I usually end up coming here really late at night when everything is closed, and there's this one guy there that always makes it a great experience. I wish I remembered his name, but he's always so nice and very personable. I think he might be a store manager, but I'm really not sure.
Lady who served us after the ELO concert was very pleasant. Food was fresh and hot!
My daughter participated in a contest in a nice resort in Indio. Whe arrived around 2 pm and the only restaurant open thanks God was Jack in the box. We loved it.

Only fat food place in Bermuda Dunes that serves food 24 hours besides Dennys. Night manager, Abel, is outstanding and always offers a warm, welcoming, and cheerful greeting and provides a personal VIP experience to regulars. During the day, Lucinda is attentive and accommodating. Both make the place run very smoothly when they are on shift.
I LOVE CRUZ (Abel)! He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and take care of my needs. And a genuine smile that will melt your heart. I've been there and assisted by him on two visits, and he is just very kind. I will definitely bring him a gift card or something next time, I work in the service industry and know how little recognition you get for your hard work. I could also tell right away he is the Night Manager, although he is not bossy at all, just a gentle guide to his staff. If anyone higher up reads this, they should promote him! I'm serious!

It has been a while since I visited Jack's place. However; it was 1am, wait time in drive thru a little long, the service was great and the food was piping fresh hot! I love that my order was fresh and hot! But!!! Where is Jack? Is he ok, did he hurt himself, is he ill? I haven't seen any new video feeds about him? I'm worried❣
One of the best located Jack in the Box restaurants! On a mild hillside with nice views. Lots of well-placed seating. Food is like every other JitB; good & inexpensive.

The staff is so amazing here! They took a little longer once with our order and they gave us a free desert. Another time our dog was in the car and they gave us a free chicken tender! They are always so sweet and amazing friendliest jack in the box crew in the valley specially the night crew!

My wife and I cut through palm center on our way back home to Arizona, stopped at this JB for a quick bite. Definitely had a great experience, curly fry’s were cooked great, the jumbo jack looked pretty close to the actual picture on the menu board lol and my ice tea was brewed exactly how I like it. These guys, like most major chains have upped their game. If you like chicken strips, theirs are quite tasty seasoned just right, nice & crunchy
I really enjoy their munchie meals. It is such a great deal, lots of food for only $10.

Got there and ordered my usual, usually always goes well but there was this one worker named Ana I think that had her hair down and kept turning around food, when she takes orders she looks like she don’t even want to be there. But a young lady named Brenda I think served me and had great customer service, she’s always smiling and repeating the order to you to see if it’s right. Most places don’t do that nowadays.
Staff is always really nice, except for the younger female supervisor. She's mean to her staff (seen it happen) and she's short with customers (experienced it twice). Other than that, it's a consistent jack in the box experience.
Fast friendly service. I've been coming here for quite a few years now but stopped going due to terrible management (orders wrong, staff that doesnt care about anything, etc.) But for the past 2 years or so it has been vastly different. Yesterdays experience was really great. Outside of the side of scrambled eggs which they were quick to fix. I love the Pininfarina Coke machine!
The service is great, the food is good. The only thing I don't understand is no refill on fountain drinks. Thiers a sign posted that said something about the health department not allowing the city. But, other restaurant like McDonald's, Carl's jr., and Burger King unlimited for dining in around the area. Anyways I still eat there.

I don't usually do fast food but I like the option of salad, teriyaki bowl or the normal stuff.
Fairly disappointing. Had a special on a fish sandwich that looked amazing in the ad, but reminded me of Mrs Paul's fish sticks in real life.
We didn't get what we ordered and the soda machine kept freezing on us...they attended us great but the food was not so good
The sandwiches are getting way too small and also the portions for the high price we are paying, and the cups for the drinks and shakes are getting smaller .
The 1st Jack's wasn't open as advertised, located @Cook Street and it was a little after 6 am!! This one being rated was just ok, sandwiches and hashbrowns were "luke " warm. We've been to a number of Jack's, just wish they could be more consistent, period!
Next Jack in the Box so you know what kind of food you're getting. the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and fast to get out the orders.
I did an online order said it would take 8-10 mins. Once all said and done waited AT LEAST 30 minutes not sure exactly but there was only 2 cars waiting in line.
Normally I get great service from the guy who works overnights, but today the woman that was in the window was rude as hell, rushed me through my order and then got it wrong!! #28 means a combo first of all. Second I asked to add sausage (which I was charged for) instead I got double egg! Seriously, who orders double egg!?!? Very frustrating to have to deal with her so early in the morning!!
I usually enjoy going to Jack's, but this night the drive thru service was painfully slow, to the point that an unruly customer started honking and even insulted staff. They need to hire more people.
go every sat and most Sun get same thing but i only get part of my order almost every time but I still go because of convenience but they owe me 10 cheesecakes 25 bags of fries countless hamburgers tacos two Jack Munchie Meals 7 chocolate shakes 10 coffees Jack's number one 3 and Jack's number four two of them and a jacks number 5 3 of them enjoy

Food quality was always decent. I'm a night owl and live nearby. Several times in the last 6-8 months or so during the late hours when they were still 24 hours I had pulled up to the drive thru and was met with "We're closed" or "Our system is updating, its gonna take 3 hours to finish" Seems fishy to me. If you're closed why are you actively monitoring/operating the drive thru? Once again this happened several times.
Fast and only forgot my tacos. Did have milkshakes late so.almost an even swap. Well hell, on Saturday night at 330 am, second weekend of Coachella its an easy swap, especially a large pineapple milkshake. Money

I go to this jack in the box a couple times a week for the last couple years since I live near by and normally the service is great. But when I went by after 12 am tonight, the older lady working the drive through seemed rude and that she extremely hated her job and didnt want to be there. Would think the company would hire people that want to work.

Jack in the Box has always been C tier fast food for me, but now that their prices have gone up, they've moved into D tier.
I think I'm done with Jack in the Box. The Chicken fajita pita I ordered was tasteless, barely any chicken, and not at all worth the $7+ I paid for it.
We travel between La Quinta and Los Angeles frequently. Jack in the Box used to be our go to place for a quick lunch on our way out of town. Looks like last week was our last try. The buns were stale, meat and fries were cold. I understand it's hard for businesses right now having only drive thru service, but cold fries and burgers before noon? Looks like we'll have to get a hot burger and fries from Del Taco. Come on Jack! What are you thinking?!
I ordered the double cheeseburger option. There were two patties but less than a tenth of a slice of cheese. I’m really disappointed and wonder if Covid-19 restrictions are giving this franchisee a way to cut costs
Dude their burgers used to be good eatin but they fell off the map with this stuff they push now!! Bring back 70's style service too, get girls on rollerskates and barely dressed its a marriage ender i know but we need to bring some old school methods but with fresh talent

Visited on 8/24. When I approved to pick up the order I put on the app. I was told that they had to close the restaurant because the food was ruined due to the AC guy messing up all the food. I was then told that I needed to go onto the app for a refund. I did that and am still waiting for said refund. The manager just kept telling me that the app would make sure I got a refund. So no food. No refund.

It always takes longer than usual to get my order in Drive-thru first few times i gave them benefit of the doubt but seems it’s the norm at this location
I just googled how much Jack in the Box made in the year 2020 and they made 1.02 Billion, you and or the company DEFINITELY need to invest money into making proper salads. I just ordered a grilled chicken salad from here and it was a poor excuse for a salad. Probably one of the worst looking salads I have ever tasted and seen. Well I know what I am NEVER ordering from Jack and the Box again.

Order my regular #21 no cheese. When I got my order it looked disgusting. Bun was warm but the rest was cold yes even the beacon. Ham looked like some chew around it. The worse of the worse. But first cashier said "my credit card machine is running slow so Im only taking cash there's a bank where you can get cash across from us" I said no you will take my order and take my credit card. Maybe this is why my food was so gross. I guess is true "NEVER GET PEOPLE GETTING YOUR FOOD UPSET" SOOOOOOOO DISAPOIBTED I HAD TO THROW AWAY MY FOOD DIDNT WANT TO TAKE A CHANSE GETTING FOOD POISONING!!!
I've worked at Jack before. Jack is highly known for top customer service. This Jack in the box on Washington however, Worse customer service EVER! They had messed up our order so we kindly took it back. When I came back to sit down, I could clearly hear them casing on us. It was so RUDE! I ordered a teriyaki bowl, the rice was hard and chewey! WAY past the food timers to be renewed! As soon as I opened the lid I could tell the rice was old, but I gave the benefit on the doubt. Big MISTAKE! We also got a chicken sandwich with pickles on sourdough bread, extra for the bread no problem. The sandwich came out how it's normally made. And lastly we orderd tacos with NO sauce, and of course it came with sauce. I wouldn't normally write a review on petty stuff. But what pushed me to do so was the employees constant fighting and arguing in the back. Never again will I sit in this dining room or come back to this particular location. Good thing there's other Jacks!
Service has been horrible here recently, I won't be returning. Don't know what happened but employees are rude, careless, unaccommodating, orders take forever and have been wrong last three visits. For example, ordered the teriyaki bowl, when I pull up to window she informs me theres no rice, order something else is the way she put it to me. I said go ahead and just put extra vegetables its ok. She seemed relieved and said ok. When I got home, I opened a less than half full bowl, no added vegetables just a full priced half meal. Dips
They use soy!!! Not beef!!! I read what they make there tacos with and threw up in my mouth!!! I sent jack a email never heard a word back!!! I don't know what's in the burger patty now!!! I have ate there for years but I don't put things in my body that are not what they say!!! I'm easy to contact and like I said they haven't bothered getting back to me so I will just keep putting out the bad word for them until I do!!! Go to anywhere for fast food but not jacks place!!! It's not real meat!!!!! If I wanted soy I would go have vegan
They lied about the chorizo fries being the meat lover fries. I wanted chorizo which says pork on top but they gave me meat lovers which smells like lasania. Id rather an honest answer that they are out. Now i wont be going back there.

The speaker to order in the drive through isn't working on their end. Said the order 4 times, the screen was corrected and then got the wrong order at window.
I justed got my order from a blk fellow didn't get a receipt and didn't get the right order . I keep calling and get a fax machine answer?! I don't understand how I can't reach an associate? I need a phone call from a manger asap.
I don’t normally write reviews. However today’s altercation made me feel this is necessary. To start I love this location I go everyday around 6am after my 12hr graveyard shift in Beaumont,Ca. I drive an hour to go home and the first thing I do is stop at jack in the box for my dinner. Lately I’ve just been getting grilled chicken and sometimes a salad. If I get there early enough I am greeted with the most awesome and caring staff who honestly handle all my customization and even make great recommendations so shout out to Cruz and his team. But if I show up just a little after 6 my order normally gets handed off to the next shift and it’s not always bad but lately it’s been pretty horrible. First off the manager Margret is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever met and I would like to go into detail. Typically my order is grilled so takes longer and I never have an issue parking and waiting sometimes I even go inside to wait so they don’t have to walk out. A week or two ago I decided to go inside and wait but the manager was upset she told me she’ll take it out to me as if she didn’t want me inside for some reason which honestly throws some red flags when they don’t want you to be present when they cook your food. I still waited took my food and thought nothing of it. Yesterday I had ordered a salad with grilled chicken instead of Julian chicken due to the better quality of meat and I always pay the upgrade with no problem. When I received my food all the chicken I order was crammed into a container and none was on my salad. I had informed the manager Margret that the chicken was supposed to be on the salad (something they always do for me) she however told me they are not allowed to put the chicken on the salad due to the chicken having the chance of wilting the lettuce. I was also given the wrong dressing. I asked for 2 ranch and she gave me 1 southwest. Simple issues with easy fixes but for the manager she decided to go off and tell me how the ticket says southwest. How is that my fault? I asked for ranch. I eventually got my ranch and went home. By the time I got home I noticed two of the chickens were still on the pink side and not edible at all. Something I was willing to forgive and just give them another try the next day. The next day came by which was today actually about 15mins ago. I order 3 pieces of the grilled chicken and I asked for them to be well done and explained my issue yesterday which is why I was asking for well done. I got to the window to pay everything was normal expecting to be parked so I can wait for my chicken but she didn’t park me instead she charged me and handed my my chicken all within 2-3mins. As she handed me my food I asked to confirm the chicken was well done her response couldn’t have been more snobby but basically saying of course it’s well done as if the question I asked was disrespectful. I take off and check the chicken before I drove all the way home and sure enough it was still lightly undercooked and no where near well done. Of course I head inside and ask them to cook it longer and showed the manager how it is indeed not well done. She goes off to explain to me how it’s because they have a timer and what not. And I just didn’t want to hear another excuse like the day prior about the salad. I pay for the meal I expect something edible by the end of my day. She got furious with me and I felt completely disrespected . I also wanted to order a drink which I forgot to order during the drive thru so I go up to order but I also felt the need to genuinely ask the manager Margret why she is so rude to me and reminded her how this is the third altercation we have had. Her response was “it’s too early in the morning for this “and to “go ahead and call corporate.” I asked her for her name but I saw her name tag so it didn’t matter but she told me she’s not going to tell me her name and took her name tag off…. ….continuation of last post…..If someone can please check your cameras for this incident it was all there roughly 6:45-7:00am on dec 9th 2023. She already knew I still needed to order something but refused to help me at that point and I never got to get my drink. I did give a huge shout out to the cook she was so nice and helpful no problems there and the other gentleman who is always out cleaning the entire restaurant inside and out. Little things like this go a long way. This manager tho needs someone to evaluate her walking away from me telling me to just call corporate even tho it’s a franchise location independently owned and hiding her name tag for the fact that a name goes a long way especially when you know you’re doing something sketchy. I just don’t get the best service anymore now that I’ve been showing up after 6. So this goes for anyone going to this location it’s better to go at night then early morning if you want to be treated with kindness and respect. Also don’t go inside during early morning or you will have the manager upset with you for no apparent reason. Because of these continued issues with no resolution I’m going to rate this place 1 star for the traction and weight of a bad rating and what it will do for the overall score. It’s sad to be treated this way and I don’t think I deserve this. Thank you for your time.
04/2025 - UPDATE AGAIN! Everything is still cold 80% of the time. This time, I was given spicey pop corn chicken instead of regular, which could put me in the hospital. I drove back to request the correct food and a new order of Churros because they were cold, and it's DESSERT. She didn't want to give me the churros and just stared at me with a bad look on her face. Didn't even apologize. Woman, in her 40s/50s I think she's a night manager. Everything seems to go wrong under her, plus their attitude with me over Churros ... This added over an hour to my night. Oh and they still cheat the corporate timer ... They haven't fixed anything in the reviews below. STOP cheating the corporate timer! I left a review 7 months ago about the terrible consistency and then making us wait to pull forward to cheat the corporate drive thru timer, and guess what… STILL BAD. 3/4s of the time the fries are cold and they make us wait to pull up, and we are honked at and screamed at by people behind us… this needs to stop. Please fix it….
Just went inside to order lunch stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and nobody greeted me nor even acknowledged my presence. There were at least 4 employees running around behind the counter working on drive-thru orders nobody paying any attention to the counter. There were at least 3 more people behind me waiting and finally I asked "Is anyone waiting on the counter?". The turn and looked at me like I was crazy. I left. This place is a disaster! Avoid it.
My reviews are always great! but it's been couple times that we get to that specific location of Jack in the box. Unfortunately, in the past weeks the orders are missing so much food, the instructions on the order is missing items and on our way home we found out the issues. After 3 times that are thing was missing after we paid for them, the last time we made a decision to go back and to ask what we order. I'm not looking for no one to lose his job, but make some changes with the stuff during the night time.
This was the most horrible visit I've ever had at a Jack in the Box. I had ordered online using their App. Upon arrival, the employees stated that they didn't have my order, nor the particular items that were on my order or the App. The manager made statements that I made my order at the wrong restaurant. The cashier, was very friendly, & since we were the only ones inside, patiently took her time to assist us. She verified the address & verified that my order was correct and determined the error was in the App. The manager was obviously frustrated and instructed the cashier to leave the front and go make fries. We were then left standing alone.
We used the drive thru and when we got to the order mic we placed our order with a rather rude and short employee. After our order was taken we were told that only on line orders were being taken from the app. We watched as the car in front of us placed an order and paid at the window! What’s up with that?! Fortunately there was no car behind us so we were able to back out of the drive thru to find our dinner elsewhere. There was NO sign at the drive thru entrance to warn people that drive thru orders were not being taken. Pretty sorry service.
Laziest workers I've ever seen. Always chit chatting never working. Horrible service. You don't get greeted and the leaders who are supposed to be leading are the same. Time to change management.
Always seems to be missing a onion ring. Downhill after new ppl it seems. Also always get a recipt, they give the wrong size fries.
They will charge you for large fries and give you small fries. They will forget small items here. It’s happened too often. Alessandro was rude about my wiping my own credit card after he handled it. He teased me for wiping my credit card with a sanitizing cloth, after he handled it. I also added a picture of a squashed, poorly made burger. Look how they used a cheap, thin bun on my bacon ultimate cheeseburger. This location will serve iced tea that tastes old. Do they clean out the iced tea here?

Food was fine. Waited 45mins from the time we placed the order until it was actually ready! 20 minutes in the drive thru, then we were told to wait out front while they made fresh fries.... were they peeling the potatoes?? Cuz 25mins sitting out front is crazy! Not really FAST food at this point.
My wife and other family went to this place yesterday 11/23/2025 around 730pm but the attitude of the manager was awful and so unprofessional. Poor customer service.
Third time I get a coffee here and there’s no cream or sugar. I’ll have to stick with the one on Cook st
Found a hair in my burger which is so gross. Last time I went this woman heavy set had my soda cup upside down. She still had the nerve to fill it up with my drink and I told her to exchange it because it wasn’t sanitary to pour my drink at least not for me. She responded saying it was ok to have it upside and I said again “it’s not sanitary so she changed my cup. Now a hair. I will never go back here again these people who work there are in professional just like most fast food places. I’m glad I don’t go out to eat often anymore.
