Uncle Ron’s bar is my favourite place in Benidorm, The 1 euro beers and plastic chairs are certainly on form , Smoke in the air at breakfast really floats my boat, Especially when the bar staff approve when I pay with a rolled up note. Fishy Friday really got me flapping.

Panie obslugujace, mimo swojego wieku (bez urazy, jestescie super) duzo bardziej ogarniaja jak w innych knajpach. Uwijaja sie jak 20-latki co jest bardzo duzym plusem. Do tego bardzo mile i pomocne. Obsluga naprawde pierwsza klasa.

We visited Uncle Ron's today for fish and chips, (special on Fridays for 5€). Gary who served us was very friendly and there was a choice of small or large, both served with mushy / garden peas and bread and butter. We both ordered small portions. The meals were cooked fresh to order, were more than big enough and tasted delicious. The chips were hand cut and the fish was flakey with a light crispy batter. The drinks were also really cheap with a pint of beer and a glass of wine being 1€ each. We would recommend visiting Uncle Ron's for fish and chips, because they were excellent value for money and we received a warm welcome from Gary.

The best English breakfast in Benidorm cooked to absolute perfection. The sausages were incredible, the eggs were runny, the bacon was just like back at home, I was hungover so needed this and it did NOT disappoint. I would recommend to all 😍

A great English bar for great English food, the large breakfasts really are LARGE and the small breakfast is probably like a large back home. Prices are great it cost us £14 for large and small breakfast, 2x coffees and 2 drinks afterwards... this place also does cheap ice bucket deals at 5 for €5 and house wine and beer is €1 a pop. Plenty to choose from on the menu and it also has sports on TV.

Outstanding breakfast. We came every day on our trip. Most definitely will be back!

Uncle Ron’s in Benidorm is definitely a place to visit. Proper English breakfast and only 1€ for a pint of estrella. Atmosphere is brilliant and the owner is so down to earth. We walked around 7 miles to get there and missed breakfast by minutes. Next day (Monday) we retraced our steps to go back and glad we did. Awesome little place tucked away in the side streets of Benidorm. Was going to try the breakfast challenge they do but after seeing the size of it I gave it a miss. 😂

This place is what John & Joseph’s used to be like ten years ago, only on steroids and done properly. This place is ten times better in every way. If you’re on a budget and enjoy a pint that hasn’t been treated like squash, stop looking. Proper beer, proper prices, zero nonsense. Easily one of our absolute favourite watering holes in Benidorm. If this isn’t on your bar crawl, you’re doing Benidorm wrong.

Having heard about it on the Internet I had to see if I could really get a pint for one euro, that is 87p……. The simple answer is yes! The lager was actually really nice and it kept its head. Great vibe there and even though we didn’t eat the food looked very nice and substantial. Go and give it a try, what have you got to lose?

My second time there, I found the food a bit disappointing, the mash had a taste of margarine, the ribs were dry, I didn't want chips so asked for jacket potato charged an extra €2 and it was done in the microwave, a beer is €1 That's the best thing. My advice eat elsewhere.

I love this place! I asked to film for youtube (hillsholidays) and was made so welcome. Staff are so friendly, and kept the place spotless. Ron is super friendly and happy to chat. Everyone is so kind and happy. Makes such a brilliant environment. Food... oh yes, its so damn good. Eat a couple times there now, and its all great. The breakfast tops anything ive had in benidorm. Hands down.

Regular visitor here food is good but but not great. Service and atmosphere are great. Footy fans are well catered for with a giant screen in the front bar, and music from MTV type sources. The bar looses one star because of the smoking in the outside areas.

Everywhere was really busy since it was Saint Patrick's day. We thought we'd try here for a table. Luckily they had one that had just opened up. Staff were really attentive & on the ball which was great as we were starving by this point. We went for the Sunday roast, 2 courses. You can get three courses or just one too. I had the pork & my partner had beef, they also do roast chicken. I'm usually not that bothered about the actual meat on a roast but I really enjoyed everything else plus my partner usually eats half of my meat as well as his own. There was even a stuffing ball & extra gravy. I had apple pie & custard for my dessert, we'd try the chocolate fudge cake next time. It was 8.50€ for the 2 courses plus only 1€ for the beers. Great value & we'd definitely come again.

Came and ate here.... two meals chilli con carne and cottage pie.... chilli was average rice from a packet chips were home cooked and tasty.... cottage pie would have been better with a thicker consistency, veg and gravy were great. Staff were very friendly and service was good.

In September 2022 we ordered a two course Sunday dinner and was disappointed by the tasteless over microwaved vegetables, which were served with a marble sized stuffing ball, an undercooked Yorkshire pudding, a table spoon of mashed potatoes and dry beef. The lady who served us was extremely miserable (mid 60s, slim with grey / blonde hair) and sarcastic when I asked if there was custard for the apple pie. Dessert was a very sweet apple cake (no resemblance to apple pie) served with squirty cream. I only ate one mouthful because it was stodgy and tasted awful. We were made to feel unwelcome and would not recommend the roast dinner. Despite this negative experience we have returned twice (December 2022 for fish and chips & March 2023 for burger and chips), because the food is great value for money. Every day Uncle Ron's does a daily special which can be found on Uncle Rons Facebook page Uncle Ron's 2022. During recent visits we have not seen the rude member of staff. Gary, Trish, the manageress and all other staff have mostly been polite during our visits. On occasion staff have seemed stressed (miserable and short tempered with both each other and customers) and a little prickly with customers. For example, a waitress snapped at a customer for paying with a 5€ note for his beer and made him feel uncomfortable by stating "I will have to take the change out of the tips because there are no coins in the till". He was embarrassed (cheeks went red) and he left without ordering food or another drink due to the reception he received.

I think a lot of people came at once so not enough staff but staff happy to help once we were served. Although the food came reasonably quickly, was tasty, great for transitional English breakfast.

Very average greasy spoon but surprisingly busy. Dropped in for a small breakfast which took a good 20 minutes to arrive although a good cup of tea arrived quickly. Although i did not wait for a table many people were turned away as the restaurant was full. Either its clearly a favourite or it has no competition, best to try it yourself

Had Surf and Turf from here and got food poisoning, this is the 5th day I've been struggling with my stomach now. Had 3 out of the 5 days I was in Benidorm in my hotel room vomiting and 💩. Probably my own fault for having scampi from somewhere as cheap as this but thought to just warn anyone who is thinking of coming for food. Staff and beer are good though, shame about the food poisoning but I have lost 4 kilograms of weight because of it. Every cloud has a silver lining 😂

Been going uncle Ron's for years. Recommend our friends to go there. Had hunters chicken other week ago. And it was awful. Bits of chicken, lump of skin, and overdose of cheese. Not normal standard

Don't believe all those great reviews we did.we walked from the other end of benidorm to try this food,and can honestly say it was the worst food we had all week. Triple cooked sausage, chips warmed up, eggs looked like the dog had dragged them round the garden. Absolutely disgusting, think the chef, needs some basic training

The chef kept running up and down the street to get frozen peas and butter! Then waited 40 mins for dessert which was microwave biggest waist of 2 hours of our holiday! kept asking could we cancel our roast to be told it’s getting plated up! It’s cheap so you can’t complain but don’t go if it’s busy! Other people in the restaurant was getting drinks for free for the wait but we didn’t!
