The toasts were good... although I found them a bit pricey, but the cashier, quite incompetent and very rude, was both during the ordering process when she couldn't fill out the order and asked me to speak slowly in a very rude manner. She also was when I pointed out that the mini muffin was missing from the children's menu and said she didn't know it was included. When I showed her the menu, she replied in a tone somewhere between sarcastic and rude that she would give it to me. I commented on all this in fish market manners with the colleague who was working behind in the kitchen...

We ate here this evening. Overall, the food was good, although we would have preferred a little more cleanliness and quality. The prices were a little higher than they should be, but within the margins. It's considered average. We appreciated the fact that they use organic drinks!

I think the real goodness of those toasts is the bread, cooked to perfection; otherwise, the rest of them doesn't satisfy the palate at all! I tried a few, even the various toast flavors on the menu, and they all seemed tasteless, as if they were missing something! The price is a bit excessive, even though the portion is a bit larger than a regular toast. Terrible ginseng coffee. Friendly staff.

Vero che prendere una Piadina in una toasteria non sarebbe da fare ....ma servirla CRUDA anche noooo ... Ingredienti di poca qualità...che ti inchiodano lo stomaco !!!!

È molto raro che io faccia recensioni negative, ma questa volta è necessario. Tosteria italiana si trova all'interno del centro commerciale Oriocenter e sfrutta i posti a sedere messi a disposizione nell'area Food. In occasione di una sosta veloce abbiamo (purtroppo) optato per mangiare qui. Non c'era nessuno e nonostante ciò i tost ci sono arrivati freddi. Condimento interno in alcuni punti del toast praticamente assente. Ingredienti senza gusto, lo speck (nel mio tost) avevo lo stesso identico gusto della mortadella (del tost di mia moglie). I prezzi sulla carta potrebbero sembrare in linea, ma testata (e non tostata) con mano la qualità e quantità di ciò che ci è stato fornito, dico che i prezzi sono molto cari. E scrivo questo mentre sono ancora seduto al tavolo. Triste, assolutamente NON consigliato.

I'm sorry but as piadinas no we are not up to par.

Today for lunch, I visited your restaurant with five other people. Since I'm pregnant, I kindly asked the girl at the counter if it was possible to heat the cured meat on the grill for a few seconds. The request was initially refused, and after checking with the kitchen, I was told it wasn't possible due to the large amount of toast being made. I pointed out that the staff had always granted the same request on other occasions, as it was a really quick process. Unfortunately, I found the response rather rude. First the refusal, then the story changed, telling me I'd have to wait about twenty minutes because there were other toast being prepared. I made it clear that I absolutely didn't want to skip ahead of anyone, but just heat the cured meat. I decided to leave. At that point, the employee commented that, if I didn't want to wait, it was my problem to make do. I'd like to point out that my decision to leave wasn't due to the wait, but rather to the manner and tone in which I was treated, which I found disrespectful. I work in the restaurant business myself, and I know what it means to manage busy times, but I've never dared to address a customer like that, especially for a very simple request from a pregnant woman.

How is it possible that at 9:40 PM, when I ask the cashier if I still have time to order whatever they have on hand, she tells me the kitchen is closed? At this point, what's the point of keeping the shop open while they sit around twiddling their thumbs, chatting with their coworkers, and watching the people eating in front of them? It's a shame because I love their toast, but I don't quite understand this.

I can only give a short review because we tried to eat but couldn't: there was no one in front of the register for a long time, neither before nor after us. There was no one at the register... in the kitchen there were two girls moving around... we're coming now, one says from the counter... we wait some more... another girl comes out of the kitchen after a while, starting with "the kitchen is crowded, you have to wait..." We looked around, there was no one... well, we left. Like us other potential customers, seeing that they weren't being taken into account either, they left. I would advise the owner of the place to go and have an inspection done to reorganize the kitchen and order management... 🤷‍♂️

I had an Aosta toastie... regardless of the fact that calling a toastie Aosta with ingredients like Bresaola della Valtellina, Stracchino cheese, and mushrooms has anything to do with it, I don't know... but even someone who doesn't know how to cook wouldn't make a toastie this disgusting. I took it back to the counter... how disgusting!

The pictures show coffee served in cups, but in reality you get it in plastic. Every toast I tried was burnt, as if they never clean the toaster, which gave a very bad taste. The only positive thing was the staff - they were kind - but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the poor quality. I would not recommend and suggest to avoid.
