Nice restaurant un Bardonnechia 🇮🇹 near the ski station. The tagliere was good, very tasteful. The picanha we had was a bit too raw when we asked for rare cooking. Nevertheless the waiters was nice and at our disposal, the drinks were good too.

Great location, however ordered 2 large beers. Mine was warm and flat. My husband said I should ask for another one. Now I know why. Stored warm beer collecting the over spills and saving for next customer. My returned beer left on the side not thrown away! Make sure you watch your beer being freshly poured! I have photo as evidence. Half a pint and half a jug waiting for the next customer. Yuk!

The Pichana steak is incredibly small given the price. I could have eaten 3 orders and still been hungry, not enough chimichuri either. I should have sent it back, but I didn't want to be a difficult customer. The pork shank polenta is MASSIVE in comparison.

Bad service. Avoid. Waited 20 minutes, no service, got told to go indoors to order, then the waiter indoors said ask someone outdoors. Then someone outdoors just straight up blanked us. Maybe a dislike for tourists? I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

terrible service, rude waiters who even pushed me, few speak English and they treat you badly for that. They are not prepared to serve tourists. Furthermore, they were xenophobic towards me. Apres ski is boring and a terrible environment to go to. If you're not Italian and want to go to Haralds, I don't recommend it!

They do not accommodate allergies or food restrictions. We tried to just order a simple burger without anything on it and they kept telling us “That’s impossible.” Even when we stated there were life threatening allergies and food restrictions. We were still met with “We don’t accommodate changes for any reason.” This is just a health and safety risk for those with life threatening allergies. There are no signs anywhere that state they can’t accommodate food restrictions / allergies, had we seen any like that we would’ve left immediately.

I hate this place with a passion. Worst service ever. Im a tourist and don’t understand/agree with the Italian way of queuing for ticket, then food, then drink but this place is the worst example of it. 15 staff standing doing nothing and one girl under pressure doing everything. One of the four days I was there after 25 minutes once the girl poured my drink the manager took it off her to hand it to me. It took everything not to throw it in his face. I have many more stories about how every time I walked into this place it was a horrible experience, but my review means nothing because you have no choice.
