Bright, spacious, and welcoming, with SuperMusic in the background; expertly combined vegetarian ingredients, served in excellent, crispy, and fragrant warm bread or layered on fabulous dough for a delicious pizza; highly trained staff, capable of providing attention that goes beyond the expectations of the customer, who is truly "at the center" here. The staff were very kind and helpful. We ate well. I, who have a gluten intolerance, was able to have vitello tonnato and Fassona beef tartare with caramelized onions. There is contamination.

Everything was excellent, the staff was friendly. The place isn't very welcoming; upon entering, the atmosphere feels cold. The blue tables aren't very attractive, and the lighting is too cold. On the other hand, the wooden tables are very nice. The ingredients and sandwiches are amazing, especially the onions.

Unusual but delicious and light flatbread, not a typical pizza. Nice wine selection with reasonable prices. Hours listed may not be accurate; when we arrived there was a paper with temporary different hours posted.

The best sandwich shop I've ever had. I'm not from the area, but I stopped in Biella with a friend and we stopped for lunch at this delightful place. We ordered three sandwiches, and each was more delicious than the last! There's a wide selection of sandwiches with different fillings, and you can even choose your bread type. I especially loved the Panino Italia; it was truly sublime. The freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the bread made it the best sandwich I've ever had. The place was clean and beautifully decorated, down to the smallest details. I'd give gold to have a place like this in my area. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. Clean and well-kept location, tasty sandwiches, and reasonable prices—you couldn't ask for more. Special thanks to Simona, a very welcoming and helpful woman who served us during lunch.

The best sandwiches ever! The raw beef sandwich Alba is the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. The meat comes from one small city and is very unique to Italy. I wish I could eat here everyday. Prices are cheap but it feels like a high end restaurant.

Looking for a different place, we tried this fast food restaurant, which actually has very little to do with fast food. It's a family-friendly, clean, and tidy atmosphere. The sandwiches are high-quality and refined! All are freshly prepared. The turnaround is very fast, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. Each item on the menu can be paired with four different types of bread. The potato one is the best! I'd definitely like to return to try the rest of the menu and their hot dishes. Also recommended for vegans and vegetarians.

This place seems new a d the staff are well trained and enthusiastic. The sandwiches are made fresh to order and well filled on good bread. There is plenty of options and their coffee is also good. A great place for a quick bite. 😊
