definitely come again on my next Barcelona trip!

One of my favourite South American restaurants in Barcelona. I really like the “Chicha” drink here, and it was the first time I tried Yucca and liked it. The service is great - we usually wait around 10 minutes to get our order. Also, one cool thing this place has is an online payment option: you scan the QR-code and then you can easily pay for your meal in 3 clicks (no need to wait for a waiter to come over). Las cachapas buenisimas, las he disfrutado mucho.La carne mechada podria estar mejor mechada, pero de igual forma estaba rica. El local pequeño y acogedor, quizá las mesas están un poco juntas pero tampoco permite mucho el tamaño del restaurante. packed. They also have outdoor seating, which is a nice touch. I'm obsessed with cachapas, so I ordered the Cachapa Mixta del Junquito and it came with chicharrones. It was fresh, sweet and lightly fried. They were generous with the cheese -- honestly a little too much -- but it was so milky and creamy that. It was overwhelming but generous portions. I also got the soursop (guanabana) juice and it was incredible!! LOVED! Staff was really friendly and the whole experience was just solid. Definitely worth checking out!

Fantastic Venezuelan restaurant! We had the traditional cachapa with cheese and shredded beef on the side — it was incredibly tasty and very generous in portion size. We also ordered a side of fried plátano macho, which was delicious. It’s a great option for celiacs, with gluten-free choices, and they also have vegetarian-friendly dishes. The fresh juices were amazing too — we tried the lime and papelón con limón, both super refreshing. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Sagrada Familia. Prices are fair, especially for the quality and portion sizes. The place is cozy and comfortable. We arrived early, and shortly after there was a line, so it’s definitely popular. They also have promotions on certain days — worth keeping an eye out for! Highly recommended — great value for money.

Saturday night, 10pm, by the Sagrada church, the place was buzzing and line ups outside, ket alone the takeout and delivery services, we thought this must be a good place. We went in without reservations, and we're surprised to be told that we could have a seat for 5 in 5 minutes. Ofcourse this 5 minutes are Spanish minutes, I.e. closer to 30 minutes. They must have been understaffed in the front because the 3 staffers were running around, hosting, bar service, taking orders, serving, cleaning, and bringing orders. The food orders.coming out looked appetizing. We got a seat and put in our order. The food came out a few minutes later, and wow, it looked it ever better and tasted as expected. I would definitely go back and reorder everything except for the mixed capacha maracucha. It had way too much sauce on it.

We ordered two things, one which was basically a meat infused sweet mankoushe, and the other which I to this day genuinely have no idea what it was - but I was unable to slice through its bread with a knife.
