I had low hopes going in but I was completely shocked how great the service was! Heaven was the best at making our sandwiches and super thoughtful! She honestly made our night! Thanks Heaven :)

We stopped here on Christmas Eve after about 5 hours of driving and we were served by Heaven who truly lived up to her name! She was such a kind ray of sunshine and was so happy to help us. She truly embodied the Christmas spirit and was an absolute delight! Give her a raise!

1/3 @ 5pm and the young man and young woman working there were phenomenal! Not only were they working together like a well oiled machine they both gave great service. I was actually kind of taken a-back because that kind of service is so rare these days. Thanks guys!

Went in at 11:00 pm after a long drive and decided to grab a bite and was instantly greeted by Joel. He made us amazing tasty sandwiches and had great customer service all the way around...so great I had to write a review for a sandwich!! Very pleasant in and out experience!! The store was also very clean and nicely decorated with fresh veggies on display!! Gave a total fresh vibe..love and will return!!

My husband and I stopped in on A Friday evening and it was so darn good! 3 gentleman were working, one creating main sandwich (which wasn't as friendly, terrible English), 2nd was adding veggies, 3rd was cashing out. They were SOOOOOO busy but those men hustled and my steak on flatbread was so fresh and yummy as was my hubby's ft long coldcut. Veggie guy took the time to dice my veggies as requested then toast (1st guy refused to dice before toasting). You'd be amazed at how many sandwich creators huff and puff when it comes to chopping up veggies. The veggie guy and cashier we very kind and extremely polite. I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. We had a better than normal experience. The pilot store was quick with the very long line that went back as far as the soda machine. There were 3 cashier's including the manager. We are professional drivers and they gave us our scale ticket and fuel receipt in a timely manner. This location is extremely busy and kinda small. They were all fast, friendly and courteous!

I'm guessing management is not taking care of their employees. I know this is not a circus but hey, that attitude could be a bit better. This location screams "I need more profit ". How am I not supposed to "double meat " my sandwich if your portions are 75% (If so) compared to the other Subways. I've had this sandwich over 50 times (I know I know but I'm a truck driver and Subway is the only decent place to get food fast at every other stop) well and this is the first time the portions are like this. At least a got a free cookie, Thanx! In the pics: 1.Meat trays with THEIR standard portions 2."Double meat" steak & cheese 3. Close up to my unwrapped & untouched sandwich.

Was forced to get a titan turkey when all I asked for was just a regular turkey sub and then I got oatmeal raisin cookies and they had an off taste and was not able to eat them. In short do not stop at this subway if you just want a simple sandwich

Manager and staff are rude. They just want you to order and move on. Bread is old, and they put stuff in my sandwich that I did not order. The staff are overworked or they don't like to work here. Another example of bad service was, two employes asking you questions at the same time to make you move fast. I did not get a copy of my transaction. I have to ask for it. Busy intersection is the only reason they are in business. Would never stop here again.

He said his managers told him he wasn’t allowed to put extra onions on request from the customer, then he only puts 3/4 pieces of onion. 😳😳😡😡 shame on you Subway POS’s !!!! And then he threw the hoagie together like a deck of cards just sloppily made!!😡😡

Online ordering is disabled because this is one of those middle of no where subways thats gouges you the app allows you to save money and utilize an accumulated reward system. do yourself a favor and make it to Barstow or Victorville don't stop if you don't have to..

Ingredients were poor quality, the maker could not follow basic instructions, despite being toasted the chicken was a bit frozen, and I didn't notice until it was too late but I was overcharged for the wrong chicken.

May 21, 2025 Footlong turkey sub with double meat for almost $21 🤯🤯 I DID ASK how much extra was double meat before ordering. The answer was $3 (and $1,75 for Deluxe which is 50% more). I had noticed that there was 3 x $1,75 on the little screen, when she tried to charge me $20+. She started telling me some BS that they did not have “a special button for double meat for this sub… “ I had to leave cause she just kept saying the same BS when I tried to reason her and I did not want to keep the line. You may throw your junk sub into the trash, where it belongs 🤬🤬 Will never stop here for anything
