I got Big Mac. I was so delicious. The buns were even toasted. Gave it that extra goodness. Very good very good. My wife got nuggets that were so fresh. We also got our order in a very timely manner.
Ever since the really racist manager was fired, my experience here has been all good. The current managers and workers are professional and nice. They rarely mess up an order.

We were on the road for over 9 hours . I wasn't in the best of moods. A manager named Walter was so nice and bubbly . He brighten my day . Sometimes all it takes is a simple smile . Thank you Walter for being so kind .
Actually, I think their burgers are much better now that they have gone to better quality meat. Always fast service, which helps when you are usually in a hurry when eating on the road. My burger was very fresh.
It's Minecraft kids meals all the way! The boys got creepers & they love it.

I usually don’t post reviews for fast food restaurants- especially Mcdonald’s as I always expect a bad service. But this service stood out from all of the times I’ve been to a Mcdonald’s due to the amazing service of the manager there today @8am July 10,2022. She made sure the orders where taken efficiently, asked if we wanted a refill on our coffee and made sure that the facility was clean! We really appreciated her service.
My grandkids love the warm cookies. I love that they're baked to order. We usually order 3 totes per visit at this location. They do it the best. Cookies are perfect every time. Service is great too. When we first started ordering the 3, sometimes 4, totes, they were shocked 😲, lol. They said, "that's a lot of cookies". Staff is great 👍

Quick stop to this McDonald's. Simple order of 4 sausage biscuits. Boy, we're they friendly here. The place was clean. It was about 10 A.M. so it wasn't too busy. Order came right out. Pleasantly surprised.
Not sure how long they've been open, but we've been eating for 40+ years, and it's consistently good food. The curbside is super handy if you wanna bring it home.
Normally I leave bad reviews at most places idk I’m hard to please lol. McDonald’s are notorious in general for most of the problems that occur in most stores. Good and bad days. I’m glad I submitted an issue through the app instead of taking it out on a google review. I may have had a bad experience here BUT the man who runs this store idk if he’s over this one specifically or several others. He always contacts me back with any problems I have. I’m not looking for handouts, I just simply want to be heard and understood. I feel that way with this man. I want the workers to take accountability for what they do wrong and so does he. We all make mistakes. I’m happy to whoever is running this joint that they as well feel the same and care to make things right

Good service went through the drive thru despite them having a long line my wait time wasn't long at all. Good was good and hot so no complaints there. This location is close to my job so they will continue to have me as a customer. With them being right off the highway I'm sure they are built to handle the rush and the time it took me to get my order confims that

My wife really likes stopping there. She likes the coffee (most times), the sausage biscuit sandwich, and the spicy chix sandwich. Most times we are there it is clean...the only negative is the workers are wither pre-occupied with their personal life or some of the workers do not understand the concept of customer service....seems to be common in many places
We visited the newly remodeled McDonald's. I'm so glad that they did. Children love this place. I like the fries, especially when they are fresh and hot. Would you like them any other way? There have been some "What the heck" moments, but I have learned to ask for fresh fresh and hot fries. You shouldn't have to, right. We didn't go inside this particular McD. The drive they was quick.

The McDonald's on vSouth MLK is TRASH. The evening crew is lazy . They give you cold, nasty food. When you return it, they reheat it and give it to you with a smirk. When they do that get a refund!!! The best thing anyone can do is stay away from that one!!!! I experienced the worst or the worst on 03/19/2025. I never imagined Mickie D's would sink like this. Means to an end if your hungry and have limited funds two hot and spicy mkchickens are reasonably priced they ran out of lettuce but subbed it for tomatoes so can't complain

Messed up my app order, picked up in the drive thru. Went immediately back through the drive thru, was told it was my fault even though the app order and receipt were both correct but what I got wasn't. I absolutely hate this location. The drive thru workers in the evening always mess up and are rude as hell. The close the window aggressively no have a good day or thanks for coming. I also work for Uber Eats I went to pick up food for a customer and the morning shift manager was horrible. The kitchen sounded like Hell’s Kitchen the way she belittled the workers. She yelled, screamed, and called them names I was so outraged. When I have food delivered to my home from this store, it’s always cold or old and I’m only 5 minutes away. I never get straws, condiments, or napkins and my fries are always at the bottom of the bag. Please get new staff because the current staff hates working and providing great customer service
I ordered an steak bagel with a large coffee, the bagel only had a slice of egg, no condiments or steak, the coffee was super sweet and couldn't drink it, like they used 3 times the sweetener that I requested, I was in a rush and didn't go back to complain but even the lady at the window asked me if I had the steak bagel and then she went to check on it
Mistakes were made with our order, went through drive thru, didn't know until we were home. I called and spoke to the manager on duty, Samantha, and she took care of the problem.
This is not the best spot in town. It is located right next to a community of transients under the I-10 overpass. Some workers are really good and some could care less. The food generally looks thrown together most of the time. I work in the general area both day and night shift. I wouldn't suggest stopping at night (lots of "foot traffic" within that intersection.
This McDonald's is always out of everything. Last night we went for drinks. They were out of coke, Dr pepper, and all coffee except black. They were out of LG drink cups and coffee stirrers. Today I took my son for bacon cheese fries and they were out. Service isn't bad, food is normal but it seems like every time we go there they are out of something. And of course, the ice cream machine is always broken...but that's pretty typical for McDonald's.
We ordered two bacon egg mcgriddles but recieved two sausage egg mcgriddles. We even double checked our receipt to make sure. We also were not able to order any drinks. No coffee, no soda, no orange juice, no apple juice???? They were reportedly out of all drinks! Finally, restrooms were not clean.
Came through about 20 min ago and ordered 4 hashbrowns, 3 mcmuffins, and a coke. I repeated at the speaker twice. Was only given 3 hashbrowns and 3 muffins. I told them I needed one more hashbrown and they said I only ordered 3. I asked to just pay for another one and they refused saying "they don't do that at the window" with attitude. Rules must have changed since I worked there. They almost didn't give me my coke either and refused to give me a receipt. So I was basically called a liar at the window and was given attitude at the same time. I work customer service too. Yall need to grow up and do better. The food I did receive was good though.
This McDonalds is unique. the food that I ordered wasn't necessarily bad but it wasn't necessarily good either. The staff were friendly, joking around and playing, acting like I hadn't been waiting 12 minutes on my French fries. Surprisingly the bathrooms were really clean, I even felt comfortable enough to flush the commode with my hands rather than having to kick it with my foot like I normally would. So, all in all it wasn't an experience that would make me never want to come back to this place, but it was an experience that makes me not ever want to drive out of my way to come back to this place.
I used my debit card, didn't get a receipt. Also ordered a happy meal and had to ask for the drink. Girl in the window looked confused and kept looking at the screen. Took her a few minutes to give me the drink. I had to ask repeatedly for the drink.

They take too long just for a single hot and spicy, they gave my co-worker a burger that was still pink on the inside and gave another salted fries when he specifically told them no salt because he has high blood pressure.
This McDonald’s seems to be highly disorganized. I sat in the drive thru for roughly ten minutes. I decided to go in and saw a manager trying to run all the lines and the drive thru and failing. The line was longer inside. I won’t be back.
Out of 5 meals, 4 of them had issues. We got soggy tortillas on our sausage burritos, Hashbrowns that were dripping grease, and a burnt sausage mcgriddle. The floor was sticky and greasy and felt like it hadn't been mopped in a while. Near the soda fountain there were gnats flying all around since there was sticky soda all over the counter. The bathrooms were very dirty.
The apple pies where smashed, the man in the back making the food didn't use gloves while fixing the food. I even watched him touch the patty and put it on the buns. So my visit was horrible I didn't even eat my food I threw it away and so did the other people who where with me .
This location was dirty. It took 20 minutes to receive our order and it was wrong. During our wait, we were approached by 2 separate people begging for money. It was very uncomfortable. We will not be visiting this restaurant again.

The crew on each and every shift is unorganized and totally unprofessional...! The assumption is that you'll go at some point throughout your day or week and find a pleasant experience. However, it's been months that we've been trying to achieve this and the crew at that location has made it impossible.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service that I was given today at the drive-through.. When approaching the drive 3rd pick up my order not one but her not 1 word was said to me a bag was shoved in my face along with my drink no vocal communication whatsoever at all. I specifically had asked for great jelly the the employee tvery abruptly told me that there was great jelly in the bag .Upon getting home andSplitting up the McDonald's order for my family I become aware that I'm aware that there was no jelly in the bag at all only picante sauce 4 sauce packets of pecanti sauce which did not go overwhelmed at all with my family. I felt very very uneasy cuneasy coming away from this situation As I was not greeted nor thanked nor even anything except for to very rudely tell me that there was grape jelly in the bag when I reiterated that I needed grave jelly for 4 people who were going to be eating breakfast. I think it would be very appropriate for this young lady to be young lady to be retrained in customer service and I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR TODAYS TRANSACTION. Hey today is July 27 10:05 Am. I went to McDonald’s but it was bad today their was no hot cake with the big breakfast they just gave me a small steak as A hot cake and With the Frappe today was a different top it wasn’t a regular top it was flat top like for the coke drinks or tea and I was like wow and they had really bad service the place was dirty. And they was taking to long with the drinks to like 5 minutes or 8 minutes.
Ice cream machine was down, which was why I went there. So so since it wasn't working I ordered 2 apple pies. I get to the window for pick up and I'm told We only have one , it will be 13 minutes, so Ok. Pull up and someone brings me my order with one apple pie and reports oven is broke.Ok, so pull off onto highway and the apple pie I was given was inedible!! Stale as hell!!!!
Went to get breakfast this morning and the guy on the drive thru was quite simply rude. They didnt have coffee or Orange juice. He was being quite on the speaker, so I didnt hear him when he said no coffee, when I said "I'm sorry I couldn't hear you" he came back with "NOOOOOOO COFFEE!" shame they cant have better service because of all the business the could have with the local industry.
Worst Mc Donald's I ever been in. The Manager Lee has very poor customer service. Not that many workers on a Friday. Stood in the line for 40 mins for fresh fries by that time the fish sandwich was cold. Took 15 mins just to get a refund. Never no more.
Stay far, far, far away. No soap in the men's room. No hand sanitizer at any of the three hand sanitizer stations. How are employees washing their hands? I'm definitely not taking any ice from here. I shudder to think what the state of the ice maker is

Waiting at the window for over 10 minutes waiting on a cup of coffee. Everybody walking around, nobody tending to the customers, a line full of people... the customers service is very poor. Then had the nerve to give me a cup of black coffee. Look at the screen, it will tell you what I ask for.
Store manager was not knowledgeable on product or register..... Ordered 2 large cappuccino mocha he asked me several times if that was the hot ones then when I FINALLY got my drinks 15 minutes later the girl argued that the half filled cups were large for anoth couple of minutes and when I asked for manager she refused finally another young lady helped and fixed my order.
The employees are always rude everybody knows that they don't sell real meat since the man won the lawsuit the breakfast is good but for some reason everybody loves McDonald's the lines are so long but the service is the worst that you're going to get at any restaurant if you eat McDonald's you eat it and if you don't you don't I'll go there mostly for the drinks breakfast or to get something for somebody but as a general rule I don't eat McDonald's the only food other than breakfast they sell that I like are the chicken nuggets and that's only if you can get them to cook them when you order them
I've had more good experiences than bad, but today was a bad one. Ordered the # 6 meal, hashbrown literally fried to a crisp. Oil soaked through the bag as per usual but this time it was excessive, like it had been just pulled from the fryer and placed in the bag. Worse is that it soaked through my front seat cover. Thank guys for a "wonderful" start to my day.
Took too long to take order. Cashier was too busy chatting about personal stuff. Ordered 2 frappes and a chicken sandwich. Sandwich was burnt, bun was hard. Had to go in and get a refund. Terrible experience. Stopped just for coffee and left without anything!! Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive through with no service so I decided to go inside instead. Took my 2 children down and proceeded to use the restrooms first. Absolutely discussed with the condition and no toilet paper. Went to the counter to ask and was told there was no toilet paper in the building. So I used my own flushable wipes after cleaning the toilet myself. After a deep breath I went to order an iced coffee and the manager told me that they don't have the stuff to make it and will not have it until Monday! There were only 3 employees working. Terrible service!!
Horrific customer service! RUDE! Cold uncooked meat. Biscuits on Sundays mornings hard as steel. I ordered at drive thru, paid for purchase, checked order, missing hash browns. Returned to drive thru ask them to correct my order and informed them I was overcharged, assistant manager correct the over charge, but didn’t get hash browns again. Third time my son went inside and got them! The assistant manager Charlie was informed & wholeheartedly made a spectacular overwhelming JOKE of the situation! Unacceptable management team! Laughing & joking making fun of me. National Economic Inflation is tremendously burdened every aspect of rising cost $$$. Your products at this store are not worth the $$$, unprofessionalism and reputation of your franchise! 👎👎👎👎 just awful!!!!
Placed an order on the app at 830 got there at 9 checked in and the door was locked. I went to the drive through and was told my order couldn't be found. On the app it showed that it was done and I was already charged. When I told the lady that I was already charged she had an attitude saying she didn't do it. This is the 100th time something happened at this location
Horrible almost 4.00 crispy chicken sandwich was dark brown soggy wet sandwich order no pickle had soggy pickle juice so gross dirty oil tasting the bread was a small burger bun with white dry flour spots old but got soggy. Never again I should have ordered a MC chicken cheaper but maybe better. I called to tell them didn't act like they cared.I told just call to complain didn't ask for nothing in return this MC Donald can't turn around to return if going back on the I 10 you're stuck w a lousy pricey sandwich don't stop there to eat.
Too much drama... Cashier kept saying how she didn't want to be up in front and clearly didn't care that there was a but line. Then they didn't give me my sauce for the nuggets and when asked about it there was zero concern for the mistake and they didn't even listen to what sauces i requested and just threw two in my bag.
The tables were dirty and sticky, the trash cans were full and over flowing, and they got our order wrong not only that but when we got our food they used a whole american cheese on snack wraps when its supposed to be shredded cheese also the sweet tea in the lobby was expired. And behind the counter the employees were using their phones and ignoring us to take our orders.

Guy behind counter was nice however I think he was clueless on serving customers. I ordered 2 Gogurts, a coffee and a mocha frappe. 23 minutes later I was still waiting for the frappe. He didn't know how to change the frappe mix. The other employees didn't offer assistance. I waited another 5 minutes and told him to give me a regular coffee. Still took 6 or 7 minutes to get. Horrible, slow service. If you've got somewhere to be don't stop here.
Ordered food to curbside pickup, waited 15 minutes and then had to go into the restaurant to get my food which was just sitting there. No less than 10 vehicles had gone through the drive through while I was waiting. The order was there, they just never bothered to fill it. No apology or compensation was offered, worst service I've ever had at a mcdinalds.
My wife, traveling by herself stopped at this McDonald’s only to have her order and money taken, then told to pull off to the side and wait. She had to wait 20 minutes, no food, no information, no service what so ever. This McDonalds is a scam. Take your money, give you a drink and then wait. My wife finally drove off. Do not go to the McDonald’s McDonalds you owe me money for my breakfast biscuit!
The employees are rude. When you wait for them to take your order at the dry-thru they don't say sorry for your wait. You tell them what you want and they tell your total instead of confirming that it's right. They forget your receipt. Then you find your order is wrong or not fresh. They have no respect or manners for the customers they serve. And yet I go there because it is the closes McDonald's there is. For over 2 years this place customer service has gone downhill. I hope they learn to hire people with manners.
This location is a joke. I don’t know why I gave it another try. I ask for no cheese and no onions and they give you extra cheese and extra onions. I have never gotten an order correct here.
Another McDonald's competing for worst service at a fast food restaurant in Beaumont. Lobby locked by 9:25PM but hours say 11PM. Half hour to get mobile order in drive thru. Attendant argued that my order wasn't there. Shift leader jumped in to help but was very rude. Was asked to pull up to window then no one had any idea about my order at the window. Eventually got the burgers, and they were made wrong.
My order was mobil drive through wasn't moving I had to leave I returned and waited 20 minutes at curbside order never arrived so I went in to get it. My coffee was black. I asked for sugar and cream. Very disappointed
The worst kind of experience. This was the first time I've been to McDonald's in years. I first visited the one by my house but they didn't take debit cards. So I drove down to this one. They have two drive-thru lines, but only one works, apparently. There were no signs, but I learned it the hard way. When I finally talked to the drive-thru attendant, she took my order and $14 just fine. I couldn't understand the girl handing out food because she had a mask on, so she asked for my receipt. It was busy so, she handed me my order and I pulled around to check it. Wrong order, how is that possible whenever you have my receipt? The order they gave me was a burnt 20-piece chicken nugget and two fries. The lobby was closed so I knocked on the door and spoke to the manager. He took back the order and went to the kitchen with it pretending to make a fresh order for its rightful owner. That's not protocol. My order was a Sprite because they don't offer Hi-C orange anymore, a 10-piece chicken nugget, a stale bun filet-o-fish, and half an old large fry with no salt. No ketchup or napkins in the bag. The sprite was good. The shake machines never work at these places anymore because you're supposed to clean them once a week and it takes effort. One of my first jobs was at McDonald's decades ago when I was in high school. McDonald's used to taste great and it was cheap. Now it cost as much as a dine-in restaurant and it's like playing Russian roulette.
If I could rate negative stars I would - no one would get on the drive thru to take our order and had to pull up to the window. When we asked if they were open, they laughed at us. It was nothing but teenagers and did not care. They took our order and never gave us a receipt even when. We asked for it, they lied and said it was in the bag. The food was super cold and was not edible. I will be calling the corporate office first thing in the morning. What a disgrace!
Worst experience ever. Staff was rude from taking our order and just saying what else? Over and over again. Went to pay and the girl was in a bad attitude. Second window the girl told us to park on the side to wait for it and same thing said it in an attitude “go park over there. When we got our food the girl asked “what you order? Huh?” Like 3 times and put the bag in my hands and it fell into my lap. No thank you, I’m sorry , can I do anything else. Basic manners go a long way. Then we didn’t get anything right except fresh fries and that was probably because they had a line waiting. I get nobody wants to be at work but it’s literally your job to be nice, polite and get peoples food right.
We only got two burgers. One being a meal. Nothing special. Had us move up to the third window as we watched 4 cars behind us leave. Burgers were so greasy they were inedible. Fries were ok. But it was terrible.
I placed an order for an iced caramel mocha, but they didn’t put the whipped cream on top. It might be minor, but it’s a clear indication of an absence of attention to detail. About a week ago, I came to this location and ordered a filet fish sandwich with no cheese or tartar sauce. I had to turn around and go back to the restaurant to have them remake it. During that visit, as I was standing in the lobby, a team member took a phone call from a guest who also had an issue with their order due to a mistake by the staff. I’m assuming the guest was upset, but the team member was not at all empathetic and was extremely matter-of-fact. When the team member concluded the phone call, she commented on the guest’s demeanor, stating, ‘It’s not that serious,’ when it literally was. If the order had been completed correctly as requested, the interaction could have been avoided. The fact that I’ve had consecutive interactions where an error occurred and witnessed a team member poorly handling an interaction with another guest regarding an error more than demonstrates a need to bring attention to this pattern of behavior. It doesn’t matter that it’s McDonald’s or that it’s fast food. Guests are paying for specific requests, and it’s insulting for team members to just give guests whatever and feel it’s not a big deal when a guest lets them know they were wrong. The interaction I witnessed was in front of a manager who said nothing by way of correction, which lets me know the behavior is both commonplace and accepted by leadership.
Complete trash. Burger so cold the cheese didn’t melt at all. Fries were cold and nuggets sweet cold as well. All around trash. It’s 11 am. Food should be fresher than that.
Windows never open early. There's always a cone in the drive thru so don't come before 6:30am. Man at the window tells you to take time to look at he menu but takes the guys order in the next lane that came after you. All that to get your food with the meat hanging off and sauce everywhere and its not even hot! Hashbrown are definitely made before hand. You can tell they've been sitting for a while. He does yell enjoy! So they get a 1
I've visited this place multiple times, drawn back by the shining stars of the establishment: the staff. Their warm smiles, genuine enthusiasm, and knack for making every customer feel good. But then, there's the food—a tragic low point that overshadows the visit. On my latest trip, I ordered two cheeseburgers, a McDouble, and a Filet-O-Fish, hoping for a quick, satisfying meal. Instead, I was met with disappointment so profound it was almost poetic. The burgers were lifeless, the buns stale, and the Filet-O-Fish? A soggy shadow of what it should be. The quality was not just poor—it was utterly inedible, a culinary misstep that left me questioning my choices. Truly, spectacularly dismal food that no amount of friendly service could salvage.
Very disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. The staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping customers. I had to wait far longer than expected for my order, and when I finally didn't received it, there was no apology or courtesy. The lack of basic customer service and professionalism really stood out in a bad way. Definitely not the experience I expect from McDonald’s."
Got skipped in the drive thru lane 2 times. I stop here cause its fast food. Not for someone friend to cut me in line. Place was good . Terrible experience. Food was sub par. I gusse cause I said something. This place was a good McDonald's.
Stale burgers and buns, bread was hard and stale. You can’t taste a burger that has been sitting for a while. Service is terrible!! Me: Hi how are you Drive thru employee: Silence, closes window with an attitude I get my order (terrible tasting burgers) Me: Thanks you have a goodnight Drive thru employee: Mmhmmm. Not a word. Disgusting people that are upset at having a job.
My Mcdouble patty has mold on it. Luckily I only eat my burgers with one bun so I have to take the other bun off not looking I just bit into it because I was hungry when I say the burger down I noticed something green on it so I turned on my flashlight and got a better look and was immediately disgusted and grossed out and loss my appetite for all the food I had which was the $5 deal
You know when you eat something and then your body motions for YOU an hour later …..you better get to the bathroom !!!! The bread was stiff and I KNEW BETTER but devoured it anyways. Big Mac value meal XL. and 20 piece chicken nuggets for later….. ain’t goin back there no more no more……. The clerk was nice and the bathroom was clean , management I suggest check your food quality , my squirts will not be forgotten !!!!!
Employees definitely didn't seem to want to be there. They were not welcoming or hospitable but they were not rude. They did not offer condiments for my food or cream/sugar for my coffee. They were out of tea, sugar, and various sauces. Facilities was not clean with bathroom being crusty and litter in the parking lot.
