A warm and welcoming restaurant with a classic, perhaps slightly retro, feel, and friendly and efficient staff. Excellent pizzas, with a warm welcome even for those who prefer a different dough than the classic one, from multi-grain or kamut to gluten-free, which I really appreciated. If you have any intolerances, you'll find a good choice and alternative here to still enjoy an excellent pizza 🍕. The restaurant's cuisine is also excellent, using top-quality ingredients. I've tried this place several times over the years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys good food at a fair price and excellent service.

Excellent pizza restaurant, I've been there twice. The staff is friendly, the food excellent, the place welcoming, and the value for money is excellent. Last but not least, a nice bathroom: clean, attractive, large, and with a changing table.

Excellent dinner with a crispy and tasty pizza. The baked fish was above average quality and the side of vegetables was plentiful and well-stocked. The desserts were satisfying. The strawberries were also present, an early, out-of-season fruit. The menu was varied, typical of a pizzeria. The kitchen produces excellent dishes with generous portions. The service was quick and well-organized.

Locale piccolo ma ben gestito il personale è cordiale e disponibile, la pizza non sono grandi ma credo il giusto, e ben guarnite... Impasto buono non salato digeribile Buoni anche i dolci che nn sono tutti sono confezionati Io lo consiglio vivamente. Meglio prenotare

Sono anni che conosco i proprietari, il pizzaiolo e parecchi camerieri e che andiamo a mangiare o a prendere la pizza. Ho dato 5 al cibo perché le materie prime sono ottime, 5 al servizio per la cordialità e la gentilezza delle persone con le quali si può scambiare anche due parole, valore importante al giorno d’oggi. All’ambiente 4 perché è bello e pulito ma ovviamente in giro ci sono ambienti migliori che costano però anche molto di più. Insomma per chi vuole una pizzeria e ristorante classico italiano ad un prezzo corretto di qualità e con persone cordiali lo consiglio. Per me è una delle tre pizzerie migliori di Biella e ai primi posti tra le pizzerie che ho provato in Italia

Weekday lunch with clients. Sea bream with baked vegetables, beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. Excellent anglerfish all'erbaluce, seafood linguine, al dente and rich. Homemade strudel and pastiera. Reasonable, fair price, and clearly stated on the menu. Fast, attentive, and friendly service. I'll be back.

Un tuffo nei primi anni 80... tutto ricorda quegli anni...il menù i camerieri gli arredi..i dolci...i prezzi però sono dell'anno corrente...

Per la terza volta ordino pizza d’asporto è immancabilmente la persona che è in cassa non ASCOLTA COSA CHIEDE IL CLIENTE….una volta manca la salsiccia sulla pizza una volta si dimenticano gorgonzola e adesso su mia richiesta BEN COTTA LA PIZZA VIENE SFORNATA CRUDA!!!! Sono costretto a metterla in forno a casa…tanto vale che me la facevo da solo, è tutto questo è perché NON ASCOLTANO IL CLIENTE!!! Se non avete voglia cambiate lavoro!!! Appena esce dal forno la pizza viene tagliata come mia richiesta al momento dell’ordine e quindi chiaramente non è più infornabile… Mi viene chiesto se volessi una nuova pizza ma ormai dopo più di 20 min di attesa sinceramente di rimanere ancora lì non mi passa per l’antica metà del cervello…bastava ascoltare il cliente e tenerla 2 minuti in più in forno!!! Non tornerò mai più…. Scortesia e poca professionalità ecco il risultato

I dined this Saturday evening. The place was chaotic and overcrowded, with tables packed tightly together and no security. I politely reported a poor service to the cashier, who rudely replied that it's their custom... I definitely won't be returning.

The food was good, but they weren't fair with the prices. I came to eat with someone with allergies. I ordered the burger with a side dish (€10 on the menu), politely asking for zucchini instead of the fried potatoes and onions, which contained gluten. A plate arrived with the burger and a single lettuce leaf, and another with half a thinly sliced zucchini. I paid €8 for the burger and €8 for the zucchini, even though the menu price for a burger with a side dish was €10.
