Castle Chicken / Loaded Platters truly exceeded my expectations. From the food to the staff, I had a 10/10 experience. It's really convenient to have a one-stop-shop to get a little bit of everything, without sacrificing taste & freshness. Honorary mention to their pizza - One of the best I've tasted in a long time. Kitchen was extremely clean and organized, and staff was super friendly and kind. You have a long time customer in me!

The food is good, especially the rice. The staff is professional and kind. The store itself is very bare bones with only 1 booth and maybe 10 chairs. I love the hours as well. Great for a late night meal!

Castle Chicken is truly a hidden gem! Every time I visit, I’m blown away by how fresh and flavorful the food is. The chicken is always perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sides are just as good—especially the fries and sauces! You can taste the quality in every bite, and the prices are super reasonable for how much food you get. What really sets Castle Chicken apart though is the service. The employees are always so kind, patient, and welcoming. They make you feel like a valued guest, not just another customer. Whether it’s your first time or your tenth, the staff treats you like family, and that kind of hospitality is rare these days. The restaurant is also always clean and well-kept, and the food is prepared quickly without ever sacrificing taste or quality. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out. Castle Chicken is hands down one of my favorite spots—delicious food, amazing service, great value. Two people could easily share a platter, or you can indulge yourself in a satisfying meal that will keep you full for hours. Great food- the fried chicken is my go to everytime I go to the bronx , but I also tried the lamb platter for the first time & it was amazing, wow! From The flavor to the tenderness of the lamb, & the freshness! A MUST TRY! Roger was amazing with his great customer service!

I drive by this spot plenty of times, so today I had time and decided to go and check it out.. I must slight crowd good sign so far meaning the food was on a heavy rotation orders coming in and out, more of a reason for me to order. Who doesn’t like fresh food and they prices wasn’t bad at all let’s see how long that’s going to last before they start jacking it up,but that’s another story for another day. Place was clean so I placed my order mix over rice and lemonade to stay. They didnt missed at all food was on point for real great taste and proportion was good to I’ll recommend this spot to anyone uptown that haven’t gone there yet… I hope they keep this place in tact I’ll be back for more 🤘🏾
I got a chance to attend their grand opening event! When I arrived I parked on the street a couple blocks away. I walked up to ballons, a DJ and a crowd of people. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, the fish bowl, and the 3 piece and fries. When I dug in I really liked all the dishes. The chicken sandwich was a little tough though. My favorite was the fish bowl! The fries were super fresh. It was a good experience!
Very interesting food the first prefer of lemon pepper wings smelled like onions... the second batch was just nasty I trusted the reviews they said the food was good... the tostones was the best part of the meal
I'm sorry to say but I would rather go to truck vendor. One person in this place is very rude..he looks stressed and is not kind. Short, thin dark skin person. Don't feel safe going there and why should I give them my money? He didn't even give me the correct green sauce. I'll never go back. He looks upset. Don't feel comfortable going back. This place is new.but the manners must change.
