I stayed at Hotel Claudio for just under 1 month and it was a delight and I cannot wait to return. I was working at my company's local site during an upgrade and ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and its restaurants nearly every night. The room had a wonderful view of the Mediterranean sea and was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was amazing and the food impeccable.

Spacious room with a magnificent sea view. Balcony with comfortable chairs without shade. The view is fantastic. The elevated hillside location makes it pleasantly quiet at night. All the staff were very friendly. The bathroom is a good size and attractively renovated. The entire property is showing its age. The dinner was good, but nothing more. The love of cooking and the joy of hosting guests didn't reach us.

Excellent for 48 hours of total relaxation. The view is priceless, the beach is beautiful. I expected more from the restaurant, but dinner with a view is wonderful.

Awesome view, pool, playground... We stayed in an apartment, so we cooked everything. But they should at least provide one sponge and soap for the kitchen since they ask for clean dishes.

Stayed recently for three nights in July, breathtaking view and splendid terrace, poor cleaning on the floor in the apartment, full of hair on the floor, poor and dilapidated dishes, dirty table and for 160 euros a night not even breakfast included.

Local guide reviews are likely all fake. Please only read reviews from vacationers. Good view, friendly staff. The entire hotel is unfortunately dated, damp and musty in places. If you look closely, there's probably some moisture seeping into the ceiling from the terrace above. The old air conditioning system doesn't manage to cool our room, so it reached almost 30 degrees Celsius at night. The furnishings are dated. Unfortunately, some of the food tastes like frozen goods, or maybe it even is...very sad for Italy. It feels like 30 years since the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star and unfortunately has nothing to do with today. The prices are absolutely overpriced for the reasons mentioned above. But the staff, as mentioned above, are very friendly. Breakfast is okay, even freshly cut fruit.

I booked a residence. Terrible service. €65 a night and towels never changed. Zero cleaning. They mistakenly wanted to charge me for a day at the beach, even though I wasn't there because I was visiting friends in Varazze that day. I won't be returning.

Excellent location, great beach, and friendly staff. But the residence had dirty rooms, an unkempt terrace with shabby loungers. I couldn't heat milk or make tea because the pots and pans, despite requests, were only suitable for a pasta dish for 6-7 people. Not very welcoming.
