Started as a « just one beer » night, in search of some naughty food we end up there. What a surprise ! Shout-out to my man the waiter who warn us of the size of the party rack ribs. Foolish we were thinking we were more clever than the guy working there ... Barely able to finish my ribs, most of the sauce on my shirt, wanted to go back home rolling, mix felling between guilt and satisfaction ... 10/10 would do it again.

Pues es un restaurante típicamente América o, con su decoración con elementos vintage o retro como dispensadores de gasolina, viejas bujías, depósitos de aire comprimido, y en las paredes destacan los tonos blancos y estampados en gama de grises. En la entrada hay una bonita librería de madera con libros antiguos, una lámpara de gas, otros elementos de finales del siglo XIX, y un aparador para recibir a los clientes. Hay mesas de distintos tamaños y sillas o bancos tapizados, entre columnas o muros bajos de separación, y la propuesta culinaria se basa sobre todo en sus famosas costillas a la brasa, pero hay también hamburguesas, platos de carne, ensaladas y alguna propuesta italiana o española, el personal es diligente, amable y te atienden bien, el ambiente es agradable al menos en los días más laborables, porque en finde se llena.

Buena comida en cuanto a calidad y cantidad. Te quedas bastante lleno por un "módico" precio. No es demasiado caro y bien ubicado. Servicio amable en general.

El sitio está muy bien y se come bien. La calidad/precio de la comida es buena y además está muy bueno. Si vas en fin de semana es importante que hagas una reserva para evitar no encontrar sitio, salvo que vayáis menos de 3-4 personas, ya que suele haber sitio para grupos así. La hamburguesa Veggie está muy buena.

Fuimos un día entre semana para comer y pedimos el menú de mediodía. Aparte tienes la opción de carta. calidad precio muy correcto (10.95 por persona). Incluye primero, segundo, postre ,pan y bebida. Actualmente tienen una terraza fuera con tres mesas además de las mesas de dentro del local.

Restaurante típico americano que recuerda a cadena de restaurantes que todos conocéis pero éste es de precio un poco más comedido y de raciones más pequeñas. Los sábados en las cenas suele estar lleno. Variedad de platos y de entre los postres recomendable y muy rica la tarta de queso.

Siempre que vamos a este local salimos muy contentos con el servicio, la comida y el ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. Recomendaría casi todo de su carta porque está riquísimo lo que hemos probado hasta ahora.

Amplio y bonito local, con ambientación Americana, buena relación calidad precio. Los refrescos te los rellenan, solo pagas una vez, la Pepsi, la mejor que he bebido. Es lo que más me sorprendió, con mucho sabor y dulce. El personal agradable y atento. Lo único flojo los postres.

El lugar está bastante bien ambientado y las camareras muy amables. Las patatas están bastante buenas, muy parecidas a las del Foster Hollywood pero mejores. Las hamburguesas están bastante bien también y el precio no es excesivo. Las costillas no nos llegaron a gustar nada. Al ser la primera vez que fuimos pedimos la cuenta y estuvimos media hora esperando que nos vinieran a cobrar. Se pagaba en la entrada pero como era nuestra primera vez no lo sabíamos y nadie nos avisó. Por lo demás bastante bien.

La comida estaba buena aunque la costilla un poco sosa y el servicio a sido un poco lento ya que hemos tardado una hora cuarenta y cinco minutos para comer dos platos, uno de costilla y dos postres aunque el ambiente era muy bueno y acogedor.

Restaurante cerrado por un tiempo o para siempre. Llevaba años abierto. No pensé que cerraria nunca pero los restaurantes los cierran y cambian el nombre en Bilbao. Cada vez hay menos calidad en los restaurantes. :(

Typical American Ribs & Burgers restaurant. Good menu. Small selection of red & white wines. Very suitable for children and large groups. Decorated in an American ranch style. Service was very good. Good value too. Revisited 7th June 24 and still remains a good venue and experience. The Bacon & Cheese Burger is excellent. The duty manager Cynthia is very attentive. Worth a visit.

Food was great! Hope you’re hungry. I am literally the ONLY customer in the restaurant, but after 2 hours have only seen my waitress three times. I feel like I’m more of a nuisance. She seems to prefer sorting silverware. Anyhow. If you want a secluded meal, this is the place …. They close in an hour and only two other customers have entered after my food was delivered.

Good, my daughter loves it, ussually I visit this place with my family, and one of our favourites dish is the ribs, and recently I visited this place at lunch tine and they hace a complete menu available for 11.90Euros. Is Ok.

Nothing fancy just good food. Wife had nachos, Myself and child had steak was all good and service was good considering I don't speak any Spanish.

Fantastic Aberdeen steak burger cooked to perfection. Very disappointed with the awfully rude head waitress in blue shirt behind the bar. At least the food exceeded expectations and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Un servicio correcto y bien ubicados. La comida estaba rica, pero se nota que estamos en una franquicia de las grandes, donde el producto no es el mejor, y volumen de trabajo es tan grande que la atención a veces se resiente. También se echa de menos el detalle de los barriles de cacahuetes que se fueron con la pandemia y no han vuelto. De todos modos lo recomiendo para quitarte el gusanillo de una comida estilo americana y por algunos de los entrantes que son muy difíciles de encontrar en la zona.

I ordered the sirloin steak and cheese quesadilla as an appetizer. The appetizer was ok but I was a bit disappointed with the steak. The waitress didn't ask us about our preference for the steak, then when we got it the meat was mostly raw. The dish is served with hot plates so we were able to cook it a little, but it was really raw that 3 hot plates weren't enough.

Good quality food. Service lacking once the main meal was served. Was not made aware of any dessert options and once table cleared just left alone until had to ask for the bill.

The food at this restaurant is American BBQ. I had the ribs in a burger and the ribs were quite good. The burger was a bit soggy because of the sauce. I also had the sangria, which was delicious. It was sweet and mild, not a lot of fruit in it though. The service however was poor. The hostess was really rude and unfriendly. The waiters are in such a hurry that they really just want you to get on with it. In our case he took our order and brought our food, for anything else we really had to fight for his attention.

Despues de esperar mas de una hora a que nos asignen mesa para 6, el menú no ha resultado una maravilla, pero el servicio me ha gustado. El precio es elevado ya que la demanda es abundante, pero no deja de ser una hamburguesa y patatas. El local es inmenso y bonito, pero insisto, no recomiendo ir en sabado, por las esperas y por no poder reservar con antelación.

Tries really hard to be "American" even though nothing they make is prepared in a southern, BBQ or "Texas" way being baked or broiled or pan-fried with nothing being smoked. Ribs were dry and barely edible, chicken was red and a bit bloody at the bone and the "hot links" were served nearly raw which is completely unacceptable anywhere in the world; 160F is mandatory for pork, period. The appetizers were the best part of the meal although their "Caesar" dressing was mostly anchovy flavored and their "ranch" was mostly dill and too thin. The chili con Carne was delicious and prepared the way one would expect in the states and the fries and onion rings were acceptable but not impressive. The wait staff didn't quite know what to say when we pointed out the sausages weren't cooked (like most Basque sausage there was so much paprika that the whole sausage was bright red but obviously not cooked). When we sent them back they returned with them partially pan-fried but still not cooked through, showing their obvious lack of understanding. The steaks are actually a bright spot being prepared acceptably with the only drawback being that they only have 3 standards for meat in Northern Spain; raw, medium or well. They do not grasp "pink in the middle" or medium rare or medium well, definitely leaving a lot to be desired. I would give them another shot maybe in a few more years, but from the way the waiter made it sound they have high turnover in the kitchen which became glaringly obvious with the presentation of the food. Even with a thick "Texas" facade this place can't even hold a candle to true southern BBQ, whether it be KC, Texas, Oklahoma, St. Louis, Nashville or many of the the other legendary smoked BBQ locales for true, American style smoked meats.

Fuimos a comer el viernes pasado, era primera hora y no había gente. La chica q nos atendió era agradable y nos tomó nota sin problema. Pero mientras esperábamos a que nos sirvieran la comida salió una CUCARACHA bastante grande de una columna y se paró en medio del pasillo. Avisé a la chica de lo q estaba sucediendo, cogió una escoba y un recogedor y se la llevo. Creo q no hay mucho más que añadir, nos levantamos y nos fuimos.

We went in here because we really wanted a burger on our trip to Bilbao. We were shown a table with indifference. The waiter then went and did some paper work leaving us for about 20mins before even taking a drinks order. The food was great tasting - cheeseburger and chips - but the chips were scant - just a few scattered over the plate. Took what seemed like an hour to get the vill to leave. No tips given. Awful service.

We visited the Rib Steakhouse this week on our visit to Bilbao. The food we ordered was acceptable, chicken wings to start which were tasty but very skimpy - could have eaten more. We both had burgers which were good american tasting burgers - salad and chips portions served with the burgers were also small. The place lacked atmosphere, and a member of staff continued to sweep the floor as were eating. We encountered two member of staff, the first waiter was pleasant but the second guy was so indifferent, couldn't have cared less about our custom. He spoke english so it wasn't a language problem - he just had no idea of how to interact with cumtomers. Needless to say we left without leaving a tip. Definitely won't be back there again.

I dont recommend this place! went with a group of friend and all of us were not happy with the food. For a place which is called ribs you would expect some amazing ribs. All we got were some heated up ribs from the freezer. The marinade was almost non existing, and you really needed the sauce for some taste. All of us were unhappy and we felt like we payed to much for the food. We wont go again.

Never had a good experience here. Food was always undercooked. Last time I went a cocky waiter told me I ordered way too much food. Gets packed on Saturdays and they forget about you. The nachos are decent. TV by the bar show American sports. Would be a lot better if the staff can at least pretend to be happy.

Average food and high prices. I don't understand how this model of business is working here. A better quality in cheaper venues could be found elsewhere. Careful if you are using international credit card, the manager is going to charge in your hometown currency without any chance in paying in Euros and they will charge you 8% more. Just avoid this restaurant
