Excellent aperitif, beautiful location. Friendly staff and clean environment. A little further away from the other beach bars, making it much quieter, which I think is a real plus. Highly recommended. The terrace is truly exceptional ❤️

A very nice beach bar/café/restaurant. It's open all day and evening and offers snacks, delicious cakes, all kinds of hot and cold drinks, as well as lunch and dinner. Whether you're just stopping by for a quick coffee in the shade or for a meal, both the owner and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive; you feel very welcome and well taken care of. The service is fast, the food and drinks are tasty, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. Add to that the sea and the view of the sunset behind the mountains – everything you could want.

Best food 🥘 best drinks, well done in necrologi art and the Best view by far in the whole Bordighera. Situated as front sea, literally 10 meters away, with a pink moon going slowly down upon Monaco and Cap d’Antibes... 😍 We spent there four days, from breakfast with home made cakes and specialities of the place to lunch with cold dishes and of course dinner and an esagerare and pretty elaborated happy hour too!! We didn’t even ask for it and we had one exquisite tapas some few more finger food, local wine 🍷 vermentino is pretty nice too Polpo croccante, Crunchy Octopus 🐙 is Totally a Must Have!!! Sea food salads looked extreme too, another must have is Brandacujun (or how da hell is written meh., I personally can’t spell it haha 😂 but with the waitress we had quite lot of fun about it ) The owner is one of the funniest person I’ve ever met and.. well.. I’m Now Glad I can Totally call this place HOME 💘 We’ll be back! Wait for us 💋

Location bella, come la spiaggia di fianco peraltro. Tempi di attesa di oltre due ore e mezza per un fritto di mare, inaccettabile. Sì scusano moltissimo per la lunga attesa, da capire se è la serata sfortunata oppure la prassi, scontano pesantemente sul conto totale questo fa sperare sia di solito meglio di com'è andata con noi, da rivedere.

Il locale è splendido e il cibo ottimo. Il servizio... Se mi servivo da sola facevo prima

mojito ottimo, anche se la cameriera liscia al momento della mia richiesta del menu avrebbe dovuto darmelo, forse no avrei preso un mojito da 10 euro, per il resto ottimo locale per apprezzare una bevuta con vista sulla spiaggia

Sono stata ai 40 nodi per un compleanno, il servizio è stato pessimo molto lento. Abbiamo mangiato degli spaghetti alle vongole che di vongole non ce n’erano perché erano tutte chiuse, in definitiva era una pasta col prezzemolo letteralmente. Di secondo la frittura, andandoci a lamentare la cameriera se n’è andata a metà servizio e ci siamo serviti noi la frittura se avessimo aspettato lei avremmo mangiato dopo 30 min. Una ragazza allergica alle vongole ha richiesto della pasta al pesto che le è stata servita ricoperta di formaggio (che è una cosa facoltativa) non piacendole il formaggio, abbiamo chiesto al locale di rifarla e ci è stato risposto in modo arrogante e scortese. Bellissimo posto sulla terrazza ma servizio veramente pessimo ci siamo lamentati tutti!!!

Capitati in occasione di una nota band che suonava ...mai più nella vita.... Disorganizzati da morire.... Ragazzini improvvisati nel servizio non ci è stato proposto un menù ... Non si sapevano i prezzi ci è stato solo detto che c era carne alla griglia ...ok prendiamo delle rostelle pagate una fucilata .... E prendiamo delle verdure grigliate ad un certo punto arriva il cameriere stavamo cenando e ci dice Ve le lascio le verdure? Allibiti rispondiamo ai stiamo ancora cenando .... E se ne va....😩 Ordiniamo 30 rostelle ne arrivano 20 chiedo le altre dieci dopo dieci minuti me ne portano subito 10 prese dal bar ... praticamente fredde.....🤐🤐 Andiamo a pagare ....da urlo ... 69€ per 30 rostelle una Fanta un acqua una verdura grigliata ( surgelata) e un caffè ...... Mai più....

I used to go to 40 Nodes... but not anymore. You can't think of keeping customers just because the location is beautiful. All the staff also need to be presentable, well-groomed, and tidy. Furthermore, the lady's aggressive dog shouldn't be there, nor in the back, because keeping it tied up all day can only become dangerous. And I don't care if she says it's good and doesn't do anything. Besides being a hygiene issue, I'm personally afraid of dogs. Until last year, I used to go there and even order, but unfortunately, the manager from last year is no longer there. It's a shame because the location is truly beautiful.

Terrible experience at the "40 Nodi" restaurant in Bordighera. We dined here tonight and were deeply disappointed in every way. The food was of extremely poor quality, completely inconsistent with the exorbitant prices: the value for money is simply unacceptable. The service was equally terrible, lacking any professionalism. The waiters, especially one young man, were arrogant and rude, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. I ordered a sandwich, which, after a 30-minute wait, still hadn't arrived. I decided to cancel the order, but despite this, after another 20 minutes, they brought it to my table, insisting I keep it. To make matters worse, the sandwich was still charged to the bill, a mistake that demonstrates chaotic and careless management. In short, an experience to forget: mediocre food, unjustified prices, poor service, and disrespect for customers. I strongly advise against this restaurant for anyone looking for a pleasant and professional dinner. We will never return.
