They are awesome here! Shout out to Callie and Joshua for helping me out and going above and beyond with their service when they didn't need to be. Overall a huge help and definitely coming back !!
It's too hot for hot food so we went with some nice cool sandwiches. Got a giant club Mike's way and a regular Italian. Can't forget the vanilla agave soda

Came here @ 10/10/23 @3:10pm This store was very clean, we had an emergency restroom situation, and my toddler had to go. This place was not packed, was very spacious, and I enjoyed my time there. The employees were very kind to us too.. I really like this store :)
My first experience at Jersey Mike's was such a great experience that set the bar high. So I am a bit picky when it comes to the number 9 Mike's way. I normally go to one location but this particular location has really stepped up their game and one particular gentleman Mike behind the counter and really knows how to sling a sub. props to you Mike thanks for great sandwich today I will be back great service quality product
The staff at this location are always so nice. The sandwiches from Jersey Mike's are always good but the staff makes the experience quick accurate and worth the extra 10mins. it takes me to get there.

If you love sandwiches you'll love this place a bit pricey but it's all right you get points you stacked up eventually a free sandwich
The employees were both new and not sure about what they were doing! One was writing every order down on the order pad for hot subs. And tells us that if we want mayo on both sides we need to tell him first so that he can do it?? All you have to do is put the top on sub turn it over and put mayo on the bottom they put the meat back on the bottom like it has been done 100's of time before when we order this at any other Jersey Mike's!!!!!🤣😂

Had a giant sandwich delivered Ordered #17 white bread They gave me rosemary parmesarn bread because they ran out of white. Should have called, I would've chosen wheat because thats what I'd rather have. $24 wasted. So annoyed. Will definitely use a different location. The crew member on the phone.....best part of the experience because he spoke the truth. Phone # & Email were both available.
My visit was great, the sandwich was wonderful and the servear was very personable. However, my brother went to this same location a couple of evenings later and when he came back home he said he's never going back there again. Was first told they were out of bread, Had to wait for bread to finish baking, told him 10 minutes and when other customers came in they were also told 10 minutes for bread to finish baking. When it was time to make the sandwiches and my brother said he wanted the rosemary bread he was told they only had white. So, after waiting all that time and finding out only white bread was available he said he wanted one mini and one regular. Instead of starting to make the mini out of the freshly baked bread the person grabbed the stale piece of bread from the tray. My brother said he didn't want the stale bread since he had waited all that time for fresh bread. Then there was some discussion about price. Anyway, he was very unhappy with his experience and chalked it up to it being close to closing, and poor management at that location. Too bad, because over the past 3 weeks we had visited this location at least 4 times.

Terrible customer service. From the moment I walked in the establishment I was not greeted with a welcome . The employees appeared tired , stressed out , or overwhelmed. The energy was not acceptable. My order was online takeout & was not properly prepared in time because when I entered there were no customers so why is my meal not ready ? Lastly , when my order was complete the employee did not ask for my confirmation email, she did have attitude, & I was not told thank you. This is why I only do online orders because whomever is the hiring manager clearly cannot see that they have staffed the wrong people . Many people chose online orders to avoid this type Of customer service . I was not satisfied with today’s visit .
Something in this location sticks. It just didn't seem sanitary. The employee said the sewers were backed up. The employee said Corpriate was notified but they never fixed it. I walked out. I really feel like the health dept needs to be involved.
Came to pick up my to go order. It was 10 minutes later then the wedsite said so I had to wait and that cut into my lunch time. Also there were 2 guys making sandwiches not wearing their Masks properly their noses were not covered. The only one wearing his mask properly was the African American gentleman on the grill. 😡😡😡 I won't be back!!
Ordered the hot Chicken Ranch sub. I assumed it would be just as tasty sandwich like most of them. Due to cold weather I wanted a warm sandwich. With the First bite I took it was disgustingly Drowning in ranch dressing. The tosted bread was soaked in the stuff. I couldn't eat it so I washed off what could and fed the chicken and beacon to my dogs. Still hungry i only drank my soda and ate my chips. Now Hangry! What a waste of money when you have no extra to spend. We did call to inform them that it was too much dressing, per Rafale who anwered the phone. Said that they do 3 lines of the dressing per their standards and he personally made it. No apologies were given more like this how we make it too bad And that was it. No offers to fix the problem No sorry at least. A sorry for that inconvenience. Just bad service over the phone and bad sandwiching. 0 out 5 stars.
They literally locked the door as I walked up to open it and ignored me when I knocked. It was 8:52 when I got there. The manager just turned her back and ignored us as the other co worker look at us. Unbelievable. I've worked in the food industry and understand that you don't want to take those "last" customers but I've never NEVER literally locked the door as the customer walked up to open it. SMH!
Google usually deletes 1-star reviews so check on Yelp about this place. Any who, let’s see how long this comment lasts. Walked in after a hungry long drive and they ran out of bread. What type of sandwich shop doesn’t order bread, management dropped the ball heavy on this one.
Went in today to get some foods for me and the bae, and no one acknowledged us when we walked in and there was 3 workers there. Then the lady in front of me brought up a good point. The female worker with blonde hair was cleaning the meat cutter with a disinfectant and rag and she never changed her gloves to start making sandwiches and she even got upset after the lady told her to change her gloves and to throw the breads away. The worker still had the audacity to sell that bread with the disinfect to another customer....so moral of the story dont come here unless you want to eat disinfectant on your sandwich. We left didn't order anything.
