I dont come to this location much, I just happened to have to go to the DPS next door but I just wanted to say that Joy here is the greatest and an ace when it comes to hospitality. I came in and had such a great experience thanks to her.

Literally have never had a better experience at a CFA and that's like high standards already. The people at the drive thru made eye contact were genuinely so nice and welcoming. I did mobile ahead and I'm use to people being polite but this was exceptional. The food though!!! That was a whole other level of wow! I thought I had experienced chick n minis before... todays minis ruined all future minis for me they were pure perfection! The bread was the exact perfect texture the chicken crisp and hot and perfect! Just wow! Don't think I'll ever be able to top this experience! Thank you CFA!
i brought my class of 12 adults with special needs here for community based instruction last week. i have a high support need class that has participants who are primarily nonverbal. the employees here did AMAZING handling all of my guys' needs. they never once asked me questions instead of my participants. they directed all their questions to my guys directly and called each one of them "sir" and "maam". my class is a hard one to adapt to out in the community, but all of the individuals who worked with my participants did wonderfully. thank you for providing us a wonderful and inclusive experience!!
This is one of the fanciest locations I've seen in Texas and the Southeast. There are two distinct outdoor seating areas, a large dining room, a host stand, and separate counters/queues for dine-in and takeout. I've been here twice. My friends and I were wowed by the amenities and design decisions. The food and drinks were to Chick-fil-A standards too. I'd consider this location a tourist attraction given its proximity to the Six Flags parks and major sports venues.
Everything is always on point and to perfection at this Chick-Fil-A. Carmenza the owner gives out free food items (reward) from time to time on the ChickFilA App so thats a bonus!
I went in yesterday and there was a bunch of people like a big of kids I assume for a school so it was really hectic but my server Judy still very helpful with everything I requested and made sure everyone was taken care of. I appreciated the service and will be coming to this location more often hopefully on days that aren’t so packed
My visit was in 2023! I went to Texas to fast, visit my friend, and go to the Potter’s House! After my fast, I got some CF. It was in walking distance from my hotel! A+ like all of the CFs in Ga! They have a consistent paradigm and I love it! I’m taking lessons from the way CFs run as businesses. I had such a beautiful time in Texas.
I frequent dining establishments often from fast food places to Michelins Star restaurants. I’ve always enjoy Chick-fil-A food. The service at this particular place is impeccable! The staff was friendly and eager to help. Their joyful and friendly attitude have made my day. 10/10 recommend.
Chick-fil-A should be in charge of the airline industry. The organization and speed of which they deliver food is one of a kind. Just think about it! I would travel using Chick-fly-Air any day! If they could get you from Dallas to Dulles in an airplane, they way they get people through the drive through…!! Transformative!! Delicious nuggets instead of peanuts? Yes, please! All the while it would be their pleasure. No Chick-fly-Air… the pleasure would be mine! Consistent quality, great food, as always.
I'm only giving four stars because my amazing order taker Sydney she was fantastic. Otherwise, I would give zero stars because the man behind the counter was so rude to her and all the other employees behind the counter. Some white man in a red jacket with red hair, completely Being so rude to all the employees the way he was talking to them. I asked for an extra bowl so I can mix my macaroni with my nuggets, and Sydney had never had that question before so she was a little confused completely not her fault I totally understand. The way he spoke to her was completely uncalled for I've never seen a Chick-fil-A Employee act like. I'm a manager at my job and I would never talk to somebody under me the way he was talking to her or be rude to anybody under me definitely not The type of person personality you expect coming from a Chick-fil-A worker. Please don't be rude to Sydney. She was amazing. Gabby was also amazing as she brought out my order. He was being rude to both of them and all employees behind the counter. Four stars for Sydney and Gabby ONLY!!!!!!!!!!
Arrived at this location around 9:15pm via bike. The door says the restaurant didn’t close until 10pm however all the doors to the inside were locked already and all the young kids redirected me to go thru the drive thru. Mind you I’m on a bike. If the inside is closed at a certain time you all need to advertise that. Food was good, service was annoying, all kids no adults..
This store in the past 3-4 months has gone downhill dramatically with quality control and your previous star fast service. I have waited for food multiple times now for more that 15-20 minutes and had orders incorrect several times. Disappointed in this new way of things. You used to be Super service and well known for such. I’m sad that it’s not that way anymore.
Update: 12/18 We get our food, and our drinks never arrive. We had to ask for drinks 10 minutes after eating. Pure chaos in here. They have a hostess stand. Wait to be seated, and both girls just stare and ignore you. I just sat myself. The parking lot is a disaster at all Update: 5/13 Is the "please wait to be seated a new thing"? Then after you are seated, you order from the table. Not a bad thing, just odd at first. 6/7 the saddest, thin chicken sandwich ever. It's tiny. 👀😆 The parking lot is horrible! I rather park 2 lots over and walk in. My sweet had no ice. If serving tea, please add more ice than normal, since hot tea will melt it. Overall great store. Employees nice and helpful.
This review is based on recent experience and since they don’t answer phone calls, well I will just write a review. My order was given to me just fine, except that there was no ice in my drink. Why is it that they always serve you none to very little ice, come on it’s hot out here. I got my drink, or so I thought. They gave me someone else drink. They didn’t even bother checking the drink. I know these guys are busy, and for the most part are efficient. But, I have to let them know.
I left extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating—especially because I was lied to directly, as if I wouldn’t notice. To begin with, the cashier gave me the wrong change. My order total was $23.96, and I paid with $40. She only returned $3, when I was clearly owed more. I was momentarily distracted with my kids and didn’t catch the error until I was already waiting at the front for my food. While waiting, we were completely ignored for a long time. Several cars that arrived after us were served and left before we even got our food. When I finally got someone’s attention and explained the issue with the change and the delay, I was told they had to retrieve the money bag from the cashier and count it to verify before they could give me what I was owed—and only if I really needed the change. After waiting even longer, I received cold food, which only made the situation worse. I went inside to speak with the manager. She showed me the receipt—which I was never given when I paid—and even that didn’t add up correctly. They should have caught the mistake themselves immediately. When I mentioned the long wait for food, the manager claimed there were “kitchen issues.” That turned out to be untrue. The real reason we were ignored was because they had incorrect vehicle information attached to our order. In the end, I didn’t even eat the food because it was cold even before I got home. The manager offered only two coupons instead of issuing a proper refund, which was not acceptable given the poor service and multiple mistakes.
Bad customer service on Friday 02/27. Sarcastic and or nonchalant remarks are very unprofessional. I understand businesses can get busy, but trying to be funny on how long I had to wait on a DD order was not pleasant full. I have ate at this location before but never received services like today. Food 9/10 always a hit! Service 4/10 & atmosphere 1/10 WATCH HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE.
This location has significantly declined over the years. Nearly every order I place has missing items—even with delivery orders through Chick-fil-A directly. When I use mobile pickup, I still wait 20–30 minutes, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The fruit is frequently bruised and tastes poor, and the bread is often stale. What’s most frustrating is that when I report missing items, staff respond defensively and imply that I already received the item or that I’m being dishonest. When I say I didn’t receive it, I mean exactly that. These interactions often turn into unnecessary arguments instead of quick resolutions. Overall, the quality of service, food consistency, and customer experience at this location have gone downhill.
Horrible experience. Very rude staff that refused to help. Also, the drive through signs are not updated. Their sign says both lanes are for drive through, but the staff was saying that only one of those lanes are for drive through now.
The worst experience. Took over 20 minutes to get my order and on top of that staff was rude and careless as well as the manger when I tried to explain to her about it. Completely dismissed my concerns what was supposed to be a curbside order turned into a 20 minute carry out. Won’t be visiting this location, it does not uphold the Chick-fil-A mannerism as the others.
Was here for passion conference. Waited over an hour for my order when we got in before a rush of people. Managers and staff refused to check for my order or help resolve the issue. Managers were extremely rude when confronted. When I finally got my order after over an hour the order was wrong and when brought back up to be corrected it was made wrong again. So I just gave up and accepted defeat.
This is the very worst location for drive thru. They have two lanes for mobile orders while only having one lane for drive thur orders, that feeds into drive thur which is not first come service.Not only is this location a very failed redesign, but it's a very unsafe drive-thru for employees.They are just as confused as the customers waiting in drive thur!! To deliver waiting guest!!!I don't know how the employees can serve people in line versus how people pull up to receive orders. It's an absolute mess, and I now understand why 98.9% of employees are underage wage staff who seem lost. Hell I'm lost trying to go through drive-thru!!
Never ever have I been so disappointed. We made a mistake and went through the mobile line find you it is 730. There was no one behind us. I did not realize that that’s the line that we were in the young lady outside was laying her head down on her phone and I said to her excuse me, I think I’m in the wrong line. Do I just have to check in or how how do I have to go about it? She then stated oh you’re in the mobile line you have to check in and order and pay for it through the app. I’ve been stating oh I’m in the wrong line. She proceeds to tell me I came back up and come in to her line so we proceeded to do that and then a car was coming so then I said because the car is coming is it possible you can just take my order please she said well you’re gonna have to drive all the way up through the line and come back all the way around so we get to the front I asked to speak with a supervisor her name was Chelsea. I believe I explained the situation to her and she says well this is our company policy and if we do it for one, we have to do it for another. I’ve then proceeded to say to her. I’m just so disappointed because I came all the way on this side of town to place a big order and she said so you would have to actually just go back through the line granted the understand that there are policies and procedures it was a pure accident. I have never been met with this type of customer service, especially at a Chick-fil-A with the amount of money I spend with Chick-fil-A with delivery and going to the location. It was really an honest mistake that could have been quickly fixed I could see I was making a big deal, and there was a lot of cars behind us. I would understand just a big disappointment. Another manager in proceeding to see what the holdup was I was waiting for a car to move so we can get out. I asked him what was the operators name of this location he gave me the operator’s name and turned around to finish talking to One of his coworkers Not even trying to find out what the issue was or why I asked who is the operator of this location? I came to this Chick-fil-A and I was going to place a order for 10 people . I would never come back to this Chick-fil-A. All it takes is a simple amount of kindness can go a long way
me and my family have loved this location for over 15 years. However ever since the new reopening all of th workers are incompetent. they cant do there job, i ordered a salad no tomato and all it come with was chicken and lettuce. once it took it back to get fixed the employee i handed it too had to call over a another employee who then had to lead the first one to another employee because “Go over there i dont know what to do” I am VERY disappointed.
TERRIBLE AT DELIVERY!!! Every time I order, they always either mess something up, or forget something. And it isn't the druvers fault because they aren't allowed to look in the bag. Tired of this. And if you buy in store they charge for extra chic fil a sauces because of them being next to the stadiums.
I’m honestly disappointed in the customer service I received here on October 21, 2025, around 8:10 PM. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich and waffle fries with no salt. The team member taking my order told me they “don’t make fries without salt.” I explained that I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations including this same one before that gladly make a fresh batch upon request. She then told me I could speak to a manager, so I did. A manager named Jocelyn came to the window and repeated that they don’t do fries without salt, saying it was an “owner-operator decision.” When I mentioned that I’d previously gotten no-salt fries at this exact location, she said, “We don’t do that anymore,” in a dismissive tone. I drove to another Chick-fil-A nearby (CentrePort FSR #03834) and ordered the exact same meal. They had no problem making fries without salt and served me in under two minutes — proving it can be done and that the issue was not about policy, but about customer care. It’s unfortunate that two stores with the same name can have such completely different levels of service. I hope this location remembers what Chick-fil-A is known for kindness, courtesy, and going the extra mile for guests.
I placed a mobile order bc I expected it to be faster than ordering from the main drive thru. By the time I got to the front about 10 other cars from the drive thru including the 2 vehicles behind me got their orders before me. Finally an associate asks me the name for the order as if I hadn’t already been sitting here for about 5 minutes. When she came back, she said the order wasn’t ready and to park in one of the parking spots ahead so cars behind could go. About 5 more minutes pass and food comes out. Unapologetically the food is handed over and am told to have a good evening. The food was cold and clearly had been ready for some time but was missed. Very disappointing.
My name is Kadedra today is 06/11/2025 I had a fly in my salad and instead of the restaurant giving me a full refund they gave me a partial refund and I brung the entire order to the restaurant. Now I don’t know if they feel that they should not have to because we ate some of the food. If I was to know there would be a bug in my food I would never ever even ate at this location. The managers are very unprofessional. I’m calling the health department /and food safety because this was dead wrong !!
