Great food and excellent hosts had a memorable Xmas dinner , but don't tell the children we had Rudolph (reindeer) for main course!

The staff was absolutely adorably friendly, and the seating outside nice, quiet, and breezy. Special shoutout to the reindeer wrap we shared for a starter, it was delicious. For mains we had the ribeye and the chopped steak, both were incredibly tender, cooked to perfection, and served with immaculate thin-cut fries on the side. Overall, definite recommendation if you’re looking to get some great pieces of meat and to skip the cliche texas-steakhouse ambience. I will definitely eat here again.

This restaurant is a real jewel in the middle of stones. We walked in from the madness of Benidorm to a haven. Beautiful ambience, warm welcoming service and top quality food. We were a group of 5 and shared 2 platters of starters including fish and carpaccio. We then all had various steaks. Absolutely delicious and cooked to all our different requirements. Definitely will return.

I have only great things to say about this restaurant. It was very inviting not only by the owner but also the lovely decor which is Christmas themed at the moment. Very good atmosphere. There is a great range of food for all tastes. We tried entrees which were typically Norwegian just because we haven't had it before. They were delicious. The ribs for main course were so tender and tasty and the desserts which we don't normally have were also top quality. Try the snickers cake. The owner was so pleasant and helpful with explanations and making sure we were happy with our meal. It was a delightful experience.

Ottimo locale nel centro città. La proprietaria è davvero molto cordiale e disponibile, nonché sempre sorridente. La cucina non è tipica spagnola, ma vale davvero la pena provarla. Le ribbs con patatine erano favolose, così come il chili con carne. Una cena alternativa, ma al contempo di ottima qualità. Buona qualità/prezzo!

This restaurant is an absolute must if visiting Benidorm! Husband and wife run the place and are so friendly. Service really good and the quality of the food is 5star. All fresh too! Great authentic Norwegian feel to the place. We were seated at a cosy table right at the back of the restaurant which was really nice! Bacon is served on a clothesline!! Probably the best bacon we've ever tasted. What more do you want? Reindeer melts in your mouth and must be tried too. Plank steak was so juicy and melted in your mouth. Chilli con carne was very tasty and beautifully presented. The schnitzel is huge and so tasty. This was the best meal out we had in Benidorm during our holiday. Its a great experience and I feel sorry for people who haven't been.

I went here last year. It was so good I went back again this year and again it did not disappoint. I went full meat mode and had the reindeer carpaccio starter followed by the reindeer fillet. The starter was like eating a wood land trail. Which sounds weird but trust me it's a taste sensation. The fillet was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife and it melted in your mouth. I really could not recommend this place enough if want some class food whilst in Benidorm.

This is a lovely little restaurant. The food is fresh tasty and wholesome. No picture food here. Also no TV, so no football. The couple who run the establishment are polite helpful and friendly. This is proper restaurant not a fast food place. I enjoyed everything about the meal.

5 of us had an excellent meal on the 12th April, steaks, reindeer, pasta. Something available for all tastes. Service and atmosphere was excellent. We enjoyed it so much 4 of us went back the next night to try some more of the menu. Reindeer rolls were delicious as was the clothes line bacon. We return to Benidorm in the summer and will certainly be back to this fine restaurant.

Presentation excellent, service excellent steaks , best in my opinion in Benidorm, can tell some love when into preparing that dish, def worth a go.

After two years in Benidorm, we came across this restaurant in October last year. And what a find! We have been here five times since and we had the Reindeer filet, the Plank steak, the Rack of Lamb, the Cod, the Schnitzel, and some of their smaller dishes. The ratings do not lie! All the dishes are made from scratch by people who know how meat and fish should be prepared. The house wine is also an excellent choice, and the service is done by people who knows everything about the food they serve. A must if you are searching for good food in Benidorm!

In the middle of a street with loud and noisy restaurants and bars we found this gem of a restaurant that is run by a lovely Norwegian couple. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious. If you are in Benidorm and looking for a place to enjoy a good meal this is definitely a place to visit. Had the plank stake with mashed potato's, the steak was tender and well cooked.

This is a real gem of a restaurant in the middle of a hundred identical bars. The food is exceptional - the T-bone steak was of very high quality, as were the spare ribs. The host is lovely and couldn't have done more for us, we will definitely be back the next time we are nearby!

NOR in Benidorm is an absolute gem, mainly because of the incredible service. The couple running the place are the friendliest hosts you could wish for, genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming. We went on a cold evening and wanted to sit outside, and without hesitation they turned the heater on just for us and kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Even though the restaurant was busy inside, we never once felt forgotten. The food was just as impressive. We had the reindeer and the schnitzel, and both were absolutely amazing, so tasty and cooked perfectly. A place that gets both the food and the hospitality spot on. We’ll definitely be back.

I can't give a good enough review for this one. Absolutely outstanding little place. Very cosy restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. But the best feature is the owners. They're such lovely people. Service was perfect, friendly and attentive. We sat outside on a relatively cool night, they kindly put the heater on as soon as we were settled to make us more comfortable. Food is definitely 11 out of 10. I'm a huge fan of reindeer in any format, steak, burger, lasagne it's just my favourite red meat so I have tried it on menus around the world including many times during the time I lived in Levi, Finland. Now the Finnish are probably the reindeer experts but Nor have blown everything out of the water. The reindeer fillet was perfection. Not only was the meat quality far surpassing anything I've had before but it was cooked to perfection and served with some great tasting accompanyment. I cannot give enough praise for this dish. If you like red meat do not miss it, it's life changing. My partner had a schnitzel which is his favourite and again this was prepared and cooked to perfection and served with the best remoulade I've tasted. Even my Danish partner commented on how good the remoulade was and for a Dane that sauce is sacred. He thoroughly enjoyed the meal. If you're in Benidorm no matter who you are and where you're from this is a great opportunity to try something home cooked and very far removed from the fast food scene that's so difficult to escape here. Thank you for such a lovely evening and meal.

We showed up late, unsure if anyone would still be serving — but the real star of the night was the staff. They welcomed us with warm smiles and kept the kitchen open just to make space and feed us. So kind, so thoughtful. As for the food — for me, (we had Norwegian meatballs, and Schnitzel) it was on the salty side, but salt and I have a complicated relationship. If you don’t mind a bit of extra seasoning, it won’t matter — it’ll taste great!

We had an excellent meal here. The staff was really welcoming and friendly and it had a nice Nordic vibe. The clothesline Bacon was excellent and it was a nice touch to carmelise it at the table. I also had the t-bone which was cooked to perfection and my girlfriend loved her steak aswell. We would 100% recommend!

We ordered a home delivery from here. We was not disappointed!!. We ordered ribs, fishcakes, and the meatballs. Everything was delicious, and delivered within 45 minutes of ordering. Next time we will book a table in the restaurant as I want to try T Bone steak. We have been coming to Benidorm for many years, and moved here permanently 5 years ago, have been passed the restaurant many times, wish we had tried it sooner. Next special occasion this restaurant is on our shortlist.

Booked a table at the Nordic steakhouse last week when in Benidorm for my wife’s birthday, we received a warm welcome and a smile on arrival. Had wanted to try this place for a long time and i’m very glad i did! Exceptional service and a wonderful atmosphere. I had the steamed butter cod with a lovely sauce and mashed potatoes and green peas. A truly magnificent dining experience! The fish was cooked to perfection and all the flavours complement each other perfectly.

The owner is very friendly, and he took out the heater as soon as he entered. Four of us ordered T Bone steak, lamb chops, two grilled fish, food and wine were very good. The price is also very suitable. The only thing is that one of our ladies ordered a cup of coffee, came back and saw that there were four cups recorded, and hoped to give me three cups of coffee next time. We will be back soon

Came in without booking, lady front of house(owner?) So welcoming. Knowledgeable about the food and the chef joined us for Aquavit afterwards. Food was first class, service was better, thankyou.

When I requested it be cooked blue I was told not possible because of food regs and it would be cooked rare - which was ok. When it arrived it was cooked medium, very disappointed, much taste and hated the fact it was served on an old, badly scored timber platter. My partners fillet was cooked medium and he thought it was great although he also hated the timber serving board and the ‘mash’ surrounding it was very average. Best thing for me was the chips - not a great recommendation for a steak place. Wine options also below average. I did tell the waiter that my steak was poorly cooked but did say I didn’t want to send it back - didn’t want to have my meal changed whilst my partner continued to eat his. Thought maybe the chef would come out to discuss/apologise or do something - but absolutely nothing done or said!
