I wish to give this place more stars but the shift leader Sonia is absolutely terrible at her job. Im not even kidding when I say I have to repeat my order multiple times and she still gets it wrong. Another time I went through she charged me for a large drink but gave me a medium and said that is their new large, want in a few days later and they gave me the regular large they use. She is basically stealing from the customers. She charged me double on food I didn't order as well this last time. Some days she tries to charge me extra for dipping sauce and some days she doesn't. Then she gave me sauce I didn't ask for....make it make sense. The late night guys crew Steven, his friend and the late night lady cook definitely need a raise. They are super nice, quick, professional, and not once have I had any issues with them, they get my order right every time. They are the reason I come back to this location. Thanks late night crew, keep up the good work!

I go here 5x week order the same exact order Sunday - Tuesday my girl gets my order perfect loaded tiny tacos no lettuce extra sauce and cheese . But Wednesday Thursday another older lady who can’t understand gets my order incorrect. I’ve told her 3x now and every order wrong. She can’t speak English well but why have her at drive-thru. Very annoying.

it's hard to enjoy your food when you need to use the bathroom you see the amount of pee on the floor you just hold it. i can't believe this place has 4 customers and they don't have time to clean.🤮 just get it to go if you must. fyi if the restroom is like this next time it will be my first YouTube video about nasty restaurants so CLEAN YOUR STORE!

Bathroom had only 1 of two stalls working and there was no toilet paper. When the staff was told that more toilet paper was needed they said thank you but no one moved to fix problem. The beverage dispenser listed 10 options and only half were working and no one was available at to counter to help.

I went to the drive thru and the staff was so rude and disrespectful while I was being kind and trying to order some food. I clearly spoke slow and accurate on my order and the screen matched what I said but I was given completely different food and the drive thru was empty. And these people demand more money for minimum wage while they can't even do the simplest things while giving horrible customer service.

I go to this location frequently, however there is an older Hispanic lady who works at around 3-4am and has gotten my order wrong twice. This last time she charged me for curly fries and she forgot to put them in my bag.

This sucks, Jack in the box used to be one of my favorite places to go to grab a late night snack. Until today. I got betrayed by the people working there and paid $15.29 for a large three piece chicken tenders combo, with the intention of ordering and paying for five piece large combo. Coincidentally, I didn't get my other 2 tenders, my honey mustard, or my receipt . I felt very rushed out of this Wednesday at noon, and I hope other people don't have to experience paying for things that they don't receive as did I. I tried to call the store but nobody answered 😔

There's never anyone in line yet it is super slow. Food is not fresh and it just pushed you in a bad mood always makes you lose your appetite to wait so long for the poor food.

If you live in Beaumont you know it if you work nights you got 4 options and this place being one. Burgers only have came out dry and or burnt. Order always comes out wrong wether they added ketchup and we asked for none or they put curly fries instead of regular. We have to go back and wait 20 mins in line. Sucks this place is such crap at night. They had a good staff back when it was the black dude at night. Or the other lady. But you can tell they hired another crew and they just don't do it the same unfortunately :(

Horrible costumer service. I wasn't even acknowledged while I stood at he counter in front of the cashier and cook who were talking about their shopping plans. In the middle of prepping the food the cook picked her scabs and continued to cook.

Customer service at the window kept touching her hair. Then when I got my food, I reached in the bag to cold fries. And we all know Jack's fries are trash when their cold. Cant even warm them after. But this is my fault. Because this location is a hit or miss when it come to food. Not coming back, im good.

We walked in this afternoon. A young man had ordered & was waiting for his order. We checked out the menu & wanted to order lunch so we waited at the counter. After several minutes, a staff member walked by with her food & sat down to eat. She looked at my husband and I waiting still & said 'you can order at the counter. Waited longer & another staff member came to the counter & said 'you have to order at the kiosk'. Went to the kiosk & didn't know how to order a sausage croissant without a combo. No one came back to the counter so we walked out. Felt totally unwanted. Is ordering from the kiosk a requirement? What's wrong with saying hello, what would you like to have today? Business is about people!!
