I loveee here! The location is good. It is easy to find. That’s my third times to be there. I give it 5 stars.
Very Fresh authentic food. Large portions and quick service.
Wonderful experience here. The staff is very friendly. I have been a huge fan of their Mapo Tofu :) without the tingling sauce.
Good place. Fast service. Nice Asian cuisine. A wide selection of dumplings and dim sum. Soup was excellent.
My go-to Chinese spot in Fidi! Their pan fried pork buns are delicious and a must try
It was a small place but still so good I don't care what other people say about it but it's small but I just really like the dim sum and stuff
We had the fried rice, soup dumplings and fried chicken wings. Absolutely amazing.
Everything I ordered was delicious. Perfect spot for a late meal near my ferry.
Just hung out and find this restaurant in FIDI. The food is tasty and the price is pretty friendly. Also the store is clean and nice. Love it!
New restaurant and Good service! It has a clean and modern environment, as well as their food, especially soup dumplings!
Good service! The waitress is so sweet. I like the meals so much. Best XLB restaurant in NY!
Great stuff, delicious. A bit pricey for dim sum for sure but taste is on point
Love this place. Nice and juicy soup dumplings. Also wonderful noodles.
This is a great place to eat with your family. Best service and food! Everything was delicious!!!
Food was absolutely amazing and the restaurant was very cozy to dine in. Very good service.
Amazing food, authentic and cheap. Nice workers. Would definitely recommend.
Finally a Chinese restaurant in NYC with authentic Chinese food! Not overly sweet like the other ones. All their dishes were huge too , got their Mapo Tofu, Shrimp dumplings, vegetarian dumplings, shrimp & chive dumpling, etc. Very pleased will be back 😊
Best Chinese dumplings in the Financial Districts ! Loved the Wontons in chili oil and the beef rice cakes 👌🏻 we’re definitely coming back here before the end of our trip 😍
Good food. My friend and I had the noodles and the 2 sets of dumplings and it qas more than enough food for each of us. The only drinks they have are pots of tea and water but we didn't mind that.
The soup dumplings and dim sum I ordered from here were all excellent! The scallion pancakes were a little too oily for my liking but everything was hot fresh and delicious.
I've been meaning to order from the one in Times Square and was so happy to see when it was opening on Water. Pre-ordered through Seamless so my order was ready for pickup when I got there. But when I got there they didn't see the seamless order. With a line down the stairs, I was worried I would have to wait 20 min for my large order. But they made it right and got it to me in 10 min. The food was great, fresh and authentic.
Was looking for a place for a quick bite and ran across this place. It's small, but the food came out quick and was really good. Their in house soy sauce is a must. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a good dim sum place.
My go to place whenever I visit FiDi. Warm ambiance, simple and delicious Shanghainese food, great service when it’s not too busy. I would recommend their pork soup dumpling if you’re feeling something classic or their sliced beef in chili sauce if you’re feeling adventurous
The flavor of most dishes we ordered is really authentic Shanghai dim sum flavor, I'd revisit again and definitely recommend people to eat there if you are visiting the Wall Street area.
We ordered online DanDan Noodles ( 1 per person ), scallion pancakes and pan fried pork bun : everything was delicious and planty enough for 2. Also super cheap in the financial district !
Great food but overpriced- neighborhood has multiple corporations with everyday in-person employees and there is no lunch special despite other locations having one. Also this location never has the salt and pepper shrimp.
It’s my first time here and it gave me a big surprise. Their food is so good! Plz order pork soup dumplings, its fantastic.
My friends come from PA and want something for lunch, so I decided to take them to 3 times which is my favorite restaurant. I just find out that they now have a new location at fidi, such a surprise! Actually, I didn't expect they can make dumplings at the same level as their original branch. Cuz I think 3 times’ soup dumplings really are the best in NYC. After I tried them in the new branch, I know I will come back again for other dim sums. The waiter was really nice, he reminded me I should be careful cuz the soup dumplings are really hot. Other Chinese foods are also good. We tried some vegetables which is not bad, chicken, and fried noodles, just okay but really nice price.
I just walked by there then I decided to try this new restaurant because this place smells so nice. I lived at water st for several months, but there are not many Chinese restaurants. As an Asian, I really miss Chinese food. I am pretty impressed by this place. It is small but nice and clean. The decoration looks very new, modern, and pretty cute under the buildings. I ordered spicy soup dumplings and beef soup, soup dumplings are amazing and tasty. Beef soup is also pretty nice, but not recommended in summer, it’s hard for me to finish them all. But it is worth trying, and I definitely will come back with my friends to give it another try.
I was attracted by the decoration and I walked into this Chinese restaurant for the first time today because it opened near my company. I ordered the fried chicken and soup dumplings, and they all tasted pretty good. I ate the soup dumplings quickly so I only took pictures of the fried chicken. To be honest, I am very happy that there is one more restaurant near my company, and I think it will become my favorite place.
Good Dumplings! I must be honest. I’m new to the area for work and got lost attempting to locate another restaurant. I walked into 3 times and was delighted to try some dim sum! They had both dine in and take out! I ordered pan fried pork dim sum and was not disappointed. They were great. Will definitely be returning on purpose!
I can't say enough good things about this Asian restaurant in NYC, and it has become my favorite restaurant in town! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The steamed dim sum was out of this world, with each bite offering a burst of deliciousness. They have the best Crab Soup Dumplings in NYC! The noodle soups were incredibly satisfying, with rich broths and tender noodles that made for a comforting meal. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a casual yet memorable dining experience. Five stars for sure!
We were just picking up a quick bite to eat - we ordered the veggie rolls and the chicken soup dumplings. I’d take a photo of them but we already finished it. Food was super yummy! Definitely want to go back to try some more.
Dumplings are amazing. Some of the best New York City has to offer. No frills but very good. The menu changes every few months. The fried rice is a must have. Very friendly staff. Quick, easy, convenient great price. They have a few locations but have only been to the one in FiDi near Stone Street.
Walked past this place a few times and it always has a steady stream of people sitting outside so one day we decided to give it a go. Started with the the hot and sour soup and it was DELICIOUS. The whole table ended up ordering after tasting one sip. The fried rice was a great portion, the dumplings were great and the scallion pancakes and pickles rounded us out for the day. We waddled home happily.
Very nice and casual family atmosphere. Food is excellent! Good service and can be very busy at times. You may have to make a reservation on Friday or Saturday. Good authentic Chinese food.
Delicious dim sum and dumplings. High-quality ingredients lead to a satisfying meal. The veggie dumplings, broccoli chicken, and cha siu buns were particularly good. It's not fancy inside, but you get excellent food for a reasonable price.
We had shrimp and broccoli, spicy and sour soup, and shrimp dumpling. They were all tasty. The service was very fast. Overall we recommend this place, especially ideal for quick lunch.
Great! Scallion pancake with beef was delicious. Great service and nice staff! I would probably get the soup dumplings somewhere else though. I would recommend to everyone and my mom (who has very high standards)
I found this little spot just around the corner from our hotel! It’s such a great option if you’re not up for a trek to Chinatown, especially with the thunderstorm and flash flood warning we had during our stay. The roast duck was delicious, and the green dumplings filled with spinach and mushrooms were fantastic—the spinach tasted super fresh, not frozen at all. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking it out!
If you're near the financial district and craving tasty, hassle-free soup dumplings, head to the intersection of Water St and Pearl St. I also enjoyed their beef soup and egg rolls. The exceptionally friendly and sincere service enhanced the experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
The food was so good, the price is easy to afford for the simple meal. The dumplings they are the best didn’t disappoint me at all you must try their dumplings. They have the screen to place the order. Good location to try.
We got there when they opened and sat at the their largest table (can seat up to 5-6). They bought us water, and the menus very quickly. Once we ordered it did not take long before our food arrived. Our food was so good! We loved our food and would go back again in the future. Very clean restaurant. Great portions.
My friend had dined here before and she said it was pretty good. We were walking in the neighborhood at lunchtime and thought we would stop in. Reasonable pricing. She chose pan fried pork dumplings and scallion pancake wrapped w. beef. The dumplings came out first, it was hot, good and FLAVORFUL. The beef noodle soup was the best, tasty and full of vegetables and beef. Service was courteous and efficient. I would have lunch here again. They have many tempting dishes on their menu.
My friends and I were craving some noodles on a rainy day in FiDi. Luckily we stumbled upon 3 times. 3 times is definitely quality Shanghainese. We ordered the pan fried pork buns, pork soup dumplings, spicy wontons, Shanghai fried noodles, Chinese broccoli with garlic, and hot and sour soup. The food here had so much flavor. Definitely add some of their chili oil and the vinegar for the dumplings. We did not expect any Asian food to be this good in FiDi, but we loved our experience here. You can't go wrong with any of their soups, dumplings or entrees. The dumplings and soups came out super hot. Our food came out rather quickly and the staff were great at making our dining experience amazing. The local Yelpers definitely got it right here. This place was recently rated as review of the day as well. Make sure you come here for some qualify food.
If you're hankerin' for some Chinese vittles, let me tell ya, pardner, you'd do well to mosey on over to 3 Times, the finest purveyor of Asian grub this side of the Mississippi! I reckon I done had me some of the most succulent sesame chicken I ever did sink my teeth into at this here establishment. The meat was juicy and tender, and the sauce was a flavor explosion that left me hankerin' for more. And let me tell ya, the wonton soup was a darn sight better than what my dear ol' ma used to make back on the farm. The broth was rich and savory, and the wontons themselves were plump and full of flavor. But the piece de resistance, as they say in the fancy-schmancy parts of town, was the shrimp and pork siu mai. Lordy, I ain't never tasted such a delectable dish in all my born days! The shrimp and pork were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the texture was a symphony of silkiness and chewiness. All in all, I'd say 3 Times is a darn fine establishment, and I recommend it with all the gusto my humble heart can muster. So don't be a fool, partner, and high-tail it on down there for some mighty fine eatin'!
They're a little pricey!! But, their dishes taste great!! Everything are made fresh, as you placed your order!! Their Sesame Chicken, Spicy Beef, Pork Dumplings & Hong Kong Style Fried Rice are to die for!! Well Seasoned & Very Tasty!!
Solid Chinese food and dim sum in Fidi. We ordered the spicy beef noodle soup, the pan fried buns, and the cucumbers in garlic sauce. Food came fast, service was good (they came to clean the table, served water and utensils, promptly) and the food came out hot. The beef noodle soup tasted good, not very spicy, but tasty for sure. Comes with some beef and veggies, good balance. It's not Sichuan style beef noodle soup, which is our preferred style, but it was great otherwise. The buns were the stars. 4 warm buns with plenty of meat and saucy inside, but crispy fried outside on the bottom. Pretty, too. The cucumber in garlic sauce is very garlicky and also crunchy. Good side dish. Overland happy, would like to try some other dishes.
Delicious, no-fuss soup dumplings by the financial district near Water St/Pearl St. Enjoyed their beef soup and egg rolls as well. Even more pleasant is the very friendly and honest service. Highly recommend. Will come back!

One of the best hot & sour soups I've had in recent memory - and in a giant bowl. The soup dumplings were also great. Everything came out piping hot. Place is clean and chill.

Food is great, atmosphere could be ... a little cheerier. Too much disposable stuff ... I would like to see recycling. But food! I really like it.
Taste is good but potion is pretty small.
If you’re in the area and in need of a quick Asian cuisine fix, it might be worth a try, but it might not satisfy those searching for a standout culinary experience.
3 times is a cozy little chinese restaurant. the soup dumplings were great! the house special beef noodle soup was alright. the broth was flavorful, the beef was tender, but the noodles lacked texture. the scallion pancakes were crispy, but a little oily. overall we had a good time and would come back again!
Pretty good overall. Got very nauseous the night after but don’t know if it was related. The food was really good but the service wasn’t super great. Overall worth trying but nothing super amazing.
We tried this spot when we were exploring around Financial District in the summer. I heard their dishes are more authentic and tasty, so we decided to go and try some of their dishes. The inside was rather small, but cozy and clean. Since we didn’t really know the size of each dish, we started with three orders: Fried Rice with Shredded Pork, Shrimp Wontons in Chili Oil, and Pan Fried Pork & Crab Roe Buns. Fried rice was just a-ok, but we enjoyed the wonton and buns, especially the silky wontons. The items with red pepper on the menu, indicating "spicy" were not that spicy, but had a nice kick to it. After that, we added Shanghai Fried Noodles with Shrimp, and Sautéed Eggplant with Garlic & Chili Sauce. The noodles were a-ok, nothing really special. Eggplant was a pleasant surprise. It looked beautiful, and we received mountain of them. They had great flavor, and just melt in your mouth. So good! The female staff at the ordering counter was very friendly and polite. The price range for this spot is a bit pricier, but you have to consider the location. I still think it is very affordable for Financial District location. Also, I thought it was great that they serve their food in takeout containers, so that if you don’t finish eating them, you can simply ask for some lids, and you are good to go!

TLDR: Decent Chinese food in a pinch First time I went, I got General Tso’s Chicken and Fried Rice and both were pretty mediocre. Second time I went, I got Chicken Soup Dumplings, Chicken Wontons in Chili Oil, and a Roasted Chicken Rice Bowl. The Soup Dumplings were solid, the wontons were great, and without the chili oil and sriracha, the chicken rice bowl would’ve been hard to eat.

What was great: - scallion pancake - chicken wings - shrimp wonton - attentive server - clean and cute atmosphere What was bad: - soup dumplings (thick skin, gelatinous soup that wasn’t clear and only had mild flavor) - weird reactions from server when I asked for basic thing like vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil (dim sum minimums) - plastic soup spoons instead of appropriate oriental spoons - no tea???
I was overcharged by $5 for 3 items ordered, based on prices from the menu in the restaurant. Disappointed, I would’ve ordered something else.
Great dumplings, very kind service, on the lower side, takes too long to compkete the order, not much attention to cleaning the dining room, prices above the line for the product. I believe that with a little adjustments it can go great!
I think it's the most oily asian food we have ever ate 😵💫 We tried rice with chicken (really good), sesame chicken (not really bad, but neither very good), dumplings (the taste was not that bad, but really really oily), veggie spring rolls (again drowned in oil and I didn't like the taste of it), sticky rice siu mai (didn't like), crispy duck (again oily). I really enjoy asian food, but this meal was the worst, only the rice worth it.
Had the pork and duck special with a fried egg as an add on. The pork was tasty, however, the duck came with a lot of bone and my fried egg which I paid extra for was extremely well done. Staff wasn’t very accommodating, I was told that’s how they make it. I would not get the fried egg there. It’s a waste of money. It’s more like a takeout spot with seating and they had no heat on.
We eat Chinese food all the time. First time we ordered from here one of the three dishes seemed to be doused in vinegar. We couldn’t eat it. Not learning our lesson, we went back and ordered three different dishes. Once again, one (king poa chicken) was doused in vinegar or something that tastes a lot like it . Maybe the cook has gotten mixed up on ingredients or maybe he thinks he’s a culinary genius, but there is clearly a problem here. Not going back.
Cute little restaurant but the food was subpar. The steamed soup dumplings came broken, stir fried noodles were overcooked and the wonton soup also were overcooked and the wontons were broken. The only good dish was the pepper beef, that was pretty good.
The food is good, but disappointingly everything is served in disposables so a modest meal produces a mountain of trash. (This is especially disappointing since all of their photos depict real china.) The lack of condiments is puzzling as well. Ventilation isn't great so you leave smelling greasy. I was excited to have this option but probably won't return.

Food tasted bad, the chicken with broccoli had a sickeningly sweet and artificial tasting sauce, but edible and a clean restaurant
Not recommend if you are Chinese. The wonton with chili oil is ok but the fried bun - sheng jian bao - is quite disappointing
I was dubiously hopeful when I saw that there was a counter service dim sum place right by my office. No dice. The food here is disappointing and overpriced. I ordered three different items and everything managed to be overly oily and salty (even by dim sum standards). Whether you dine in or take out, everything comes in separate disposable containers, so they create an incredible amount of single use waste. If you have a craving for dim sum, you can try your luck, but this didn't scratch the itch for me.
Got food through Uber eats and it was so disappointing. Super bland beef and broccoli and not spicy at all (as requested). The chicken wings were too fatty and also lacked seasoning. Probably won’t order from here again :/
I had been here a couple of years ago and it had been super tasty. I think the management might have changed. The menu is less interesting but longer. Food is now pretty ordinary. Not tons of flavor but at least the vegetables were crunchy. No heating and freezing cold inside restaurant. Everyone stayed with jackets all zipped up. I won’t go again.
They’ve made it impossible to eat here. Can’t speak to a person when you order in person - you order through a tablet 🙄 and can’t add any specialization (I have allergies) — even when you order online. I used to love it here but it’s become genuinely impossible to get food here that I can guarantee will be allergen free.
After a long day exploring NYC, we got back to our hotel and were hungry. There wasn't really much around us, so we got DoorDash from this spot. We ordered: - Spicy Soup Dumplings - Dan Dan Noodles with Minced Pork - Fried Rice Noodles with Beef I know takeout isn't the same, but I was pretty disappointed. The Fried Rice Noodles were the best thing. The Spicy Soup Dumplings were pretty bland somehow and the Dan Dan Noodles had literally no flavor and were really mushy. I've never had any that bad before. I'm hoping it was just an off night or that takeout somehow ruined it.

This place won’t even allow ppl to sit in if you don’t tip while there’s literally no service so called at all. 坑爹呢
The lady the take order was very rude. Service was so bad. Food was ok
Overpriced. Rude. No restroom for customers--weird. Place is empty for a reason.
Ignores customers, flies everywhere and focuses on takeaway which they make while picking their noses.
Under new ownership/management now. Food not good any more as it once was. Too bad
I ordered the shrimp dumplings for takeout and paid a little under $12 for 4 pieces of dumplings containing shrimp that still had their shells on… Each bite was so unsatisfying, especially knowing the price I paid.
Worst dim sum experience in NY. Save your money and walk north 15 mins to anywhere in China town. Our dumplings were served with bubbling hot oil in its interior which left us with burn marks on our face when they were opened. It is dangerous how they prepare and serve these with no temperature checks or guardrails in place. Horrible.
The General Tso Shrimp was good the first time I went. They make a good sauce. But the second time I went the General Tso Chicken was one of the worst I've ever had--the chicken meat was terrible. I had to throw it away before it was finished. $$ down the drain.
Today is 3/21/2024. The lady who works there literally ignored all the customers in the restaurant and only takes care of the online order. I told her all the online order came in way after me and the other customers. She didn't care. Another couple and I standed at the register and she kept on ignoring us. This is disgusting. If she hates her job, she should just quit. I like the food, but was absolutely upset being treated extremely disrespectfully.. As she didn't care at all, i will escalate it to 311. Probably the owner could pay a bit more attention to staff quality.
The pictures associated with this restaurant is fake as can be. I dined in and my food was served to me in takeout containers. My soup dumpling skins were all torn and leaking. I’m 1000% sure these soup dumpling are frozen. For the amount I paid and the quality of food I received did not math. I cannot emphasize enough on how bad this spot is and why you should skip it. There’s a food hall next door. Just go there.
Ordered a broccoli with steam white rice and wonton soup. Wonton soup tasted off, but I kept eating it. Got severe food poisoning. Seriously🤦🏽♀️
We received a plastic shard in our food, called to notify the restaurant, person who picked up the phone didn’t seem to care in the least. Offered no remediation or even an apology and hung up. Will not be going back given safety hazard
I ordered a soup bun and a geo shrimp. I found it’s 3 times while waiting and felt happy because I was satisfied last time at Clinton branch. The restaurant has a very heavy kitchen smell in the front waiting area. I found a hair in my soup bun at the bottom of the bun and it tasted not like fresh pork as they advertised, it’s not fresh pork, it’s like impossible meat and tough. Then I had the geo shrimp then I doubted the shrimp was too tender like not fully cooked. I’m disappointed. I know it’s tough time for any business but you should try your least effort for the people who pairs price. Won’t go there any more. Thank you.
I ordered a garlic chicken dish on uber, there's was no chicken. I called the store, they just kept hanging up the phone
This place very dirty! Unhealthy! They didn’t clean the tables out and just make all used containers sit on the tables for hours. Since I came for dine in till I finished my foods, they’re still here, and they just didn’t care how messy & let that restaurant with a filfhy enviroment. The asian you g guy who serve by the register was not nice and gave an attitude, he keep Busy with his phone all the times and he played games. Was a teribble experience ever!
