Went through drive through, no one was there but me, ordered 3 cars got behind me while waiting for my food (took forever to get my food because they were gossiping in Spanish, which I understood because I speak Spanish) asked for a coke and ranch. Got home, coke tasted absolutely DISGUSTING and received the wrong burger. Paid $30+ for crap service and not receiving my food.

Worst of the worst. Stay out of this armpit. The employees are dirty looking, unkempt and rude. The food wasn't spectacular but it was better than the employees attitude. The store was empty and they still insisted that I leave my bike outside or they wouldnt serve me. When I asked to speak to a manager, some dude that looked like he just crawled out of a box car with a bottle of wine came to the counter repeating the same lame policy. If you speak English....don't visit this pit. Never again. Rkc-

Worst experience ever. I went through the drive-thru. No one took my order, not even a "please wait." Five minutes passed, and I said "hello," and they responded with "wait please." They made me wait another five minutes before finally taking my order. Not even an apology for the wait. When it came time to pay, they repeated my order, and it was what I had ordered. But when I got home and saw my order, it wasn't what I had ordered. I ordered just one hamburger, and they made it wrong.

Worse place to eat at they dirty and they don’t give you all your food even when it’s in DoorDash my sister try to do it and been charged 30 dollars just to come home with personal food when she bought enough that was for 3 people

She intentionally got our order wrong then got mad and started shouting in Spanish! And when we drove off the order was actually MORE wrong we ordered a 16 and we are looking for the fries upon looking at the receipt she didn't give us our meals! Been coming here for years this is ridiculous

Somebody placed a fraudulent order using my account and card at this location. I called the store's number for 20 minutes, and nobody would answer the phone! Even the next day, nobody would answer this stinking phone! I called as soon as the order was placed!

ZERO stars across . Building 2197 we showed up at 6 AM the hours say 6 AM the woman said they were closed the doors were locked . We stood out front for 15 minutes and nothing . You need to change your hours or your workers . We walked away from the building then she went to hang out in front of the register again then when we went to the building she took off the the back again . I was trying to get a bite before work but they just kept giving me blank stares . Then the turn the open light on when I leave how convenient . Your store hours should not say open at 6 AM if you’re not ready to serve at 6 AM .

I was placing a order on the passenger seat for my mom because she doesnt speak english that well, the reciptionist that was taking my order(chubby tatoos, spoke spanish) told me that my mom should try to speank english because its america?, i told her im here to translate but she kept insisting that i order from the front next time. After that she said please dont come back here next time and threw up a middle finger. I have always came to this jack in the box and never had a problem till she started working there. This was a very unpleasant experience.

I have no idea what is up with this location. We ordered online for delivery, and the food that arrived was a completely different person's order! We placed another, different order just 20 minutes later, but then the food that arrived was a completely mangled original order! What on earth. Plenty of small, non-franchise outfits around here are able to get the right order made, CHECKED, and then delivered via grubhub or something, but this place can't deliver some simple tacos. At least I can say that Jack in the Box online customer service is OK because they refunded us a lot of money for both botched orders.

Went thru the drive thru, and getting back home found that a item was missing. The receipt was printed with faded ink, unable read the phone number. I was about 40 miles away and I didn't come back 3 days later when I had business in that area again. Brought my receipt and was treated very badly, the manager told me I waited too long to get the item that wasn't in the bag but was paid for. I explained where I live offering to show my drivers license and was ignored 15 minutes until the manager told me I waited to late for me to get what I paid for. I became very upset and asked for the managers name and was completely ignored as they were speaking Spanish to each other. I told them as I walked out that I would definitely inform the corporate office of the of how RUDELY they treated me.

If i could give fewer stars, I would. I made my order, then asked to use the restroom. One was broken, and the other had no lock on the door. Not like the lock was broken, it was never installed. The bathroom opened up to the dining area. A nice Amazon driver watched the door for me. That tells me the employees are forced to use a broken bathroom with no lock, no soap, or hand sanitizer. The store manager didn't seem to care. I got my food and drove 5 minutes. By the time I got to my destination, my food was cold. DO NOT EAT HERE. EMPLOYEES ARE UNABLE TO WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER USING THE RESTROOM.

I stood there for more than 10 mins and never got service, i walked out. Who knows how long my food would take with this kind of service.
