I had trouble with the app as it didn't have an ASAP option for cash but the cashier, I believe a manager was extremely helpful. 1st he told me the 2 bacon jr cheese burger deluxe would be cheaper to order as jr bacon cheese burgers and add all the stuff from the deluxe. Then showed me how to use my coupon from the app in store. Even let me take a few of the black paper straws for my cat (idk why but he loves them. No other straws paper or not, just the Wendy's black paper ones. Plays with them for hours) even though I didn't get any drinks. Fantastic fastfood experience. No notes!

Not a big Wendy's fan but if you're gonna goto Wendy's this is definitely one of the nicer ones. I really like the outdoors seating.
My meal was fresh and my fries rivaled McDonald's..... The truth. The fries were long and tasty. I got a chicken 🌯, delicious. I had 2 bites then I saved it for breakfast since I went after 10 pm. The pineapple lemonade refreshing. Staff was very friendly.
Since this location was built, it's been the best Wendy's around. Always good food, friendly staff and quality service. Manuel and Leticia have helped me many times and are the smiling faces me and my family come to see when we're hungry. Happy to say this is our favorite Wendy's.
The atmosphere is not very conducive to new customers. Hard to see where to order. If I need to place the order with the employee instead of a kiosk, there are no menus to look up at. The employee was not well versed on the kiosk to help with my order. The large order was prepared fast but they packed a double bacon burger instead of a classic chicken. The food and dining room was good. Strange to have the "bathroom" sink in the hallway.
I eat at this place at least once a week. The food is pretty solid but inconsistent similar to most fast food locations. The staff is great, and responsive when mistakes are made. The ordering machines aren’t great. There is no NFC pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc) and you can’t use your Wendy’s rewards which seems senseless. Great place regardless.
Wendys, Long Island edition. This place is pretty new, or newly renovated. Despite that, I did not make a very clean impression on me. every single glass or plexi surface was either smudged or very streaky, like cleaned with a dirty cloth. The bathrooms were not amazing either. The food was standard.
I ordered the food on the Wendy’s app then went through the drive through to pick it up. I went on a Wednesday at around 4 pm. It took about fifteen to twenty minutes to get the food. It was an order for my family and they got all the orders correctly which was nice. The food was the normal Wendy’s burgers, fried and nuggets. The cashier was nice. I was able to get iced coffee instead of soda which was great.
This is a pretty mid wendies. Workers are jerks for no reason and they will forget your food half the time. Lines are reasonably-excessively long so it’s not even worth asking them to fix your order. And god forbid you enter this wendies between 1-3pm as you will not only be swarmed by corny high schoolers but will be forced to wait in a 20 minute line.
This Wendy's is just like any other Wendy's on long island. The atmosphere is good. The restaurant is clean. But they have long waits 75% of the time. Just last night I went inside for carry out and it took over 20 mins for 2 kids meals and a biggie bag smh. And as for the service.. if I could rate literally using the star ratings as above and beyond for specific people like uber, I definitely would! There's a manager named Catherine that works there and she is amazing she went out of her way to help me out twice already .. so thank you Catherine for just brightening my late night last minute meals lol! She deserves a raise. Like for real, for real lol!! 🥰☺️☺️
I ate in at this location and for some reason the workers still elected to smash my burger completely flat before giving it to me. Multiple workers stand around and talk while a manager sits in the lobby to do work for some reason. The lobby has dirty tables and the drink machine looks like it hasn't been touched since open in the morning. It is unfortunate how far Wendy's has fallen. Oh and the fries were lukewarm upon recieving my food. Lovely.
Manager will cut you off while your speaking to get you in and out faster and the line moving. Instead of saying have a great day she also yelled in my face next in line. Trying to upsell you every dollar they can and at times you have multiple associates trying to talk to you all at the same time to upsell. I also asked for napkins and was told napkins are out in all the bags… no napkins.
Rushing you through the order only to get wrong items and everything is super cold stale fries ! When other Wendy’s locations food is piping hot . Check your order before you leave also they don’t add the sauces you asked for or napkins
I have to say this is the only wendys I have went to that was horrifying service First all my cc wouldn't swipe and Noone was around to help just talking with one another. Then I ordered a taco salad and asked for an additional cup of cheese that I would pay for. The manager told me that he couldn't give it to me because then his inventory would be off and yada yada! Are you kidding me ? Lol what ?! Wendys is awesome but this location is a no go .
Visit made on Tuesday, March 25th at about 5:07pm. My pregnant wife and I decided to go to Wendy’s for a post-work treat since we had heard about the thin mint frosty and the amount of rudeness and disrespect the drive thru guy displayed when my wife and I was INSANE. We were taking a bit of time to look at the menu and he seemed extremely impatient for no reason (there were no cars behind us when we pulled up) and was condescending as hell when I asked about the thin mint frosty. One of the girls in there shot us a really dirty look when we were waiting at the window for our food. Not to mention our burgers looked so sloppily put together and they placed the fries in our bag upside down. It’s like they decided to be petty about everything for no reason. I don’t understand why they decided to take their crappy day out on us but we will not be returning to this Wendy’s ever again.
Just got the panko fish sandwich. Worst piece of garbage I've ever eaten . Over fried to the point I almost broke a tooth. Fresh fish should smell this bad. Threw more than half away. Garbage!!!
Ordered the fish sandwich and it was inedible. It must have been reheated so many times that it was dried out, took one bite and it went straight into the trash. I didn’t ask for my receipt so there is no way to notify corporate through their current system. This was the worst food I have been served.
This was the worst Wendy’s I ever been to Pulled up to the drive through and waited 10 minutes not even a response from the speaker hoping they would say, I quote sorry for the wait or I will be right with you When I pulled up to the drive through window and I asked why I waited so long to be served I received Not a sorry or even an excuse from the staff saying they were shorted staffed. No what I did receive was an attitude from one of the sales associate saying that if I don’t leave he going to call the cops on me. The sales associate eyes were so wide like he even wanted to fight me for asking these kind of questions I believe the Wendy’s in Bohemia really needs To retrain there Sales associate and teach them what the true meaning of customer service is.
This is well and truly the WORST Wendy's you could possibly choose to visit. They CONSISTENTLY forget items in orders, and frequently don't have orders ready in time, even when ordering through the app 30+ minutes in advance. On top of all this, many of the workers handling food are not wearing gloves - it's absolutely disgusting. The entire place and experience is a marvel of both inefficiency and repulsion - to create such a horror requires a level of stupidity that is hard to comprehend even exists. If the goal was to give the customer the absolute worst fast food experience possible, you have SUCCEEDED, Wendy's Bohemia! Seriously, there are a million better options around - a brand new Burger King 2 miles away on the north side of Sunrise, McDonald's on the south side of Sunrise just a little further - go literally ANYWHERE other than this Wendy's. This Wendy's sucks. Suuuuuuuuucks. It's the worst, I am telling you undeniable truth. Don't give them a cent.
Always horrible service! Never polite. Always rushed in the drive through! And they never get the order right!!!! It's not like I ask for anything crazy! I always ask for a hamburger and I emphasize no cheese because my kid can't have it and they still put it on. Even just today I ordered 3 meals and one of the 3 is missing it's sandwich!!! Only reason I go here is because it's literally down my block! How about you pride yourself in quality and not quantity! Sick of being rushed to just get an incomplete meal!
This the best place for ruin your morning & breakfast. I normally use drive through for my order, every time employees mashup my simple order specifically on Sunday morning. I ordered egg and cheese muffin which comes with seasoning butter, and guess what there’s no butter and plain muffin with egg not even warm enough. Today I went inside the restaurant to place order and see how they make it instead of drive through. The employee started making my order since I ordered on kiosk. I placed egg and cheese muffin and large seasoned potato chips. On of the employee had gloves on and touching every where and than started making muffin since he forgot to read whole order, while I was talking to other employee. Employee forgot to put butter and I ask other employee that muffin comes with butter right ? That’s what says in menu. Guess what, instead of butter that employee put sweet jelly spread. What a joke. Rather than focusing on customer order they’re focused on talking with each other. I suggest don’t waste your time and money here and go to other Wendy’s location. I guess manager or the owner needs to hire qualified employees.
