Crawfish are decent sizes seasoned wonderfully. Shrimp is just as good. I’ve been couple times, back in town and going again. Never had any problems. Amazing customer service.

My first time being here and let me just say it was delicious!! My kids loved the wings aswell myself did too. I will be coming here again. The service was great and I was greeted as soon as I walked in.

This is my favorite go to for a quick fast food. I don’t go to McDonald’s Burger King or Jack-in-the-Box. This is where I go. They have amazing quick meals. I love the Phillies and the shrimp Poboy and the salt and pepper shrimp amazing grilled.

The Washington Blvd location is one of the best restaurants in Beaumont to get real good seafood. Absolutely love the grilled fish and shrimp. If I could afford it, I'd probably eat it several times in a week.

I bought the extra spicy craw fish. Thinking it's gonna be OK. 5 Mins into I am sneezing and my eyes are watering up. The best 985 I have spent. I am buying two plates next time.

I stopped by this place with high hopes and an empty stomach. The wings? Absolute bangers—crispy, saucy, and seasoned like someone actually cared. I’d go back for those wings alone. Probably will. Might even write them a love letter. Now, the crawfish? Oh boy. I don’t know what happened there, but it tasted like they were boiled in regret. Mushy, flavorless, and honestly a little offensive. I’ve had better seafood at a gas station—and that’s not a joke. But wait, there’s more! This place also doubles as an impromptu daycare. Two little kids were parked in front of a Tablet with Dora the Explorer on full volume like it was a club DJ set. I half expected Swiper to pop out and take my plate. It’s hard to enjoy your meal when you’re getting shouted at in Spanish by a cartoon map. All in all, if you’re craving great wings and don’t mind dining in a preschool episode, it might be worth a visit. Just skip the crawfish. And maybe bring earplugs.

I have been a very loyal snd good customer for sometime . Eating there sometimes twice a week. I was treated poorly and unfairly after spending 88.24 in one week. They got my order wrong and didnt want to fix it. Than they gave me extra hot food thst was almost unbearable to eat. Didnt fix that either just poured some of the sauce hot. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and because of it today they loss 6 Customers. Ladies at the university heard how they spoke to me and treated me.

Delivery order--First time to order. So terribly disappointed. I won't return. I love hush puppies, so I ordered extra. The ones I received were so burnt and inedible. This was not a pleasant food experience. Seems like I wasted a lot of money.

First time I went here my order was wrong and it took them so long to re make it, after remaking it they didn’t apologize just shoved my food towards me like it was an inconvenience to re make, good they messed up on, I let it go everyone has bad days. Then my co workers and I were discussing where to go for lunch we wanted a hole in the wall type of place normally they have amazing food and great service. When we got our food One of my co workers were eating and saw a roach crawl out from under her food! Gross! Of course she couldn’t finish eating which is very inconvenient because it was our lunch break we can’t leave again to get food to make it worse none of us wanted to eat after seeing that. She immediately called to let them know. The co worker was nice over the phone to the restaurant but the lady was so rude she didn’t act like she cared or even believed my co worker who even took a photo and told her she had a photo and the roach still on the food to show her (She had the phone oh speaker). Of course this morning we ask the co worker what happen she said when she got to the restaurant the so called manager gave her attitude after she saw the photo and the food with the roach still on it! The “manager” had to keep going to the back to ask what to do about the situation that just made it seem like she wasn’t the manager and the actual manager didn’t wanna deal with the problem. She hassled my co worker over giving her money back and then had the nerve to originally charge her card more than the plate cost! This wouldn’t be as big of an issue if the restaurant acted like they cared it’s call customer service. If you had acted like you cared then you wouldn’t have us all blasting you. This place is disgusting and the service is terrible. Definitely needs a change in management to better represent this place until then we will make sure everyone we speak to knows how rude and gross this restaurant is!!!!

As I continued to eat I came across more sticky pieces. I decided to smell the pieces & it was gum! All throughout the crawfish that I paid $108 for. Disgusting. I called the store & the young lady put me on hold & never came back to the phone. I grew frustrated so I hung up & called back after awhile. Just to get put on a long hold again. No one ever came to the phone. I drive from Orange to Beaumont all of the time to get crawfish from here. But this time was my last time. Gum in my crawfish is unsanitary! & for me not to speak to anyone about my issue was unprofessional. I won’t be back.

I went up there to get my money back and the women was rude claimed she was the manager but kept going to the back to ask what should she do about giving me my money back. The food was not good at all and the service was terrible I will never ever EVER go back there. It was a work lunch that we all put in on and she wasnt only rude to me she was rude to all 3 of my co workers. She had a nasty attitude along with the nasty food. Wouldn't recommend this trash to anybody. I have a picture just dont know how to post it. Than to add to it my meal was 5.95 and they charged my card 7.45 for some weird reason I called my card holder people and they said they dont know why it would be doing that the women claimed she only charged me 5.95 but that's not what my app is saying on my card. Just over that nasty place and other customers witnessed her being rude.
