Podrían escoger mejor al personal que tienen trabajando allí, me refiero especialmente a una camarera que por desgracia no se su nombre, morena y con el pelo largo que ayer estaba en la barra del fondo atendiendo en la fiesta del Paripe. Los calvos de la foto son unos impresentables, que mala imagen da a un discoteca “premium” semejantes personajes de seguridad. No sé cómo pueden contratar gente agresiva y que amenaza a sus clientes. Si alguien con un poco de autoridad en la discoteca ve este comentario, espero que tome medidas, no se puede tolerar esas faltas de respeto y agresividad a un cliente.

La experiencia de celebrar un cumpleaños con amigos ha sido bastante desagradable .Pongo una estrella para dejar el comentario. Al esperar la fila para entrar, observamos una pareja italiana bastante extraña... Advertí a mis amigos sobre la posibilidad de que alguien pudiera robar sus pertenencias antes de entrar al establecimiento. Estuvimos allí menos de una hora. Mientras mi amiga pagaba en el bar, le robaron el teléfono del bolso en segundos. Gracias a mi vigilancia, enseguida encontré al hombre que lo robó dentro del establecimiento. Nos acercamos a él y paramos para explicarle lo sucedido, al dar cuenta que somos grupo de amigos dejó caer el teléfono al suelo y logramos recuperarlo. Después informamos a los vigilantes del establecimiento ... Finalmente, nos retiramos decepcionados, ya que allí no se estaba realizando la labor de un carterista, sino de muchos carteristas a la vez, y no se estaba disfrutando . Es una pena.... Se recomienda visitar este establecimiento sin móviles y sin bolsos, ya que esto podría ser de interés para todos los grupos de carteristas.

La verdad que no recomiendo ni a una persona de Barcelona, no a un extranjero a ir de fiesta para esta discoteca. Te ponen escusa para no dejarte entrar. ¿La orden bien desde arriba? Que no puedes entrar. cuando yo compre mi entrada y he ido bien vestido, y dicen los seguridad que no puedes entrar. total es una vergüenza de discoteca no se las recomiendo. A nadie y los dj que van a tocar es para que las personas los vean me imagino yo. De paso la sala está vacía Y no te dejan entrar. Una decepción total por 850€ Reservamos una mesa VIP en Pacha Barcelona y la experiencia fue absolutamente decepcionante. Pagamos 850€ y desde el principio todo fue un caos: no teníamos hielo, ni vasos suficientes, nadie venía a atendernos y el espacio estaba sucio. El ambiente era pésimo, con vasos rotos en el suelo que nadie se molestaba en limpiar. Se caía un vaso y ahí se quedaba. Todo estaba lleno de cristales, el suelo mojado y resbaladizo, y vimos al menos a dos personas caerse por ello. Los baños estaban asquerosos, sin papel ni limpieza aparente en toda la noche. En un momento fui a pedir ayuda y un chico me respondió de malas maneras: ”¿A mí me lo pides? Díselo al camarero”, resultando ser nada menos que el manager, Fran, según sus compañeros. Una actitud completamente inaceptable para alguien que debería dar ejemplo. Nos hemos sentido estafadas. Por ese precio esperas un mínimo de servicio, limpieza, seguridad y profesionalidad. No volveremos y desde luego no lo recomiendo a nadie que valore su dinero, su integridad física y su tiempo.

Música pésima, además de grandes estafadores. Ofrecen la entrada por 15 euros, pero resulta ser 40. Sonríen y fingen que somos unos tontos que hicimos cola durante 55 minutos, pensando que la entrada cuesta 15 euros. ¡No lo recomiendo! Es mejor ir a la discoteca de al lado que a estos estafadores con una sonrisa falsa en la entrada. ¡No lo recomiendo!

Experiencia muy negativa. Anoche, el personal de seguridad tuvo una actuación totalmente desproporcionada. Mi hijo, de 18 años, no estaba bebiendo ni generando conflictos; únicamente intentaba salir del local. Fue enviado de una puerta a otra de manera contradictoria y, al pedir salir con educación, recibió comentarios despectivos. A pesar de manifestar claramente que no quería problemas, uno de los porteros le golpeó y, mientras otro lo sujetaba, continuaron la agresión y lo tiraron al suelo fuera del local. Considero esta actuación inadmisible en un servicio de seguridad, que debería proteger y no agredir. Falta de profesionalidad y de protocolos adecuados. No recomiendo este local. Evidentemente vamos a tomar las medidas adecuadas y a denunciaros.

No normalicemos el mal trato por parte de los camareros y del personal de seguridad. Los hechos ocurrieron ayer 21/12/25 en la barra donde atendía una camarera con una férula visible en la mano y un chico de negro. El local se negó a facilitarme la hoja de reclamaciones, hasta el punto de que tuvo que acudir la policía en dos ocasiones para que finalmente me la entregaran. En breve presentaré una reclamación formal ante la Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor (OMIC). Si ponen en duda mi palabra, las cámaras del local pueden aclarar lo ocurrido, la hora aproximada entre las 22h y 22:30h. No olviden que trabajan con personas, no con billetes.

El peor lugar que fui a bailar es este, el lugar un desastre, muchisimo calor en verano, los aires no los pueden poner a mayor potencia, las barras super lentas, en una parecia puesto, no entendia nada, los baños todos rotos (desde migitorios sin funcionar, rotos a bachas rotas), todo el lugar sucio, a la salida el suelo era todo vidrio. En las barras los posnet se quedan sin internet y rechaza el pago. Si se puso bueno la ultima hora en la principal, en terminos sonoros

Durante mi visita, los empleados de seguridad mostraron una actitud prepotente y carente de justificación, lo cual generó una situación incómoda, comentarios inapropiados, tono agresivo, trato irrespetuoso…. Entiendo que la labor del personal de seguridad es velar por el orden y la seguridad de los asistentes; sin embargo, considero que el trato recibido no fue profesional ni proporcional a la situación. Como cliente, espero un comportamiento adecuado, respetuoso y acorde con las normas del local.

La policia y el ayuntamiento deberian cerrar este lugar, es una terrible imagen para Barcelona y el Pais.

Fui con mis colegas a Barcelona y compramos entradas para este sitio. Hicimos una cola de media hora y al llegar nuestro turno no nos dejaron entrar. Teníamos todo en orden: vestimenta, edad, entrada… Y no nos dejaron entrar mostrando actos ofensivos. No solo a nosotros sino a cualquiera que les daba la gana. A continuación les dejo video de los empleados que nos trataron de tal manera.

Un asco de discoteca no la recomiendo hoy habia un evento y vine con mis amigos y solo por ser latinos no sacron de la fila y no solo a nosotros hubieron varia gente que solo por su nacionalidad no los dejaron entrar. NUNCA VOLVERE

Le pegaron a una chica entre 3 de seguridad mientras aparte se veía como le apoyaban y tocaban, saque un video porque la situación era increíble y para dejar registro para denuncia, uno de los guardias cuando me vio grabando le aviso a 2 mas y me pegaron entre 3y me obligaron a borrarlo, por suerte no lo borre A girl was beaten by three security guards while they were clearly groping and touching her. I recorded a video because the situation was unbelievable and to have a record for a complaint. When one of the guards saw me recording, he alerted two others, and three of them beat me and forced me to delete the video. Luckily, I didn't. Don’t go here

Aniversario Techno Flamenco 2: En la barra céntrica te cobran 12€ un cubata… En la barra al lado de la salida de fumadores.. Me han intentado cobrar dos veces 17€ y les he tenido que llamar la atención 2 veces a las Bartenders que me estan cobrando 17€ (que nos es el precio correcto)( Soy de pelo rubio)... Que me lo hagan 2 veces es vergonzoso.. La fiesta un 10/10. El servicio.. ¡Una gran panda de timadores! (Me dedico a lo mismo y en mi vida se me ocurriría cobrar más a ver si cuela..) ¡Nunca dejo comentario, pero esto me supera!.. Las dos veces que me intentaron cobrar 17€, me acabaron cobrando 13€. Quiero compartir una mala experiencia que tuve en este local hace un par de semanas, prácticamente 10-15 minutos antes del cierre. Pues cuando me procedía a abandonar el local,accidentalmente me corté con un cristal, un cristal que al verlo resultó ser un vaso grande partido por la mitad, probablemente un vaso que se le caería a alguien y el local no se molestó en limpiarlo ni recogerlo. He de decir que yo llevaba unas cuñas bastante altas, de unos 4-5 cm aprox, así que podéis imaginaros la magnitud del cristal. Seguidamente, me senté en el banco que hay al lado del guardarropa para secarme la sangre, y al quitarme el zapato ésta no paraba de brotar,al punto de caer goterones al suelo. La gente no paraba de preguntarme si necesitaba algo, expecto los porteros que ejercían de seguridad que se encontraban en el lugar justo frente a mí,haciendo caso omiso a mis peticiones de un botiquín,tirita o algo que me cortara la sangre. Unos 5-7 minutos después apagaron las luces del local y la gente comenzó a salir, los porteros,unos 3-4 que seguían frente a mí, se pasaban la bola d uno a otro mientras yo seguía sangrando. Instantes después un amigo mío se acercó a ver qué me pasaba, y tras contarle lo sucedido solicitó nuevamente un botiquín para mí, q lo que seguían haciendo caso omiso y diciéndole que le preguntara a otro compañero,ese otro a otro compañero,y así hasta en 3-4 ocasiones,hasta que finalmente uno de los porteros me facilito el botiquín. Tras desinfectarme y ponerme la tirita y esparadrapo, con ayuda de mis amigos, limpié un poco el zapato, por lo que uno de los porteros se dirigió hacia mi de manera hostil y mal educada diciéndome que no tardara, que tenían que irse a cenar.. No solo no se preocuparon por mi,sino que encima me meten prisa pq tienen que irse a cenar, el colmo vamos. Tras esto mi amigo le respondió que se esperara a que terminara de limpiarme, a lo que ellos respondieron faltando el respeto, con modo chulesco que estaba tardando mucho, cosas que no es verdad, y que pienso que si tanta prisa tenían me podían haber ayudado antes. Mi amigo le dijo que si querían llamábamos a la guardia urbana, y ya los porteros se refirieron a nosotros con actitud de asco y chulesca: ¡Aahhh ya, ya sé lo que sois vosotros!!! Finalmente,tras nuestro descontento con el local procedimos a abandonarlo y solicitar hoja de reclamación,que encima en principio se negaron a dárnosla. En fin, !LOS PORTEROS TUVIERON UNA ACTITUD CHULESCA Y PASARON DE MÍ TRAS COSTARNE CON UN CRISTAL! HE DE DECIR QUE HASTA LA MAÑANA DEL DIA SIGUIENTE MI PIE NO DEJO DE SANGRAR Y ESTUVE A PUNTO DE IR AL HOSPITAL! UNA VERGÜENZA VAMOS

My worst nightclub experience ever. I ordered a vodka Red Bull and they served me water with ice. They take advantage of people being high to rip them off, and when I asked if it was just water, he insulted me. There are two good clubs nearby that are very nice; this one is to be avoided. Not to mention the thieves who walk around the dance floor right in front of the bouncers who say nothing. I saw everything, of course. With a glass of water instead of vodka, the advantage is you don't get drunk.

We bought the tickets a month in advance and regret coming. At least twice as many tickets were sold as the venue can handle. It was impossible to reach the bar, the restroom, or the smoking area. We left before the DJ we came for even started playing. I thought this level of poor organization didn’t exist in Europe, but I was proven wrong.

This club scams people. Not even joking. They offer free guest list tickets which only allow you to get in for free between 00:00 and 01:00. We came in at 00:05. There where just a few people ahead of us. When they heard we had guest list tickets they told us to go in a different line with other people with a guest list ticket. That line had about 5 people in it so fine. They didn't let anybody in from that line until 01:03. Then they told us our guest list tickets expired and we had to pay each. I argued and got angry because it made no sense since they made us wait 1 hour and forced the tickets to get expired. At that point he said either to buy the ticket or I had to leave. That was disgusting. He said the tickets come with a free drink. we paid 15 euro's each to get in. I honestly would have been inside an hour earlier from the regular queue which was empty. It made absolutely no sense to make us wait. So when we got in and wanted to give our coats they said to each of us that coat items cost 2 euro's but we had to pay minimum 6 euro's... WTF? So I paid 6 euro's and my friends who came later also paid 6 euro's each. That is also a scam not allowed by EU law. Then the drinks we were supposed to get free... We had to pay an additional 10 euro's on top of the "free" ticket for a simple wodka redbull. Later when we ordered one without the ticket they charged a crazy 25 euro's for a SINGLE FUCKING DRINK. 25 fucking euro's????????????? FOR A SINGLE DRINK. WTF is wrong with these people. Just a simple wodka redbul should cost 5 euro's. 7 euro's at most. Not 25 EUROS! If that wasn't terrible enough. When I asked for my coat back, my wallet and phone was taken out. My zipper was closed. Somebody from the staff literally opened my coat zipper and took all my belongings out. The reason I left those items in my coat was because I expected the staff to be trustworthy and my coat to be safe behind closed area. Not that they would search my belongings and steal!!!!! Watch out for this club people. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL! They scam and steal. Even the staff. They charge 5 times the amount for drinks and honestly the vibe was not at all great. The club wasn't good at all.

Terrible experience. Do not recommend. We tried to go to this club, but they refused to let us in because my friend bought a ticket for two people. They claimed she was trying to use my ticket, even though the other person she bought it with had already entered. When we tried to explain, the male staff became aggressive and actually shoved us. There was no language barrier. I speak Spanish, they simply refused to communicate or listen. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. We decided not to enter since they would not let our friend, who paid for a ticket, come in. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place has terrible staff and zero communication.

I am not one to write review but I went to KU BARCELONA with a group of friends, and at one point, a random guy suddenly got mad at my friend for no clear reason. Even after my friend tried to calmly apologize, the guy kept coming back and acting aggressively - he approached us three separate times, and we had no idea what his problem was. He then complained to security, who at first reacted quite heatedly and aggressively too, which I can understand since they didn’t know the full situation. That said, the whole thing made us feel pretty unsafe. We were told that the guy was a regular - and honestly, if that’s the kind of crowd this place attracts, then that’s not really for us.

Probably the worst club I've been to in my entire life, in any country. I've only ever been here with free entry, so I can't even make the usual (and evidently very common) complaints about security. Drinks are extremely expensive even by beach club standards (a Heineken in a glass bottle is €10), they let in way too many people to the point where it's basically impossible to navigate the club and sometimes even dance, coatroom is somehow €2 with cash but €6 with card (for a service with absolutely no overhead that's purely profit), and for God knows why, they have staff standing behind bars not providing service until the club is way too crowded and the extra bars are absolutely necessary. In the summer it's not just packed but completely sweltering and reeks of BO. I cannot imagine ever paying money to come here, because for me it's always free and I avoid it anyway. Save your night and go anywhere else.

I can only speak from my own experience and what I’ve personally seen. My friends and I were able to get in fairly easily — which seemed to only be the case if you buy your tickets online. Otherwise, you're stuck in a line with no clear waiting time and, from what I observed, a surprisingly high rejection rate. I couldn’t even figure out the criteria for getting in. It doesn’t seem to be about the typical guy-to-girl ratio you’d expect at most clubs, nor about fitting into any particular social “hotness” standard. Honestly, it just felt like pure luck. Beyond that, the security staff go out of their way to behave aggressively towards most people — ranging from extremely rude comments to actual physical violence. Unfortunately, my group experienced this firsthand. One of my friends asked the bartender for the drink prices, and she ended up switching the prices on him. He got upset and refused to pay, and things escalated. Eventually, a security guard kicked him in the chest and threw him out of the club. I wish I could say that was the only instance of violence I saw from the security that night, but sadly that wasn’t the case. Another issue I found concerning is that they hand people glass bottles of alcohol, which is incredibly unsafe and could easily lead to accidents. You’d think that would be an obvious risk. I've even seen multiple complaints about it, so my only guess is that they allow it so security has an excuse to step in — though, to be honest, they don’t seem to need one, as they constantly abuse their power anyway. It’s also worth mentioning how dangerous that can be for women, especially those wearing heels. By the end of the night, the whole floor feels careless at best. If none of this puts you off and you're still thinking about going, I’d say the only real upside is that the music isn’t terrible, and there’s a beach right in front where you can go afterward. But beyond that, there’s not much else I’d recommend.

Absolutely tourist scam, told its 20$ with a drink we get to the door at 1:10 told its 40 each for me and my 2 other girl friends, we're all hot 22 year old. So we pay already came this far. Dosnt even include a drink, someone knocks my friend she drops her bag and a guy snatches here wallet they refuse to check cameras 20 minutes later her id cards randomly get turned in but without the bank cards and wallet it self... they magically cant check to see who turned them in either.

Bouncers are so rude. Worst Experience in Barcelona of your trip will be this, atleast me it has been like ever. felt very disrespected Waited in line for 3hrs imagine. Never ever waited that long. Then they tell you entry is over. Or pay 60euro. There is no one to tell this when you are in line which on is for guestlist or general access. The line doesnt move for an hour. Imagine a 3hr line for nothing.
