On the lake under trees, delicious food, relaxed atmosphere, great staff including the owner who never stops. My family ran a restaurant so I always peak into the kitchen—super clean. If you would like very nice, relaxed dining at reasonable prices in a great location, do try Cavallo Blanco. We had dinner two times.

We got in right away at 8pm. For the 5 of us we ordered 2 plates of Caprese, 3 pizzas, a plate of carbonara and a penne pasta - it was all so delicious. Tiramisu, panna cotta incredible! …1 bottle of wine there and two to take with us our bill was 130 Euros…staff was very friendly and accommodating to us Americans! Highly recommend!!

Great place for lunch. We didn't have dinner, just lunch. The steak and branzino were great as well as the service. We appreciate them letting us finish our drinks, especially as it was close to siesta.

Tonight’s dinner was one of the best we had on our entire trip.The prices stood up to the quality of the food.We ordered the gnocchi with shrimps and pesto, pizza with tuna,beef tartare,mozzarela balls, fish polenta,trout and for dessert a tiramisu.The fish polenta wasn’t really the best, the flavor was different and i personal didn’t like the taste, but everyone else was delicious. Our total was 76€ so 19€ per person. We already made reservations for friday night as well🥰 Everything at this restaurant was perfect especially the view of the lake.

We had an amazing dinner here and we were told by many locals that this was the best place to eat and we have to 100% agree. Everything we had was delicious: the spaghetti carbonara, raviolis and the desserts. Staff was friendly and were trying to help even though we didn’t have a reservation. Definitely try the pistachio tartuffo!

One of our best meals in Como!! The grilled calamari and seabass was the highlight of our meal! So fresh and tasty! The seafood ravioli was delicious as well. If you're looking for fresh and delicious seafood then this is the place to go! Also had one of the best desserts here - a pistachio soufflé with vanilla ice cream.. Heaven!

This is a terrific restaurant! Really good quality pasta, pizza, and other dishes at reasonable prices. My wife and I thought this was the best restaurant in the area with nice seats by Lake Como. We enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evening and just relaxing. The service was excellent and the staff were always very helpful and kind.

Ristorante-pizzeria sito dinanzi al lungolago della cittadina di Bellagio (provincia di Lecco) - su una delle principali vie della cittadina. Ristorante dall’arredamento moderno ed accogliente; non particolarmente grande ma ben gestito. Quando ci siamo recati eravamo quasi in prossimità dell’orario segnalato come di chiusura ma siamo stati fatti accomodare senza alcun problema (il ristorante era ancora pieno zeppo ed abbiamo dovuto attendere pressappoco due minuti, come può avvenire in altri posti). Menù alquanto ampio con un’ottima selezione di vini, antipasti, primi, secondi piatti oltre che contorni. Abbiamo preso un paio di tagliate di manzo con patatine fritte come contorno e ne siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti: carne tenera, leggera e patatine ottimamente fritte in un olio assolutamente non vecchio. Da bere mezzo vino bianco ed una Coca-Cola. Personale discreto, sorridente e molto disponibile, senza essere invadente. Il servizio non è rapidissimo, ma preme aggiungere che il ristorante era completamente pieno, il che rende il tutto comprensibile. Bagni tenuti abbastanza bene e situati in fondo al locale, sulla sinistra (facilmente intuibile). Coperto più quanto ivi menzionato per un totale di 57.50€. Prezzo su per giù nella media considerando posizione, location e qualità. Pienamente consigliato (magari non nei weekend ma in settimana, per ovviare all’eventuale problema dell’attesa, che comunque non sarà mai esasperante).

Mi piace frequentare questo ristorante durante l'estate per mangiare all'esterno in riva al lago e sotto i platani. La location è bella, secondo me la migliore a Bellano, infatti per il sabato sera bisogna prenotare con largo anticipo. Il menù è abbastanza vario, non ci sono piatti vegetariani se non verdure e pizze.

The food was very good. We had the valtellina pizza and the penne and both were delicious. They lost some points because the pizza came and then one of us had to wait almost 10 minutes for the plate of pasta to come which was annoying especially when it was only two of us. Otherwise a great place. The views are amazing, right in front of the lake.

Posizione del ristorante un po' ai margini della città ma comunque in ottima posizione vista lago. Il cibo è stato abbastanza buono, ci siamo fermati mentre visitavamo la città e ci siamo riempiti con cibo di qualità media il salmone non era buonissimo ma si faceva mangiare. La location è un po' grezza e vecchio stile con mobili esposti in sala un po' antichi.

Cibo molto buono, location molto bella e accogliente… peccato per la cameriera alta con i capelli scuri molto scorbutica, antipatica e arrogante. Non voleva farmi la pasta senza glutine perché diceva che era troppo tardi per farla (la responsabile senza problemi ha detto che si poteva fare) me l’hanno portata e tra l’altro molto buona.

The place is in a nice location and the menu looks good, the food was good but the service staff were miserable and dismissive. We thought that we would try again on another night but got turned away due to the outside terrace being full, even though there were clearly two tables available and most of the inside dining room. Lack of staff and subsequent slow service has been a theme of our trip to Lake Como.

I should have read reviews before going here... Still, I may share my experience with you. So, the place looks nice form the outside, there is a parking lot near so it was easy to get here and how the place looks convinced us. Yet the experience is not as great as it could be. Waitress was rather unpleasant. We were seated ordered our dishes and get those rather quickly. However the food was mediocre at best. Out of 5 dishes ravioli was the best, fishes mix and tagliatelle with mushrooms were hardly eatable. Dessert were much better than main plates. Prices are not reflected in the quality. Summarising: looks nice, food is just okish, but overpriced. Yet it looks like they have always place and your order is done quickly.

Everything was serviceable despite being on the lakefront. If you want to find some food other than pizza or pasta, you can find it here, no really, sometimes we need a break from all the carbs. I had the lamb chops which were great but did need a little salt, which honestly, so did the rest of the food.

Secondi piatti attesi ma finchè non abbiamo ricordato noi ai camerieri che dovevano arrivare, non sono arrivati. Caffè ordinato e mai arrivato. Servizio veramente scarso, cameriere indisponente e cameriera poco attenta al cliente. Non lo consiglieri.

Unica nota positiva, la terrazza sul lago. La pizza niente di che. Ho ordinato una bufala,troppo cotta,la mozzarella di bufala,messa con il contagocce, neppure si sentiva il sapore. As many others have said, had high hopes for this place but was severely let down. Wait staff is extremely rude and dismissive. The food is okay, but it took well over an hour for my wifes fish to arrive. The view of course is beautiful, but not a function of the restaurant. Strongly recommend eating elsewhere. TRUTH wine around the corner was easily a highlight of my visit to Bellano.
