Ieri eravamo in giro per Bergamo per caso. 20.30 non sapevamo dove cenare un amico ci consiglia questo ristorante. Siamo arrivati quindi senza prenotazione. Abbiamo trovato un signore veramente accogliente che ci ha preparato un tavolo.Ambiente bellissimo , pulito, accogliente. Camerieri gentili preparati . Abbiamo mangiato benissimo !! Piatti generosi e saporiti. Pagato il piu che giusto( abitiamo nel milanese e a questo prezzo non mangiamo sicuramente cosi bene). Grazie mille per la disponibilità, l’accoglienza e il sorriso !! Complimenti al cuoco: i casonsei le linguine alla dogana , il branzino alla griglia e il fritto misto erano OTTIMI.
l’Osteria della Dogana è una scelta sicura a Bergamo per chi vuole gustare piatti di pesce freschi, cucina tradizionale in un ambiente accogliente e una posizione centrale , facilmente raggiungibile. L’ambiente è caldo e accogliente, con un arredamento curato che mescola tradizione e modernità, rendendo la sala conviviale ma elegante.
Mario è la moglie accoglienti e molto attenti a tutti i tavoli. Tagliata di Tonno fresco che si tagliava come il burro, frittura leggera e delicata. Tiramisù buonissimo
Location accogliente, personale gentilissimo e disponibile , ottima cucina con piatti curati e buonissimi...
Ristorante ubicato in ottima posizione con molti parcheggi nei dintorni. Accoglienza perfetta da parte del personale, dopo circa 5/10 minuti siamo stati accompagnati al tavolo, valutando che il ristorante era pieno siamo stati serviti molto velocemente, con una focaccia appena sfornata ed offerta dal ristorante. Dopo aver ordinato i primi e secondi abbiamo attesa un 20/30 minuti ci sono stati serviti i primi e dopo altri 20/30 minuti i secondi. Che dire i piatti si presentano praticamente benissimo è soprattutto sono delicati e buonissimi. Il dolce nella nostra occasione era un tiramisù veramente buono.... personale sempre disponibile.... complimenti ottimo lavoro....in due con bere e due primi e due secondi abbiamo spesa 80,00 €...per una cena a base di pesce direi ottimo.
Siamo stati x la 2*volta a distanza di 6 mesi in questo Locale ed abbiamo mangiato perfettamente entrambe le volte. Ottimo cibo, servizio ed ambiente. Consigliato!
Buono, buono, buono. Non ho nulla di negativo da dire su nessuno dei 6 piatti che abbiamo ordinato. Nemmeno nel caso di quel poco più di peperoncino che è stato aggiunto al condimento degli scialatielli, dato che l'ho particolarmente apprezzato (anche se non tutti l'avrebbero fatto). Qualità/prezzo 10/10. Peccato che nel weekend le tempistiche siano (giustamente) più lunghe e che sia un po' difficile trovare parcheggio. Nonostante ciò, ne è valsa la pena, tornerò presto e consiglierò a tutti questo ristorante.
Ottimo posto per un pranzo di lavoro. Prezzi ottimi e pietanze buone. Noi abbiamo fatto un primo, un secondo, un contorno, acqua, 1/4 di vino e caffè = 12 euro a testa. Direi più che buono. Gestione se ho capito bene è familiare e posti non sono tantissimi. Conviene telefonare. Sabato e domenica è sempre pieno, quindi bisogna prenotare con largo anticipo. Cani ammessi. Posto pulito , Complimenti anche per i bagni. Bravi a noi è piaciuto.
Devo dire che il locale gestito da Mario (in sala) e il fratello (in cucina) con tutti i suoi parenti è sempre una garanzia. Sono stato più volte con mio figlio, amici e familiari e tutte le volte ho mangiato egregiamente. Si distingue essenzialmente per cene (la cucina apre alle 19:30) a base di pesce, ottimo e sempre fresco. Per concludere non potete non assaggiare del dolce fatto in casa, per esempio il tiramisu. Mentre a pranzo potete gustare un menu fisso di ottima qualità. Se andate di sera si consiglia la prenotazione specialmente nel weekend. All'interno del Ristorante troverete anche un tabaccaio nel caso ne aveste necessità. Riguardo il prezzo è proporzionato alla qualità del cibo e di ciò che bevete
Deliziosi piatti di pesce in un locale moderno e curato. Ci siamo stati per una ed era tutto delizioso e presentato con cura. Abbiamo preso tutti piatti di pesce e si vedeva che era freschissimo e preparato al momento. Il servizio è stato all’altezza e anche il conto non particolarmente alto. Non abbiamo provato i dolci ma ci rifaremo una prossima volta

Sono molto cortesi a cominciare dal sig. Marco. Il mangiare è ottimo. Il prezzo è molto buono. L'ambiente carino. È il mio posto preferito e lo consiglio a chi, invitando gli amici vuol fare bella figura.
Ci sono stato per la prima volta ieri sera in occasione del compleanno di mia mamma. Che dire, mangiato benissimo piatti a base di pesce. Buono il servizio in sala ma soprattutto gentilissimo il ragazzo che ti accoglie e ti segue per tutta la serata. Ci siamo trovati tutti veramente bene e ci torneremo sicuramente. Bravi, continuate così!

My wife and I went there last night. Everything was spot on. My wife had the seafood plater with lobster which was presented brilliantly. I had the rib eye steak which was very large and cooked to perfection. All the staff we dealt with spoke good english so no problems with the menu.
We were looking for a place to have dinner on Sunday evening. We found osteria Dogana on the Google maps and just went for it. And it was a great experience! The menu was mostly based on sea food specialties. But they made carbonara for our kids, and truffle pasta for my wife. I had sea food spaghetti. Service was top notch with human touch. It felt personal and friendly, far above pure professionalism. The food was DELICIOUS. While we were waiting for the food, they brought us hot focaccia bread, just because. I cannot recommend this place enough. You will enjoy great hospitality, delicious food and pleasant ambience. All at very reasonable prices.

Such a fantastic restaurant - our first night in Italy and we were delighted with everything about this restaurant. Our 2 waiters were professional and friendly and the food and wine excellent.
We visited this restaurant by Joys B&B recommendation, and I ate here the best dorado in all of Italy. The service was great even if we did not have a reservation, and all the food was delicious. The only irritant was the crying child at a big table but what can you do. Congratulations to the Albanians for mastering the Italian cuisine and lifestyle!

I had an incredible experience here! It was my first time trying lobster, and not only was it absolutely delicious — so tender and full of flavor — but I also had so much fun cracking it open myself. The pasta was outstanding, perfectly cooked and rich in taste, and the drinks were super refreshing. If you love fish and seafood, this is the place for you. And if you’ve never tried them before, it’s the perfect spot to start. Everything from the food to the service and atmosphere was just perfect. Can’t wait to come back!
A truly wonderful dining experience! Osteria della Dogana is a cozy and charming spot that delivers both flavor and warmth. We ordered the shrimp and octopus pasta, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh seafood, perfectly cooked pasta, and rich, balanced flavors that left us speechless. The casoncelli was another highlight—tender, flavorful, and clearly homemade, with that comforting taste you only get from traditional recipes. To accompany the meal, we had their homemade wine, which was smooth, well-rounded, and surprisingly good—it paired beautifully with everything we ate. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making us feel like we were enjoying a meal at a friend’s home. And then came the tiramisu—wow! It was creamy, light, and had that unmistakable homemade touch. Possibly one of the best tiramisus we’ve had in Italy. Not too sweet, just perfectly balanced. The service was warm and friendly, and the staff clearly care about what they do. You can feel the love in every dish. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, generous portions, and a true taste of local hospitality. We left full, happy, and already planning to return!
Immaculate service and delicious food. Had a very nice experience, the waiters are the nicest and amazingly skilled people, they always make sure their table enters, stays and leaves happy. The menu is in Italian only, but the lovely waiters will explain anything you need. The food is to die for, undoubtedly the best meal I've had my whole life. The pasta was creamy and extremely flavorful and the seafood was prepared perfectly. For the service and food we got, the place isn't even on the pricey side - 18-25€ per person for such an experience is an absolute dream come true.
Packed, all service. Very welcoming , the owner, very fluent in a good range of languages, he ran the restaurant like conducting an orchestra . Smashing set meal , good value.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. Our group of four ordered starters, main courses, desserts, and coffee, and every dish was exceptional. The taste and presentation were flawless, leaving us with no complaints whatsoever. All of this came to just around 20 euros per person—an incredible value. Truly an amazing place!

We came to Bergamo from Milan by train and we walked straight to this restaurant because of its high reviews. It was a bit far from the train station, but let me tell you: it was totally worth it! The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly. Despite being a bit busy, (I suppose all the locals come here for lunch) the staff chatted with us here and there. Oh and the dessert!! Do try out their desert!! The tiramisu was really good!! Thank you for the delicious experience :)
We came across Osteria Della Dogana (It's a shame we found you so late), which is not far from our apartment. We were looking for a restaurant nearby, as we didn't have the energy for another trip and were hungry. We managed to get a table, we felt nervous because the restaurant was almost full, but our charming waiter led us to our table. The menu was in Italian, but the chef took the time to come out and explain the menu to us, from drinks to dishes you can think of. For an appetizer we ordered oysters, which we had always wanted to try, and it was the best decision! I ordered the seafood pasta and my partner got the pappardelle with truffles. It was wonderful. We have never eaten such delicious food. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on Tuesday, which made us incredibly sad, because we wanted to taste this delicious food once again. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely be back.
Delicious pizzas 🍕 super friendly staff definitely a come back whenever we are again in Bergamo. The owner Mario does whatever he can to make you feel welcome and the food is just delicious. We also had the house wine, that tasted very good with the food. The price was very fine, not overrated. What we also liked, it was more local, not so touristy.
The ambient was good, the owner and staff's was so friendly, one of the best restaurants in Bergamo. Definitely coming back. Food was delicious and price was reasonable. We spend 43€ each for 2 course meal and dessert. They also offer us free limoncelle. I will highly recommend this restaurant ❤️

Ho cenato in questo ristorante/pizzeria un lunedì sera di fine agosto dopo aver cercato su Google locali aperti in zona perché quelli conosciuti erano tutti in ferie o chiusi per giorno di riposo. Il locale è carino, pulito e poco rumoroso nonostante fosse affollato. Non mi è piaciuto l’ingresso, appena entrata mi sono ritrovata la zona tabacchi-ricevitoria collegata al ristorante ( non si addice all’ambiente stesso) Visivamente sarebbe bello se ci fosse una separazione tra le due zone. Piatti abbondanti, tagliolini all’Astice e pesce spada di ottima qualità e cucinati veramente bene. Voto 6 per il semifreddo al pistacchio/fragola, veramente troppo duro. Proprietario gentile e cordiale. La nota negativa riscontrata è stato il servizio lento, l’acqua è stata portata al tavolo subito ma il vino dopo circa 15 minuti e anche per i primi piatti attesa molto lunga. Il locale non offre il parcheggio ma nelle vicinanze si trovano senza problemi. Propone menù fisso a pranzo oltre che menù alla carta e pizza la sera e nei giorni festivi. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
Siamo rimaste soddisfatte del servizio. Abbiamo scelto il menù fisso a 15€, che comprendeva un primo, un secondo, un contorno, acqua, caffè e 1/4 di vino. Tutto era buono, anche se il vino non ci ha colpito particolarmente. Le porzioni non sono abbondanti, ma per me, che non riesco a finire sia il primo che il secondo, è stata una scelta perfetta. Osteria della Dogana è un locale dall’atmosfera accogliente e piacevolmente informale, con un ambiente curato che mette subito a proprio agio. La cucina punta su piatti tradizionali fatti bene, con ingredienti di qualità e sapori genuini. Le ricette sono semplici ma equilibrate, senza eccessi, e arrivano sempre ben presentate. Il servizio è cordiale e attento, con un ritmo giusto e una disponibilità che rende la serata ancora più piacevole. Nel complesso è un’osteria affidabile, perfetta per una cena tranquilla in cui si vuole mangiare bene in un clima rilassato e autentico.
Davvero un bel posto. La soluzione del menù fisso a pranzo è veramente comoda. Staff cordiale, bagni puliti, chatterscale 3, piacevole il rumore di fondo. Consigliato

Preso un antipasto misto di mare che fondamentalmente era un'insalata tiepida di mare con un'ostrica. Non quello che mi aspettavo nel senso che da un antipasto mi aspetto soluzioni un pochino più golose, comunque il pesce era sicuramente fresco. Il primo, un tagliolino alle vongole, a mio avviso mancava un pò di sapori. Arrivava sapidità e poco altro, le vongole sapevano di poco. Il risotto ai frutti di mare era più equilibrato ma il pesce risulta sempre un pò povero di sapore. Buoni i dessert uno dei quali però arriva leggermente congelato all'interno. Servizio un pò basico, anche se la cortesia del personale e del proprietario fa meritare 4 gettoni. La location non incontra il mio gusto soggettivo anche se è tutto in ordine e pulito e lo stile a molti può piacere. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Valutazione a mezza via tra i tre e i quattro gettoni.
Premesso che la qualità del cibo, l'ambiente ed il servizio sono molto validi, considero la quantità insufficiente anche in virtù dell'aumento applicato al menu fisso ora di 17 eur (vedi foto ritoccata, ma quantità ricevuta è reale), per fortuna c'e il pane... anche nel primo non si eccede, probabilmente non torneremo più...
Io con altri miei amici, siamo solo alcuni dei superstiti di questo bar/tabacchi adattato a locale per mensa lavorativa bergamasca. Dico ciò perché dopo esserci stati di sabato a pranzo è costretto a mangiare il menù lavorativo, senza obiezioni siamo stati tutti male, chi più (4 giorni in ospedale per nurovirus, ovvero intossicazione da cibo), io sono stato con vomito e diarrea fortissima per due giorni, un ragazzo ha avuto la febbre e scariche per giorni infine una ragazza è stata male nei giorni a seguire, trasmettendo l'infezione anche al suo amico. Il ragazzo che è stato ricoverato ancora oggi non è tornato al 100%.. Penso sia stato l'antipasto di polpo. Prezzo alto per la qualità del cibo, camerieri poco empatici con i clienti.
