Wendy's is so bomb! The 4 for 4 is great and their nuggets taste better than the other places. Cashiers are always very polite and great at remembering their regular customers. I love that I can get a lot of food for less.

Our order was correct and it taste great. I am glad that we decided to give our closest Wendy's another shot. I didn't even miss the sour cream for my potato. Good job. Nice improvement.

Excellent service! Not to often I eat out but, when I do, this Wendy's is always best. Employees are always friendly and polite. I'm not sure of the females name but I believe it is Natalie , she is very kind. Owner should be very proud. Thanks guys for your awesome jobs.

They appeared to be short staffed and training, but they worked hard. Food came out quickly. When they were notified that the drink machine stopped working they were quick to fix if. Hard working staff always makes for a good experience.

Last summer (working as usual), I got this sandwich with a BIG piece of chicken that was BIGGER than the bun itself. It made my work day even BETTER. Can't complain about the service either, especially when it's busy. Top notch Wendy's, top notch. 👌💯✔️

I've been treated above and beyond essentially all interactions at this location. Orders are always ready, correct, functional. I've had managers cover my meal when I only had ApplePay. They allowed my special needs daughter to come inside for her Frosty when they were technically closed. I want the staff at this location recognized, truly.

Idk if there’s new management or what but the last times I’ve been here have been amazing. The service was great, the inside was the cleanest I’ve ever seen a Wendy’s or any fast food chain honestly. They were really nice and I’ve never had such a nice experience at a Wendy’s. Wendy’s are usually ghetto lol but not this one

Burgers were great and enjoyed the food despite being out of chili for the fries 🍟 we pivoted and ordered something else . The problem was that I did an online order and they wouldn't give me my money back for the custom large chilies I payed for in the app. That is the only upsetting issue to lose out on $12 + dollars since I paid in the app.

It was cold and rainy outside today and my wife wanted a cup of chili from Wendy’s so we pulled up to this location. There was a young man in the window named Jamal. He was very funny. Very nice guy. Full of charisma, he had helped me out with something on my order that I was asking questions about the Manager Ebony was there as well. I just wanted to take a moment to post this comment because the overall service from this location is by far one of the best the manager there is doing something incredibly right she’s very nice And her staff is phenomenal Personal. Thank you to Jamal and Ebony for making my day. Thank you.

I’m back tonight and I would love to give a shout out to the whole crew who is working this night shift. They had my order ready. They were very nice and welcoming. Unlike most establishments. I love coming to this Wendy’s. It’s my favorite one I even had to buy me one of those new vanilla swirl shakes and Just listening to music DoorDash and making some money and paying it forward. God bless.I’m There’s a young lady that works here named Armani today she went above and beyond. I noticed that she was dealing with some very complicated people and she was handing herself so well and I think this young lady should deserves recognition if not a raise for how well she handled of these rude people

It seems that all fast food restaurants do this. When you add a condiment, they automatically take off the other condiments? I "added" honey mustard to my sandwich, and they took off the ketchup and mayonnaise. The main cashier was very nice though. She put my frosty in a bigger cup so it would not spill over in the car when it melts. Mobile pick up order was on time.

The staff at the ordering microphone was very blunt and didn't seem excited to be there. At first, I thought the whole experience would be like this. When I got to the window, they were super friendly and smiling, food was hot and fresh and service was fast.

I placed my order at this Wendy's using the mobile app. It was one of the easiest things to do. When I walked into the store and they were getting my order ready already and all the receipts are coming out with the printer. The two girls that were at the register very sweet and kind they began my order even though it was a very large order and they did everything properly. When you go there you must try the tropical Berry lemonade. It is amazing!

The food is of better quality then McDonald's and I was very well pleased with the custom made lemonades they added to their menu's. Very tasteful and refreshing. Nice and friendly service. I recommend this place with my family.

Was in the mood for a salad. It was EIGHT dollars. Highway robbery!!! But, it was very good!! On a lighter note, the staff was AMAZING..they worked like a well oiled machine, none of them are getting paid enough. The seasoned gentleman at the counter who rocked the ponytail was very kind. Corporate needs to do better about prices 🙄

Pretty good at always getting my order right, I can usually skip checking the bag here and be confident that I can just sit down and eat when I get home. Place looks a little run-down though, especially the drive through area.

We ordered online for delivery less than 20 minutes away. If it wasn't for Jordash from doordash and deserves 5 stars, we would still be waiting for our food. She tried to bring it to us hot although Wendy's let it stand there for over an hour. Disappointed in Wendy's for making us wait with no communication about the delay. Not going back to this Wendy's. Thank you to the second lady from doordash.

This Wendy's has good deals, especially the chicken nuggets and value burgers and value french fries that are kids like. As for the grown up burgers, they tend to be average at best. Sometimes the service can be very nice while at other times it is just as poor as what you get at most fast food restaurants nowadays. We use the drive through almost exclusively.

The staff was amazing pleasant and patient with us as we ordered via their drive thru. The food was not fresh and my burgers were made with chili meat (for those who haven't worked at Wendy's, they use the older, dried up, or overcooked meat that is unfit for burgers from the grill as their chili meat). It is fast food though so I'll definitely be back! The current staff years people right!

They got the order wrong 3 times. The fries were cold, only 2 different types salads not the one I wanted, and the frosted were very soft. The workers attitudes were positive though.

This was the third time in a row we received the wrong order and the last two times the food was cold and over cooked. Tonight we placed an online order 20 minutes ahead of time, we arrived and the line was backed up, we waited about 30 minutes and when we arrived at the window we were told to park it would be another 20 minutes. Once we got home, which is less than 5 minutes from the store, the food was cold and over cooked. Very disappointing, we've always had great service here.

The staff are friendly and quick. I only eat the Chicken power salad with extra chicken . Which I love the robust flavors. However, the smell that assaults your nose as you walk through the front door is enough to make any one lose their appetite! It's really disgusting and smells like an old urinal. Please do something about it.

Drive thru order was cold and incorrect after waiting 20 minutes with 2 people ahead of me. Had to go back inside to get food that wasn't soggy and ice cold. Maybe it was a bad day for the staff, idk.

I stopped in to have a large fry and some nuggets. However when i finally received my food it was not at all what i expected. Doesn't wendy's have a new way to serve fries aren't they suspose to be crispy hot fries . Not these they were cold and limp. The nuggets were hard as if they had been sitting a while. Toral waste of money. Pass on this place next time I'm in area.

Was busy, not enough people on staff. Then two people show up and cut all of us to the front of the line. When it was my, ( I am short) the shift manager looked past me and asked the man behind me what he was getting. Then I ordered my food , I was missing a large fry. Worst Wendy's ever. There was an atrocious young female employee on the front register. Yelling that she hated people, they're awful, I can't believe they're making me do this. In between rants she sat on her butt with a couple of young men in the dining room continuing to be the loudest and rudest person in the place. Meanwhile all garbages were overflowing, the kitchen was disgusting and the shift manager had no control over anything. The only one working was a very nice older gentleman with a beard. Frosty was warm liquid. Will Never return and neither shoukd anyone else. Both the young female and the shift manager shoukd be fired.

This restaurant's problem is the quality of some of its employees. Time and time again the drive-through service has been in need of immediate improvement. Apathetic, rude and just downright unprofessional service from some of the employees really goes a long way in tainting this restaurant's image. As for the French fries, they are consistently soggy. I, personally, have not had issue with their other food. Altogether, I have finally decided today that I will no longer be giving business to this location. There is a reason the McDonald's restaurant across the street will have 8 cars, for example, in the drive-through while Wendy's will have 0. The service here is low grade and they need to fire and hire to change that. I doubt they will.

Doors are locked and had to knock hard on the service window to get anyone to come. Fries were so cold and old tasting. Asked what we needed for condiments and just did what they wanted. Staff was complaining about working and the management. You could just tell nobody wanted to be there. The only person not showing it was older and just used to having to work hard. They did apologize for the cold fries and got hot fresh fries for us though. This is clearly a poorly managed location possibly stemming from bad ownership. The "pandemic " is over. Staff the store and open the doors. I'm skipping this town' for Wendy's from now on.

2023 UPDATE: Every time I've been to this Wendy's it has always been clean, with polite service, and fresh food. THIS WAS REVIEW FROM 2020. 2023 - I asked for a double cheeseburger - I meant the "double stack" at $2.99. I was charged for a "Dave's Double" at $6.79. Both are double cheeseburgers, one larger than the other. They did not ask to differentiate. The cheeseburger I received was cold and the meat literally charred black. The same with a Baconator we ordered. The bacon was like attempting to chew rocks. No smiles and we had to ask for straws and a spoon - for the melted, not impressed, strawberry frosty. Dave would be ashamed.

Poorly ran. Food is cold, they forget half the order. It's mayhem and a money grab for zero quality. I feel it's a management issue-some people apparently called out. It was 830am. By that time, replacements should have been there. And if none are available, the manager goes in. An entire crew calling out isn't sickness or coincidence -its poor management Anyway, save your money. If you REALLY want Wendy's, go to Eustis

I don’t know what this person’s name was because he wasn’t wearing a name tag, he was white, looks a little old, bald, and had an accent. He takes my order at the drive-through, I go to the window, a lady asked for my card and she gives it to him, after the lady hands my card back, the man said that it didn’t charge my card, but I get notifications from Chase Bank on my phone when I get charged and the payment did go through after he asked for my card again, I told him that I did get charged, he told me that no it didn’t, so I showed him the proof message my the payment and he said “No no I don’t know any of that I don’t know any of that” THEN GO ON ABOUT EXPLAINING THE WHOLE PROCESS STEP BY STEP on how I’m supposed to be looking it up like I don’t know my bank. That was unnecessary. He asked for my card again and said if it does charge me again, I can come back. He charged it again, and I did get charged twice! I had to wait for him to come back to the window and show him my bank statements for proof, and then tells me “didn’t you order 2 Biggie Bigs?” NO! I ordered one! You were the one that took my order! Then he goes on to say “oh I thought I said 2” which I clearly didn’t. He then gets he keys for the register and hands me my money in cash, which by the way I paid by card. I’d also like to add that seeing the way he interacts with his fellow staff members, you can tell they absolutely do not respect him and I had to watch all that. This was horrible customer service. So much trouble just for a Biggie Bag.

It doesn't matter what time or day you go. Their salads always look like this. This lettuce is literally against health codes and I bet it's way passed its expiration date. Gladly it's hard to mess up fried item's. Otherwise they'd be doing it left and right. (Like giving you the wrong food) which happened as well.

This is what they gave me. Wet, warm fries. The cup is definitely half empty.... Literally! They mess up my order at least 75% of the time. Last time a fry was missing. Before that no ice. When I try to ask a manager for what they forget to give me, even when I have a receipt, they argue that I am making the balance on the inventory sheet not match what they have in stock.

The drive-thru cashier was so busy talking he never heard we had 2 orders and I wound up paying for both orders on my card. They filled the drinks to about an inch under the rim. Were not polite and barely spoke to us other than to respond to our questions. He never apologized when we told him it was 2 orders again, and never tried to fix it. Fries aren't great at Wendy's anyways, but they were cold and saltless.

Not only did they get my order wrong, again, but the chicken sandwich they gave me had clearly been used to wrap a burger and then put around my sandwich, there was cheddar and mustard residue all over it. Also they fries were undercooked . . . again. The service was trash too, but its fast food so thats expected.

Our food was given to us cold, the drinks tasted like cleaning supplies. We went back to replace the drinks, since we ate the food (we were hungry) and the replacements tasted fine until we let them settle for a few minutes and the same taste came back. We will be avoiding this Wendy's.

Got cold burgers 3 times now, isn't that against food safety codes, inspector needs to visit here, maybe I'll call the dept myself. Gotten wrong orders too many times to count, fries are hit and miss old and greasy, less often fresh, they always seem to be out of something and shut machines down early, dining floor is always sticky and dirty, customer service is lacking skills big time, especially evenings when I usually can go there, and seems I always have to keep saying my order over and over again, actually pretty aggravating to go there. Prefer to stop somewhere before I get to that area if I can now. Arby's is good, and even the Mickey D's right across the street is better, at least they say thank you there. So disappointed in Wendy's now. 😥😥😥😥😥😥👎👎👎👎

It's is so disappointing when you come out of work and you don't want to cook. So you go fast food for the night. And you can choose any place. So I chose Wendy's and they gave me my food cold old. Come on man. If I wanted cold food I wouldn have gotten a sub. Quality check everything before it comes to the customer. And ask yourself would you give that to someone you know love or see in a daily basis. Such a lack of care. And quality. Take pride in what you serve. It makes a whole lot of difference .

Defies the definition of "Fast Food" by having a drive thru that takes a routine 30 mins. Chronically understaffed (although the staff is always apologetic and well mannered). They are also always out of things. I feel bad leaving a poor review. But I am not sure if Wendy's is a franchise or not... if it is a franchise, this store needs better management, so their polite staff can shine instead of apologizing non stop!

The lobby was very dirty. Every available table needed cleaned, so i cleaned my own no problem. When i tried to make the manager (Mathew) aware of the situation he was rude and gave me attitude. Then a co worker asked him about a juice box for my son he was very rude to her right in front of me. It was very off puting. Im new to this area and will not be returning at all.

Food was missing from the order when we arrived home. Not all food was available to order, nor was the drink station in dining hall available. The cashier was also very cold and impersonal to myself and my spouse when ordering, but was warm and joyful to all other patrons and coworkers.

This has got to be one of the worst places for customer service. When you pull to the window to pay all you see is people playing on their phones, constantly making comments saying rude things about other customers. everytime I have gotten food here I've had to circle back in the drive through for them to correct it. I've seen some pretty bad places but the manager of this Wendy's must not even exist because this one tales the crown.

Arrived around 9:20pm on 9/10. Ordered our food, cashier had difficulty getting something accomplished and needed assistance from the front cashier unrelated to the customer at the window, then forgot condiment that were requested, both orders came with fries that were probably dropped more than a few hours ago as were the chicken nuggets, and the buns were stale. I am very disappointed in the service at this Wendy’s. Hopefully someone can get this location back to the true Wendy’s standard.

Staff in the back advised the cashier (who was very sweet) that she’s not allowed to have more than two orders at a time on her screen. In the midst of taking my order. It made a very embarrassing moment for the cashier and the customers around. If you can’t adequately run your store with more than 2 orders at a time… then you need to hire more people.

My 3rd and last time I go to this specific wendy’s. They messed my order up for the 3rd time. I paid for 2 meals and a 10pc. Had me wait for 5 mins in the parking spot. When I received my order, I was missing two large fries and the 10pc and a drink. Also they have 2 windows but use one, to order and get your food. The lady didn’t give me my receipt, so I can’t claim the food I paid for.

The dining room was locked, the menu board had no lights so we had to use a flashlight to order drive through. We didn't get what we ordered, and to top it all off my wife was vomiting two and a half hours later. She got food poisoning.

Worst Wendy’s I ever been to. My Chicken nuggets were half cooked. Soft and mushy. Cold fries cold burger. The two African American girl at the drive through were so rude . They practically threw my food in the car . They didn’t say thank you or anything. The bad things is I eat there everyday before I go to work. This happened 2/26/2021 @ 7:20pm. The service was horrible.

We went tonight thru the drive thru and waited for a few minutes and My husband said "Hello" and the lady that was taking orders was very rude and told us to "Hold on a min" in a very rude tone and did not looked like a friendly person neither. Got my Drink wrong and when I ask her if I can change it she rudely said"well nobody said what you wanted so that's why we gave that to you" that is very poor customer service and I believe people like that with an Attitude should not be in the front taking orders. I paid for my food, didn't got it for free!I think customer service is very important any where you go!! The food was great, I love Wendy's. I didn't even got a receipt so not even sure of the lady's name.

Drive thru can be nice but it wasn't. Girl with her shoulder to me.. ng.. food flung at me and, I needed one little sweet & low.. noone to ask... didnt get to pick salad dressing. It was sideways anyway. Bummer. No good.

ORDERED 2 4for4's. They didn't give me one of the sandwiches and they had neither of my first choice sauces. Ask for a receipt, and check your bag for goodness sake. Tried to call the store, but no one answered. So sad. Used to love this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I cannot count the number of times that I have attempted to patronize this place and the inside is locked. They refused to take orders (my vehicle cannot go the drive through). Today we went in (against my better judgement) only for the staff in the back to yell at the cashier saying you can’t take anymore orders at this time. I am done. I will not patronize them again.

Kitchen and dining area very filthy! Food all over the floor in kitchen and flies and German cockroaches all over kitchen area. Employees not keeping area clean. Trash on floor in kitchen. Bathrooms are dirty. This is Disgusting! Where is Health Department? This Restaurant should be SHUT DOWN! WENDY'S RESTAURANT'S never used to be like this. Was better run and always cleaner than McDonald's. Left and went to RACETRACK GAS STATION to eat. RACETRACK was clean and spotless. Food was very good and clean in entire inside and outside.

Waited 10 minutes at the counter, asking if anyone was working the cash register, complete ignored. As we were disgusted and leaving a girl was finally walked to the register with a cash drawer, never apologized or asked why we were leaving. Very bad employee attitude, will never go to this Wendy’s again and it is closest to our home!!

Wendy's open at 6:30 A.M. I pulled up to the speaker at 6:35 with two people in the building and they did not unlock the door or take my order through drive through. It is now 640. I'm driving off and leaving a review because I'm red plaits and pony tail does not want to work today 6/22/25.

Waited at the drive thru speaker for 8 minutes then they tell me the system is down. Could have told me that at the beginning. Then the lady refused to answer any more questions of how long until it would be back up.

2nd time around, definitely the last time I go to this one. I ordered the jr. bacon cheeseburger deluxe biggie bag with the spicy nuggs, sweet & sour sauce and a frosty. After waiting for almost 10 minutes in line what I got was a plain old cheeseburger in an old bun (some of the edges were rock hard), bbq sauce, cold fries (not just cold, but stale as if they’ve been sitting around for a few hours), a frosty that’s separating and pretty much fully melted and the spicy nuggs that were equally as cold as the fries. 2nd worst experience at Wendy’s, right after the fully raw chicken sandwich I was given a while ago.

false advertisement of the hours. i got there at 6:25 and waited in the drive thru until 6:45 and they still weren't open. staff didnt even show up until 6:30. if youre going to say you open at a certain time that shouldnt be the time staff shows up it should be the time you actually open the business

My Cobb salad is bought today, 5/7/25 around 6 pm had eggs that were rotten. It stunk up my whole house. There's no was the employees didn't smell that. What a waste disgusting. My burger had cheese that smelled rotten, too. Your restaurant is discusting.

Worst customer service. They are supposed to be open at 6:30 am and at 6:45 am they did not answer the drive -thru and when I went to the window the employee or manager told me that if she did not answer it was because they are not ready. Bad service and bad way to answer a customer. Then I went to McDonalds right next to them; super busy but faster and a service with a smile.

It's probably been a year or two since I had been to Wendy's so I figured I'd get a different fast food experience and boy did I ever. For starters the place looks grungy inside. I ordered a few bacon double stacks, some fries and a soda. I don't know how much easier it can get than that! So first thing I'm told is the soda machine has no carbonation as it sprung a leak so now the only drink choices are iced tea, lemonade or vitamin water. I just want soda ugh. I get my food after a decent enough wait and the fries are cold and have been sitting around. I complain and they make me new fries which were still only meh. Oredered 3 burgers and one was missing cheese, all had barely cooked bacon, and none were even warm as the cheese wasn't even thinking of melting. Basically to summarize, it was pretty bad and anywhere else would be ave been a better choice. Too say I won't be back at Wendy's for at least another year or two would be an understatement. Complete Waste of $20

I am not one to leave bad reviews but just want to leave this for a heads up. The first time I went they were missing half of my order. I let the gentleman know I spoke to a manager (who stated just tell them my name & they will do it for you) & was told I would be credited food for what they missed the last visit. The gentleman said he'd see if there was a note left & if not then I wouldn't receive the food. There was no note left & was not credited the food. I then got home to find out they messed my order up again.

Service was lousy only one other customer. Menu price and price I paid we're different. Drink was advertised a dollar for breakfast. They charged me normal price. Manager was not going to go with advertised price. In the end, she did give me a refund, but she wasn't happy.

The breakfast burrito I had gotten literally was a ball of potatoe wedges drenched in sauce halfway wrapped and just looked like garbage. IDK what the problem was they weren't busy either that's the thing.

I visited this Wendy’s around 10:30 a.m. when lunch service begins and ordered chicken nuggets. The nuggets were undercooked, so I requested that the order be remade. The response from staff was uncoordinated. Multiple employees came to the drive-thru window instead of one person addressing the issue, and communication was inconsistent. The drive-thru window was closed abruptly several times during the interaction. When I asked for employee names, I was told they could not be provided. Due to the food quality concern and the way the situation was handled, I am sharing this experience so management can review food preparation and customer service processes at this location. I wrote a review before but i see it was deleted with pictures attached .

Christmas eve I ordered a big order the spicy chicken had to be cooked. When I got home the sandwich was not done and rubbery. I attempted to return the sandwich a few days later. Manager Michelle refused saying I took 2 bites and should have came back Christmas eve to return it. The sandwich cost over $6:00. Manager seemed to be angry about the issue or having a bad day.

First of all… let’s begin by saying: That on this day 12/19/25 around 1pm there were FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE EMPLOYEES HERE ASKING FOR FREE FOOD IN THE COUNTER in the way … while customers who actually want to pay are standing behind them. EVERYTHING going on in there was absolutely unprofessional. And honestly SHOCKING. The worker was obviously high while i asked for sauce for my chicken and said they charge for sauce? The way they spoke to us was as if we were out in the streets. It was just such a bad experience. I hope something gets done about this location. It’s sad for such a big food chain to have this quality service and unprofessionalism .

Arrived at 8:15pm and after entering the restaurant and waiting patiently to order our food an employee which I assume was the manager threw us out. She rudely stated that they were only providing drive through service and then proceed to keep talking with other employees as we were left confused. We left and continued to eat at a better restaurant. Completely disappointed

This location seems to have constant issues getting orders completed and correct. We have now had 4 times where our orders are incorrect. This last one missing a Coke and a Frosty......but at least they remembered the spoon. Food showed up cold as well.
