Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind neue seit 1 Juni, Rezeption Zeiten sind von 9,30 morgens bis 13,30, danach 16 Uhr bis 4 Uhr morgen ist immer jemand da, ist alles besser jetzt, neue renoviert, und Rezeption spricht auch deutsch, englisch, italienisch und spanisch . Gebühren zahlt man wann parking benutzt, Gebühren für Klima Anlage und für Safe. W LAN ist gratis , TV ist gratis , Schwimmbad Zeiten sind vom 10 Uhr morgen bis 20 Uhr Abend, Apartment ist für maximal 4 Leute geeignet. Schmimmbad für Kinder und Erwachsene sind jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Ruhe Zeiten am Abend von 22 Uhr bis 8 Uhr morgens. Alles ist besser geworden

Have stayed in these apartments many times before and always found them very clean and good staff. My daughter has just come back from there after a weeks holiday and said the property has been taken over and the staff are very rude. They charged 100 euros deposit, there was no cleaning done in the apartment, you was left clean sheets and had to make your own beds, you even have to buy your own toilet roll. I always recommend this property in the past but will be not recommend this in the future.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The apartment is very basic but for the money you pay what do you expect its a very family orientated hotel very close to everywhere the meals you pay for you get really good food I've been going there for the last few 5 years to the same place sometimes 3times a year and love it there and I am not cheap person but you get what you pay for and all I can say is that all staff give me a lovely time while I. Met all my needs. Close to the ‘madness’ of Benidorm! Good supermarket just around the corner. Staff were all lovely. Rooms were clean and tidy and it was fabulous to have a great sized balcony. Have recommended to friends and family. If I go back to Benidorm these apartments would be my choice over booking a hotel.

One of the best places I've stayed in. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotless and spacious. The balcony wow so big. The pool area is small but lovely to Relax by. I will be back to the Picasso apartments 10/10

It's a 2 star apartments, but has everything you need, rooms are very clean, bar down stairs is cheap and lovely staff there serving. There is air con and fans for a price 20 eruos for air con and 10 euros for the fan. There is a 150 deposit to pay on arrival and if payed by card you have it back at 10am on the day you depart. It is not far to leventa beach walk in 10 mins and 10 mins to the bars all in all very nice stay for what we payed and I would come back here .

Lovely apt very big clean and comfy hot water all the time. Friendly staff make you feel welcome has soon has you arrive. Meals are great good potion size breakfast best in Benidorm. Picasso salad very nice. Not far from town and night live . Hill not to bad . Would recommend I will be back next year .. 100 euro deposit or 80 pound English .😎

Lovely base for our holiday close to all the local amenities and beach. The staff are so friendly they make you welcome as soon as you arrive especially Dave behind the bar. Would definitely come here again.

Después de ver algunas reseñas malas casi me hecho para atrás. Que bien que no lo hice. 6 días de vacaciones en apartamentos Picasso y estoy muy contento. Las chicas de la recepción y del bar encantadoras. Limpieza de la piscina a diario. Ambiente tranquilo, en la mayoría familias con niños. Las camas bastante buenas, cocina renovada con microondas y frigorífico nuevo y todo limpito, nada que ver con las fotos de algunas reseñas malas que he visto. Hay que pagar por usar aire acondicionado (5€) y la tele(3€) por día pero creo que con los precios de la luz, dentro de poco será la norma. Nosotros no usábamos aire porque no hacía falta(al apartamento no le daba el sol) y la tele ya hace tiempo que no vemos. Hoy en día cualquiera se apaña con el móvil. Por la noche algo de ruido(de hoteles cercanos y los jóvenes en las calles gritando), pero es Benidorm y de esto no se escapa nadie. 100% recomendable.

Nos pusimos como los kikos nunca mejor dicho y disfrutamos al máximo de todo lo que nos ofrecieron. La ensalada César con pollo crujiente espectacular, muy buena textura. El combo de fábula y de las hamburguesas que decir, yo pedí la Picasso y mi mujer la trufada, que debo reconocer que estaba mucho mejor que la mia. Y los postres disfrutamos del brownie y el coulant. Todo un espectáculo. Mi Enhorabuena al equipo Picasso y sobre todo a Pere que es un crack

Me and my friend stayed here for a week,wasn't expecting much as it was cheap but was pleasantly surprised. Rooms a little dated but spacious,balcony was big and all very clean. Not far from the strip and beach but up a hill which was ok for us but if you have mobility issues then I would avoid. Pool was nice and clean and always got a sunbed. Staff was so friendly there was a lady on reception I can't remember her name but she was lovely. Food and drinks were cheap and great for hangover first thing in the morning. No problems getting the deposit back was about a week later when I got it back. I'd definitely stay here again

Needs a little up dating, air con only covers living area not bed room. Staff fantastic , great breakfast , go for the Picasso full for the day. Slight hill but only 5 mins beech and around the same to the start of the main drag. Very quite at night so no problem sleeping , but air con required in bedroom in hot season. If you need anything just ask Dave , tell you best gigs best hangover ect. All staff great from management down. Be prepared for extra charges. ie. Tv air con. Enjoy your stay, for the price its great value. We hope to go back for our third stay next year.

Lovely apartments, everything we needed was there. very nice manager, but that's about it. Was a very uncomfortable stay as the place was over run by British people who blanked us when they realised we were Irish. To be honest benidorm is a British only resort. I would advise Irish people to completely avoid as they ruined our hoilday as they made us feel so unwelcome. But picasso apartments were great.

stayed here a coulple of time before and are heading out there again for a month soon very friendly staff cosy bar and very clean rooms. The balcony is very large and sunny most of the day in winter. the appartment is very close to the centre for shopping and beach

This was a last minute break for me and my two children,cheap and cheerful. Clean room,quiet area. The pool area needs a paint but was still clean with chairs, table and sunbeds had everything needed. Reception staff were lovely has a small bar and cafe area, the food was nice. We arrived early hours and the reception lady Barbara was so lovely I was going to nip out to find some food for the kids but she arranged a take away to be delivered, made sure we had enough bedding, towels and made the sofa bed up for my youngest. We enjoyed a relaxing holiday and if your looking for a cheap clean base then I would recommend these apartments.

Kelvin is an incredible asset to this apartment complex and if he is undervalued, you need . He helped us out massively by extending our hotel by another day and nothing was ever any trouble. The lady who runs the daytime bar and food ought to be replaced. She was not particularly friendly and at times actually rather rude. Pros -Basic but clean -Cheap -Near beach (if you can manage the hill easy!) Cons -Significantly steep hill to combat every time you want to go out and about -Rooms not cleaned during your stay

Le séjour dans cet hôtel à été franchement pas mal, on a pris une chambre pour 4, c'était sympa, la Chambre n'était pas petite. Et il y a eu un bon service, surtout concernant Barbara qui a était adorable, très gentil, très serviable, très amicale! Franchement c'était une bonne rencontre.

Very quiet when we were there in March. Very rarely anyone in reception but we had keys so the doors could be kept locked. The bar and pool area were closed . The appartments are very clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable. Good location, quiet area but close to beach and strip.

The best apartments that I have stayed at ever for this budget. Lovely and clean. Modern, plenty of hot water for a full bath. Quiet, able to sleep. The reception area and entrance is magical. Its decorated currently as Easter theme. But at night has fairy lights. And soft music. Has a bar and bar food. Lively friendly atmosphere. Would certainly book again.

It suited me. Good location. 600 metres from beach and strip. It is low budget the rooms were adequate, no oven. Staff friendly. If going in November, the rooms are cold. I believe you can ask for blankets, but no heating it's pretty cold. Overall, single bloke I'd go again.

Dieses Hotel war ganz schön, vorallem weil es nur 5 minuten zu Fuß zum Stand sind und man in der direkten umgebung viele möglichkeiten hat bis spät in die nacht einzukaufen. Das zimmer haben wir last minute gebucht, sehr räumig und sauber mit schönem großen Balkon und toller Küche, wenn man selbst etwas kochen möchte. Die Frau Barbara an der Rezeption war super, ständig ein Lächeln im gesicht! Sie war sehr hilfsbereit bei allem. Sie hat uns genügend Handtücher zur verfügung gestellt und man konnte sich toll mit ihr unterhalten (auch auf deutsch). :)

Das Appartment und auch die Größe ist an sich ok. Leider ist die Einrichtung in die Zeit gekommen , die Couch ist etwas fleckig. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Man muss aber das Ganze auch in Relation zum Preis sehen.

Stayed a week over Xmas,it was freezing heater/aircon did little help,rooms outdated but clean,arrived at 2am and had to pick up keys from Don gregorio, maybe would of bern easier if not all ready drunk,whilst checking in I was asked for a £200 deposit, I expected a small deposit but that was too much maybe they should state this on website or booking Picasso is up a slight hill also

It was ok,very average. Location is good though. Reception are not very clean and out of date soft drinks for sale at lobby.

Would have been a 5 as couldn't fault the place It's got everything you need for a cheap base. Kitchen, shower, bedroom and beds in lounge, massive balcony. Pool and terrace with bar. The place was lovely until...... A few days into our holiday about 20 lads turned up and pretty much took over the place. They never moved out of the bar and pool area all day and left everyone else feeling uncomfortable. They were in and out of the gent's toilet. in two's and three's making no attempt to cover up what they were doing. Our door was knocked on in the early hours for two nights and when I opened it I had to throw the lad out as he just walked in completely unaware of where he was. The staff were scared of them and did nothing to stop them. We won't be staying there again as it stipulated No groups in the T and C's.

On arrival the check in took a while and there was additional charges that we didn't expect, such as 20 euros for hire of a travel cot. The room was very basic and in desperate need of repair and updating, for example plug sockets hanging out of the walls and holes in the flooring. It was relatively clean but not spotless by any means. With the exception of one man I found the staff to be lovely and the restaurant, bar and pool area were really nice. The main reason I wouldn't return would be because of the adults only hotel directly opposite which is really loud with constant shouting and music all night. Many of the residents of that hotel would make strange animal like noises for no obvious reason which was very disconcerting.

Se si spende poco non ci si può aspettare molto. Esteticamente non è per niente carino, si paga ogni singolo extra (wifi, aria condizionata, ...) anche in maniera esagerata. I gestori non sono per niente cordiali e ovunque sono affissi cartelli che riportano regole da rispettare e prezzi dei servizi extra. È stata anche richiesta una cauzione da 150€.

Very basic, reception never open and pool is mostly in the shade. And the WiFi is only free on the bottom floor

We had to put the mattresses on the floor as the bed slats were either broken or missing. There's a 100 Euro deposit to pay on arrival. Rooms and balconies are spacious and clean. Everything is there that you need to self cater. Pool is small but sufficient and as it isn't too big an accommodation you almost always get a sun bed. Small play area for the kids by the pool.

Opposite for over 18s only hotel so be aware they are very lively at times till 5 am because it’s cheap you will get creepy weird loud people staying , However I found the staff to be lovely And helpful It’s a two minute walk to the front Swimming pool is small but functional There is nothing special to say Everything seems very dated and no-frills Again such a shame Would I stay again …. Probably not Unless I was on a strict budget!!! Just to mention we had a couple of issues with patio door not locking and toilet leaking it was fixed the next day Overall I would rate it 50-50 just consider what you want It’s a no frills bed Basically Fridge freezer microwave kettle cutlery cups glasses plates Bottle opener Hob for cooking ( no oven) toilet shower bath It has a balcony with chairs and table (plastic specials) This post is not to put the hotel down Just think about what you want first it’s basically a sh!t and shave hotel With the potential to cook an egg I give it two stars Because I didn’t get a good nights sleep due to the bed being hard no blanket just sheets which was never changed in seven days And the noise from other hotels

Terrible welcoming me and my friend stayed here for 5 days and where treated like we shouldn’t have been there, also got stuck in the lift for an hour and still waiting on deposit back after being left over a week now, avoid this place

Came to stay 20th July-27th July 2018.On arrival 1 bed had a completely broken base & just sponge on top for a mattress with no linen other bed had very worn fitted sheet on but when pulled it back bodily stains on the mattress again no linen was given.Complained & they gave us a mattress but it didn’t fit the bed so they gave us another bed next day.They gave us s bedspread each & 1 set of sheets but no sheets for other bed. Toaster in room gave sparks off when used,microwave worked but had to fiddle with the door first it had English plug on so if you hadn’t brought a converter you’d have to get 1.minimal cutlery & crockery & just 1 saucepan.Front door key sticks but fathomed it out.Bathroom floods every time shower or baths used if you want a bath you have to fill it by shower.Bathroom had residue round bath hadn’t been cleaned.Drawers broken & unusable they never got fixed when we were there. Balcony smelled of sweaty feet.Charged extra for WiFi,towels,air conditioning,toilet roll,safe,tv.restrictions & rules everywhere:no eating or drinking your own food around the pool,no glass around the pool,pool closes at 8pm opens at 10am they put chemicals in pool sometimes & can’t use it while chemicals have been in.Male staff are very friendly & helpful female staff very rude & intimidating they make you feel very unwelcome,shouting at people’s kids all the time & being horrible with adults accusing people of stuff they hadn’t done.location of apartments is near to all amenities & beach but hill quite steep no good for anyone with physical problems.We found the establishment to be dirty & unwelcoming (with the exception of the male staff) Had to give a star rating but it’s not even worth 1 star Definitely will not be back here ever.

Absolutely shocking not seen anyone on reception bar never open cannot get any food there never stay there again

Went self catering no OVEN no TOASTER,if we wanted clean towels we had to pay for them & even had to pay for toilet rolls, paid £10 for TV could not hear it even when it was on the highest volume, would not book again

We arrived at the hotel around 12pm, check in was not until 4pm, we was aware of this, what we was not aware of is having to walk 10 minutes up the road to collect the room key and check in. Once we took this walk (not massively easy to find) we went to check in, the receptionist took all our passport details, got the paper work ready and then told us it was €200 deposit per room (we had 2 rooms so was €400) the receptionist then took a phone a call as we was getting all we need ready. He then told us that our room has been cancelled and could not explain to as why or who cancelled our room as it was not us. We asked if there was anything ease available and they said no. My day and I had to then go on the hunt for another hotel room or we would have had to sleep on the beach for the night. No one had said anything to us about the room nor behind available! Be very very careful when staying here! As it’s pay on arrive they can cancel your room without any communication to give the room to clearly give someone your room who may be staying a bit longer to get more money. The lack of communication and the fact you had to walk 10 minutes to collect the room key made no serve to us what so ever! We was extremely lucky to find a different hotel!

I have just stayed for a week. I got back yesterday. Where to start? It is the worst place that I have ever had to endure. I have stayed in numerous places in Benidorm and never had a problem. They litterally charge you for a TV remote, toilet paper, air con, to wash towels, WIFI and then they make you pay £150 deposit. No offer of fresh linen for the beds, either. The beds are horrendous to sleep on and it gave us all bad backs. The beds were like concrete and my son described them as "Minecraft beds" It was shabby, outdated and if we had the money, to book somewhere else, we would have run for the hills after the first night. The 1 star, is for the lovely bar staff but this place would not even get a 1 star from any of us. There was a few couples complaining of back pain, because of the beds, with one couple leaving early and I had to wear heat pads throughout. One man even said, and I quote "I have to get drunk to sleep on the bed" The furniture in the patio area was broken (I've taken photos) the tables were chipped and the sun brolly was broken. The bar shuts at 8pm and all music is turned off and there is no entertainment whatsoever. Oh, and it would appear that the hot water runs very fast and the shower goes hot and cold. (My husband killed two cockroaches by the pool) Seriously, do not do it to yourselves. There are much nicer places and you can get in benidorm for the same price. If you do not want to wake up crippled and suffering, then DO NOT STAY HERE. The manager I found rude, she seemed unintrested and she was always in her flat, to the right of the pool. This place was just disgusting and we will never go again

We stayed there Christmas. It was a cheapish holiday so you get what you pay for. Location not brilliant, incline to apartments. Inside very basic , no cleaners all week , it was very shady so could not take advantage of the large balcony. Had to pay 150 euros as a deposit which was returnable once room is checked but I do think you should be told about this. You have to pay 15 euros for a remote control to watch tv. And if you want heat you also have to pay for that. I would not recommend the apartments would suit young people who just want a bed to sleep in

This place had all but closed down when we arrived. Dirty pool, ni loungers out, when all other hotel pools were full with customers enjoying the warm November sun,no food or drink available, no staff at all on reception was told they were 'on holiday' unable to purchase a safe key or a remote. Apartment was clean but very very old. Would never stay here again or recommend it.

Very poor. You have at but no remote so you have to pay. The room is cold at night. We have heating but same again you have to pay extra for this. Beds uncomfortable. No one at reception just a sign saying my day off

I booked myself into the Picasso to recover in after a surgery in Benidorm. Due to complications from the surgery, I was unable to attend my booking. Due to the nature of my surgery, I was unable to contact the hotel or use my phone to get in touch. I have contacted the hotel to seek out a refund or even a partial refund as it was a ten day stay I was planning so a fair bit of money. Nope. They have 100% refused even if I provide them hospital discharge notes or receipts from the hospital as evidence. Because of this, this is how their customer service chooses to handle its customers... I would strongly advise everyone to avoid going to this hotel as they lack the compassion and humanity to be in a customer service field.

Room was lovely but you never get no staff towels and sheets only changed once a week you only get 2 bath towels to last all week you have to pay for WiFi you have to buy your own toilet rolls never ever have ihad to do this and been all over the world you have to phone the lazy woman if you need anything because she is never there then she turns up with attitude bad 1 pool is filthy green covered in leaves never stay there again if I was offered a free holiday I wouldn't stay its terrible

Me gustaría compartir la mala vivencia que he tenido en estos apartamentos, he ido allí estaba lleno de chinches, he tenido que limpiar todo porque no me querian ayudar ya que he pagado unas "vacaciones" y no me querían devolver el dinero, al llegar a mi ciudad he tenido que ir médico por todas las picaduras perjudiciales que ha creado a mí y a mi familia. Son unos impresentables.

Han estado unos amigos esta semana pasada en 2 habitaciones y les han comido los chinches, tienen todo el cuerpo lleno de picaduras y heridas porque les pica mucho el cuerpo, el hotel lo sabe que tienen chinches y les da igual, la respuesta que le dan es que se marchen, me parece muy injusto ir de vacaciones y que te hagan eso y nadie se quiera responsabilizar, son unos sinverguenzas y es muy peligroso, no vayais, de nada❤️

No lo recomendaría para nada. Nuestro apartamento tenía la puerta del cuarto de baño rota, lo dijimos en recepción y no vino nadie arreglarlo. No había ni cafetera, las láminas de las camas supletorias estaban rotas. Nos tocó pagar 20 euros por el aire acondicionado, 30 euros por el parking y para poder ver la tele teníamos que pagar otros 15 euros, vamos que había que pagar por todo. En la página donde lo cogimos sólo ponía que había que pagar por el parking, la verdad que nunca me había encontrado con un apartamento así, un desastre... por no hablar de la recepción que brillaba por su ausencia, horarios muy ajustados y a partir de las 8 (si no recuerdo mal) por allí no había nadie.

Un apartamento bastante anticuado pero limpio , la atención hacia los clientes por los trabajadores pésima y lo peor la piscina que no tiene ningún control hacia ella esta gente que no está alojada el los apartamentos en la madrugada haciendo muchísimo ruido . Enciama hay que pagar por todo , por el aire acondicionado por un ventilador por la televisión en fin un robo para el precio del apartamento .

Parecía abandonado, literalmente que parecíamos los únicos en los apartamentos, el sofá cama rota las maderas partidas,nadie en recepción,la piscina no se podía utilizar,las habitaciones sucias con polvo,la estanterías rotas estaban sobrepuestas en los clavos que estaban en la pared incrustado,las perchas se rompían fácilmente,la caldera rota tuvimos que llamar a un número ya que no habia nadie en recepción,sólo estaban si llamabas,para mi el peor hotel, la peor reserva que he podido hacer,no volveré nunca más está clarísimo, las mantas con pelo de perro,Y NI GRACIAS DARE ESTA OBVIO.

En primer lugar muy apartado del centro. El apartamento el sofa es viejisimo y muy incomodo... Las camas igual te dejan dolor de espalda el agua caliente falla toda la familia uno detras de otro no podeis bañaros sale agua fria ... No puedes pagar con tarjeta de credito en pleno 2018 una pena.. Todos los carteles son en ingles y todo mundo habla ingles.... Hay que pagar tele wifi y toallas jajaja si si enserio... SI ERES ESPAÑOL NO RESERVES AQUI.. parece inglaterra jajajaja postdata una pobre española

El peor sitio con diferencia ,la dueña es holandesa y solo hay gente de allí que no duermen se emborrachan y la lían no se puede dormir porque no paran de gritar y nadie dice nada le les llaman la atención , la piscina parece suya , la atención de la señora de recepción pésima no lo siguiente , estupida , mal educada , hay que pagar por todo 20 € aire acondicionado , 10 € ventilador ,wifi 20€ encima con muy mala educación ,150 € de fianza para no poder echarte para atrás y salir corriendo del sitio que por otro lado está lleno de figuritas y de cosas raras

No se lo recomiendo a nadie te cobran asta por el papel higiénico te dan rollo para 4 personas para unha semana.son todos ingleses y alemanes no respetan naday la limpieza es horrible la piscina está todos días sucia llena de papeles de pastillas .condones .bolsas de snaks ecttt y las habitaciones de limpieza la esencial debajo del sofá cama había de todo..el personal pésimo .yo no vuelvo ni recomiendo

Apartamento para tres enano, un armario para todos, el aire acondicionado no funciona la tv mas de lo mismo y la plancha es de 3 clavijas sin ningún enchufe o adaptador para ello

Muy mal trato por parte del personal del alojamiento, la recepcionista siempre ausente, apartamento antiguo y con apenas menaje. Hay que pagar por todo.

Me gustaría compartir la mala vivencia que he tenido en estos apartamentos, he ido allí estaba lleno de chinches, he tenido que limpiar todo porque no me querian ayudar ya que he pagado unas "vacaciones" y no me querían devolver el dinero, al llegar a mi ciudad he tenido que ir médico por todas las picaduras perjudiciales que ha creado a mí y a mi familia.
