There is one young lady named Yah Yah that always greets us with courtesy and happiness. She makes sure our order is correct and has a great deal of respect for both her elders and customers. It's very refreshing to know that someone so young has so much pride and integrity about her job. I enjoy seeing her every time.

The manager. She was very rude. She left me at the drive thru windows to go across the street to go an get her something to drink, other employees did not come to the windows. So when she came back, she ask me about my order to tell me it wasn't there. Very unprofessional

Literally asked them to cook our pizzas 1.5xs. And this is how they where delivered. The chicken and garlic sticks were amazing! But that pizza. Yall can keep it like what the fudge

They use door dash and ive had my order taken twice , can't reach the store and someone we ordered my order and then said it was on the way but yet the store is closed by the time i.needed to check if it was still coming.n

Order delivery 2 pizzas, 16 peice Medium wing, 8 peice Burning Hot wing, double breadsticks..Missing the 8 piece, store said they had 2 wings in the order, delivery drivers passenger said they had, put them both together. Who's lying, called customer service they said the store kept hanging up on them, so no reorder, no refund. So I guess I gave Delphine my driver and her passenger and kid dinner or pizza hut forgot. Who knows. My first order was perfect, but this one is ridiculous. So who's paying me back driver or pizza hut plus there tip. I'm not feeding a stealing driver and tipping them as well. Hope the owner gets this handled. I'm a new customer this is my 2 nd order and unless they make this right it will be the last order. Fix the problem, please. Customer support is a joke they can't get the pizza hut the answer but I can. Please give me my refund of Delphine tip ans for my wings. I don't feed and tip theives if that's the issue. Get it this fixed please. Order cast $61 dollars without tip.. seriously..

Why we get to the store and they said they have canceled our order when it said the reservation was ready because the workers got into a fight thumbs down this really such and I had to go home and tell my husband they didn't make our halftime order

Tuesday night I ordered the Triple pizza treat, the pizzas were dried out, cheeseticks could've been lighter and the mini cinnamon rolls were stale. I was very disappointed.😠

I ordered the special box they told me it would be ready 20mins got there had to wait on wings 20 more mins ,30 mins into the wait finally got my food everything cold even the wings I was waiting for I am very unsatisfied with pizza hit today 6/3/24 orderd at 5:30 got order at 6:30

I ordered online for a quick pick up. Doors are locked lady at the counter on her phone doing nothing except saying go to the drive thru. Now 3 cars are placing orders in front of me one car waited at the window 10 minutes before I pulled off cause you shouldn't have to wait for pick up. This Pizza Hut is why I went to Domino's instead today & will never return to a Pizza Hut again.

Worse store over was walking the store didn’t even notify me that they was close before I placed my order and i sent me all the way in the back to pick up my order mind you I work right next too the store they saw and still wouldn’t let me pay and get my food I worse store ever will never use them again

Ordered pick up and there were approximately 12 cars in line so I decided to go in and pick up my order, but I was told by the employee I had to come to the window. You should be able to walk in and pick up your order rather than wait that long to get cold pizza.

I placed an online order for the ultimate hut bundle and chicken Alfredo on line for pick up. Once I came to pick it up the worker told me to pull down to wait on my wings. I’m sitting in the car waiting and I notice that time has been passing me by so I walk inside the store to check on my order and she gave my order to the wrong customer! She didn’t apologize or anything! I had to wait an extra 30 mins for them to refix my order and when I checked my order the chicken Alfredo wasn’t even given to me so I had to wait an extra 10 mins. I didn’t get not one apology or anything. Customer service here is awful and I wouldn’t recommend this store to NOBODY. Plus on top that that she threw my order on the counter.

This location was great when it first opened now they hire anyone.. I did a pick up order but I had to wait 30 minutes and I still had to come back in because the Cashier didn’t give me all of my items .. so just go to another location because this one sucks.

I ordered a pie from store Pizza Hut 1036, 2145 Bessemer Rd. In Birmingham to be delivered to my nearby hotel room. Pizza was to be delivered at 5:22pm on the 9th of December. I get a notification that my pizza will be delivered by doordash..I didn't order from doordash, I ordered from Pizza Hut. Had I wanted to do business with doordash, I would have ordered from doordash. At 5:16 I get a request to cancel my order from the dd driver because the employee dropped the pizza. I told him to cancel on his end so the order can be reassigned. I get a call from a second driver saying the store doesn't have my order in their system. He says the first driver must have taken the pizza and canceled the delivery. The store says they don't have have my order in the system. Then, my order gets canceled. I call the store and talk to the manager on duty, Spanikee Mickles, who says I need to take it up with Doordash. When I tell her I didn't order from doordash, she hangs up on me. Two call backs go unanswered. So at 6:30 I drive to the store and still get no resolution. The manager was completely rude, unsympathetic and unhelpful. Total; not my problem, you figure it out; attitude. She provided no resolution or guidance on how to achieve resolution. Not anything resembling customer service. Hanging up on a paying customer alone should be grounds for dismissal.

Very rude manager. Went on two separate occasions and he said he didn't have an order in my name. Showed him the email and the pizza was there. Although, the lobby was open when I went in and he made the comment how yall get in here gotta be more careful and where are my keys. I felt so bad the way I was treated. Like he didn't want me there. I will never shop here again. Very awful service

The inside is NEVER OPEN and No matter how far ahead of time u order they make u wait out front for over 45 mins every time! I will never be spending my money at this location and will be glad when it finally closes!!! And as u can see it’s still daylight
