Incredible service, excellent food, amazing attention. Today was my son's birthday and the young man who served us made a kind gesture by giving him a dessert with a candle and playing "Las Mañanitas" (a traditional Mexican birthday song). Everything was delicious.

Excellent restaurant! The food and portions are perfect, and the variety and flavor are unique. What I loved was the ramen soup because it's a handmade dish. And the dessert!!!! Mmmm

I love Mr. Kao, they make the best rolls in Veracruz. I always come here for sushi, but today I was lucky enough to try the Itacate (which they told us would be every Wednesday) and 🤤🤤🤤 what a delight! The Hoka Hoka soup is spectacular, they have plantain kushiages, chicken yakimeshi, teppanyaki... and we have to save room for dessert, we got vanilla tempura ice cream covered in chocolate🤤. And as always, the service was nice and friendly; I always leave talking about the wonderful experience, in every way, that eating or dining here gives me. Obviously I highly recommend it 🤤👌🏼💖

It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The best part was choosing the grill option, and everything was prepared fresh. The only negative things I could say about the restaurant are that it only has two parking spaces (which isn't a problem because you can park nearby), it took a little while to get the ingredients to the grill (but the experience was worth the wait), and the price is a bit high (again, the experience was well worth it). Plus, I was celebrating a very special day, and they gave me a Tempura ice cream as a gift. I highly recommend it.

Mr Kao is the best restaurant in Veracruz! They recently hired a new chef from Houston Texas and I must say his short ribs were nothing short of fantastic!

Big changes! I've had the chance to visit this place before and thought it was good, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. The new dishes and the service are incredible. My recommendation? The ceviche and the new sushi rolls. Fantastic ✨

Lovely place with both regular menu and a hibachi option. Service is great, and location is pretty good. Theres a valet parking, and a kids playground. On weekdays they offer a all you can eat buffet for lunch. Worth checking it out, since there aren't that many Asian food restaurants in Veracruz.

I really enjoyed the experience at the Teppanyaki table, I will return again! I loved the quality and flavor of the food. I think the servers just need more training. The girl who served us didn't tell the grill cook the order of the dishes, so some of my companions hadn't even eaten yet when others were already on their second course.

I'd seen the restaurant for years, and it seemed like a high-end place. A disappointment, the food was very bad; average, like fast food at a bus station. We ate it more out of hunger than desire. *The photo is to show that the food was ordered at this place, not so much the ugly consistency of the sushi.

I went with my sister and my niece and we did not like it at all. First we wanted to make a reservation and they did not allow us to reserve a table so we had to wait until it was free, then since we ordered they kept making mistakes with the dishes and we had to insist on the attention at our table, to top off this horrible experience the waiter stood in front of me 😕 demanding his tip when the tip is not required and much less if the attention was not good.
