I like the soda machine they got now. I miss the condiment counter that used to be next to it tho. Food was still amazing. I remember they used to have tables but i went late night so they probably took them in @ a certain time im guessing.

Then, walk across the street and get yourself a refreshing tea from Feng Cha! Got late night munchies or simply need some comfort food to satisfy your cravings? This is the place for you! We arrived on a Saturday night and the shop cannot be missed as there is a crowd of people hovering the shop. As it was our first time here, it was hard to determine where is the ordering line since there are a lot of people crowding by the counter waiting for their food. The staff who is taking orders is also packing snd calling out pickup. And that is when I check and realize you can place an online order. There are varies cheese steak sandwiches with different toppings. The best part is you can customize the sandwiches by selecting your protein choice (beef, chicken, or halal lamb). Then you got "the work" which is grilled onions, cheese, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and hot sauce). Again, all customizable. In addition to the traditional chessesteak sandwiches, they have burgers, fried chicken, and fries. As a person who loves curly fries and tots, I was very happy that you can choose your fry types: Onion Ring, regular fries, waffle fries, curly fries, and Taylor tots. Mind blown! 🤯 The sandwich tasted amazing and in a huge portion. especially late night munchies. 😆 We opted for BBQ chessesteak and mushrooms cheesesteak. The mushroom one is the winner for me! The only thing I didn't like is the sandwich probably sat longer than expected and the steam soften the bread which becomes mushy to my personal preference. Otherwise, the flavors are great! Couple things: When ordering online, you have to enter your street address which I find extra.... Parking is a challenge as the shop is located on the busy Durant Ave. If you can, walk. Otherwise, be aware when you double park...

They make a damn good hoagie picked one up while I was in the area. Great service and easy to order. You know the ingredients are fresh and ready to go. Parking is a bit of a hassle but there's street if you could find it or a parking structure nearby.

BLAND FLAVORLESS NOTHING Can't recommend this place. Let me make this clear before I continue. The staff is great, they were totally cool with me, friendly and helpful. This has nothing to do with the staff or how they prepare the sandwiches. The ingredients IB's is using are substandard. I've worked in the restaurant business for 35 years and I know, when substandard ingredients are being used. The sweet peppers have no flavor at all, the cheese has no sharpness, the buns are bland and the meat is either under seasoned or just doesn't have a lot of flavor. These are the hallmarks of restaurants that source all of the ingredients from one company and the company kind of just throws them together to make a profit. I drove 50 mi, because I had heard it was a great cheesesteak, and I am a fanatic for great cheesesteaks, and got a large one to share with my buddies, and what I got was a bland, bland, bland. No flavor, no sharpness, no cut. You know that when a cheesesteak is properly constructed and still has no flavor, it has nothing to do with the staff, it has to do with where the owner is sourcing the ingredients from, and the ingredients suck. Okay I feel bad for the staff there, having to work with those ingredients. It's probably going to cost them in the long run, because cutting corners like that, will lessen your business in an area where people want strong flavors. Anyway the staff was totally cool, I didn't mind the price for the gigantic sandwich, but the experience was just boring, and bland, and no flavor. Anyway, I wish I could send a better report, I hope they do better maybe I'll give it another chance at another time, but probably not if it's going to be like this. I'm sure the management is going to respond to this with some cookie cutter response, not taking responsibility, because people that take responsibility for their food, don't work with food like this. It looks like they've gotten in trouble with dozens of people before, and apparently the sale from the old owner has resulted in not only poor quality ingredients, but also poor quality responses. Been going to this place since 1993. Haven't been in a decade. Maybe it's under new ownership, but it is only ok. Not what it once was. Sandwiches used to be great, now bland. Maybe there stars, but I remember what it once was ... sad.

Went here order online , picked my food up staff was good. But food quality is not good. Meat bland as heck no flavor at all then I had more bread then anything kinda plane and dry my dog wouldn’t even eat the meat and she eats everything I eat.

IB's service are horrible and works like mifia style when you dealing online order. Be carefully if you made online order and some thing go wrong you will not able to call them through telephone because the phone number appeared in their profile is fake connected AI. Secondly owner/s will charge you delivery charge of the order you requested to be delivery but when you paid money online you will receive email from them saying your order is ready to pick up by you!!!!!. Shameful you have to pay Uber or lift for $20 upto $35 .

Sandwiches and staff at the Berkeley store are fine; unfortunately, their online service is horrible, and they work in mafia style. I made an order tonight for my son on their website. I selected delivery, and they gave me different dashers. Then, I selected DoorDash I paid the money for the sandwich and the dasher's cost plus tip for the dasher. within seconds, they sent me a receipt. They said we would notify you when your pickup order is ready. Still, their receipt shows the delivery cost, and they changed the dasher's tip to the kitchen tip. I try to call, the store has a telephone number, but a human will not answer you ever. I take uber to reach the store to pick up the order.

Clerk behind the counter had an attitude and kept prioritizing other orders after i had made mine first. Paid for garlic fries and was given regular fries which is not what I ordered. Will not he returning here again.

9 inch cheesesteak prob had like 4oz of beef lopsided onto one side, the other half was just bread with some sauce and some cheese, seriously? 16$ for this crap. Never again. Dont mind the reviews saying the portions are healthy or big, they are definitely not! Worst purchase of the past three months.
