This place is amazing. Literally the best burgers in Bilbao no doubt. We got two premium burgers and they tasted so good. Mine came a little burnt from one side and i ordered an other one to take with me because we were in a rush and they refused to let me pay it. The staff was very kind, great service.

Beautiful and spacious restaurant with an incredible interior design. My veggie burger was very tasty and the flavor resembled real meat. The service was quite good, especially considering that it's January 1 and that they had many orders from Glovo. However, the bad side is that the restaurant is very cold. We froze and had to sit in jackets as did a couple of other guests.

El ambiente del lugar es muy agradable. A pesar de estar el local lleno de gente no se te hace un sitio agobiante. La comida, probamos dos entrantes y hamburguesas para los 4 que fuimos, la verdad que todo estaba buenisimo, aqui si que no hay pega ninguna. Los ars de cebolla increibles, los fingers de pollo tambien y las hamburguesas, mejor que otros dias que he ido. El servicio me dejo un sabor agridulce. Mientras que los camareros fueron encantadores el tiempo de espera para las hamburguesas fue elevado. Tenia reserva sobre las 22:30h y salimos de alli poco antes de la media noche El precio... La verdad que un poco elevado a mi modo de ver aunque es la tendencia a seguir hoy en doa con estas hamburguesas groumet. En resumen, me gusto el local,los camareros y la comida pero habria que darle mas vidilla a la cocina.

Hemos visitado Berty's en Bilbao, siguiendo la estela de la fantástica experiencia que tuvimos en su local de Valladolid. Sabíamos que la calidad de la comida era un acierto seguro. Efectivamente, tanto la comida como el servicio son impecables: las hamburguesas son de categoría superior y el personal muy atento. Lamentablemente, la disposición del local estropea toda la experiencia. La gran cantidad de mesas comunales y la concurrencia de grupos grandes, principalmente público juvenil, genera un nivel de ruido elevado que hace muy incómoda la cena. Es una pena que un producto tan extraordinario se vea empañado por una acústica que impide la conversación y el disfrute.

Un buen lugar para comer una hamburguesa diferente, los nachos estaban ricos pero tampoco una cosa que fuera brutal, no destacan por su sabor, loas aros de cebolla estaban buenos, las hamburguesas en general ricas y los postres pues bien pero tampoco nada de otro mundo. Un sitio para comer pero no son de esos sitios que te quedan grabados de por vida.

No está mal pero hay hamburguesas parecidas o mejores a precios más bajos en otros restaurantes. Por lo general, me parece algo caro para la calidad y cantidad. Sin embargo, la tarta de queso es de las mejores que he probado nunca y solo por eso merece la pena pagar un poco más por la hamburguesa si luego el postre va a estar increíble. Es un local amplio con mesas para grupos grandecitos. Mejor reservar con antelación, aunque alguna vez he conseguido mesa reservando la misma tarde para cenar.

Las hamburguesas ricas, el servicio algo lento, queríamos probar algunos postres pero justo no tenían ninguno de los que queríamos. Camareras educadas.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere in Berty’s burger restaurant in Bilbao. Since I had never been there before I decided to go all in on their El Capricho de Berty's burger for 19.95€. The burger came quickly and the experience of torching the butter onto the burger was fun. The burger was cooked very rare, but I ate it as cooked. It did have a great flavor, but I am not sure it was worth 19.95€. I have had some very impressive burgers and this one although good didn’t hit the price point. I saw several of the other burgers and would like to go back and try them.

The place is very nice and cozy. A little pricey, the burgers were very nice, however not excellent. The patty of the burger is super nice, however the bun can be better. Highly recommend for a posh burger dinner.

La comida muy buena, son hamburguesas de calidad, por lo que el precio por hamburguesa es entre 15-20€. Viene con patatas, que por cierto, están muy buenas. Las hamburguesas están buenas pero la verdad que no son nada del otro mundo para el precio que tienen. Nosotras pedimos de entrantes los nachos, y los recomiendo, están muy buenos y parecían caseros. De postre pedimos el brownie, la tarta de red velvet y la tarta de nocilla, que es una completa delicia, pero me pareció un poco caro, ya que cada postre fue entre 7-10€. El lugar es muy bonito, es tranquilo y la decoración es muy bonito. La unica pega que pongo, es el servicio, es un poco lento, tardaron bastante en traernos las hamburguesas, aunque el personal es muy amable.

Fuimos un grupo de 14 personas, no recomiendo ir tanta gente. Por qué cuando nos sirvieron a los últimos los primeros ya habían terminado. Varias personas pedimos la hamburguesa muy hecha y tuvimos que pedir varios veces que nos la pasaran nuevamente. La comida estaba rica, pero el local no está preparado (aunque si de espacio), faltan camareros para atender a un grupo tan grande. Postres también muy ricos. Uno 25€ hamburguesa+ bebida + postre para compartir.

Burgers in general are great, tried several times the home delivery and decided to visit the place. It's a pitty to rate low only because the burger bun this time was very dry, something not fresh. Using quality meat but a total negligence in the burger bun bread.

Veníamos con las expectativas altas , pero no salimos muy bien la verdad, para empezar los platos que teníamos en la mesa estaban sucios. De entrante pedimos los nachos, que la verdad estaban buenos, pero pagar 15€ por ellos, cuando parecen una ración mediana la verdad que no vale la pena, ya que las fotos que ponen en la web, y otras fotos que he visto la ración no tenía absolutamente nada que ver... Pedimos de hamburguesas, la emmy y otra más, malas no estaban, pero 17.50€, y 15€ por ellas...hay hamburguesas mucho mejores por Bilbao y más por ese precio. Lo que me dejo loco fue el bacon de la hamburguesa, ya viendo la ración enana de nachos, me pareció ya normal ver en sus hamburguesas una loncha de bacon y no dos como se hacen en todos lados. En conclusión, por cantidad calidad y precio no renta venir ya que hay sitios muchos mejores por Bilbao. (La última foto de los nachos es de otra reseña, para que se vea que ni punto de comparación con la que nos dieron a nosotros).

Fuimos el sábado a Berty’s Burger Bilbao para una cena de amigos y la experiencia fue un desastre total. Más de 40 minutos de espera para que nos sirvieran las hamburguesas, algo totalmente injustificable. Los precios son desorbitados para la calidad que ofrecen en local, que en nuestro caso dejó bastante que desear. Lo más sorprendente es que otras veces he pedido por delivery y la experiencia había sido mucho mejor, tanto en sabor como en servicio, así que la diferencia es aún más decepcionante. Sinceramente, no volveré a ir. En Bilbao hay muchísimas alternativas mejores por el mismo precio o incluso más baratas. Por persona 27€ una hamburguesa y 4 entrantes contados. Por ese precio me voy a un buffet .

The food was not that bad but the orders were not accurate and served cold! Despite the fact that half of the restaurant was empty they gave us a table near the WC and literally cold as freezer! The orders were served in random timing two of out of 4 people ate alone!

To be honest, the burgers weren’t good. The buns tasted artificial, and the patties were undercooked — full of blood. The waiters were fine, but either they can’t communicate properly with the kitchen, or the chef insists on doing things his own “gourmet” way. The restaurant itself, however, looks nice and has a good atmosphere.

Estamos en el local congeladas, con el abrigo puesto, hemos pedido un cambio de mesa (hay medio local vacio) y nos han dicho que no, insinuando incluso que nos podiamos ir, hasta insistir varias veces. Queremos destacar a David, que es LO UNICO BUENO que tiene el local. La carne la hemos pedido al punto y ha llegado super hecha. Era la Dry ganadora de dos premios! Nada que premiar! No son hamburguesas que cuesten 18 euros!

Where should I start. We came to have a burger but after seeing the reviews we changed our mind and likely we did. Between the quality, atmosphere, service, and price, the inly thing high was price. We just ordered a guacamole and fish tacos which was very salty and oily and just the name was refereeing to Japanese quality and taste. I seriously do not recommend this place

Very disappointing experience at The Berty’s. We ordered the chicken tacos and guacamole and everything came out soggy and bland — definitely not worth the price. For how expensive the menu is, you would expect fresh and flavorful food, but it felt the opposite. Service was also poor. We waited more than 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and the staff seemed uninterested the whole time. Nothing that we ordered tasted good and the overall experience was not enjoyable at all. We ended up leaving unhappy and hungry. Would not recommend and would not come back.

The food was bad, all the food were served cold, the chips were fried in fish oil and with very bad smell, the service was bad although we asked to bring the food all together, they bring everything separately and 2 of us were eating alone, the salon was literally empty the whole time but they kept us waiting for 20 minutes to be seated

We arrived the day before New Year's, when almost all the tables were taken or reserved. We were seated at the only free table, but there was a draft. After a while, many other tables became free, and although the waiters said that they were free, the manager said that we could not move. We decided to leave and asked for a check for the drinks that we had already ordered. The change - 4 euros - they brought in the form of a whole saucer of 5 cent coins.
