Church's Texas Chicken

Worst service ever. I didnt expect alot from Church's to begin with but this was worse than expected. I walked in and waited 8 minutes for a rude woman, who appeared to be in a leadership role, to turn around and yell at me drive thru and when I asked was she talking to me she yelled again drive thru and turned around. If you are doing drive thru only why is the door opened yo let customers in and no sign stating that. I will take my business down the street to Popeyes

This is the worst Church's chicken I have ever went to. If I can give them zero stars I would. The lady Shenelle I don't know if she is the manager or what. But she has a very nasty attitude and talks to customers any kind of way. If she doesn't like her job she needs to quit. It was very cold in there and the bathroom was not working. Whoever the owner is if you let this go on then you don't need to be the owner of that restaurant. Church's Chicken she is running all of y'all customers away. Y'all need to send someone over there to do some training or fire her before no one ever visit that place again. Sold me some chicken with feathers still on the chicken and she seen it before she put the chicken in the box. Then she had called a coworker doctor's office to see was he really at the doctor. She violated his rights. The man needs to sue you them for that. That is against HIPPA. If his knee is swollen and he is at the doctor she should have waited till he brought her a doctor's note. And whatever doctor's office released her that information needs to be sued to. Please stay away from this Church's Chicken in Birmingham Alabama bad for business.

No Way

No doubt this is a popular spot but we get 30 mins for lunch and there was a slow moving line yesterday at 1230. I stayed in the line a few seconds but went on and left bcuz waiting would've used up my lunch break. Depending on who's running it, they should have the most popular foods available so they don't hold things up by having to drop food in the fryer bcuz they've run out.

We went on a Sunday evening after church. The food was freshly cooked given to us very fast, but the service is horrible. We asked for some packets of honey and hot sauce. They yelled at my husband saying we don’t have any. We don’t have nothing very rude disrespectful..

Yall im surprised they haven’t shut this place down the customer service is awful the kids had me at the speaker for 10 minutes told me I couldn’t get my food made fresh. They will never get my money again I love the one by the PLAT. Never fail me !!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

Makayla is 19 and very disrespectful. Rushed me out the drive-through. We walked in to get food and she came from around the corner running her mouth. I’m not from Alabama so i don’t need another charge but this is a messy and disgusting store…. The manager was cool about the situation.

I wish I could give less than that! I came here at 7, closing time is 10. I was asked what I wanted as soon as I said a combo they didn't have any white meat. Didn't try to cook any either...horrible service.

My chicken was too dry ! I expect white meat to be a little more dry than the dark but it was awful. The biscuits were old and stale , this is the absolute worst church’s chicken location I’ve ever been to. Hope they do better
