This has been the second time I come here and I am in love with it. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone has been very nice, they make you feel like family. Now the food, it is very delicious! I love the waffles and best part they give you the syrup warmed up which just elevates the flavors even more. I would definitely recommend coming here!
This was the first time in 40 years that my sisters, myself and my dad have sat at the same table for a meal. Like many people, Life just happens and time passes by. Our server wad beyond phenomenal 😍. She took lots of photos for everyone at the table, something she didn't have to do as well as making sure that the table was taken care of. The food was outstanding, fresh and hot. It was a wonderful meal!!
Prices in line with other restaurants, but servings were larger. Service was better than many places. Other customers were also friendly. All employees were friendly. Food was very good. Chicken fried steak was fresh. Liver and Onions was excellent. Recommend.
We have lived in the Hurst area for over three years now. I do not know why it took me so long to want to write a review. This place is amazing. I used to order omelets and find myself lately ordering the southern scrambler. Let's not forget the great variety of pies at the counter. The Service has always been great, the food is awesome. Sure there are other cafes in the area but non of them are going to give you the down home taste you deserve.
Love this place. Usually meet up with friends to eat breakfast here. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent customer service. Food is Awesome!
I heard about this cafe being a good place to grab a bite to eat. Decided to go check it out and was worth the experience. As we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff and got a table immediately. Our waitress by the name of Erica introduced herself and was patient with us it being our first time. The food was delicious and had the taste of good ole home cooking. As for dessert they have a wide variety to choose from. Will definitely be going back for the service received and scrumptious food they have to offer.
Service is tops. People are great. Food was Fabulous. My wife had Chicken quesadillas and her plate was loaded. I had Chicken fried chicken n gravy n 2 sides, plus the appetizer sampler tray. Needless to say we brought home leftovers. The server/cashier/bus lady did a great job. Even the Owner brout a dish. We will be going back tomorrow for what I know will be a great breakfast.
This place is affordable with delicious, home-cooking options. The building is older but clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. We love the breakfasts, but they have a varied menu including lunch and dinner options. Everything we've tried has been great!
It's one of the best places for It was a lovely, warm brunch. I can't wait to come back, and I highly recommend it.
I went here when I was a kid and it stuck in my mind because it was so cute! As an adult, I am happy to report it is just as wonderful. Awesome service that made me feel at home. Will come back soon!!
This place is like a hidden gem. The food is SO GOOD!! And the service is phenomenal. I love the ladies here. They take care of their customers. I HIGHLY recommend the BLT! I'm currently obsessed with it and get it every time.
We don’t come as often as we’d like, but it’s always a pleasant experience here. The food is always cooked to order with fast service. The wait staff is kind and makes sure to check on you to make sure everything turned out the way you asked for. Today, our waitress even made sure to bring us a to-go drink. We love this place for breakfast!
Loved the food and had an amazing server! The ONLY negative is that the bathroom is not fully ADA compatible. It IS a great place for breakfast and lunch and everything in between! Very busy place so you KNOW it is great! I recommend!
We arrived at 2:03 they were super sweet to serve us! Service was excellent friendliest staff I have ever had! The variety of food choices were great and the taste of our meals was delicious! Chicken and waffle best I have ever tasted! Beef tips, catfish, meatloaf and chicken tenders were all great! 😊 The price was awesome for the 5 of us!! I have never eaten at a place that I wanted to rate it all 10’s !’
Yummy Yummy, Nom Nom Nom , down home cooking always taste great and definitely value for the portion. Always eat dinner 🍴 🍽, but breakfast is looking good
Buttermilk Cafe is an absolute gem! Every time I visit, I'm blown away by the quality and freshness of the food. The menu offers a fantastic variety, with something for everyone—whether you're in the mood for a classic breakfast or need gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options. The dishes are always flavorful. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make it a perfect spot for breakfast or lunch. If you're looking for a local spot that cares about the quality of food and making sure you’re taken care of, Buttermilk Cafe is the place to go!
This is the first time we have been to this restaurant. The restaurant is nice inside. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. I love the Cajun Grilled Tilapia with dirty rice. The okra is the best I have tried! My husband's Chicken fried chicken was huge and delicious. Overall we had a great experience!
Our server Kaila was the absolute BEST! So attentive and caring. We look forward to seeing her every time we come in.
Love coming here. The food is delicious and made fresh. We love to come here often and definitely recommend it to others!
Love this little dinner. Been several times over the years and never disappointed.
Food was great. Angie was the best waitress ever. I am a terrible customer. I asked for my coffee to be microwaved because I have to have my coffee steaming. She nuked it on three different occasions without having to be asked repeatedly. Because of her, I will continue to go back. God bless you, Angie.
Food is great. Favorite place to go after working out. Jenna is an awesome server and takes care of little details of the meal before I even notice ... like Tabasco sauce or Ketchup! Family restaurant atmosphere is much better than a lot of restaurants
I have been eating there for years. All the waitresses are very personable. The food cooked for me had been awesome.
They did a wonderful job of caring for our large group event. The portions are plentiful and tasty. Staff is kind and helpful. Thanks for accommodating our group on such short notice.
The cafe was clean and everyone was pleasant. The waitresses were friendly and our food came out quickly. Our waitresses came back frequently to top off our coffee and ask if we were fine. The food was delicious and portions were huge. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will visit again!
Excellent breakfast and brunch place to eat. Food is always fresh and satisfying. The pancakes are better than any place I 've been yet
buttermilks is the place to go if you are driving through canton. The buttermilk pie is their staple and it was excellent ! I also had the pulled pork sandwich and fried green tomatoes. Both were tasty ! They have ample space for groups and clean restrooms. I will definitely return on my next trip through canton.
Awesome meal!! Had the Salisbury steak today. It is a steak not a burger patty. Smothered in mushroom gravy and onions, fried okra and mashed potatoes with brown gravy, great decision on my part. Rolls were great. Finish up with a piece of cherry pie with whipped cream, yummy. Even asked for the pie to be warmed up, perfect!! Always come here hungry when you can.
WOW I could eat here every day. It has that small town warm vibe. The staff was all very kind. The food was a 10/10. I ordered the chicken and waffles which were the best I’ve had. We previously went to Lolo’s when craving chicken and waffles but they can’t even compare to this place. Will be back frequently.
The waiters are always super nice, and the food here is so good! It's extremely reasonably priced and we always leave happy. I totally recommend this place! Their home fries are my favorite side. Their waffles are in the shape of Texas, which I love. The stuffed French toast is really good. I've also tried their Migas... Have all the classics and everything is just really well done.
I had a wonderful experience at Buttermilk Café! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I truly appreciate the staff for making our visit so enjoyable. Thank you, Buttermilk Café, for such a great meal—I will definitely be coming back!
Always has been a staple in the community! Mimi was our server this time and she deserves raise. Also we have consistently over the past decade received exceptional quality food and customer service. You dont get that everywhere anymore. Please stay in business!
I love coming here to eat with my family the food is so good n all the servers are so nice , especially Mimi highly recommend ❤️
The food is excellent no matter what I have ordered its always good. The service is some of the best I have had in my life and I'm a inspector and have been many many places. Shot outs to my favorite waitress Stephanie, she always takes care of us and treats us like we're family and we appreciate it that...we will be seeing soon!!! His plate is more than clean its gone!!!
My husband and I eat here every weekend and it's amazing we love it and our waitress Mimi we absolutely love her
We spotted this place while driving to the neighborhood market when we first moved to Hurst and we kept saying "we need to go there" well we finally did not and I will say we were not disappointed. By far the best coffee I've had at and restaurant or diner, and the food was perfect! Great crowd with lots of people and the wait staff was awesome. Cannot give a better recommendation of your looking for a bite to eat or just a quick cup of joe
The food was good and the service was great. I got a sourdough triple decker club sandwich with sweet potato fries. My waitress made me a cherry and peach flavored sweet tea (extra sweet, like I like it). My wife had a delicious stuffed almond crusted, Nutella, and banana French toast.
Best place. Huge menu! They are the nicest people. And have GF options. They let us try this delicious pumpkin soup for free!
I had lunch herw which was Meat Loaf, Macaroni & Cheese with Mashed Potatoes with Gravy on the Side. The White Gravy was so good. I liked knowing I could leave the Sauce off my Meatloaf. My husband had Breakfast and the Eggs were cooked perfectly. Home Fries and they were crisp but not over done with the perfect amount of Seasoning. Toast that was fixed the way I prefer with Sausage that wasn't hot and had he best taste ever. My sister had Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potato and Green Beans with 2 Rolls and Honey Butter. Everything was very taste and made on site. The Onions were done perfectly and I was able to leave the Mushrooms off my dinner. Our dinners came with a Salad. We had enough food for two meals. We will be back to try the Desserts. Drinks were tasty and refills came in a timely manner.
Lunch was so good yesterday that we came back for breakfast this morning. Everything was delicious and the staff are great! If they just fix the booth seats so you don't sink into the hard wood frame this place would be five stars across the board.
The food here is always amazing, always there is no such thing as a bad server at this restaurant, they are all so welcoming and caring. All of the people here are great, if you haven't eaten here don't think twice, go get some amazing food, and get flawless service.
Everything was great and delicious! Food came out really quick too. I recommend! Cute inside too.
This was a vintage style breakfast/lunch place.i went for lunch and got Breakfast. I couldn't miss out on trying the pumpkin waffle. Molly was delightful and took exceptional care of my glass to make sure it was never empty. I will go back for lunch for sure next time.
A hidden gem!! Was craving a Belgium waffle and was not disappointed! Not only was it fresh, it's shaped like Texas and they serve it with chicken!! Omggg 😍 the chicken was breaded, fried to perfection and so flavorful. They also serve their syrup WARM I was in heaven! Fresh coffee and sweet tea was perfect and I absolutely love the vintage atmosphere frozen in time with Billy the Kid wanted posted on the wall and all the antiques to admire while you enjoy your meal. Waitstaff was very friendly and Mercedes was attentive always smiling. They have a cold case with sliced pies I was too full to try this time but we will definately be back!
Awesome breakfast spot. Got the Breakfast Sampler and thoroughly enjoyed it. The ham was a bit weak but the rest was amazing and super delicious. Service was also super awesome. Will definitely come back. Get the bacon extra crispy!
Buttermilk Cafe is a favorite diner of ours when we travel to Bedford. The staff is friendly and prompt. Parking is fine. I had a mini version of the jalapeno pork chop, fried okra, salad, and a roll. Their portions are generous so we have learned to get the mini size plate. Topped the meal off with chocolate silk pie. Halved it with my husband and still plenty of pie.
My most regular spot. Love the dark wood everywhere and low ceilings and the curved windows surrounding the building. I always get the southern scrambler with the eggs over medium. I’m sure the other stuff is great. Helps me eat good and heavy without upsetting me. Lovely staff.
Such a great little cafe! They have a huge menu so your bound to find something you’ll like. Their portions are decent and everything I have had there has been great! Staff is super friendly and food comes out quick. Perfect place if you are in the area and wanting a good homestyle meal!
Cute cafe with an vintage diner vibe. Molly was a fantastic server and made us feel at home for our first visit. From seeing how she even interacted with other tables who were regulars, you can tell they enjoy coming here often not just for the tasty homemade food but the exceptional service. She helped us navigate the menu to pick a great breakfast and kept our coffee cup hot and topped!
I love coming here cause it reminds me of my grandmother's cooking. It's not all fancy, just homey and southern. The breakfasts are really good. The chicken fried steaks are handmade, fresh, and huge with a prefect ratio of breading and meat. If you love chicken fried steak, I highly recommend to come try it here and the gravy is great too.
The food is always good. Portions are a good size and the prices are all moderate. The service is always amazing.

Great service, good food, nice place. BUT, it's old and outdated, parking lot pot holes, seating squishy and torn it's just old.
I love going here with my bfs family. The staff are so nice and I love the environment. The food is great and refreshing.
Came here despite the reviews. Honestly the place is outdated in furniture and decor BUTTTTTT it's very clean. \n\nWe ordered an omelette that came with hash browns and pancakes. Upgraded the panca…

I recommend this place! Home made food! Excellent customer service too! Feel welcome and at home. Fast and easy cooking.
Came for breakfast, and can’t wait to try the lunch! This place is everything you’d hope for in a cafe. Diverse menu, quality ingredients, great taste, coffee and pie, plus fast service. The friendly staff provided a warm and welcoming environment, and were so helpful when we couldn’t decide what to order. My only complaint would be the cost of milk and coffee, which run about $4 each. That plus two breakfast plates cost us $35-40. Other than that, we can’t wait to come back for more!
A few months ago, I swore that I'd never be back not because of the food but because of the way the owner treated my friends and I. Today I learned that the restaurant has new owners so I decided to give them another chance. I am glad that I did. The food is still as good as it had been in the past. The beef tips and rice are some of the best I've ever enjoyed. The lunch portion is very generous. The service was good. I am glad that I came back and plan to eat there as often as I can. I didn't have dessert because I couldn't finish what I ordered. Maybe next time. I highly recommend The Buttermilk if you want home cooking.
Friendly and fast service. Good food and will come again if I'm in the area.
Food and service was great! Everyone was friendly, portion sizes were good, food tasted great (except for some of my fries that weren't cooked all the way). The only issue here was the price. We spent over $60 for a family of four, before the tip.
I really wished they had half stars. This was our first visit to this establishment. For us, it was okay. The food was good, not great. My husband said his gravy was a little too thin for his liking, and I'm not a fan of spread or margarine in place of butter. The home fries were great. Our server was attentive and fabulous. 4.5/5 overall.
Had a nice brunch here with the family while in Bedford. We had the grilled chicken sandwich, Denver omelet, hamburger, Texas waffle, fries, homemade potato chips and grits. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. The atmosphere was great and we were pleased we chose to try this place. If you like good restaurant style food, you won't regret trying this place.
Good spot to get breakfast. Normally a low energy place, even when most of the tables are full. Service has been good every time I've been there, food will stick with you for a good portion of the day, and the prices aren't bad given the current economy (July '24).
Not bad, typical home cooking type fare on the menu. Everything was cooked well, and everyone was friendly and courteous. I’m a little concerned I now have an addiction to their Sweet Tea! Very good strong tea flavor and sweetened perfectly! Out waitress, Julie, was hustling about 10 tables by herself and didn’t skip a beat or stop smiling even when she had a couple complaining about something every time she passed by! Good job & Kudos Julie!!!! Now about the rolls and honey butter .... Come on’, between the Tea and the rolls & cornbread with the honey butter, I’m a new fan!
Pretty solid diner in the Mid-Cities. Stopped in for brunch on Mother’s Day to find the restaurant was decently busy but not overwhelmed. Our server Angelica was fantastic as was our food. I enjoyed a Texas shaped Belgian waffle topped with a massive, butterflied chicken breast which was fried to perfection then dusted which herbs. We’ll be back for sure. Happy Mother’s Day Angelica!
I met my sister and niece here for brunch. Stephanie, our waitress, was friendly and knowledgeable. I got the Buttermilk Roof Top, one of Stephanie's recommendations, and it was delicious. The hashbrowns were crispy, seasoned, and contained just the right amount of veggies, bacon, and cheese. The added bonus is they use real bacon!!! I'm not a big fan of my food touching so I got my eggs on a separate plate instead of on top of the loaded hashbrowns. The meal was perfect for the price because I was able to take home leftovers because it was very filling. Stephanie was observant and offered me 2 to go boxes so my food wasn't touching. She's awesome!!!! It's the little things that make a difference to me.
Food is always consistently good and the service is as well. Regardless of who you get as your server they are always very welcoming and take good care of you. I drive across town to utilize this eatery and will continue to do so. It definitely is worth my drive has nothing in my neighborhood can beat the consistency and quality of this establishment. Kudos to buttermilk Cafe! 😁
FIRST RESPONDERS should get a discount!!! The gravy is AWESOME and the food in general seems pretty good for sure. Breakfast is all day if that's what you like! It's an older building for sure but seems to be holding up well enough. Could use some upkeep a very tiny bit but not bad though.
The food was great. The staff was super friendly and down to earth. There really wasn't much of a kids breakfast menu aside from the Mickey pancakes but aside from that no complaints. If your looking for a down home type atmosphere, this is the place. Just like eatting from my grandmother's kitchen.
Food is comfort food. Pretty basic, but usually good. The servers are great. Some things are a bit pricey.
Classic American diner with all that entails, good and bad. Their daily specials were great. I haven't checked/tried them since Covid so I don't know if they still have them. I particularly like Chicken Fried Steak special days. They will host small groups if you care to meet there, as our Homeowners Association has done.
Comment on my breakfast 9am 1/13\n\nEggs and biscuit and smoked sausage were only warm.... meaning half way thru meal it was all cold. \nBiscuits not warm enough to melt butter. \nWaitress did not …
Great portions for dinner & lunch menu. The prices for beverages were a little higher than most places. I ordered the mini portion pot roast. The only difference between the full and mini is half t…
The owners of this place bought it operating from another who bought it operating from the founder. Every time it changes hands the new owners come up with a new plan to nickel and dime the customer…
Coffee cold. Sausage no. Service very nice. Reasonably priced.
The server was very friendly and the food came out quickly and hot. The pancakes, eggs, and bacon tasted like Grandma used to make. Definitely worth trying. Fairly priced/comparable to any other menu price. The bathrooms (men and women) both need attention. Men's room had a leak that dripped water on whoever sat on toilet. Women's room was just kind of dank, for lack of a better word. Both have only one stall. The cheesecake slice was old and should have been thrown out at least the day prior and not sold. I am not sure I would trust the quality of any of the rest of the pies after tasting what looked like a delicious cheesecake that ended up horribly warm and tasted like an old fridge.
Haven't been here in a few years. Diner is drafty, worn, old but that's acceptable. I got the special of turkey and dressing. Turkey was OK, what you'd expect. But the dressing was worse than stovetop, dry, no sage flavor, in fact no flavor at all and smotheredin a canned brown gravy that tasted like beef broth with flour. The cabbage was boiled without any seasoning, no bacon, nothing just boiled in water. Fried okra was the same as any other cafes, frozen with lots of batter. Side salad was good but small. Rolls had been microwaved which resulted in tough texture and awful to eat. This place used to be great, but they need a change!
Lower tier mid, could feel the springs on the booth seats, food was bland, just ok, atmosphere dull and unwelcoming. Friendly waitress :)
Extremely high prices for average food.! The soda was $3.45! I will never go there again and they start the tips at 20 percent when you check out. WAY OVERPRICED, LEARNED MY LESSON.

I’ve been to this place many times but it’s been a while. Food is different and prices to high. Used to have lightest fluffy English muffin. Now hard thick and chewy. 3.95 for oj 3.75 for one extra pancake. Wouldn’t substitute pancake for crappy muffin. Breakfast for one $28. After tip (15%). The lowest allowed, I cannot leave no tip cause the waitress was good $32 for breakfast. Should’ve went to IHop.
Terrible service. Hubby and I had never been there before, so we thought we'd check it out. We were seated right away and drink order was taken. We got our tea and coffee and looked over the menu. No one came back to take our order. An older couple came in about 20 minutes after we did. 10 minutes after they sat, the server for our area called another server over to help the older customers who had been waiting "30 minutes". They received their drink order and gave their food order before the server came over and got our food order. Hubby expressed his displeasure at our waiting and her saying the other customers had been there for so long and we had not been acknowledged before that. She took our order and never came back to our table. We were there 50 minutes before getting our order. Mostly, it was okay. The pancakes, though, were a joke! Very thin. After we ate, hubby paid. We always pay before complimenting or complaining about service because we don't want anyone thinking we are just after a free meal. He often talks to managers because so often they only hear the bad stuff. We like to tell them when we have good service as well, which is most often the case when we go out. So he asked to speak with the manager - she happened to be the one checking him out. She was also one of the three people who served our table after we never saw our server again. She came up with many excuses for the poor service. Hubby felt like she kept turning it back on him. We will never go back.
Came here today for breakfast. Had a horrible experience with the owner. I ordered something that I could not eat and was forced to pay for it without them replacing it. She told me that done it was my fault I still had to pay. I've been to other establishments, where I ordered food, and I could not eat it or either I did not like it and they just replaced it for whatever I wanted. Then she was rude to my husband and told him I'm not talking to you. We are both paying customers who have brought business to the restaurant by hosting a men's breakfast etc. So my question is you would lose customers over the $5 that you took off for hundreds or thousands? Really? Then ti have the nerve of we wanted to leave a tip.... the thing is you lost more for your employees but I would normally leave at least a $8.00 -$10 tip. So you cost your employee more girl bye!!!!
Extremely overpriced for food that tasted like it was from a middle school cafeteria. I understand this is a “country style” restaurant but there are plenty of other options in the area that don’t charge almost $4 for an 8oz iced tea. Server was sweet but food was terrible and definitely not worth the price that was paid.
The food was terrible, the service was terrible. If that was not bad enough the waitress had a bad attitude from the start. Then she came over to the table and said she didn't leave a tip up there are you going to leave one. Can you believe that a server asking for a tip. As a server myself you don't ever do that. You never expect a tip. I would have left her a tip if she hadn't asked. The chicken fried steak was so tuff we had to go get our own pocket knife just to cut it. I will never ever go back there. Also I'm going to tell my friends and family and any other word of moth for people to not go there.
I’d just made up a fresh cup of coffee that I didn’t get to drink. When I noticed a real roach, a roach!! crawling on the wall as I was close to finishing up my food, and did not get to eat it all my kids and husband didn’t get to finish their meals and we decided to just leave after that experience as our food had already quickly turned cold. The manager then told us it was because of construction, so obviously this is a problem they are aware of and look passed it with and apology and excuse, and she did not offer any discount or comp for the inconvenience of an 80 dollar breakfast for 2 adults, 2 kids, and one toddler for a meal that we never got to finish. I’ve never paid that much for breakfast without the experience of roaches and actual good food. I paid the bill in full usually I’d ask for a discount or something but I was FLOORED that she didn’t so much as offer, and I did tip the waitress as it wasn’t her fault. And got out of there as awkwardly and as fast as I could. Our waitress was fantastic and personable, but she did ask me if I wanted a napkin to kill the roach and I was appalled at the idea of that and moving to another table to possibly face the same occurrence, but she was sweet and attentive and enthusiastic about her job. Overall this place definitely needs a facelift and hotter food and PEST CONTROL.
The food is overpriced. We got the hangover burger and they charged me $3.50 extra for a beyond meat patty and the beyond meat burger was less than this burger so that was weird. My husband’s hangover burger (he got the regular meat) and it was so greasy he didn’t eat the bottom bread or the other half of the patty. He squeezed the grease out of the patty 🤢. I got a side of 2 eggs and hasbrowns that costed me $7.75. Make it make sense. In total our order was 50.92 after they charged us for using a debit card 🙄. Honestly this place is trash and the decor is ugly. Never coming here again. The waitresses were nice though 😂
Server was very nice, ordered migas and requested the white of the egg to be thoroughly cooked . It came out undercooked and runny and the refried beans were cold. Didn’t eat it and just shared a meal with my group. Told the waitress and she offered to get it redone, I declined . Was give the bill without it being taken off. When we went to pay we told the owner and she insisted that we pay for it. We explained and she said it should’ve been removed. We told her it’s still on the table , the waitress should’ve removed it. After arguing with us and being very rude , she eventually decided to take it off the bill and said only this time. I told her she needs to be more customer service oriented as we have been there before and enjoyed it. She was sarcastic “have a nice day”
I have RAVED about this place for years. My last review was written the week the new owners took over, and things were still great at that time. However, the New Owners and New Servers, have not been a change for the better, and I have moved them from 5 stars to 1 star and it is well deserved. Chicken Fried Chicken Sandwich was like rubber and they no longer have their AWESOME buns - just plain old hamberger buns, my meatloaf was cold...not even warm, and the pot roast looked like it came out of a cat food can...reminded me of Fancy Feast. Mac n Cheese looked and tasted like it was leftover leftovers! Mashed Potatoes tasted like bad instant and not real mashed potatoes. The food was bad enough that we left 80% of it on our plates and I told the server I did not want to pay...that's when she snapped back...well I'm not paying for all this! The owner agreed to eat the bill so we did not have to pay, but we did walk out. I have read the ownrrs response and he did appologize for the food issue, bur I will not be going back...ever. Hope you have better luck.
Menu said 2 thick grilled or fried pork chops. I asked for one of each. Molly, who didn't introduce herself, said have to order one way, or the other. I ordered grilled. When served 2 thin pork chops. I said menu says 2 thick cut pork chops, her comment was we use thin ones, they cook faster. When I tried to cut one, it broke off & slung off the plate towards floor, it was so tough. The waitress, .Molly saw it rolled her eyes @ me & walked off towards the back ignoring me. I had to ask another customer to be careful not to step on it. I got my napkin & picked it up. I walked to the back & asked her if they could make me another one. She said no, & turned her back to me. I got the other waitress to get me another paper napkin, a to go container, & the bill. After eating here ever since it was a Steak House, I will NEVER come back. Was told they have new owners, wouldn't give me a number for Management or Owner.
