I'm giving them 5 stars because our Christmas Eve order did not get through to them from the app. I asked about it 20 minutes early, and we discovered the error. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5:10 pm. My 150 wings, with all the dips and flavors we asked for, were ready at 5:16. That is Excellent customer service!! The food was good as always.

After a long softball practice, Buffalo Wild Wings in Baytown was the perfect spot to unwind. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it an ideal place to relax with teammates. The wings were incredible—crispy and flavorful, with a great variety of sauces. Service was friendly and efficient, adding to the overall great experience. Definitely recommend this place for a fun and satisfying post-game meal!

The waitress made the visit the best! She saw I was completely exhausted with my kiddos and was super attentive to us. The food was hot, fresh and the drinks were cold. Never had an empty drink once. Well done! The kids had a blast too.

Got seated right away! Was asked if i wanted a booth, table, or to sit at the bar, even though i was alone. Never been given an option for a booth before when i was by myself... that was awesome, even though i chose a table. Waiter was awesome. Kept my sweet tea filled. Got my chips and salsa right away. My wings came shortly after, exactly how i ordered them. Probably the best BDUBS experience ive had so far and ive been to alot of BDUBZ across the Country.

The wait staff is phenomenal, food is always consistent, and drinks are crisp. My team comes here every Thursday after playing our softball games. Wait staff is always super friendly and attentive, had never missed, and the kitchen is always serving hot food.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is fantastic. Even though they were short staffed, they still kept the beer and wings coming. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a lot of space between tables. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My beer glass went empty one time, but not for long. The wait staff was constantly moving and doing it with a smile. With the horrible service record that many places have today; I saw some truly hard working folks that actually cared about their customers. The draft beer is cold and delicious and the wings came out perfect! I even had the queso, and while it's not up to authentic Mexican restaurant standards, it's perfectly fine for a wings restaurant. I recommend the Spicy Passion Fruit margarita, you won't regret it. I also highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings for great food, great service, and an all around great experience!! A+ Service!

I go just about every Thursday for BOGO boneless Thursdays and the wings (chicken nuggets) are great and pretty affordable. The service is good. The beer on tap is not very good at all. They need to flush and clean the taps. 😖 That alone lost them a star. All-in-all, I don't have to drink tap beer from there. Not too bad of a place.

Staff is always accommodating. Even though I rarely visit, the service and quality of food has stayed the same over the years. It's a little loud, at times, but that comes with the sports bar & grill atmosphere. The staff told me they do not sell Cherry Pepsi, but if I was willing to try it, they could make me something similar. I agreed. It was absolutely delicious. I always order the Asian Zing regular bone-in wings, they come with a side of carrots and celery. Perfect combo. Asian Zing is sweet and tangy, with it has ginger which I love. It is very mild to my tastes.

Yes, we showed up on Veterans Day, but the place was severely understaffed, and it took a long time to get our meal, which was 20 wings. Sever was extremely nice, but it was just extremely slow.

Stopped in after work to have a beer and an app while I waited on my wings. My waitress was very nice and attentive. 😊 The everthing pretzels were go but the beer cheese was ehhh.. I ordered a lemon drop shot which was delicious but when I got my bill I was charged for a whole martini... I would not have been upset by this if what I recieved was martini sized.

Ate here 6/5/25. Wings were great, as they usually are. Service was pretty fast. One problem, though, was the floor in the bar area. It is really slippery - it's the surface of the tiles, not any liquid on the floor. I'm presently using a crutch after having injured my ankle, and it was sliding on the tiling, making walking dangerous - I nearly slipped over several times. My husband had the same problem with his trainers sliding. The family area was fine. BWW need to address this urgently before someone actually falls over.

Updated review: we always come here and service and food is just getting worst. We when last week. And we order lemon pepper sauce and medium mix together extra wet. They always bring lemon pepper seasoning . I don’t know why the offer the sauce if the cooks or waiters don’t know the difference. When I get carry out I call to make the order so they could make it rite and it’s always wrong. This time we dine in to have a better experience and it was worst. They were so dry. We went here specifically to have dinner and watch the Astros. We felt a little neglected by our waitresses but the food was great. The audio and video on the TV's were out of sync by 15-30 seconds so that was frustrating. We mentioned this and they said they were aware and looking into it.

The managers were great. Unfortunately, my waitress was new and as much as she tried to help with issues, still needs some training. This place is hit-or-miss. Sometimes we have great service and others we do not. The last time we waited 10 minutes before I went to the bar to try to get a drink. They would not serve me because I was not sitting at the bar so I asked him to please get me a server. The food has always been great and it is definitely a place you can watch some football games.

I love your wings. Up until recently, I was a long-time bar customer (two-three times per week) $25 wings plus $15 beer plus a $10 tip. I really like Buffalo Wild Wings but the way they handled a mistake just now was very poor. For full context I will tell you that I made an online order in the app about 2 weeks ago that was half my order and half someone else’s. The bottom half of my order was the other persons so I didn’t realize it til I got home. Had to go back and wait for them to fix it. Today I made an order of 2 20pc boneless wings, 1 Asian zing and the other with sauces on the side. I checked it outside the restaurant before leaving and it appeared correct at a glance. Got home and realized the Asian zing came as sauce on the side but also only had one small sauce. I went back and showed the manager that their ticket had all mine with sauces on the side even though my app order showed the Asian zing was not sauces on the side. She said the app has that problem and there is no fix. You can call and order but lose the promotional offers and prices from the app. Then she took the wings I brought back from my house to the back and sauced them and gave me the same wings back. I didn’t think they were allowed to bring food back into the kitchen after leaving the restaurant. I also thought they would at least get fresh wings. There is no accountability for their mistake today, even if it isn’t a local problem and is a corporate problem. But it comes at my expense and now I have room temperature wings and an extra trip to the restaurant

The server was eh not really attentive. We tried to be friendly and initiate conversation. Negative ghost rider. However, the server was not bad just disengaged. Who knows, the server could have been having a bad day. We all have those. The mango habanero sauce was the hottest I have ever encountered at any BWW. Whomever made the sauce, HAD to be maniacally laughing while combining the ingredients in a vat. Muhahahaha (pinky to the side of the mouth). No need to go to the gym, I sweated down eating the mango habanero. The food came out quickly and correctly. They do offer sweetened and unsweetened tea here.

The food was pretty good. However my daughter got her food, my boyfriend got his food and wings and 15 minutes later mine came out. They claim it’s because they bring food out as it’s ready. So brisket tacos and 6 wings take a heck of a lot longer than 6 wings, a chicken sandwich and French fries to come out. And then our waitress was kinda rude when we asked about my food and we had to ask for refills on our water. Will I be back? Probably not to this location.

Food was ok, bartender gave great service. However, at the host stand we were made to pay $5 each “to watch the ufc fight”. We do not watch ufc and do not care to. Upon sitting down we notice the fight didn’t start for another 3 hours! If you did not pay the $5 cover you would be refused entry. Is BWW that broke they need to charge a cover fee? Come in here fairly often. Usually service is below par but today was the worst. Arrived at 540pm and sat opposite the bar side. Seen at least three servers working the area and a fourth coming and going. Sat for 20 min with no communication from any staff walking by. A table sat behind us and was immediately greeted. Got up and left. Update in regards to “making it right”. My review was not submitted to receive something to make up for the visit. If you would like to make it right do so in working on the issues and hold management and crew accountable for the poor visits. That would make it right.

Need 2 Bartenders for Super Bowl Sunday and more kitchen staff. Food took hour and a half to come out, even in partials. If the strategy is less staff, then managers should be stepping in to fill in waaaay more often, not just when there's a problem.

If you like your beers cold and wings colder. This is the place. You have to love consistency, or do you? Unfortunately in baytown this is the best wing place to go and watch games. I think that's why nothing will change here.

Dark, smokey and messy. The kitchen messed up our order my 7 year old was almost given the Nashville hot which is hot af. Thankfully I took a bite of it first. Our waitress was Theresa, she got our order right but her service was awful. She never checked on us, never refilled our drinks, our wedges took forever to come out. We ran out of sauce cause they give you baby size sauce cups. I’m a great tipper and I tip 30% of my bill if my service is good and my waitress/waiter is attentive. This was not the case. We had to flag down other waitstaff to just get a refill on water. We were there 2hours most of that was waiting on food. And they were not that busy. Do better guys. The one good thing I can say, is they fry their food in beef tallow, which is why I gave them 3 stars for food.

We won’t be back. Took us over 2hrs to get food & the manager has a bad attitude. The waiter was super nice. That girl deserves a raise having to put up with her boss.

Today's service and food had to be the worst experience here yet. We received 6 boneless wings then 20 minutes later received traditional wings then after complaining twice received our appetizers last. Our waitress would disappear for long periods and the most words out of her was at time of tip. This place needs to get it together. I remember when they were great. I will have to wait a year or so to return and hope for the best.

I've been going here for about a 1yr now about twice a week. Never had any problems or issues up to the last couple of times when my check has been wrong and I've asked my waitress about the overages. To my luck and on both times my waitress has been a trainee. So both times the female manager has come to our table to discuss the check...or so i thought! I traveled 2300 miles to spend the weekend with my grandkids. BWW was one on the places they requested to eat dinner before the movies. We arrived, were seated, and waited 18 minutes for someone -> anyone working there to acknowledge our presence. No waiter or waitress stopped at our table. THERE WERE ONLY 19 PEOPLE seated in the establishment. The need for Customer Service Training is overdue by 248 months. As disappointing as the experience was, I held off praying that this company be shutdown, fail, fall apart, then close for good. While traveling home. As we were leaving, the Hostess (who walked by our table countless times, asked, "No one came to your table? I apologize because this happens a lot." That was my last time going BWW. I had an online order for 9 pm, I arrived at the restaurant at 9:20 and they said they never received my order because it was not in the system and that if I wanted my order I could order there again and that I should call the next day so that They refunded my money for the online order and I finally ordered and when I got home the potato wedges were cold and hard and the wings were not seasoned correctly. Very bad experience in customer service and also for the food.

Updated review 3/2023: This review update comes after 3 or 4 visits over the last 6 to 12 months where we have noticed the quality of the food, the value, and the service has dropped to an all time low. We went today with our kids. Ordered drinks. We had to ask another server to finally bring our youngest her drink that we ordered about 20 minutes later. My wife and I ordered the tenders and asked for the *wedges* instead of fries which we were told would be "a dollar more". We knew that and it was no problem... Until our food was delivered to the table with fries. We informed the server who said "oh" and walked away. We eventually did get the wedges however we were charged $3.99 for the wedges instead of the additional $1 added to our two meals. at this point I was just ready to leave so I paid the tab, left a tip that the server earned and promised myself and my wife we would NEVER return to buffalo wild wings. The prices have increased, the sauce cups have shrunk down to less than 1/2 the size the used to be and the service is delivered by people who seriously act like they just don't care. It is sad to see all of these once very popular chain restaurants going down hill. Unfortunately this is why restaurants close and franchises fold. Look at Applebee's and Fridays... BWW isn't far behind.

Horrible service, was there just for a couple beers. Went to the bar to get our first round, took an hour before our server even asked how we were doing. Between 2 of us in 2 hours we had a total of 3 beers. Terrible service. Owner, so I see your response, I am not going to call, one reason is because we were there for the races and are back home now, which is WI. All we wanted was a couple drinks, after our meal at Texas Roadhouse across the street from ya. Secondly when we do come back down next year, we will not swing in anyway because we will remember this visit. What was even funnier, the waitress could not find our ticket for the first 2 beers. I told her, "no one sat us when we walked in the door, stood for almost 10 min and just headed back to the bar". I bought our first two drinks and wanted to pay for them at the bar, I was told, "your server will add them to you bill", I replied with, "we do not have a server so we are going to go sit at that table". Then read the the above review again for how long it actually took for ONE BEER.

I think one was a roach. I would not recommend going here. It is a health hazard to all. If I could leave a 0 star I would!

Waited almost 2 hours to get our food. No communication from the server about the wait or apologies for the wait. Didn’t refill our drinks the entire time bc she didn’t come back to our table. Brought us cold wings, cold fries and a burger, and cold macaroni. Will never come back. (Everyone at the bar got their food no problem) must be nice.

Waited 20 mins for someone to greet us. 15 mins for our drinks. Then another 15 to take our order. No waitress on the floor in site. Then they rung the order up wrong. No manager in site Forfor my to go order after asking numerous times. I would give no stars if possible. They need to hire more ppl and the manager needed to be on the floor helping his staff.

The food was horrible, and everything tasted burnt. I think the oil was old. Also, everything just had a weird taste. There was only one server for the entire floor when we went and she wasn't to be seen half the time, it wasn't too busy and I now know why. Bw's used to be good but they fell a long way down. Plus the whole place looked newer but dirty.

I questioned why the reviews at this place were so low, I love BWWs! I placed a pick up order here for me and 2 other people and I most definitely see why the ratings are so low. The location is extremely slow, they mess up orders frequently. They forgot fries on one of our combos and forgot to give me all the extra sides of ranch I paid extra for and the ones that came with the wings were in tiny containers and weren’t even filled up half way. I don’t know about you but I ain’t eating no wings without some ranch my man…gotta have it. I went here with my wife and 2 friends to dine in a while back as well and as you would expect, the service is extremely slow, good luck getting refills and if you’re planning on walking in already hungry, find somewhere else to go because you will be waiting. I had to wait for the pickup order 30 minutes past the ready to pickup time on the app which was already 30 minutes after placing it on the app. People coming in 15-20 minutes after me getting their food before me. Looks like a lack of well trained staff and organization.

After sitting at a table for almost 30 min, watching multiple wait staff around, someone finally came to take my drink order. When I went to place my food order I was told it would be at least a 30 min wait, and I wanted an appetizer 🤦‍♀️ Management needs to revamp training and standards, so service can be better! And kitchens don't get overwhelmed. I didn't stay...

I haven't been to BWW in about 5 years. The last time I went, the service was horrific, and the food was cold. I told myself I would never go back. However, my GF loves the restaurant, and I decided to give it another try. Well, we walked in, and the restaurant was damn near empty. So I'm thinking we'll get great service and our food fast....that was not the case. It took the waitress 20 mins to get our drinks. We just ordered 2 soft drinks, that's it. Then we ordered wings and fries, nothing more. We got our food, and the wings were cold. Seems like the food had been sitting in the back for a while. I was not happy. So we told the waitress, and she said, "Let me get you a fresh batch." That was a mistake. She completely forgot about us. We never got our food. So we just paid for the drinks and left. Again, I can understand if the restaurant was busy, but they were not. More than half of the restaurant was empty. Hardly any customers. Now I know why I don't eat there anymore. 2 times that I've had bad service.

Elyse came to us 20 minutes after being sat and rarely checked on us. We had to ask for refills and napkins. I get there only being 2 servers, but it wasn’t even busy and maybe management should’ve stopped by and been helping. I’m a waitress myself at a way busier sports bar working with only 4 people sometimes and I still greet everyone within a timely manner and get help from management. This is the worst service I’ve ever had here. I never not stop by my tables and just let them sit there with bad service. Terrible. Maybe let’s not schedule people who can’t handle more than 3 tables.

empty, we didn’t get served at all although there were probably more staff there than customers, literally only went with intention to get chips and margs. i left after not receiving service for 20 minutes. i politely told staff and was just told “oh really? sorry.” when bro had seen me sitting at table but he was too busy chatting up a waitress. the waitresses seem to yap more than work . avoid this place like the plague i wasted my time

Went with my family to get wings. We had already ordered onion rings & drinks. One of the people in my party wanted to take advantage of the online deal. We were told by two people that we would have to go to the To Go bar & could eat at the table. The manager then came over & stated we would not be able to do that, we would have to get it from to go stand & leave the establishment. Although, the other people in the party were ordering wings. She stated we can not take up a table for a to go order. After explaining that the others were ordering… she stated after they eat their food, you can then take your to go order . This was one of my worse experiences. I come all the time & it was very distasteful to be told I am taking up a seat & would be excluded from celebrating with my family

Managed to find not only one but two hairs in our food somehow?? Both from different heads (hopefully lol) Didn’t even bother telling the staff as our waiter hardly came over and seemed more busy than he could handle, understaffed and rushed. No more Buffalo Wild Wings for us lol also no celery, what a bummer :/

We didn’t even get to the food! the manager told us to sit anywhere we’d like and every table was dirty. not wiped. not pre-bussed. We walked in and left in maybe 30 seconds.

I waited all night for my wings and no one was in the restaurant and it took 20 mins to get my check

My wedges were cold and greasy and my wings boxes were wet and tore apart whenever I took it out the bag chicken is also tough

Showed up around 4:50 for a party of 6. The restaurant was very slow, the sign for seat yourself was out. I’d say about 5:10-5:15, I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and say 5:20 is when the last of the 6 showed up. The waitress got our drinks right away. Besides two refills she didn’t say anything or ask if we’re ready to order. Could visually see her sitting outside talking and sitting with a coworker for the majority of 30 minutes. We decided to get up and leave at 5:50 after no service. The restaurant got maybe three to four more tables worth of people in that hour so that’s not really an excuse.

So my wife and I decided to have a date night at home and we ordered through Uber eats, when the food arrived to us it was really cold. After sometime my wife ended up getting food poisoning. I usually don't write reviews but I feel really bad for her. She's really sick! I won't be ordering at this location again.

Service was good. Food was cold! Nothing was warm. My husband said extra wet on his wings they were not. We haven’t been here in forever because of a roach previous incident, decided to give it another try. Definitely won’t be coming back. And it was wayyyy too cold in there for it to also be 40 degrees outside.

it's 2025, i have lived in Baytown since 1995, i have yet to be told that i can't bring my own habanero salsa from home, so we left, we won't be back.... thank management

I dont understand how this place could possibly be open still the wait for our food was over an hour we got our food and it dry literally dry I gave it to my dogs....................yall need to be prepared with employees if yall know people come there to watch the game....

Last couple visits have been awful. Quality of their food has decreased. Not happy spending $ on wings that barely have any meat on the bones and are overcooked. On top of that the wings were cold. Disappointing. And also, you should be able to buy blazin knockout of you sign something. Whole reason i came up here was for that flavor wing and can't even take a bottle home and cook wings myself to make up for the crappy food served to us today!

The waiter seemed to be on a rush so we got minimal service. The chicken was cold and hard. Absolutely terrible. I won't be going back and my advise to you is don't waste you time or money here.

Tables were dirty. Food was cold, waited 1 hour and 22 minutes after our appetizer for our food order to be placed. My brothers, son and I had to ration our napkins. Water never got filled til we were done with our food. I ordered bacon and cheese on my wedges but my order didn’t come out with them; i asked for the add ons to be removed from the ticket but they weren’t. An excuse was made for a beer my brother ordered that he decided he no longer wanted but was told to drink because it was just poured. My son didn’t like the Mac and cheese because, along with our food, was cold. My brother said it seemed like the wait staff was avoiding us because we asked for the table to be cleaned.

My wife and i went for lunch on a Saturday. There was a table of about 20 people ahead of us along with several other tables. I assumed they would have had enough staff to provide adequate service to their customers on a day when football is the only thing on TV, however I was wrong. Once seated it took about ten minutes for our server to arrive and take our drink order and order an appetizer. The television volume was at a level we practically had to yell to hear one another. When i asked the server if she could ask the manager to adjust the volume to a level for normal conversation she said it was because there was football on today and that there pretty much wasnt anything that could be done about it. It took roughly another ten minutes for our sprite and lemonade to arrive. It was an additional fifteen minutes for our appetizer to arrive and when it did the cheese sticks were as cold as ice. We decided to leave because we were in the mood for lunch, not a test of our patience. I'll never eat at this establishment again. "Booooo B-Dubs, Bad Job". For an resturaunt so prominently advertised as the local neighborhood "Hang out" how do you do this poorly? Shame on you.

Ran in last night after a run to get a bite to eat, [to go] it was approximately 11:30pm. Waited at the counter for over 15 minutes and no one came. When Someone finally came out from the back he walked right by, not a word. There were 4 tables inside, 2 tables outside, 3 people seated at the bar. I decide to eat elsewhere, won't be back.

Filthy Tables — Even the Manager Didn’t Care. We walked into Buffalo Wild Wings and were greeted by the manager, who told us to “sit anywhere.” Sounds fine — until we looked around and realized EVERY single table was filthy. Sticky sauce, crumbs, trash — it was honestly disgusting. The fact that the manager saw the condition of the place and still told us to sit wherever is beyond me. We didn’t even bother staying. We walked right back out. If that’s how they run the dining area, I don’t even want to know what the kitchen looks like. Absolutely unacceptable. Won’t be back.

Well we thought we'd give them another chance - dummy me. At least our order was taken quickly. Just a shame it took them 30 minutes to tell us their fryers were down and they couldn't bring our food order. This is the last time going to this BWW. Didn't even offer to waive the cost of the beers for our inconvenience. Place was pretty much empty - hardly surprising.
