For a business lunch, we stopped at this trattoria, with its rustic and interesting interior, especially the ceiling hung with various cookware (a feature I particularly appreciated). The staff was always very kind in serving us and were able to accommodate all our needs. As for the order, the mozzarella in carrozza was very greasy and lukewarm, and the casoncelli were missing butter and pancetta. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I've known this restaurant for a while now, and I have to say it never disappoints; in fact, it's gotten much better over the years. It's a casual place. The cuisine is very good, typical of Bergamo. The dishes are generous and well-prepared. Reservations aren't necessary, but it's always busy—you'll have to decide for yourself. The staff is very friendly, despite the large crowd. I'll be back soon.

The weekly lunch is 15 euros all including wine. Good food and Bergamo specialties, plenty of seats, fast service and lots of parking. The price is above average but it is a farmhouse and offers everything you need for a good lunch

Rustic yet warm and familiar atmosphere. Carefully crafted Bergamo cuisine. The casoncelli and polenta with braised beef and mushrooms are excellent. Also noteworthy is the location, close to the splendid Astino monastery.

A nice dining experience where the locals go. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. The food was quite okay and served in big portions. Good local food.

Just as you'd expect from a trattoria serving Bergamo specialties. Fresh, local produce in a convenient location. From here, you can set off on wonderful walks before or after lunch. Reserved parking for customers. Quick service. Prices are reasonable: €44 for two, including an appetizer, a generous first course, wine, water, and coffee. The dining room is spacious enough to accommodate groups. Try the trio of first courses of the day! It was a wonderful discovery.

I stopped to eat at noon on Sunday. I ate well, the prices are slightly high (3 covers, 1 first course, a second course 2 side dishes, 2 coffees 1 water and a half wine €50..). The place is characteristic, with stone floors, large windows, exposed beams and lots of copper cookware hanging from the beams. You can order pizza. Large parking lot. Bar and tobacconist present with outdoor tables. Desserts made by Trattori (except a couple of pastries). Overall good experience. I will return.

Weekend dinner. A very quaint and welcoming location with historical artifacts from rural life. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, with gluten- and lactose-free options available, although these aren't specified and aren't guaranteed to be free from contamination. The wait staff was friendly, but the service was uncoordinated, slow, and unpredictable, with timings that weren't designed to allow everyone to eat at the same time. Perhaps, since it's a trattoria, you shouldn't expect more. Good value for money. Overall, a positive experience; I'd return.

Trattoria nella media; cibo nella media, prezzi non poi così nella media. La loro fortuna sta nella posizione nella quale si trovano Diciamo che ci vado solo se non c'è di meglio. Il problema di base è che di trattoria tipica c'è ben poco... I casoncelli, piatto forte della cucina bergamasca, sono evidentemente commerciali. Mia moglie ha ordinato un piatto di polenta e salame con formaggi: arrivata una fetta di polenta rettangolare, avanzata dal servizio del pranzo (almeno spero), 3 fette di salame e due fette di formaggio... quando uno in realtà si aspetta la polenta calda con in mezzo il salame a sciogliersi (piatto bergamasco).. Io ho ordinato un piatto di spaghetti zola speck e rucola e mi sono visto arrivare si un piatto di spaghetti con lo speck, ma lo zole era di sicuro allungato con un altro formaggio, tipo philadelpia o panna, la rucola era giusto per ornamento e lo zafferano proprio non me lo aspettavo... Devo essere sincero, non era male come gusto, ma non era di certo quanto ordinato. Ordinato 1/2 litro di rosso sfuso, MAI arrivato al tavolo! Peccato; la location si presta bene ad essere considerata una trattoria, ma chi la sta gestendo non lo sta facendo con la giusta voglia e/o competenza.

NEVER AGAIN A friend and I went to dinner. I had booked for 9:30 PM, but they advised me to book earlier to avoid not getting the food I wanted. At 8:49 PM, I ordered the rib-eye steak, and surprise surprise? IT'S SOLD OUT (this is UNACCEPTABLE on a Saturday night). I subsequently ordered a steak with grilled vegetables. The portions were DISGRACEFUL, SHOCKINGLY TINY (and I'm not a big eater). I ordered more bread, since both my friend and I were hungry. I had to ask three different waitresses for it, and then ask one of the three waitresses a fourth time, quite annoyed, because the bread didn't arrive. The courtesy of almost everyone (but not all, the guy at the cash register is very friendly), and the staff needs to be reviewed. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK

Hanno perso tanto in qualità !!! Siamo stati a cena in quattro persone e le portate erano scadenti. Il servizio al tavolo per niente coordinato. Bicchieri sporchi. Verdure grigliate servite prima della carne... Come se fosse un antipasto...il piatto consigliato della casa era un semplice pezzo di formaggio e delle fette di salame con della polenta industriale. Braciola di maiale CRUDA !!!!!!! Gnocchi di patate , apparentemente non casalinghi , del supermercato. I casoncelli galleggiavano nel burro e la pasta del casoncello sembrava fritta nell olio. I dessert acquistati da una catena dolciaria... Nulla di fatto il casa. Mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di casalinghi , fatto con le loro mani....

Una di quelle " bellissime " serate da dimenticare. Cena di sabato sera, locale alle 20:30 quasi vuoto e la cosa mi ha preoccupato. Come si suol dire locale vuoto? O si spende tanto o si mangia male. Al prezzo non ho mai fatto caso ma specialmente al gusto si. Tagliere di salumi, formaggi, primi serviti anche freddi, stinco con polenta e funghi porcini (?). Nulla ci ha soddisfatti minimamente, però i prezzi da buon ristorante.
