Me encantó el lugar, en primer lugar el sazón de la comida, bebidas y postres es exquisita, la atención y servicio de los meseros, es muy buena, siempre atentos, amables y pendientes de que la experiencia de comer sea de lo mejor. El lugar está muy bien cuidado y dentro del restaurante, hay colecciones de diversos insectos disecados, rocas, entre otras curiosidades!

Si te gusta la naturaleza será formidable que lo visites; Ubicado dentro del parque, con una excelente vista de la naturaleza, alimentos comidas mexicana de muy buen sabor, precios razonables tomando en cuenta la ubicación del mismo o altos si comparas dentro del área de referencia. Ayyy el lugar está delicioso. Al entrar te reciben con una agua de jamaica y unos pepinitos. Es decir, incluso sino consumiera al comprar los boletos, les comentan que eso es de cortesía. Y sí, es un poco caro pero lo vale. Recomiendo ampliamente los tacos de chicharrón, muy ricos y diferentes. Los mojitos de vainilla y zarzamora. El helado de vainilla es el mejor helado que he probado en mi vida. Yo pedí aleta amarilla atún como plato principal y honestamente estaba demasiado salado. Es necesario mejorar el modo de preparación para evitar servir platos de mala calidad. Al comer pueden ver los colibríes y los pájaros que pasan. La atención y amabilidad es excelente. Sigan manteniendo esa calidad y calidez que tienen. Dan muchas ganas de regresar. Felicidades

Hasta ahora en nuestro viaje en Vallarta este fue uno de los mejores desayunos, el mesero fue extremadamente amable, la comida fue deliciosa y los precios se nos hicieron bastante justos, tienen una vista muy linda, aun hay mosquitos en el area cuando estuvimos ahi (junio 2024, epoca de lluvias) la ensalada cesar con arrachera y el bowl de fruta fueron bastante buenos, el bowl de fruta contenia bastante fruta de buena calidad, el jugo de naranja estaba muy dulce y la arrachera suave y jugosa. Tenian internet gratuito;)y habia colibriz cerca de los bebederos que tienen en el area de fuera. Recomiendo ir y volveriamos a ir sin duda alguna. Al final te dan una hojita y lapicero para calificar a tu amable mesero.

Es un lugar muy bonito, rodeado de árboles,flora y fauna endémica de jalisco, la vista es muy bonita, el lugar es muy agradable y la atención por parte del personal es muy buena todos son atentos y amables, la comida es buena, el menú es extenso y variado, y la presentación, porciones y temperatura es la adecuada.

Excelente restaurante, en el Jardín Botánico. La atención del personal es excelente. La comida es buena, hacia un poco de frío por las fechas. Puedes pasar una buena mañana caminando por el jardín y regresar a comer al restauran. Buena variedad de platillos y bebidas.

Los preciosos me parecen elevados pero sin duda vale la pena, ofrecen alimentos únicos y deliciosos, el personal es muy amable. Toda una experiencia, con una vista increíble.

We had lunch on the upper floor, it was packed so we had to wait 15 minutes for a table for two. There's nowhere else to eat so that's why it gets really busy on not even a busy day. They give a few tacos and salsa to start. We just had a light shared meal of three fish tacos. They were quite small. The view is spectacular, second story on a botanical gardens with dragonflies, butterflies, birds flitting about. Prices were high of course.

This is a very nice restaurant in the garden. Hibiscus tea was great. I did feel some of the food got bland down possibly due to catering to tourists. However my kid loved the food. Prices are on the high side. There is live music and staff is top notch. Overall a good place to check out while visiting the garden.

Upon arrival we were offered complimentary Hibiscus iced tea, which was very delicious and a very nice gesture. All the staff were friendly and the manager Andres was a fine gentlemen. He gave my daughter a hummingbird feeding pod, which was super cool to see hummingbird up front sitting on our table. Overall , this is a must place to go while visiting the botanical garden.

You're going to thank me later for this one Folks! Like I've said before I don't leave a lot of reviews unless something is extraordinary one way or the other. We've been to every quote unquote nice place and Puerto Vallarta this one tops them all Chef inspired food without the chef inspired prices paired with some of the most beautiful serenic nature views I have seen in Mexico combined with unparalleled service and friendly staff. You can easily spend a couple hours wandering a free-flowing river hiking trails and or the thousands of beautiful flowers or simply come for a delicious and scenic meal... Enjoy but don't tell too many people you know about this place, I'd hate to come back and have to wait.

This restaurant has such lovely atmosphere with great servers! Sitting on the patio overlooking the gardens and river is such a beautiful view. The best part was seeing all the different beautiful birds flying around, and having atleast 4 hummingbirds coming up to the feeder was such a lovely sight. Wonderful restaurant and bar at the top of the botanical gardens. The food is delicious and drinks are out of this world. Hummingbirds and beautiful hanging plants surround your every view. Really makes spending extra time here to view all the birds and plants a real treat.

This enchanting restaurant is absolutely a must go if you come to Vallarta Botanical Garden. The overall atmosphere is beautiful and charming. Try to get a table to over looks the hills. Service is excellent. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. They also take credit cards which has the best exchange rate.

Welcomed by their complimentary hibiscus iced tea... Relaxing view... Friendly staff that feels like a friend you have never met. Regarding the food I expected it to be overpriced and touristy... However it was made with real love. I had the Botanical Garden Salad and the Chocolate and Macadamia Cake with their organic local coffee. The Salad was super fresh with ingredients from the surrounding botanical garden accompanied with the Maracuja Vinaigrette which offered sweet savory deliciousness. The cake was a perfect combination of layered cake and cream. Smooth and not too sweet. The coffee was honestly somewhat weak but I got free refills which balanced it out.

Super hard to beat the serenity and calmness of this place! Food is good, but what is super awesome is the vibe, the service, people and the music! None of that up beat high bass city music! Live violin and piano… relaxing songs.. birds singing, if you seat on the balcony you can also enjoy a little breeze and the fade sound of water in the background! Can not possibly explain how relaxing this place was in words! There is a 300mxn entry fee for the gardens( totally worth it). The food was very fairly priced, nicely presented, good mix of drinks as well! Staff were super nice and helpful too! Beautiful restaurant at the top of a mountain in the middle of a botanical garden. The views are insanely gorgeous. There were so many hummingbirds feeding on sugar water. Super cute! The service was excellent. They were very attentive and kind with a sense of humor. They started us off with tajin cucumber and these grape like fruit that tasted more like a plum than anything. We had a Caesar salad. It was tasty but the anchovy in it caught me off guard. I removed it because it was too salty for me. Other than that, it was good. The tempura shrimp tacos were delicious. They came in different color/flavored Tortillas. They brought us a a mild n spicy salsa and also an oil based super spicy salsa. I had never had something like it. I loved it. The cielo rojo or as I like to call it, michelada was so good and refreshing. Perfect for the extremely hot day. Overall I had a lovely experience at La Hacienda de Oro. 👍🏼

My partner and I decided to stop in for a quick bite after touring the garden and were delighted to find that the food and restaurant were as beautiful as we had heard. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds feed on the balcony, while a gentle breeze made the experience even more pleasant. To our surprise, we were offered complementary hibiscus tea and enjoyed the live violinist playing in the background. Our server Noel was exceptional, making sure my meal was catered towards my dietary restrictions (Celiac, nut allergy) without compromising the taste. I ordered the grilled Marlin tacos, while my partner enjoyed a burrito. We passed on the guac and chips for started since they didn't have a dedicated fryer. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food.

This place was beyond our expectations. After going through so many beautiful trails of the botanical garden, we were ready to take a break and have a snack. We came up upstairs of the main building and were offered to sit at a table with an awesome view of the mountains. The service was better and more fun than in many upscale restaurants of New York, London, Paris and Moscow. The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this place if you visit the botanical garden.

Muy bonito restaurante en medio del jardín botánico para descansar un poco y comer para seguir disfrutando del jardín botánico, la pizza al horno y el guacamole exquisitos

Los platillos tienen buen sabor. Los meseros son atentos. El día que fuimos mi esposa y yo, no había muchos clientes, sin embargo, se tardan bastante en entregar platillos y bebidas. Recomiendo no llevar prisa.

La comida deliciosa, son platillos mexicanos con un estilo un poco mas elevado, todo lo que probamos fue de nuestro agrado.El lugar es hermoso, tengan cuidado con la mesas a las orillas por la cantidad de avispas que puede llegar a haber. El servicio sufre un poco ,éramos pocos y lo meseros platicando entre ellos y a pesar d llamares no se acercaron.

La atención por parte del personal fue excelente. Tuvimos la suerte de ir cuándo tenían música en vivo la cuál estaba increíble. La comida estuvo bastante bien pero no creo que valga lo que cuesta. Siento que en el restaurante se aprovechan de que en las cercanías del jardín no hay buenas opciones para comer y por eso cobran excesivamente.

Lugar muy agradable, la comida está buena, el agua de jamaica deliciosa y el sonido del río y los pájaros son una bella música de fondo para tu comida.

The Vallarta Botanical Garden is a beautiful place to visit. Another good thing about it is that it has a pretty good restaurant serving traditional Mexican food. Excellent shrimp and avocado salad, very good pork belly tacos. Nice guacamole and mediocre tortilla soup. A very busy place. Overall, worth a visit when you want good quality tasty Mexican food.
