Dovendo passare da sola la notte del 31 dicembre a Bergamo per un volo da prendere a Capodanno, ho cercato un ristorante dove allietare la serata con cibo e vino. Mai fatta scelta.migliore. Cen ottima, servizio eccellente atmosfera festosa, ma non troppo chiassosa. Niente menù fissi. Tutto à la carte, prezzi onesti, materie prime scelte con cura. Se passate di qui, andateci!
Cena al volo.... Scrivo questa recensione soprattutto per un piatto fuori menù che mi ha stupito: insalata di porcini freschi con parmigiano e rucola. Devo ammettere ... Veramente speciale. Il tutto accompagnato da una tagliata al rosmarino e da un buon calice di vino. Servizio impeccabile, personale cordiale e competente, ambiente curato e caratteristico. Bravo Bacco Matto ! Mamma mia che dire…lavoro nella ristorazione da circa 4 anni e ho mangiato in vari posti ma il risotto come Il Bacco Matto non si trova altrove…la giusta consistenza, la giusta sapidità, la perfetta mantecatura che anche dopo 6-7 minuti rimaneva tutta omogenea senza diventare compatta e un blocco unico….che cremosità e che gusto equilibrato. È la seconda volta che vado a mangiare perchè la prima volta rimasi così stupito dal loro risotto che ho dovuto tornare per forza, avevo assaggiato anche i fusilli che c’erano nel menù pranzo e anche quelli erano ottimi, la consistenza della pasta giusta, la giusta quantità di sugo e di condimenti, peccato per i secondi alla brace che li ho trovati un pochino scarsi per quanto riguarda il sapore però tornerei domani, dopodomani e anche tutti giorni della mia vita. Staff meraviglioso soprattutto la signora che ci ha servito ci ha fatto sentire come a casa e ci ha consigliato bene anche per quanto riguarda il dolce, uno dei tiramisù più buoni assaggiati a bergamo….davvero complimenti.

Locale molto accogliente personale molto in gamba. Cibo davvero ottimo. Siamo stati attirati dalle recensioni positive ma siamo rimasti stupito molto positivamente dalla qualità del cibo e dalla generosità. Prezzi ottimi.
Un posto fantastico.Mi ha portato mio figlio a cena con le sue sorelle e i suoi amici. Ristorante con specialità carni alla griglia. Nel quartiere Malpensata di Bergamo c’è questo locale da parecchi anni e che ne ho sempre sentito parlar bene. Provato con la mia ragazza ed è stata una piacevole scoperta. Entreè e calice di benvenuto per iniziare. Buona scelta anche dei primi ma abbiamo preferito andare sul sicuro e prendere carne alla griglia con contorno. Dolci fatti in casa e buoni. Prezzo nella norma per aver mangiato carne. Molto curato e personale gentile. Ci torneremo
Tutto fantastico dal servizio alle pietanze. Abbiamo mangiato una fiorentina buonissima, cotta al modo giusto (al sangue;)). Patate arroste da sogno. Servizio gentile e efficiente. Torneremo!
Buonissimo ristorante/braceria. Il menù è vario con alcuni piatti tipici bergamaschi. Ottimi gli antipasti e i secondi, cottura della carne perfetta (come richiesta), qualità del cibo molto alta. Personale gentile e attento.
Qualità del cibo ottimo. Antipasti eccellenti, prosciutti artigianali che si scioglievano in bocca. Carne squisita, delicata e fresca. Cantina dei vini completa. Ambiente accogliente e tavoli ben distribuiti. Consigliato soprattutto per la qualità delle carni.
Ci siamo fermati qui per mangiare essendo vicino al aeroporto di Bergamo ed eravamo affamati. Ci è piaciuto moltissimo il posto, i ragazzi sono tutti bravissimi e gentilissimi. Consigliatissimo.
Carne piu buona nella mia vita!!! Il ristorante direi perfetto. Io adoro carne con la cottura media, ma e difficile trovare un posto davvero bello che ti piace tutto. Scelta di vini - ti portano un tablet con la mappa di quasi tutta Europa per scegliere vino proprio per il Paese anche per regione del paese. Se non sai cosa prendere c’e anche somilie che ti fa un consiglio. Ottimo posto per la c’ena romantica, o per occasioni speciali.

Welcome drink e porzioncina di benvenuto, hummus o tartara con pane carasau. Staff super cordiale e professionale. Attenzione e preparazione inaspettata sul gluten free. La carne è ottima e le porzioni all'etto vengono fatte vedere ed il peso viene dichiarato prima di metterle su quella meraviglia di brace che c"è all'ingresso. Disponibilità di birre artigianali locali e vini. Consigliatissimo.
Siamo stati da Bacco matto per il pranzo di Natale e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. Un pranzo di Natale perfetto: piatti curati, sapori equilibrati e carne TOP ! Il servizio è stato impeccabile, attento e professionale, cosa tutt’altro che scontata considerata la quantità di persone presenti: il locale era completamente pieno. Atmosfera elegante e rilassante, ideale per godersi il pranzo senza stress. Sicuramente torneremo anche l’anno prossimo per festeggiare il Natale 2026.
Che sorpresa , in un quartiere semplice senza tante pretese , questo ristorante ottimo . All’entrata subito ti accoglie personale delizioso e respiri aria di casa , caldo e ben arredato Il cibo veramente squisito , un risotto da 10 e lode carne 🥩 alla brace fatta in un camino a vista , tutto veramente eccellente, super consigliato . Facile da raggiungere in quanto molto vicino all’uscita autostradale di Bergamo 👍

Everything is incredible, one of the best foods I ever had, from starters all the way to desert.
This is an awesome restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Our host was amazing and knew so much about wines. She was so warm and welcoming! Our meal from our appetizer (crostini with pecorino cheese and truffle) to the main course (hamburger di bistecca fiorentina and pear salad) to the tiramisu for dessert was delicious!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ✨ I had beef for the main course, it was cooked perfectly – tender and delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture, but I highly recommend this dish! Highly recommend!
Close to the airport you will find this authentic good local italian restaurant, we loved it.
Bacco Matto is a must visit! The food, desserts, wide selection of wines, lovely service and atmosphere - you have to experience it. From crossing the threshold to leaving, magic happens, a wonderful experience and culinary sensations. Tears of happiness were shed haha. In traveling we have a rule that we do not return to the same place twice to search, try different things, however Bacco delighted us so much that we came back a second time. I really regret that we are leaving and I cannot come back here again. Ravioli, Casoncelli, polenta with Taleggio cheese, the best Panna Cotta I have ever had... Dears: staff, cooks, owners - you are doing a great job, thank you for everything and best regards!
Dinner was excellent. Taste was absolutely fantastic. Price was not bad comparing what you get for the money. I'll be back!
Very good selection of Meat. We had the „Sapori D‘Eccelenza“ Menu which was really delicious. Also the Staffs are very friendly. The meat gets grilled on the open fire which is nice to see and makes the flair of this Place.

Delicious! Enjoyed the house white wine. Service was wonderful, food was fantastic. We were able to walk in without a reservation at about 10pm on a Saturday night.
We had a wine tasting here today and this was top quality wines, paired with great charcuterie platter, and an amazing service. Katerina made us feel very special, and we tried some great wines from Tuscany. Strongly recommend!
Wonderful place. We were two adults and two teenagers, each with his specific preferences. It was our first evening in this area of Italy and we wanted to starts off on the right foot with a good resturant. Indeed, all of us left setisfied. The food, the service and the atmosphere were perfect.

Amazing place! Really tasty food. Loved it. Even though is not situated in the heart of the city the food and people here were great. They have an amazing cheese selection and a great variety of wine. I tried the beetroot ravioli with pistachio source and I was impressed. Great flavour & impeccable serving. If you're considering a five star experience this is the right place for you! Bonus: It s not very pricey.

Great choice of meat dishes. Overall, an amazing meal. They also have a great wine list. The hamburger was not to my taste, but I'm just a bit picky. My husband loved it though and just said it was a specific cut which was a bit different.

Tutto buono ma…. A che prezzi?! Premetto che non faccio mai e non farò mai il taccagno quando si va a mangiare fuori però Purtroppo andare a cena in questo locale non è stata una grandissima idea perché il cibo è indubbiamente buono ma le porzioni non sono abbondanti e i prezzi sono troppo sopra la media. Sono sempre stato dell’opinione che la qualità si paga… ma qui si va un po’ troppo oltre. Comunque il servizio è stato cordiale e professionale… e anche la location un po’ “buia” ma caratteristica… con una mega brace dove cuociono la carne. Lo consiglio se non si bada a spese.
Locale accogliente e caldo, quasi domestico, senza perdere la sua eleganza non esasperata. Personale cordiale e premuroso, tablet con selezione di vini che non abbiamo consumato perché astemi, menù ricco e variegato. Hamburger per mio figlio apprezzatissimo, cervo per mia figlia che lo assaggiava per la prima volta e ne è rimasta entusiasta, per il sapore deciso ma non stucchevole e per la morbidezza della carne, cotta al sangue perfettamente. Il puledro invece ci è sembrato un po' forte e dalla consistenza un troppo resistente al morso mentre il mio filetto di manzo morbido e ben cotto ma con una riduzione di Gorgonzola forse troppo prevaricante, al mio palato, ma che non ne oscurava il valore. Abbiamo apprezzato la selezione musicale, eclettica e con volume adeguato, ma più di tutto ciò ha colpiti la sensazione di famigliarità con cui i clienti venivano accolti chiamandoli per nome, come vecchi amici o parenti che si ritrovano per la cena delle festa, che ben viene riprodotta dalle fotografie appese alle pareti. Promosso, per la nostra esperienza. Andate con fiducia.
Food tasted AMAZING!!! but it felt to be very very small portion sizes. I'm 5'2 and had the gnocchi pasta and felt I credibly hungry after, husband had the risotto which was also quite light even with entrees.
It’s a meat heaven …!! If u r looking for verities of meat, this is the place to go.. Reservation was made on call, staff is friendly and the ambience is fantastic
Nice local place, lots of traditional food, very big local and Italian wine list. Very cheap considered the quality of the food. Must try when in Bergamo. Do try the polenta, it's their specialty.
Pranzo di lavoro.....menù prezzo fisso. Partiamo dalla telefonata per la prenotazione, non del tutto gentile e nonostante tutto decidiamo di andarci! Alcuni piatti alle 13.30 erano terminati, mi fa strano che un ristorante che offre soprattutto carne alla sera termini dei tagli di carne cmq servizio gentile, carne buona ma non ci tornerei per un pranzo, sicuramente tornerò alla sera dato che è anni che nn vado.
