Restaurante moderno y acogedor.
Vinimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y comimos genial.
I was absolutely blown away by the food at Nectari! My husband and I dined here, and our dinner lasted about two hours, during which we were continuously served new and exciting dishes. Each one was unique, beautifully presented, and incredibly delicious. The service was outstanding. At the beginning of our meal, the staff asked if we had any food allergies or intolerances. I mentioned that I don’t eat gluten, and they went out of their way to bake fresh gluten-free bread just for me—such a thoughtful touch! The staff was very attentive and noticed that my handbag was quite large and had no place to rest. Without hesitation, they brought a special attachment to hang it on the table. I did notice that some waiters didn’t speak English very well, but when I asked them to try, they put in a great effort, which I really appreciated. The flavors of the dishes were deep and complex, making for a truly special dining experience. The only small downside for me was that some dishes were a bit too spicy, which sometimes overpowered the flavors. Overall, we were completely satisfied and left feeling full and happy. I will definitely return to Nectari—it’s a must-visit for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Barcelona!
Fantastic place for a high quality lunch menu. Creative combination from the pre starters to all the diferente dishes. The staff is caring and treat you to feel home. Jordi, the chef and his wife Ikram, are just pure food love. Ask Ikram for her secret cavas as Meravellous from Cava Jaume Giro.
We dropped by Nectari for lunch thanks to Luciano’s (Prodigi) recommendation and it was such a good! We opted for the tasting menu, I had everything as it was but the folks swapped out the deer for a fish. And before we started on our Nectari journey, Chef Jordi came out to chat, he was lovely, sharing snippets of his career & throughout the lunch, he was very generous & accommodating. The menu we had at 85€ consisted of: 1.) Appetisers & Bread 2.) Foie & Eel - this was so good and I scooped up the remaining with the bread. 3.) Seafood Bisque 4.) Catch of the day with shaved truffles - the broth was rich and tasty, we finished every last bit. 5.) Deer Tenderloin - I was a little hesitant at first but after the first bite, I knew I made the right choice by sticking to this option and not changing it out to the fish. 6. Selection of cheese - what was unique about this was the goat cheese soaked in whiskey to get that darker shade of yellow. It was good! 7.) Pre-Dessert: Iced pineapple soaked in pomegranate juice, this was absolutely refreshing! 8.) Dessert - this was fun and interactive! We had “mustard” (mango) and “tomato” (pomegranate) sauce to drizzle on top of our dessert burger. 9.) Petite Fours - last but definitely not the least, the milk chocolate bon bons was a decadent finish.
We had a business lunch on 28 Feb, lucky to make this reservation due to surging demand during MWC, love the ambience. I tried the basic tasting menu with wine included, everything is surprisingly great, each bite opens a whole universe, it is definitely a great choice for special occasions.
If you have doubts to go or not - leave them behind, go and enjoy it! I was there for a Sunday lunch with a 7 years old gentleman- and we both totally enjoyed it. Tasting menu includes 9 plates, plus 3 go as a kind of chef compliment (strawberry gazpacho is a jaws dropping must). Plus incredible selection of warm bread (make sure you try the olive ciabatta). The first starter, Coliflor y caviar, is a subtle mix of cauliflower sauce, truffle flavor and seafood. Cream soup with lobster and mushrooms is simple but delicious. The main course is fish and meat, separated by sorbet. Bacalao was quite average, I’m not sure wakame is the right ingredient there with it’s quite strong taste; but the meat was out of this world, mix the different flavors on the plate - one for each piece of meat - and you’ll live heaven on earth. Cheese plate is good with cheeses quite peculiar and nicely selected. Pre-dessert is an incredible beetroot pineapple where you feel cinnamon flavors and a pure freshness. The dessert, a Nectari hamburger, is a divine mix of white chocolate, nuts-filled biscuit pillow, mango and ice cream. Ketchup- and mustard-like bottles is a nice touch for presenting sauces. By this moment you barely can breath but the bonbons are like small gremlins - they will attack you and you’ll eat them all (although coconut one could be more sophisticated). All the meals were also tasted by the little one - and enjoyed a lot. Don’t hesitate to bring a kid there- it’s totally worth it to raise an adventurous eater who has respect for food, its ingredients and the way it’s presented. There’s also a good selection of plates outside of tasting menu - my son enjoyed risotto with mushrooms and truffles. Two things I would change: - a smaller room which is super nice for a quieter meal (only two tables) features a mountain of some stuff covered with a table cloth - you feel like in a kind of back room. - tea experience- if you would like to drink tea there you would expect a more refined experience (including a teapot)
Was able to book easily via email prior to our trip. Restaurant sits about 12 people. 9pm on Monday and we were the only patrons of the night. Out of the way from tourist attractions but worth the visit. Tasting menu leave you full and satisfied and the chef also greeted the table at the end of our meal.
We had the lunch menu . The food was very delicious, well presented and followed by good and fast service! It’s a must to visit this cosy place !

Punto a considerar!!! .
We came here for tasting the restaurants lunch special. Appetizers are so good and gorgeous. But the main course is a little bit not suit our tastes. Especially for the paella is extremely salty. After reacting with waiter, the chef offers another paella without any salt, it's ok, but too extreme way to do so. The better way is to provide some salt or spices for us to adjust ourselves. For the above reason, chef treats us two glasses of wine for compensation, I think the service is good and the food is worth to taste.
Very good neighborhood restaurant with a great wine list. Have a choice between a set tasting menu or an a la carte. We went with the a la carte and they still gave us two amuse and a pre desert.

Nectari truly deserves its Michelin star rating. The food was very good and the place is small but very intimate. U had space for privacy and can talk discretely.

Went at lunch time. Was expecting something way higher standard, as it's featured as "Michelin" experience. First the atmosphere isn't very cosy. Then so many details are not taken care of such as holes in the napkin, glass full of handprints, damaged ceramic.. Food was overall alright but the main course, the rice, was extremely salty, which was pity Not putting the IVA included is also a tricky way to annonce the prices.. and I didn't appreciate this, even if the menu was affordable. One good thing was that it was very quiet, so it was enjoyable It was not horrible but I unfortunately would not recommend or come back.
In general was a super good experience. Went there for anniversary lunch and started pretty good and tasteful One thing that almost ruined the experience was the smoked merluza, it had shells that you couldn’t bite the piece without feeling it and almost hurt your gums For a restaurant that advertise Michelin Star experience I think this might ruin it
I went here, and I have to say it was completely and totally average. When I heard Michelin star, I thought my socks were going to be blown off, but I was incorrect. The service was pretty good, as well as the dessert, but I was disappointed in the food. It was all very one dimensional and quite basic. Possibly it was just the menu del día today, but I didn’t love it. I hope you guys strive to be better, and reach for the stars.
Wine was really delicious. Food was nice, however, the complementary egg with truffle starter was very salty. Also, we ordered a portion of cannelloni which meant to be 2 of them so the waitress offered 1 portion and a half. When we received the bill, we were charged 75€ for 3 single cannelloni which we considered extremely expensive for what we got (photo attached). The service was nice, but when the waiter approached to us to order. We advised that we were not sure what to order as one of us did not eat seafood, the waitress next to him jumped to our table and said that we needed to order as the kitchen was gonna close which was a bit rude. Lastly, you are charged for the “complementary” starter and sweets when you haven’t asked for it.
Had lunch there with a business partner. Good service but waiters maybe a bit too close to the tables all the time. We felt interrupted in our conversation too often. It made me feel uncomfortable. Food was nicely presented and ingredients seemed of good quality (we had seabass and a steak tartare and both dishes were good) but you have to like modern cuisine by a chef experimenting with flavours and colours and be ready to put the price for such a “mise en scène” if you want to leave the restaurant happy.
No lo recomiendo. Menú mediodia. Cantidades irrisorias.
02/05/25 Lunch @ Nectari, when we entered the door, the waiter helped us to hang our coats and a ba…
Food in the restaurant is the most important. The service is nice and warm. But the food was terrible. Maybe it's because my personal taste but I can't imagine that the food I can't finish exist. The starter was too creamy and the Bloody Mary is nothing but only tomato juice, just like what I bought in supermarket. The main is too salty that we have to drink half glass of water to finish a bite. The decoration of the dishes are nothing special but always with petals. Why Michelin?
