I didn't know what to go for this evening, so just meandered down Tapas alley and was asked in to la taperia. Sitting at the bar looking at the amazing Pintxos I was taken by the arrey of great looking traditional and modern items. So I went for - Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas). It was so creamy, tasty and flavoursome. Despite the ingredients of onions and potatoes it was light and fluffy, not what we buy in Spanish week at Lidl 😂 Morcilla, pimento de piquillo, jamon Iberico, cebolla, caramelizada y pimiento de pardon - black pudding, piquillo peppers, ham caramelised onion and pardon pepper. I love black pudding but this is on another level. It has a creamy texture with a more sausage consistency than ours. The sweet, caramelised onion and the salty Iberico ham really work together. Giving a saltyness and a sweetness that was a fantastic contrast. Probably not a traditional Spanish dish but my god, it will be soon. Txistorra frita con pimiento de padron - fried Txistorra sausage with pardon pepper. The Txistorra is fatty, has a chunkier texture than chorizo with a softer piquancy. A great alternative to most sausages. Milhoja de espinaca y queso de Cabra - spinach millefeuille and goats cheese. Possibly the star of the evening. Beautiful, sweet honey with sesame seeds drizzled over the goats cheese and spinach "tart". It was layered like millefeuille and had fantastic flavour. The goats cheese was delicious, bold and slightly citrusy that compliments the sweet honey and earthy spinach. Prices for these ranged from €2.50 to €5 so they don't break the bank and to go with these I chose a house vino tinto. Cold red wine worked really well with all of the Pintxos.

I’m very much a foodie which I’ve found hard in Benidorm as not much has been a strong contender however this place was up there. My girlfriend had the fillet steak which she was said good and I had the lamb and garlic prawns with was a strong 9/10 unreal food, had the tall male waiter didn’t catch his name but very helpful when choosing what we was having

We’ve been in Benidorm for many days and I can clearly admit that the food we ate here today was beyond expectations and definetelly the best so far. Beside the food, which was absolutely delicious, the waiter Jose made our stay here better. We were a big group, one of 13 and the needs were multiple. He succeeded in getting everything exactly as we ordered, nothing wrong. He didn’t get offended as we asked him many questions about the food and he brought the food exactly to our desires. Beyond that, he was a very nice guy as we joked a lot with him throughout the evening. If you go here, I recommend asking for Jose to be your waiter and I promise you won’t regret it. 10 out of 10! Come here and enjoy some really delicious food!🤗

One of the best places we found in a week in Benidorm. It seems that it is not touristy at all and rather local, which we also liked, given the number of “resort” places in the city for tourists. Well balanced menu, excellent ingredients and delicious dishes - in a word, everything was great!

Our waiter was very helpful and attentive despite it being a busy Friday night on the festival of San Juan! Thank you, would highly recommend to anyone! Absolutely delicious tapas. I can highly recommend the prawns, croquettes, plate of iberico ham and sangria. The restaurant is situated in a beautiful alleyway full of locals and other tapas bars - a great vibe to be apart of for an evening.

Lugar majo ! Cenamos y todo muy bueno .Pedimos calamares ,croquetas de jamón super melosas y también jamón que estaba bueno pero tampoco pa tirar cohetes .Lo mejor del sitio son los camareros súper amables ,rápidos ,y simpáticos, el ambiente en la zona es bastante agradable.Esta ubicado cerca del cetro sino me quivoco en una calle estrechita por la cual hay restaurantes a los lados y en medio la calle por dónde no para de transitar gente,pero se está genial.

El mejor sitio de tapas de la "calle de los vascos" en Benidorm. Sus tapas son distintas a las del resto, todas tienen un toque de diseño que las hacen muy ricas. También tienen una carta de raciones muy interesantes, las alcachofas con almejas y gambas, exquisitas; la ventresca de la ensalada, de lo mejor. El servicio muy bueno, en particular Angela y Felix que atienden con su simpatía habitual, además de su profesionalidad.

Buena experiencia en general. El lugar es agradable, con buen ambiente y tapas sabrosas. La atención fue correcta y los precios razonables. Quizás podrían mejorar un poco el tiempo de espera, pero sin duda es un sitio recomendable.

La comida es muy buena el servicio excelente. Sin embargo la alcachofa para ser honestos es muy mala o al menos la de este día fue muy mala con un sabor amargo y casi imposible para comer. El solomillo a la piedra delicioso así como la pasta carbonara 🫶

Íbamos a cenar pero tras probar el primer pincho, nos acabamos cambiando de restaurante. Calentaron el pincho en el microondas y se pasaron muchísimo de tiempo. Tuvimos que avisar al camarero que lo sacara ya y como era de esperar, quedó seco y no estaba nada bueno. Atención al cliente: regular.

It's located in the very busy tapas alley. Meatballs were loose, not holding together. Taste was ok.. The chicken wings were quite good The aubergine crisps with honey dip were ok, if a little greasy. Patatas bravas were ok 54.40 euros including drinks

Comida regular. Lentejas secas. Cachopo duro. Hace un año el servicio y la comida eran peores,ya que las patatas revolconas eran solo pure de patatas.y a los champiñones les habian puesto tantas bolitas de pimienta,que fuimos incapaces de comer tan picante. Nos cobraron 4 euros más,por una bebida que no habíamos pedido. Personal lejano y antipatico. Esta vez,la comida estaba mejor,hasta que llegó el postre. La leche frita es algo desagradable,deshecho y muy agrio. No sé si es un plato típico de aquí o si la leche estaba mala.

La verdad es que la persona que nos ha atendido ha sido muy agradable y muy simpática. Mi comida, que ha sido de menú, no ha sido nada buena. La ensaladilla tenía las patata zapateras y en general estaba regular, el arroz caldoso ….. mejor no voy a decir y el postre, leche frita estaba la harina cruda y realmente mala. El ambiente es regular porque tienen la música muy alta y no hay quien se entere. En fin……

Un sitio bastante regular. Pedimos croquetas de jamón, huevos rotos, pulpo a la plancha y calamares a la romana. Tanto los huevos rotos como los calamares tenían una capa aceitosa más que considerable que hacía que el sabor fuese eso, aceite. El pulpo estaba demasiado duro y por el sabor que tenía se notaba que no era algo fresco. Lo único rescatable eran las croquetas de jamón, pero no eran ninguna maravilla. Le sumamos que pedimos pan con alioli para matar un poco el hambre y nos lo traen cuando llevamos ya la mitad de la cena. Y para terminar, estuvieron veinte minutos de reloj para traernos la cuenta y cobrarnos, la pedimos hasta en tres ocasiones. Un servicio bastante desordenado y que se les veía desbordados. Un sitio que no es precisamente barato y la calidad-precio deja bastante que desear. Nosotros no volveremos.

Buscábamos un restaurante para comer bien tras dos negativas de otros restaurantes por estar completos nos decantamos por este por fotos y reseñas y fue un fiasco total. La carta no nos convenció y los pinchos de la barra estaban super resecos, probamos el menú de 20 euros....hacia tiempo q no comiamos cosas tan malas. Ensaladilla congelada q se veía a la vista, canelones de espinacas de 5gama con un relleno q era un pasta q sabía a carne. El arroz con verdura super grasiento y el salteado de chuleta..😂😂... si me dicen q es pollo o cerdo pues tb, no tenía sabor a nada y rebosaba aceite tuve q calzar el plato para escurrirlo. La piña con helado q fue lo mejor sabia a ajo todos los trocitos😫. La cerveza es Cruzcampo pero la mala, la q ha propiciado tantos memes. No la fresquita q te tomas en sevilla q esa si se puede beber. Si a eso le añadimos q las mesas están tan juntas q apenas cabe un pie (mirad la foto) q si sale el de al lado, de frente no cabe, vamos que, o sale rozando el cucu o la bolsita de caramelos por encima de la mesa. Y ya el colmo son los guiris sin camisetas hipersudados tanto en la terraza como por dentro del restaurante. Otro detalle q confirma la calidad del sitio es q vinieron 2 chinos, para q les preparasen una mesa para 18/20 personas. Se quedaron esperando en la barra, vieron pasar 4 platos, pasaron guiris sin camiseta sudados, levantaron los ojos, hucieron un gesto con la cabeza y se fueron, ahí les dejaron preparando la mesa. Es Benidorm, es lo que hay, imposible encontrar calidad. Nos atendió una chica sudamericana con melena bastante bien para todo lo q tenian encima.

Nos pusimos en una mesa de la terraza a los para poner la bebida 15 minutos pedí una cerveza con limón y me tragaron una cerveza tipo voldamm y a los 2 minutos la mesa de al lado uña plato que nos tuvimos que levantar y ir a la barra mucho humo no se podía ni respirar..un plato patatas con alioli y tres bebidas..ya con tanto humos no pedimos nada salir volando mala experiencia
