Hemos salido encantados!! Hemos ido mi marido, mi hijo de 3 añitos y yo y la verdad que salimos muy contentos. El trato inmejorable, los camareros siempre atentos y han tratado a mi hijo super bien y le han regalado una mochila, han sido muy muy agradables todos. Y la comida muy rica, calidad precio está equitativo, volveremos!!

Wow, what a place, ordered the blue cheese burger which came with fries and a coleslaw, tasted outstandingly good. The fries were crispy and golden,burger was juicy and full of flavour.my only downside was not enough napkins at the table,a small price to pay.my wife ordered the chicken new yorker which was swimming in a delightful bbq sauce.again, she had nothing but compliments for her meal. All well priced and served with a smile from the helpful staff. The restaurant also had the cleanest toilets in benidorm!!! The place was that good we ate there the next night aswell. Well worth the walk from our hotel.

Our second time eating here in the last year or so and again it did not disappoint. Beautiful steak cooked exactly how you asked for it, decent portion of chips and side veg and lovely sauces. Great atmosphere and decor inside. Friendly helpful staff even when they are busy they are still quick and attentive. Very reasonably priced for decent steak! Would definitely go back! 🙂

You must visit this place whilst in Benidorm, plenty of seating inside and out , the food was to die for. Some of us had the big steak which was very good , ribs were very meaty with a gorgeous sauce and very reasonably priced .. would definitely recommend

Walked past here several times so was are choice for dinner one evening. Great place very relaxed atmosphere and great menu and prices reasonable. Service was also great and waiter was cheerfull and Service was very fast. Brought a drink out wrong and was immediately changed without any hesitation. Food was of really good quality aswell. Would definitely return next time in benidorm.

Decoración tipo americano, gran servicio por parte de todo los camarer@s muy atent@s. Sobre la comida, todos los platos que he probado muy buenos, la salsa barbacoa buenísima, para mi gusto la pechuga de pollo un pelín seca, cada plato buena cantida de comida. La única pega que he tenido, por eso le pongo 4 estrellas, uno de los platos que pedí, no me llegó nunca.... Si hacéis o vais con alguien que haga los años....... decirlo y vereis lo que pasa!!!!!

Como entrantes pedimos una ensalada cesar y unos nachos. Como principales unas costillas bbq, entrecot y enchilada de ternera. De postres, una cheesecake, tarta de manzana, brownie, batido y unos banoffi pancakes. Se demoraron un poco para los entrantes pero en general, nos gustó.

Ambiente Americano, muy amplio y limpió, rapidez en el servicio, buena relación calidad precio, porciones abundantes, buen sabor, lo único por lo que les pongo 4 estrellas 🌟 es por la atención de la chica que nos atendió, un poco antipática, pero por lo demás todo muy bien, debo decir que los otros camareros eran muy agradables. Nice vibe, the food was nice enough. One of us had a steak wrap and thought it was really nice and 2 of us had burgers which were nice but not 5 star. The staff were very quick and friendly too. I would go back and sample some of the other dishes as everything we seen looked really nice

So looking forward to eating here, we have Bern passed on so many occasions. The place has a very American feel that adds to the moment. The menu is exciting and mouth watering. Overall, the food we had was OK. Maybe our expectations were a little high. The combo starter was OK, but my main course had too much bbq sauce on it, which overpowered all the other flavours. The wine was lovely, as was the sweet. Maybe try the steak, ribs or burger next time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An American Southern styled experience a little off the main strip. It's a nice build out in that American chain way, somewhere between Planet Hollywood and a Chilli's. The menu is decent, there's everything from nachos to ribs to burgers to steaks and in between. Our party of four started with the nachos which were fine, they'd been baked a bit tough, and the sour cream drizzle would have probably been better as a few dollops of proper sour cream. That said they only lasted 5 minutes so no complaints. From there it kinda all went a bit wrong. Two cheeseburgers, a plate of ribs and a well done filet steak were the main courses, none of which were really any good. The burgers had that sloppy consistency you get from the oily cheap meat and there was plenty of gristle and other hard bits in them. You kinda get through half of the burger and then wonder why you're trying so hard, it's just not very appetizing. So you just eat the chips and hope you're the only one not having fun any more. The ribs were described as 'okay, ish'. Bit dry, bit overcooked, bit of a horrible thick soul destroying BBQ sauce. Edible at least. The steak arrived cremated to hell. Well done is a term with some wiggle room, but the steak is over an inch thick, it should still have some juice in it. Quite a lot of tough chewy parts and that tough stringy stuff that sometimes holds steaks together. Shame really. I should have probably had it out with the manager, and it's not really fair to blast them in a review without saying something in person, but in our defense the waiter hadn't been seen in nearly an hour (since drinks arrived), and we were tired and had to get on a plane in a few hours. The bill wasn't really the point, and we doubted they had anything better to replace it with. Sometimes you just gotta try a place. On reflection we can deal with the service issues and a steak being murdered, but there's a problem with these kinds of restaurants and their food quality from the supplier. I know a lot of restaurants don't want to increase prices, but it leads to too many situations like this. Inflation sucks, nobody wants a meal price to double, but then again nobody wants chunks of hard stuff in their burger. I won't mention where here, but there is a very nice grill/steak place not too far that has very high food quality and it's worth the extra 30% price every time. This place is great for kids and if you order the mozz sticks and other fried stuff you're going to be fine. If they upped the food quality they'd have a really nice place.

Atención muy deficiente, poco personal para estar en semana santa, no han prevenido la llegada de más clientes. Los platos no son de calidad, ni la presentación, ni los sabores, ya que una hamburguesa de alioli debería saber a alioli porr lo menos, y no a nada, los nachos estaban tiesos y el queso también. Las costillas muy pequeñas y las patatas grandes y sin hacer por dentro. En definitiva no lo puedo recomendar ya que nuestra experiencia ha sido muy mala y teníamos muchas ganas de ir.

Una pena, porque el lugar parecía agradable, pero la atención inicial fue decepcionante. Al llegar, tres camareros estaban en la zona de recepción charlando animadamente entre ellos, sin percatarse de que había clientes esperando para ser atendidos, a pesar de que el local estaba prácticamente vacío. Después de un rato, al acercarnos educadamente para pedir mesa, nos indicaron que debíamos volver a la línea de espera… precisamente cuando su falta de atención había sido la causa de esa espera. En ese momento decidimos marcharnos y cenar en otro restaurante cercano, Tony Roma's, donde sí nos recibieron con amabilidad y profesionalidad. Una lástima, porque bastaba un simple “enseguida les atendemos” para que la experiencia hubiera sido completamente distinta.

Walked in around 9pm and were seated and given menus in minutes. Employee came over a few minutes later to take our drink order, which then arrived quickly. We were left seated on the terrace for 15 minutes with no attention. The place wasn't busy, employess were stood around and doing nothing. I waved an employee over to order food, he mumbled something then walked back inside. Another 10 minutes passed nothing happening. I waved the menu at a lady who was cleaning a table she acknowledged me and motioned 1 minute and continued cleaning the table. 5 minutes passed and another employee came over and he took our order. In fairness the food arrived quickly and was really hot and wasn't bad. We finished meal and called for the bill. We purposely left the exact amount in cash with zero tip. We walked out and not 1 employee said thank you, goodbye or anything. I've never had such poor customer service anywhere. If I was the owner I'd fire the lot of them.
