My favorite bagel place. First because of the freshness of the food. Second, because it is innovative and includes items that are seasonal like lemonade with blackberry infusion. And last, because they provide a clean space for eating and exude wonderful customer service.

It was a great meal and way to start off my day. The lady was very nice and everything went great.

Like I said in my other review, every Noah is different… this one is top notch!!! 😁 Very friendly staff, make you feel welcome there, quick and organized. For the food, I always order Lox sandwich, they made one of the bests I ever had, added a pickle (which in other Noah’s I have to pay extra), and cookie ( others will not tell you that you paid for it) and omg… they did cut it in half, like it should be. Having number of bad experiences with declining quality of Noah’s brand, it was a such refreshing experience to visit one that still provides a superb quality and service. Thank you team Noah’s Livermore. I definitely recommend them to everyone 🏆🥇

Even though this is technically a chain, it didn't feel that way inside. Very friendly staff and they would greet regulars by their names and ask about their families. Delicious bagels, I had a working lunch and it was adequate space for my and my laptop. Checked in on once to see how everything was. Very very good!

Ok, so on our way home from SFO Airport, we looked for breakfast places and then searched best bagel shops near our location. This spot came up and we looked at pics online and it looked nice so we stopped. I'm soooo glad we did because it is now our must stop place to get bagels. The cleanliness, environment, customer service, greeting, and food was all top tier. We bought 2 breakfast sandwiches called the double stack, along with 2 chocolate chip cookies and a blueberry muffin. I also asked for a side of their jalapeño cream cheese spread and they gave me two. The employees were delightful to talk to. They opened at 6am on Sunday, it was even mother's day and so many men were ordering boxes filled with bagels for their important women in their lives. I over heard the orders. So obviously they're known for their bagels. Oh, also the bagel was super soft and not hard like some I've tried before. The sandwich I ordered had hashbrowns on top of it with two eggs, cheese and bacon inside. Absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back and have already sent 4 people there through my Instagram post.

We came in 20 minutes before they closed. They were mostly empty as it was 1:40PM but were super patient as it was my first time and didn't make us feel like they were in a hurry to kick us out. I decided to try the Texas Brisket Signature Egg Sandwich which was AMAZING! We dined in and a couple minutes before they closed instead of telling us they were closing and needed to leave they brought us delicious strawberry and cream strudels since they were closing and would have had to toss them or take them home. Really great service and amazing food.

Great place, I’ve been coming here for years. I love the customer service. I always ask for salsa. Today I forgot. And they added it to my order. That was so good! Thanks Noah’s team.

This is by far our favorite on the go breakfast spot in Livermore. Nadine has helped me over the years and her kindness makes it a pleasant experience every time we come. Love the coffee, love the bagels and love Nadine!

Had a cheese bagel with garden veggie schmear. It was great, but overpriced at $10.

I love the bagels here. Everyone is so nice. Today I had a bad experience because the older cashier that worked there had charged me full price even though I asked to use a gift card. She scanned it and I saw it still was full price. I brought it up to her and she rudely said she used it then charged me full price and walked away while I payed and didn’t come back. As I was leaving I heard other people having a similar experience. Never write reviews but man was she rude. Good bagel.

Haven't been in awhile, stop by to grab a few to go, was very surprised to find their cheese bagels also had poppy seeds-that is a really weird combination! Never again, unfortunately, not to my taste buds, although I am sure someone likes them like that...

Great bagels. Good service;friendly and fast. Location is very small so it fills up fast. Line seems to go out the door every time I visit this location. The grab and go boxes are perfect for corporate meetings and come with two cream cheese choices. Prices are reasonable and I don't hear complaints when I get bangles and spread from here.

Noah's is one of the few good bagel places in town. I'm such a fan of their lox sandwiches and the coffee is decent considering there are free refills. I only wish the restaurant was a bit bigger. We took the kids one morning and ended up having a long and very pleasant conversation with a group of regulars, chatting about world events and politics. Noah's bagels bring the people together!

I’ve gone to this location on two different occasions. The first experience was great. Had a really nice lady. The second experience was just so so it was early in the morning. It seemed like it took forever to get my one bagel.

Noah's has decent bagels. Service is questionable. I walked in on a Sunday around lunch. No other customers in the store, literally six people behind the counter. Nobody said anything to me for at least 30 seconds, despite me walking straight to the counter and making eye contact - they were for the most part too busy chatting with one another. One person decided to finally take my order (a half dozen to go - nothing complex). That went awkwardly at best, and then I got scowls for not tipping. I've never experienced anything close to this, e.g., at the Pleasanton store.

We regularly go to Noah on weekends, we stopped at Noah Livermore today at noon and really hated the way we were treated. This old lady at the counter was almost rude, the other young man was quite nice, apologised even for getting our order wrong twice, but the lady kept giving harsh looks. However she was nice and smiling at other white lady customer who came after us.

2 for 2... order was wrong. This is the 3rd visit too. This location has consistent accuracy issues for the level of staffing. It is unfortunate since they are only 2 minutes from our home and the kids enjoy it on the weekends. The Noah's on Santa Rita and Valley is amazing with excellent service, Maybe they can share their success or SOPs.

Ordered an iced coffee drink to go that was made w mostly milk that I paid over $5 for. It tasted awful. Spoke to the person that made it and he said he knows and was sorry. If you knew you made it incorrectly, why would you give this to a paying customer?! The manager over the phone said I had to physically come in for them to remake and refund me. I live nowhere near this location and just happened to stop by on the way to an appt and could not go back to be refunded. The manager refused to do it any other way which makes no sense. The bagels and cream cheeses are made with modified ingredients and not healthy. Won’t be returning to this location or to any of their stores ever again!

Would put less than 1 if I could. I went in to pick up my online order and had a terrible encounter with the condescending man behind the counter. I am a very friendly and bubbly person, so when I said “good morning I have an order for xyz” and his response was just staring at me…to which I asked if the box on the counter was mine, his response was “idk maybe”…and then asked me “what the magic word is” before handing me my bagel order…Very strange attitude for no reason. Will be happy to support the Pleasanton location going forward.

Always enjoyed sandwiches and baked goods. I ordered and was not asked for phone number and rewards available as previous visits. The deli sandwich was terrible and also no more choice of sides fruit. Potato salad or variety of chips. Just some awful generic chips and was not told when placing order. I would still come for delicious bagels. Pastries are stale sometimes.

We will never go there again! I'm a caregiver, I'm very appalled by the service here! Wrong order. Wrong service. "This is the way I am" comments!!! I came on 4/21 around 11:10am, the store was obviously understaffed with only 2 employees working; (I understand that call outs and those sick need to stay home during this time so no fault to the employees, maybe the manager needs to step up?). The energy in the store was filled with stress spewing off the employees, they were scrambling around which gave me the indication that most likely there were going to be issues with my order; (they do not have to carefully read orders and prepare typically while understaffed.) My order could not be located for a few minutes then they realized it was right in front of them, I noticed my drink was missing, the younger employee quickly made my coffee and didn't add creamer or vanilla but I let it slide because she was stressed and I have creamer at home. Upon arriving to my car I check my bag and notice I was not given chips or an entire sandwich so I head back in. I stood around for 5 minutes waiting for one of them to stop scrambling to notice me; when I told her a sandwich was missing she just said... "a sandwich is missing?" and SNATCHED my bag with the power of Thanos, and because I get it, she's stressed, I let it slide. She's pulling items out of my bag (on the counter, which this bag has now gone outside a "sterile" environment and into the seat of my car) with gloves that she's been using on the register, wiping her sweat off her forehead, touching food and ovens with, so if you want a clean place during this pandemic, AVOID HERE. She identifies which sandwich is missing and calls out for her coworker to make, and when she asks "what bread?" the older women yells out, "I don't know! Don't care!". At this point I'm over feeling sympathetic for her and just annoyed. I also noticed that the bagels I asked for on my sandwich were in the stock but they used all plain probably in order to rush through orders. ( I wish I would have gotten a pic but people were there and you know, social distancing).
