I wish they had sit-down dining, but it's takeout only. Their pizza crust is tastier than most, I think. Sometimes, they have good deals in their app. One male cashier was not very friendly, but the lady is.

We ordered our favorite and it got here INCREDIBLY fast! Same great toppings and dough....but it was raw in the center and crust had little color to it. Next time I will ask for a little more time in the oven....so it will be PERFECT like we have gotten in the past.

Answered the call quickly, was ready when I arrived and they have respectful employees. My only reason to raise an eyebrow was that the pizza didn't appear to have extra cheese, as ordered and the 1 cheese extra cheese was around $22.00😏

Don't order extra cheese on your customized oder here. It's hit or miss. I always order extra cheese, and sometimes I get it, but most times I don't.

Not sure what's going on with calling in a order. Sounds like a call center shuffle, no more deals saved on your account, no order history and the most non personable I have ever had on the phone. I gave it 3 trys and I'm out

Our cashier was nice enough and talkative but our pizza was given to us warm. We walked in, order out pizza and waited for it. The young lady that took our order; I guess went to the restroom and was gone awhile. By the time she came out our pizza was ready and sitting there. Instead of one of the other staff given us the pizza they waited on her. She came out and gave it to us and by this time it was warm to touch. By the time we got it home it was completely room temperature, smh. That really made me mad. I perfer my pizza nice, super hot and cheesy to my mouth. I see now I have to say please give as soon as it comes out. Smh

They messed my order up 2 times in a row. They finally gave me a credit for the errors but when I ordered, then went into the store to pick it up and redeem the credit, the manager said it wasn't there and there was nothing he could do. It got pretty heated after that but fortunately, after giving him my word that I wasn't lying, he gave it to me. That said, when he finally did he responded negatively and with a tone "I'm giving it to you!". I then told him not to get mad at me when it was his staffs fault. Was the pizza good? Standard pizza hut so yes, it was what I expected, which is the reason for the 2 star. Will I be back? No. My interaction with him was so negative that I would be worried about them messing with my food if I were to order from there again.

I feel like our delivery charges should be proportionate to how late the pizza is.. more than thirty mins should be no delivery charge.

50 $ wasted. So much cheese on undercooked old pizza crust. It was so bad my kids did not want to eat it. I had 2 slices was sick immediately. Happy national pizza day 🫩

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut, and it was a huge disappointment. Our pizza arrived undercooked, and the breadsticks weren’t even cut properly. When we called to have the issue corrected, they agreed to send a new pizza. However, the second delivery made things even worse. The driver literally threw the pizza down on our porch, muttered profanity, and sped off! I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and rude the service was. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again. It’s sad to see such poor quality and service from a brand that used to be reliable.

I usually love this pizza hut on brodie pizza is always fresh and well made we've never had a problem until last night. When I got home this morning waiting for what is usually my delicious made right pizza I discovered that it was very poorly made. There were barely any toppings hardly any cheese and the pizza was basically swimming in alfredo sauce. I was looking forward to my alfredo ham and green pepper pizza. 😭😭😭. Ordered a pizza and it was delivered cold, and hard. It's not like it took a long time for delivery and it had cooled off. This pizza was made a long time ago, hours before my order. And then they repackaged it, maybe reheated it, and then delivered. I would advise against anyone ordering a late night pie from this place. Terrible.

If I could give a zero star I would. Do not even deserved a 1 star Pizza late. Order was for 12:15 received pizza at 12:48. On top of it being late wrong pizza order. Worsted experience ever. Pizza was for a party. So, no pizza for party. Do not order from Brodie Lane Pizza Hut.

Delivery person sucks. No exception. Guess these days if they don’t see a tip they throw your order all over the place. Bad review will hit all platforms and luckily the person didn’t get caught doing it. Sad and unprofessional, I’ll be up there to personally report this crap. And neighboring apartment camera right it all.

They've always had alot of toppings, but now it's like I'm getting a cheese pizza with a couple of toppings added sparingly. I just gave a 2nd chance, and sadly it was the same. The night manager doesn't seem to care soooo.....

Three Hours....no pizza. Routinely told it was out for delivery. Finally told it was delivered and if I didn't get it then the driver delivered it to the wrong place. Said could remake it but still hour and a half minimum before delivery. Never ever ever again. Waste of time and now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my $40 bucks back. Wanna be hangry with no food. Order from here. They will make sure it happens.

One pizza was double mushroom and didn't even have a single mushroom for each of the eight slices. Ordered onions too and there was 3 tiny pieces of onion. The pizza tasted like it had been sitting around for quite a while, even though I picked it up 18 minutes after I put the order in. I'll probably have to go somewhere else for a good pizza now.
