This location is great! Delivery is prompt and drivers are cool! I've only had pizza, wings, Parmesan bread, and their cinnamon twists. Everything is great except I didn't care for the wings. They weren't crispy enough for me but they weren't bad!
We ordered online; the guy marked the order as "complete", and we called repeatedly, but it kept disconnecting us. We tried online to report the issue, and the page just reloaded. There was no way to get in contact with them. Eventually, after about 15 minutes, the guy called, and said "I'll be there in a minute.". The car showed up, and the guy said "yeah, the driver came by, and realized he missed an item". Okay, fair enough, people make mistakes sometimes – but then he handed us the items, and all of the extra sauces we ordered were missing, so it *still* didn't have everything! I don't know, not the end of the world, I realize that people make mistakes, but I still feel like not calling us for 15 minutes while it just said our order was "completed", and we had no way of knowing what happened was pretty weird, so I feel like this merits three stars. The food was pretty good once it finally got here (I'm a disgusting slob who actually unironically likes Domino's).
If this was not the closest one, I would not order from it. I don't know how things are in the daytime. However, the night staff and night manager are not great at all. They always mess up our order. We get our food and half of it is not what we ordered at all. When we call to report the issues, the manager always states that he is going to review the order, make the correction and get our right order out to is immediately. One time before, it took over 2 to 3 hrs for us to get out food. I called back numerous times and they did not answer the phone. This last time, 4 days ago, the manager stated he would fix the order and send it out. However, they sent nothing and closed. I had to go the next day, during the day and talk to that manager with my receipt in my hand. Thankfully, she hasn't me my correct food. That's ridiculous. They need to get things in order and do better.
First review and last review. I stop here generally because my kids likes it and it’s inexpensive. But, today is my last time. After a back and forth with a worker because of the language differences, I was given the wrong pizza. It was missing the selected toppings. Just plain cheese. When I pointed this out, the same worker rudely insisted, it was my pizza, because my name was on the ticket. Despite me showing him the correct order in the app. The manager watched. Did nothing until, I asked him to intervene. He wasn’t rude, but he dropped the ball. His solution was a refund and no pizza. With a hungry kid waiting, no pizza is no solution. I took the plain cheese and left. The level of frustration and aggravation isn’t worth my continued business. I have 30 years in food and beverage, this behavior is a business killer. Too many pizza places nearby to deal with behavior like this.

Of the four pizzas I ordered 3 were missing ingredients and the fourth had olives (definitely not ordered) I guess as a consolation prize?? When I called about it, the answer was a list of ingredients they were out of. I do not know what is going on. My last order was wrong too, so I am through here. Too bad. I have ordered pizzas from here for a long time.

As someone who personally loves Dominos pizza I write this review because this was a terrible experience. First off after eating I felt something stuck on my throat and when I coughed a worm came out. I felt disgusting and regretted ordering the pizza. They also over cheesed the pizza and use expired dough. DO NOT ORDER at this domino’s.

Food was delivered an hour late. Driver insisted that I had to meet him down the block from my building even though there was parking right in front of my apartment. Told me that if I didn’t come immediately he’d leave it on the sidewalk. Food was cold. No resolution available through the dominos site other than a 20% off coupon to my next order (as if) to be used in the next 30 days. Do not order from this location
From experience I have ordered pizza here before and on the app ít has shown delivered but it never came. Called the store multiple times and it took four tries for the store to answer. Turns out that they marked the order delivered before the driver even came. And said he was on his way. This time similar experience. Ordered the food no call no show almost 20 minutes later. Called domino’s and they said driver tried calling and we didn’t pick up. On my end I received no missed call. Asked them to repeat the phone number and turns out it was wrong by one digit. Our mistake. We recognize that. He didn’t offer a solution. Said you can come pick it up if you still want your food? Ok first red flag because we paid for the delivery and left a tip but no type of resolution was suggested. We went to go pick up the food instead. We came in first apologizing for the mistake but inquired that since we had to come pick up the food and paid for a service we didn’t receive could we receive a refund for the delivery fee. Person in front says no and we ask then can we at least get our tip back because no accommodation or service was provided they in turn say you put the digit wrong and the girl in the back yells “Sounds like a YOU problem” and then another coworker starts laughing at us while speaking in another language. At this point we understand policy sure but being adamantly disrespectful is no where near customer service. We then say alright due to everything that happened at this point we don’t even want the food. It’s been sitting cold and we were treated disrespectfully without any explanation or empathy. I even said I know you guys are working hard but could you please put yourself in our shoes we aren’t trying to be difficult. Is it possible to now just get a refund for the order? They said they don’t have a supervisor in who can do any of those transactions. So we would just have to trust that they will refund our money with no refund receipt just their word????? I say do you understand what you’re saying? You’re expecting me to just walk out with no food and no money returned. And did you driver even make an effort to ring the doorbell? Or did he just leave? They said that’s not apart of our job????? And I ask so if a customer just inputs their phone number wrong you don’t make an effort to contact them through their email? Or any other means? The doorbell? and you just expect them to take the loss. They nod their head collectively and look at me. And then the cashier says we can give you one item instead to makeup for it. But at this point we didn’t even want the food but they refused to give us any other option no refund no nothing so instead of taking a loss we just accept it. Later we see a supervisor arrive??? After they said they wouldn’t have one till tmr????? That’s why they wanted me to just trust them till tmr for my refund? And then the supervisor then says next time no hoookup???? Like we didn’t even want the food. You just showed no empathy. And were expecting your customers to just lose money???? you didn’t care about our experience. Showed disrespectful and belittling behavior. Just know that you kept the profit this time but you definitely lost a long time customer.
Never ever ordering from this Dominos ever or any dominos because of the experience oui had today Driver was rude, refused to wait to hand me the food and said he will leave it at the bench outside, crazy to leave someone’s food outside when I said no he left and took the food back and marked it as delivered on DoorDash. Store manager did not even try to help me he made it worse trying to say there was not parking available. Like you are a delivery driver parking is not always available doesn’t mean you will leave people’s food in the street. Rude Rude but judging by the accent their behavior made so much sense.
Ordered a pizza and a 2 liter of soda on 11/01 at around 12:30pm. Driver marked order as delivered even though it was ten minutes late, store wouldn't answer when I called. Pizza and soda finally arrived, and it turned out the delivery driver had shook up my soda on purpose before giving it to me. I know it was on purpose because he let it sit long enough to look like it wasn't shaken up! I called to complain and the manager put me on speaker and proceeded to laugh! That kind of unacceptable behavior is the kind I would expect people to be fired for!
This was the worst delivery experience.I have ever had with any pizza delivery. The driver was very arrogant and acted like I was beneath him. He was argumentative and made me have to walk and come to the car instead of ever attempting to find my address which is clearly marked on my door. I had to ask him to stop trying to argue and just give me my food. I will never order delivery from this location again if at all.

The driver literally drove away with my food, wouldn’t even wait 2 minutes or drop it off in the lobby as he was asked. Extremely disrespectful service
Didn’t receive what I ordered and when I called them they said they gave me something else for the order because they ran out of what i ordered. They never called or confirmed with me if I was okay with the substitution rather they made that choice on their own and forced it on me. Management is horrible and I would not recommend going here.
I figured that Domino’s would be a pretty hard thing to screw up, since it’s standardized recipes. The food is underbaked and the toppings taste like they are not fresh or properly stored.
I went there few days ago i had a pickup order i was standing right there but no one was asking or helping even though there were alot of people, one was cutting pizza another was standing and using his phone facing backwards but was not helping i was so pissed off 😡 i went home and see they didn’t put bbq sauce on my wings too allover the store was so messed up no bathroom nothing poor service i am never going back there too sick and when i tried calling after hours of trying they said they don’t have any bbq sauce left like excuse me ☝️ worst experience never going back

The order was marked delivered at 7:41pm it wasnt called and waited on hold for 13 minutes, which led to me being hung up on. 8pm they said the driver had marked it delivered early, but it would be there soon. Called again 10 min later, they said it was delivered and hung up. Called again for them to say let me ask the driver, brief hold than said driver said it was delivered." Let me ask him once he is back on site to see who it was delivered too. Called again 5 minutes later they said ohh we are going to remake it and redeliver it its now 9:48pm and our food hasnt been delivered.
Hi! I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this experience was really bad. I ordered a cheese less pizza for delivery (I can’t have dairy) and they put cheese on it. Needless to say I could not eat the food. I called the store and they said they were not capable of delivering the correct food or issuing a refund and that I should call back the next morning. I called the following morning and asked for a refund and he told me he didn’t know anything about it so he wouldn’t help me and then proceeded to hang up on me. I still haven’t received a refund or any kind of compensation for receiving the wrong order.
They took my order online, it quickly showed as “picked up” by someone else. I called and they don’t answer the phone. 8 called 5 times and they never answered. They just leave you on hold for an hour. So they stole my money, wasted my time, and we needed up with no pizza for 15 kids.
I didn't feel like walking to my local places, so I ordered some Domino's for delivery. Never before have been embarrassed for a business like I was when I opened my "Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich" - almost no meat and the rest was so over-nuked that it had no flavor whatsoever. The pizza was nothing to speak of either, so I'll be skipping them for good. If you live anywhere near a local pizzeria, just go there instead.

Driver showed up ~10 minutes after the tracker and automated "they're arriving now!" text. Every single food item was wrong, dramatically so - it was 100% someone else's order. Drink was right though. Tried calling the store using the number online - waited on hold for almost 15 minutes before hanging up and calling back. Connected to someone and started to explain, they just said "what" and "sorry" and then hung up. Incredibly disappointed. I recommend you use any other Domino's in the area and allow for the extra wait time.
