My family usually eats here once a week at least but the past couple weeks, I have been very disappointed with the food and the customer service that we have received. This is the 2nd time this week we've gave this restaurant a try and again we got home n it's not hot (we live 11 mins away) and this time was missing some of everyone's order. Called them to see if they would have it ready or refund us or something and lady was rude and didn't seem to care and also told me they would call me back and never have got a call. Prob last time I'll spend my money here for what I keep getting.

This USED to be our go to Chinese restaurant on this side of town. Excellent food, but last Friday was SO rude and unprofessional, this may have been our last time. We drove 30 minutes, asked to be seated and was told "we are ONLY doing take out tonight." There was a couple already seated with drinks, yet we were being turned away. I said, seriously? He said, "well you can sit down, but you will be waiting a while." HOW is takeout going to be faster than bringing it out in a dish. I should have said, OK, we'll get take out and eat it in the cardboard containers at a table. I get it your busy, but when you treat regular customers (or any for that matter) with this unprofessional and rude behavior - you don't need to be in the restaurant business. They are usually much slower and then they love for you to come in... but busy, they don't really care or need your business for that couple hours anyway. SO, we might be back - or not - either way, you've made some regulars mad and that will hurt your bottom line - especially since I know we're not the only ones!

Cashier was rude, no greeting, and no help with menu. Their Hot and sour soup is disgusting. It literally is the worst soup I've ever tasted. When I called to get a refund they hung up on me and kept the phone off the hook for over 30 minutes (called from 3 different phones). I want my money back for the soup because it taste so bad I almost feel like it was rancid.

I call to let them know that their food was not the same and it was nasty and asked for my money back.The Manager refused to give me my money back and refused to take their food back and would not honor any way to satisfy me the customer. He had a nasty attitude, he talk over me, and threatened to hang the phone up in my face and was very ignorant. I will never eat there again.

I was looking for somewhere to eat and decided to leave a review just so people know I wasn’t going to at first but sumthing just told me to share my experience about a week ago sent my husband to go get food for me and the kids it looked really good my husband was not happy with the taste of his shrimp and he barley for any the plate was mostly vegtables I got the general chicken like always was really good chicken was a little crispy and the sweet and sour chicken for my 2 year old and 1 year old we all got the fried rice not even 3 hrs later my 2 year old woke up puking everything she ate up for about 4 hrs even water made her puke she was in tears shaking scared cause she didn’t know what was happening to her same thing with my husband puked everything he ate up as for me and my one year old instead of coming out the front it decided to come out the other end still very very painful and will never eat here again also 9months pregnant so over all not a good experience with this place just BEWARE !!! Don’t want the headache of dealing with the place we all know how that is they’ll just tell you it wasn’t because of them but it most definitely was please do not eat here and if you do hopefully you have a strong stomach !!!!

I like the Bourbon Chicken here and order it often but I ordered through the website and they charged me twice! Then the man up front who constantly has an attitude and bad service yelled saying I had to pay since I ordered twice. I didn’t order twice and he tried to bully me into paying for something I didn’t want! Then he snatched the bag back. Even though I enjoy the chicken I won’t be coming back. Then my food didn’t even taste good…

I'm SO glad I read the reviews! I called in to order because this used to be my go to when we lived in Pratt years ago, and the man that answered acted as if they did not need the business so I hung up and checked the reviews before driving down and I'm SO glad I did! Bullet dodged!!!

This place did me terrible. I ordered shrimp chow mein add broccoli and I got celery and 6 shrimp. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt. This is the third time this has happened to me. The guy behind the counter has a terrible attitude as well. While trying to pick up my order he was rude and brash. This is not a place that I recommend.

The lobby is still boarded up from Covid, so nowhere to eat inside. Food isn't bad though, but it's not that great either. Cashier is one of the rudest employees I've ever dealt with, over nothing. Just a miserable human being spreading negativity to his paying customers. Next time you want Chinese food, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, don't give these people your money.
